Lovely property. Huge room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The only negative was there was nowhere to park in the carpark when we got there but we managed to park outside on the road for an hour before we drove to our event.

Place is spotless, staff are fantastic, especially the manager with dark hair, do apolagise as cant remember your name but you made us feel really welcome and a fantastic host, food is superb will definitely be returning!

Sadly our executive room looked over the kitchen extractor so having our windows open overnight meant we got kitchen smells early in the morning which was not pleasant.

Stayed as we were attending a wedding nearby - whilst we couldn't access the room before the wedding we were able to securely leave our luggage that was placed in our room for our return much later that evening. The room was comfortable with a nice large bathroom and all the usual stuff such as tv, fan, kettle etc Breakfast was top quality produce served by friendly staff

Attended a wedding at Eaves Hall and stayed here. Lovely b&b set in beautiful surroundings. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was just right for what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was a good range to choose from also. Would recommend 👌

The room only had a velux window which was difficult to open as it was very high up in the roof, so the room was quite hot.

Room was perfect, they had thoughtfully placed a huge Dyson fan in the room as the weather had been really really hot. Bathroom was spotless and bed really comfy. Everything had been provided that you may need for an overnight stay, ironing board, hairdryer etc. Excellent location in a beautiful part of the world. Breakfast was delicious!!

No soap or shower gel in bathroom and we didn't bring any - not sure if this was just missed or if its not usually supplied. Lovely lady at breakfast service was rushed off her feet and so we didn't get our toast until after we had finished breakfast! I would also have liked another cup of tea but didn't want to ask as she was so busy!

We were attending a wedding at Eaves Hall so the location was perfect. The staff we friendly and welcoming. We had a meal in the evening and the food was delicious. Rooms we very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The room is in a separate building to the pub and it was lovely and quiet. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and everything we needed was there.

The patio outside the room was slippy. A really small thing, but just be careful!

We were attending a wedding at Eaves Hall so it was in a perfect location. Arrived before check in but was allowed to use the room to get ready, which was brilliant! Room was lovely with a great walk in shower. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.

Comfortable, spacious room, well stocked tea tray, fan, iron, ironing board supplied. Lovely, clean, well lit bathroom with shower and premium toiletries. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent quality and value for money. The hosts were so welcoming and let us stay drinking until they were ready to leave which was a lovely gesture.

The hanging space in room 9 isn't sufficient for long garments or suits, we had to use the curtain rail and the towels in the bathroom are a little tired, although still fluffy and clean.

The family room on the first floor was spacious, nicely furnished with good quality linen. The walk in shower was excellent. A bonus was the outside seating area on decking on the first floor. The breakfast had a good menu and used tasty ingredients. The staff were very pleasant.

The Inn was very busy on the Saturday night we stayed as many of the guests were attending a wedding locally. This meant the breakfast on Sunday was hectic with one lady trying to cope with taking orders, serving food and clearing tables so service was slow and the toast didn't arrive until after the main course had been consumed. It was very notable that breakfast on Monday was better and the portions were far bigger.

Modern, easy to find. Allowed us to check in day before over the phone with key being left in room which made this easier for us as we was at a wedding.

There was a long wait for breakfast which was included in my stay. The juices, pastries ect was not filled up frequently. Toast was handed to us before tea or coffee. The lady was on her own so completely understand however, with the bookings on a Sunday morning I feel another staff member should have been present to support her. Lady was apologetic for the delay. When food did arrive, it was lovely.

Lovely welcome. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Perfect stop over as we were at a wedding function at Eaves Hall so less than 10 min walk away.

Our room was next to the road so you can hear traffic (not very loud if you aren’t a light sleeper). A dust required in higher to reach places (lovely high ceilings). Otherwise nothing to fault. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was very smooth, checking in, booking dinner ordering breakfast. Staff were very friendly and we were warmly greeted. Meals were delivered efficiently on the whole we had a lovely stay at this establishment and would highly recommend to anyone - especially anyone attending a wedding at Eves Hall it was a couple of minutes drive away but walkable... Lovely place and a credit to the owners! Alot of work has gone into this and it shows

We booked six rooms for our family as we were attending a wedding near by. The rooms were lovely. The location was perfect. The staff were superb. Delicious breakfast.

Stayed two nights, on the second day we were out at a wedding and got back late to find the towels hadn't changed nor the bins emptied.

I booked a super king room. But the pictures wasn't the same as booking .com website, on the 3 millstones website said the room we had wasn't a super king room, it was a classic double room, it was clean but not what I was expected. I did question it, but nothing was done. It was disappointing.

It was in a lovely part of the world we'd never been to before. Had a large, comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower. Next time we'll try dinner, but thoroughly enjoyed the coffee & dessert. Breakfast was also tasty. We'll definitely be back.

I felt at home , even better as it was all incredibly clean, the most comfortable bed I ever slept it and very specious. I was looked after and didn’t miss anything. The food was great and the breakfast is amazing. Parking with no fuss. Yes will be staying again. Especially the Internet was very great too. Thank you! Natalie

We very much enjoyed our stay in our comfortable room with good quality facilities and amenities. Breakfast was excellent, our hosts friendly and welcoming and the whole experience, extremely good value.

Very clean, lovely big showers, food was good. Staff were flexible around a gluten dessert request. Friendly staff. Pillows soft and fluffy. 2 per person, great.

One of the party had a flood from the toilet, however, it was dealt with quickly and to their satisfaction.
