Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ótima localização, perto de comércio e transportes públicos. Cama confortável e quarto cómodo, no geral. Casa de banho com todas as condições. Foi uma experiência positiva, dentro das expectativas iniciais.
O único ponto menos bom está relacionado com a janela. A persiana e cortina deixam entrar luz, pelo que fica difícil dormir depois do nascer do sol. Se conseguirem melhorar este ponto, fica um quarto excelente!

Room was very small but that is the Japan way!

Reviewed May 9, 2026Good location, very close to the main streets in Ginza. Many train stations and lines to go to different places.
The bedroom frame was dusty which was affecting my sleep due to the allergic reaction which was coughing. The bathtub was clogged the water will come up while taking shower. If we leave suitcases before the check-in and check out time, the suitcase was outside in the front corridor with all the people coming in and out of the hotel there is not security at all.

Reviewed May 7, 2026My stay at ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza was a very disappointing experience. The hotel charges prices comparable to good 4-star hotels in Tokyo, but the actual facilities and services felt worse than many budget hotels. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable compared to other hotels in the same price range. For the amount charged, the room quality and overall experience were simply not worth the money. One of the most basic expectations from a hotel is complimentary drinking water in the room, but surprisingly, not even water bottles were provided. Even very small budget hotels usually provide this basic facility. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The menu had very limited options and was almost exactly the same every day. There was very little variety, and it did not feel like a proper buffet experience. Overall, this stay felt like a complete waste of money and left a very poor impression of the ibis brand. Suggestions for Improvement: Provide complimentary bottled drinking water in all rooms. Improve room comfort and overall facilities to justify the high room prices. Expand the breakfast buffet with better quality and more variety. Ensure pricing matches the level of service and amenities provided. Train staff to focus more on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.

They need to provide more washing machines as there are only two for the whole building. We had to do our washing at 3:00 AM.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026We had a very good stay at Ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza with my family. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us throughout our stay. The hotel is located right in the heart of Ginza, which is very convenient for shopping and getting around the city. However, the rooms are quite compact. The double room is noticeably smaller than the twin room, and it’s almost impossible to fully open a large suitcase. Soundproofing could also be improved. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a very pleasant experience and would still recommend this hotel for its location and service.

Breakfast may not be up to my standard - Thai restaurant that cater to the crowd - serves simple eggs, sausages, bacon, pastry, Thai style chicken, soup. You might be better off with some local delights elsewhere - not worth paying for hotel bf imo. Only issue I have with this hotel is unfortunately on the entire evening of 26 March, the corridor of level 3 smells of weed the whole time. Had to hold my breath when I walked along the corridor to the lift.

Huoneesta oli näköala vain suoraan toisen rakennuksen seinään, vaikka olimme toisiksi ylimmässä kerroksessa.
