No había mucho ruido y estaba sercas de la playa y que tenía muy buena presión el chorro de la regadera

El baño no servía , el aire acondicionado y la televisión mucho muy viejos y que los 4 días que estuvimos allí los desayunos fueron lo mismo los 4 días , chilaquiles con huevo y frijoles o waffles , exactamente lo mismo los 4 días , quien puede comer lo mismo por 4 días seguidos? Tampoco está bien que le exijan al cliente que apague todo incluyendo el aire acondicionado cada ves que salga del cuarto si no le cobran extra por dejarlo prendido y cuando regresa uno el cuarto está muy caliente y tarda mucho en enfriar porque son unidades muy viejas , el primer día tardo como 3 horas en enfriar un poco y las almohadas definitivamente mucho muy incómodas .

Limpieza de habitación atención del personal y piscina.

El desayuno hablé tarde y cierra temprano. Muy buen desayuno pero tenés un margen de hora y media más o menos.

Estaba sucio, la tele se escuchaba feo, el aire acondicionado tiraba agua, la comida mala y cruda, todo muy deteriorado

Es un lugar muy lindo y pintoresco, la atención excelente y cerquita de la playa

El personal es amable

El aseo de las habitaciones no es muy bueno , y el cable en la tv no es el mejor , además del desayuno incluido También es muy simple y el horario es poco amplio

La atención del personal es muy amable, con la excepción del joven de recepción.

Las instalaciones, principalmente el baño, se notan gastadas e incluso oxidadas. Además que racionan mucho el jabón y papel de baño.

El personal es muy amable , muy limpio todo además cerca de la playa.

The 'Los Peyotes' is a 'classic' Mexican hotel. In good condition, no frills, very atractive suroundings. I always made my own food in the nice galley kitchen in my room, I didn't realize breakfast came withthe room. Some rooms are better than others. They let me choose the room I wanted. I was completely happy with my room. Rooms have excellent beds and sheets and towles. I liked staying there so much I stayed an extra week.

I was surprised the room rate was never discounted for my 30 day stay. In farness to them, the Los Peyotes only has a few rooms, less than 20, and their room rate is lower than most hotels in Rincon Guayabitos.

we dealt with Carlos the manager he is well spoken and extremely good in helping us with a mixed up reservation we were so happy to be able to find someone so prompt and efficient! he is very very good at his job ! we will try to contact him again when we look for accommodation in Rincon Guay!! thx again Carlos!!

Friendly enough but the guy was drinking constantly

When booking the room, couldn't tell by the photos if the room had a kitchen. It didn't and I was very disappointed. Towels are horrible microfiber things. Luckily, I took my own. The "free" breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was ok they have an outdoor pool, a vending machine and the rooms are alright. My only complaint is that at first the water was dirty but thankfully the staff fixed the problem i only recommend to those who are on budget and nothing too fancy otherwise I suggest looking at a different one.

The room was super clean the pool was awesome and the breakfast was good and taste. Super ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The host and staff were very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay and would love to go back . Will recommend to fellow travellers.

The staff was wonderful! The unit we stayed in was below average for the price we paid. The included breakfast was edible but the coffee was sweeter with sugar and cinnamon and the orange juice was watered down. And again, the staff was amazing.

No running water in the morning. I got to take my shower but my husband didn’t.

beautiful little boutique hotel , great location , between Guayabitos and La Penita, friendly owners and staff, excellent service. highly recommend this lovely gem of a hotel.

It was close.to the beach! Very clean large rooms. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure we knew where the beach was and the restaurants were. The kitchen seem functional with some dishes etc for cooking. There are nice little art pieces in the room to add some charm. It's far enough from the busy town to be a bit more quiet at night. The town is busy, and fun!

Check in was fast and easy.

Room very basic. Breakfast was supposed to be included but during my 28 days there us was offered 3 times. It was good. Needed real towels not the little micro fibre things provided. I am returning to the area next year for 3 months, I was shown several nicer rooms but they did not provid a price. After seeing the upgraded rooms was enemy more disappointed with min

Bathroom has a lot of mold. Fixtures are pitted and corroded. Toilet water questionable in color. NO SAFE FOR VALUABLES. Menu in room for local restaurant which is closed. Why have menu? 20 minute walk into town which is OK during day but risky at night as roads are bad and no street lighting Only get 2 flimsy towels.

Todo muy agradable, el pequeño detalle que vi, es que aveces el servicio a cuarto de comida tarda en responder y llegar pero solo paso una vez, tuvimos que ir hasta recepción, fueron muy amables y si nos atendieron, aun que después de casi una hora.

No lo recomiendo del todo, al parecer es un hotel un poco familiar por lo que no se tiene un buen protocolo a la hora de dar el servicio. El internet es muy malo, la alberca es pequeña y con agua fría, cuando nos entregaron la habitación no nos cambiaron las sábanas y estaban sucias de arena. Algunos empleados fueron muy amables pero la verdad las instalaciones no son de lo mejor.

El lugar esta muy limpio, con facil acceso, justo enfrente hay un rico puesto de tacos, el hotel no da a la playa pero puedes llegar caminando, la calle de atrás si la limpiaran sería mucho mejor. Lleva tu jabon, shampoo, estropajo, enjuague, crema, pasta de dientes, etc. Fue ideal para mi que llegué tarde por la noche y al dia siguiente temprano sali. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, sensacion de limpieza. Impecable. Una estancia corta perfectamente se puede estar bien. Recomendacion al lugar: Este lugar seria de 10 diez si cambiaran los colchones de la cama, a gritos piden que se renueven, super incomodo, te pellizca, te jala, te pica, se hunde, sientes el resorte, la incomodad y no descansas. La alberquita tampoco se antoja utilizarla.

Close to the beach. I did’t like no hot water, no WiFi, no tv for 2 days, broken oven, room cleaning every 2 days, staff not available, leaking toilet, noise late at night, no coat hangers, small dressers, small closet, cold water in shower, staff didn’t speak English, and info provided was inaccurate.

Location/Amenities poor for the price. We stayed for 12 nights in February: 2 couples shared the grand loft 2 bedroom with kitchenette.To be fair,this was our only option as we had trouble finding any place that had vacancy anytime during the month of February.The location is not ideal (not near the downtown, not on the beach) and the pool/common areas were so tiny and poorly outfitted that we were not able to sit and relax outside. The room itself had only the barest of amenities - minimal kitchen supplies, no soap, hand towels, face cloths or bathmats for the bathroom. We had to ask for a coffee maker, toaster crapped out on Day 3. The main area (with one bedroom on either side) was completely filled with an oversized dining room table, chairs and a china cabinet which made it difficult to get to the other rooms. The beds were OK, a bit softer than many others we saw/felt, the bedding was fresh and clean and changed most days. The A/C and fans worked really well and were quiet. None of the desk staff spoke English; we had to pay our total bill in advance when we checked in which was unexpected and not the practice at other hotels in the area (first warning sign!) Bring your earplugs -neighbourhood dogs barked incessantly through the night and roosters started at 4 am. We loved this little town and it's beautiful beaches - we will be back to Guayabitos but would not stay here again, this little hotel just has not enough going for it to justify the cost per night

Had a room with bed and very small table and chair and shower. Lighting was very very bad

The pictures posted on line for this hotel is very deceiving. we rented a room with 2 individual rooms. spacious but the beds were hard and the televisions didn't work. The pool area does not look like that. The metal tables are rusted, the only thing holding it all together is the paint. They ran out of water one day, wifi was on for only certain times of the day and when it was on, the connection wasn't that great and the shower leaked all over when you used it. The toilet hose came off a few times because it was so rusted. Neighbors dogs were barking all night and the staff does not understand one word of English.. I could say more but i would not recommend this place. The only good thing for us was that it was very close to the beach and about a 15 minutes walk to La Pineta.

Warm water (not hot) in the shower only. Bottled water provided only when asked, not offered. Extremely loud area, at all hours. Rooms are in fair condition, but are in need of some repair. Bathroom was clean, but mold was evident as it was everywhere. Also, not hot water in the bathroom sink, which was also in need of repairs. The beds should be replaced as the mattresses have seen their day and are very uncomfortable to sleep on. I personally would not recommend this location and I will never stay there again.

Liked that was close to the beach, a few blocks away. I did not like that there was no phone, no coffee even though they had a coffee maker, minimal cookware to use, no wash cloths just towels, no tissue dispensers just a huge loose roll of toliet paper, no food service, even breakfast on the property like advertised. No security locks on the room door. Had no help getting my luggage up to the third floor, no elevator. Left as soon as I woke up, need to update your post on this place.

You get what you pay for. Beds were clean enough and I was only looking for a two night gap fill but there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Towels were clean but my hand towel had old blood on it that should have made that towel a throw away. the rest of the towels were clean. But, you get what you pay for.

We were very disappointed in our room. The photos on the website were very deceiving as to what you were getting for what type of a room plus the room was very expensive for what we got. It cost us $111 Canadian to stay here which according to you guys was 50% off!! The room was worth maybe $30/nite!! Bathroom was scuzy!! Not a drinking glass or bottle of water in the room and we were told by others not to use the tap water as there was ecoli in the water. Had to walk a long way to finally find a place to.buy bottled water. No toiletries in the room so could not even shower as usually hotels have little packages of shampoo, etc. finally got some towels after we asked. Black spots all over the concrete walls which I think was mold. TV did not work at all. Pool area was disgusting. Pool did not look appealing and they had dirty pails and garbage piled up there. Feel we should be entitled to a refund or at least some of our money back!! Front desk could barely speak English. We asked about getting upgraded and they wanted another $860 pesos! They said we had to contact you to get the upgrade paid for and of course there is no way to contact you guys!! Sent an email and got a reply that it was not a monitored email so that was useless!! So needless to say I am a very unsatisfied customer and would never stay here again!!!

Es un hotel informal con cosas desordenadas y en atención no es la mejor. Me pareció caro para el tipo de servicio que brindaron. No sentimos seguridad después de que una persona de otro cuarto entró a la habitación como desorientado.

Cuartos pequeños sin muebles para las maletas, los baños se inundan, extremadamente caro para lo que ofrece, alberca pequeña y sin sol, sin muebles y sin espacio. Me salí un día antes de lo que había pagado por la incomodidad. Pésimo hotel

Pesima experiencia a la llegada al hotel el recepcionista sin preguntar nada solo pidiendo cuantos son porque van a pagar 210 pesos mas por personas adicionales cuando ni da la bienvenida ni que tal de vuaje el tras el dinero decidi cancelar perdiendo una noche de cada habitacion (tenia reservadas 4 habitaciones) pero creo que cale la pena ya que no me sentiria agusto con ese tipo de personas

Un poco lejos del centro cuando no vas en coche, pero se compensa con la cercanía de la playa. Todo bien en la habitación, teníamos el hotel prácticamente para nosotros solos

The worst experience ever, When we got the keys to our rooms and as soon as we opened the door there was a foul smell. We thought that it was just because it's an older Hotel, but once we got to the beds OMG. There where stain with some Purple paint and the pillows had Rat Urine and Poop. It was the most disgusting thing ever. We had to get our things and left, as I was getting my luggage a big Ran jumps out from the Closet. I went over o the Lobby to try to get another room and they said that they had no other room available. I could not stay there so we had to leave. Will NEVER EVER go there again. I do not recommend it.

El lugar está muy agradable en general pero hace falta poner más atención a la limpieza en el baño, está muy limpio pero el lavamanos no lo tocaron ni antes ya que estaba sucio cuando llegamos, ni durante la estadía. La alberca sí urge limpieza a fondo. La zona donde está ubicada está muy descuidada y es una lástima porque se vería acogedor el lugar de estar mejor organizado su mobiliario urge mantenimiento en el área para que sea una invitación a la relajación

Lugar tranquilo, el peraonal que nos atendio muy amable de la mejor manera, caminas solo un poco para comprar comida, muy cerca del centro de guayabitos y de la playa, sin embargo se pueden esforzar mejor en la limpieza de las habotaciones, cuando llegamos todo bien pero al tercer dia ya no estaba tan limpio....

La verdad fue una mala experiencia en cuanto a limpieza, el baño de recepción esta muy sucio y la alberca también, por lo general la recepción esta desatendida y debimos estar esperando a que llegaran. desde que llegamos, había arena y cosas tiradas en la escalera y no se limpiaron. en mi opinión, falta administración.

El lugar bien. Buena ubicación. La sra que esta en recepción parase que esta enojada...es hasta grosera incluso por teléfono. El señor y el joven de la tarde noche muy bien muy amables.

I came to get the room, and was not ready yet I do have to wait for more than an hour for it. We went to the beach and they gave us only 3 beach towels, they had not enough clean towels for we all 7 people, then when we came back from the beach they told me that they allowed two beach towels per room only, and we went to shower to our room and was not water in the shower room, they forgot to turned on the water pump earlier, so, all the rooms had the same problem, We went to shower down stairs to the swimming pool and after shower we tried to come back up stairs to dress up, and they stop us and say the we should dried down stair before go to our room. So, a big disappoint all over the stayed time, GOOD that my stay was only for one day. Other wise I will be looking for another hotel around. I would not be staying for longer in that place.

Renté 2 habitaciones. Desde el check-in tuvimos problemas, en una habitación nos entregaron la llave incorrecta y en la segunda habitación la puerta estaba rota. Me parece que tienen un hotel con falta de mantenimiento, administración y apoyo al personal, tienen bastantes fugas de agua, en la habitación en la que estuve el lava manos goteaba y tardaron casi 3 días en destaparnos el lavamanos y en la segunda habitación se llegó a inundar. Las toallas, sabanas y cubre almohadas están manchadas y al parecer no se ven con ganas de limpiarlas bien o comprar nuevas por parte del encargado. Un día nos fallaron con la limpieza de la habitación. En el escusado también se veían sucios y la regadera. Prácticamente tardaron en toda nuestra estancia activar el WiFi, hubo noches en los que estuvo lloviendo y que posiblemente fuera la razón por la que el WiFi tuviera problemas, pero en el día estuvo muy despejado y no había razón para que estuviera desactivado. Considero que es un Hotel que si tuviera solucionado esos detalles el costo-beneficio sería el indicado, pero con todo lo que sucedió considero que te queda a deber. Las cosas que me agradaron fue que el personal aun que eran muy pocos siempre estuvieron dispuestos a arreglar los problemas (aun que al parecer el encargado del hotel no lo estaba). El hotel es muy cercano a la playa. Nos agrado bastante que nos dieran un catálogo para realizar actividades y que están en proceso de mejora. Más adelante será un buen hotel.

En la recepcion no pidieron esperar minimo 30 minutos mas tomando en cuenta que llegamos a las 5pm, la puerta no estaba identificada ni con numero ni con nombre, la puerta aun con seguro se podia abrir, al dia siguiente salimos desde las 10am y regresamos hasta las 7pm y la habitacion no se habia limpiado, la regadera de pronto ya no estaba saliendo agua, etc etc el dia del chek out opte por retirarme lo mas temprano posible
