Overall, my experience staying at the hotel was good. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the room was clean.

However, on Saturday night, there was a party downstairs with extremely loud music that continued until around 12 am. Guests who are sensitive to noise or have difficulty sleeping with loud sounds should take note of this.

the bed is okay to sleep, water pressure is okay. separate toilet with bathroom

the room somehow has some smell.. not sound proof, can hear outside noise clearing. Aircond direct blowing on face. no space to hang cloth in bathroom. hair dryer operate 10-20s, then stop. Need to wait for a while, then operate 10-20s again.

Great location and great value for price. There's no breakfast provided, but there are shops nearby enough to walk.

My go to when I’m in Skudai! Convenient location with restaurants nearby and options for food and a mart as well.

Only feedback for this room it had a smell of food that lasted the duration of the stay and some mild drilling on the 2nd night

I booked a Executive Suite of 36 Sq meter for a 3 days stay from 7 Jun to 10 Jun 26. When checking in, the younger reception called her superior on the room issue which i was puzzled of. After their conversations, I was told my room is on the 3rd storey and awaiting for cleaning for 20mins. At the 10mins wait, I was was told my room is ready but now changed to 5th floor. When I headed up to my room, I had a rude shock that it was totally not the Executive suite I booked and paid for. The room 515 given was just 1/2 the size of the 36 Sq meter and totally different from the photo layout and without the office table and space that I paid for. I went back to the reception counter and show them what I had paid for and what I was given, the older malay receptionist instead of apologising and rectified the issue, she raised her voice and said that my "Executive Suite" is not a "Suite" and there is no such "Executive Suite", just "Superior King" rudely. I show both of them the black and white booking on my phone, the room size floor area for room 515 that the hotel just issued me; upon seeing this, the older malay receptionist quickly walk away and act busy on one of the computor terminal. The room 515 just likely just a "superior King" room with a size area of 20 Sq meter. The younger receptionist knowing that I know what i paid and cannot be fooled, she apologised saying that it was a mistake on the hotel part and would rectified the issue for me. They re-issue a room that was the exact Executive Suite that i paid for and of the room area of 36 Sq meter. From the whole conspiracy internal discussion, it is obviously that the hotel plotted and have the intended to issue me a Superior King room from the on start, and hopefully believing that i would not know the difference as a first timer to this hotel, and/or I may be the all Ok customer.

The satellite TV (not smart TV so cannot connect to phone and no Netflix) has some channels without sound. Housecleaning staff threw away my toothbrush, dental brush on 1sr day. No mini fridge in room. Very basic room, insufficient hangers or counter space inside toilet to hang clothes, put toiletries. I had to bring luggage stand inside toilet. Walls are thin and can hear cars honking in carpark below hotel. Also guests banging on doors past midnight and staff hammering walls. Have been woken up everyday for 3 days in the morning.

The location is strategic, nearby to Paradigm mall and Sutera Mall. The room is value for money, easy to check in and check out, the staff are mostly friendly except 1 Malay lady wearing spec (perhaps that day is not her day). Sound proof okay.

The non-smoking floor, I can still smell cigarettes from outside even when I'm in the room, especially in the morning. The room's cleanliness I give 3/5, I can see hair on pillow case, under the pillow, on the bed, on the bath towel and on the floor during check-in. The TV is not working (but it's fine I'm ok not watching TV). The parking is limited when u come back late in the night.

surrounding only have 1 food place a mamak 24 hours and 1 24 hours shop. that's all. no selection. the carpets and wall paint in corridor looks quite old. the room i got opens up directly to the bed and a bit awkward space. not easy access to bus

The room quite smelly. Need to do cleaning properly and use air fresheners to make the room fresh and clean.

I like overall stay

it's very value for money. The room has everything we needed and more - toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, electric kettle, fridge, even an iron and ironing board (which we didn't use), free bottled water x 2, coffee, tea sugar, cotton buds, comb, bedroom slippers. (the shampoo and soap was a 3 in 1 type - but it doesn't bother me since i always bring my own) Aircon and wifi worked fine - no complaints. Shower temperature and pressure was excellent. Room and corridor leading to room smelled great. the bed was huge and there were 4 fluffy pillows - so we could have 2 each!

some parts of the wall paper was peeling, but this is really just aesthetics and doesn't matter. the single ceiling light above the bed doesnt really light up the area - so ironically, the toilet area is much brighter than the bed + table area. (if you intend to work in the room at night, the lighting may not be the most conducive - but i was not working and it didn't affect me much)
