Location was perfect for our needs. Room has a fridge with water and cooldrinks, reasonably priced, which is a positive and very convenient. Nice sized modern bathroom, ample towels provided and quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Access control is fully automated creating limited fuss with keys and remotes to be carried around. Quiet street and within safe walking distance to a Deli and a 24-hour restaurant.

The facilities state their is onsite parking, but there is none. Place is located in a narrow one way street, so no street parking in front of the house either. Closest parking was on-street about 100m down another road, so bear this in mind if you have lots of bags or luggage. Although the bar fridge was a positive, it has a glass door and the light in the fridge is permanently on, so the room is quite illuminated when trying to sleep. This will bother you if you require complete darkness to fall asleep. This was the family suite for reference purposes.

We were very poorly greeted when we arrived several months early to the booking. We had traveled 24hours and had made a wrong booking. No warm welcome, no help in finding solutions, no offer of a glass of water. No scope for negotiation. Horrible experience. Unbelievable rude and lousy hospitality. Profiteers.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, although we didn’t interact much. The location in Green Point is excellent — safe, convenient, and easy to get around Cape Town from there.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak at times, and occasionally there was no hot water, although it seemed to improve later. The parking is also very limited — there is only one small space on the property. We were lucky it was available, but it’s definitely worth confirming this in advance, which we did.

Расположение прекрасное - до основных прогулочных мест близко, даже после заката возвращались - все ок. Бездомных около отеля замечено не было. Интерьер в отеле восхитительный. В каждой мелочи - красота. Интернет хороший, работала без проблем. Завтраки вкусные и обширные. В пешей доступности итальянская лавка Джованни с продуктами и вкуснейшей готовой едой. Там всегда ажиотаж. Огромное спасибо команде отеля! Вы прекрасны и мы уже скучаем❤️

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, ontbijt lekker en de algemene ruimte zag er gezellig uit

Onze kamer viel tegen. Wat kleiner dan verwacht en erg donker. De patio was erg somber en niet uitnodigend. Wastafel was veel te klein, niet geschikt als wastafel voor een badkamer. Auto parkeren was wat moeizaam

We enjoyed our stay- it’s very close to the Waterfront and promenade for lovely walks. The room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower. Our balcony looked onto lovely trees and it was quiet. Breakfast was great with a full English or continental breakfast included. The lady who ran the house was very friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people in the room next door- so sound insulation could be improved? But otherwise all good.

Lâmpadas de cabeceira não funcionaram, reportei e não foi solucionado. Porta do banheiro trancando no armário, difícil de abrir. Ficamos 5 dias, na última noite pouca água no chuveiro, dificuldade com o banho. Nos demais dias foi ótimo.

Sehr nettes Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und prima Lage nur 15min zu Fuß zur Waterfront. Kleiner süßer Pool im Garten. Frühstück lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

La sdb qui séparait nos 2 chambres n a pas de point occultant . Les soleil se levant tot , la luminosité du matin est un peu gênante.

Der Empfang war freundlich, die Unterkunft großzügig mit zwei Zimmern und Bad für uns Vier! Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher, unser Auto parkte gesichert direkt vorm Haus. Kurzer Weg bis zur VA Waterfront und zum Park. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll serviert.

Für ein zerbrochenes Glas mussten wir bezahlen! So etwas sollte man Gästen mit Kindern nicht berechnen.

Breakfast was good. Fruit. Yogurt and full English breakfast.

Lage ist sehr gut, man kann zur Fuß zur Waterfront und somit auch zum Hop on Hop off Bus laufen. Wir fanden das dies eine sichere Gegend ist und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Unser Zimmer war schön, groß und mit Minibar, Safe, Fön, etc.toll ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden.

Lovely warm welcome from the hosts who made me feel very comfortable. They even packed a breakfast for me for an early flight. And the bed was super comfortable. There’s also a plunge pool which will be brilliant in summer! Great location - easy Uber ride to amenities and attractions. Thank you!

Massive room and good facilities, clean and eco friendly.

It was really convenient for the stadium and also to walk to the waterfront. The area felt very safe. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Would have been lovely to have had a larger balcony but to be honest we didn’t stay in the room for long as we were out for most of the day. There is a garden area downstairs to chill in by the small pool.

Where is your parking ? It is FAR TOO Complicated TO GET INTO THE PREMISES ! Too many codes ! We got stuck out as the door code would'nt let us in ! Nobody there to assist ! Luckily a visitor on the ground floor heard us knocking and let us in ! Where is the complimentary water in the rooms ?? we were so thirsty !!! We eventually found a fridge in the dining room and took a water. Only to be told we had to pay for it the next day !! what about a complimentary water ?? We paid so much to sleep for literally 6 hours and then left.

The room was spacious and clean, bathroom nicely renovated and beds comfortable. Staff was also great.

The pool was really poorly maintained and was not inviting. Soundproofing was not really good and noises from the street and building could be heard.

Beds were super comfortable

Breakfast was over priced. Paid for a 4 sleeper unit but was charged an extra person although we booked only for 3 people. The unit sleeps 4??? Terrible cat urine smells throughout unit coming from courtyard. Staff weren't very helpful in beginning but then seemed to change approach. Entrance is terrible. Had to offload my disabled husband in the street. No grab rails although we asked if wheelchair friendly.

The staff here was great and the house was really nice. The employee washed my friends laundry and hung it out to dry for her and everything.

Very practical location, cute guesthouse and very gentle and nice hosts. Recommended.

Point B is a lovely little guesthouse run by women. Everything was spotless and the staff were absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the chitchats with them during breakfast and in the evening. The guesthouse is decorated to make you feel at home. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is not very central and you have to take a car to get there/move around to see most of cape town spots. In winter it can get very cold.

More attention needs to be made to the pool. Fruit and debris were dropping into it from overhanging trees and not promptly cleaned. Not really clear and inviting. Other than that, everything else was good.

Great hospitality by the whole staff, Samantha, Alexia and Mona Lisa. Awesome breakfast adapted to our daily schedule sometimes super early Very cozy and excellent for a BNB experience. The location is just 10mins away from V&A. Highly recommend. Value for money

Staff was above expectations with their friendliness and extra needs we needed such as providing power adapters and working with us with our luggage needs. The location is perfect for walking to a beautiful large park , golf course, grocery store and takeout and dining in choices. Hop on off buses stop is across the park and taxis are available. As all have stated your added purchase of Breakfast is very well worth it .

Breakfast was a limited menu but excellent for our needs, fresh fruit and yoghurt and poached eggs on toast. They offered what I'm sure would have been a very nice full english breakfast but we didn't need that much to start off each day. The location was terrific, we could walk to the V&A and various other locations so didn't have to use the car all the time. Really worked out very well for us.

We got a free upgrade because we didn't like the first room we got. That was very nice of them, we really appreciated that.

There was some kind of mold on the ceiling in our second room and the outside gate is really loud when it's opening.

The staff were so friendly and had a wonderful breakfast every morning. Close to all activities. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We would recommend it to any travellers looking for a home away from home during their travels.

We loved the location and quality of accomodation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and assist us when needed.

We didn't have breakfast. The minibar fridge in the room and the fresh coffee with plunger in the room was highly appreciated.

The two ladies taking care of the facility were wonderful. They would go out of their way to ensure that they not only met but even anticipated your expectations and needs. They kept the facility immaculately clean and provided us with information about anything that we asked for or that they felt would be of interest to us. I forgot my charge befrs in the guesthouse and they phoned me and came out to give them back to me to save me from having to round back to the one way street. Two of a kind.

The only thing that I can fault the facility is the poor sound insulation between the rooms. I could hear the guest in the next door room snoring intermittently at night, and taking with his wife before we went to sleep.

We had a great, spacious room. The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our amenities there.

Fantastic location close to the waterfront - if you are heading to Robben Island, this is a good location for accommodation.
