Nova Apartments Amsterdam

Saubere Zimmer an ruhiger Lage (vor allem wenn das Zimmer Fenster zum Innenhof hat). Wir waren mit der Ausstattung zufrieden (Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt). Die Dusche hatte viel Platz und die Betten waren bequem. Das Gebäude ist auch sehr einfach und schnell vom Flughafen oder von der Innenstadt erreichbar. Alles ohne direkten Kontakt mit Angestellten, wenn man aber etwas benötigt, ist die Rezeption des Nova Hotels immer per Whatsapp oder Telefon verfügbar. Wir konnten am Abreisetag auch unser Gepäck im Nova Hotel abstellen und so den Tag noch etwas geniessen.

Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle an der Strasse und der Lärm beginnt schon um 6 Uhr am Morgen, was man in den Zimmern mit Fenster zur Strasse mitbekommt. Zusätzlich ist der Lift im Gebäude etwas gruslig. Er senkt sich beim hineingehen teilweise etwas ab und macht komische Geräusche.

We are an older couple, and were in Amsterdam for sixteen days. This was our second stay at the Nova Apartments, and were very happy with it. The apartment was very clean, roomy and quiet with a relaxing view of the inner courtyard. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and the bed quite comfortable. It's wonderful to be able to eat in sometimes, and to unwind in a homey living room rather than feeling stuck in a hotel room when we were too tired to be out. The location is truly excellent, very close to the museum quarter and convenient to public transportation just about anywhere in Amsterdam. The photos are the views from our apartment.

We were on the third (top) floor and the water pressure was only just sufficient.

Excellent location, clean modern rooms

Very steep steps up (though there is a small lift and I think steep steps like this are very common in Amsterdam). When we stayed in August 2026 the whole of the Street outside had been dug up , meaning access was a little tricky with luggage and no access at all for cars. Tricky for suitcases and airport pick up etc. But I’m sure will be back to normal again soon.

Appartamento ottimamente collegato e in una zona da cui è facile raggiungere le altri parti della città. Il check-in molto semplice e nell'appartamento ci stava tutto il necessario. Avevamo bisogno di un paio di asciugamani in più e ce li hanno portati senza problemi, è facile comunicare con la direzione via Whatsapp. La cucina era ben fornita per cucinare. Silenzioso e arredato con cura.

Amazing location for museum quarter, really close to restaurants and bars but still quiet and relaxing space. Room was really comfortable, had everything we needed, air conditioning was fantastic in the summer heat. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The street is under construction, the noise starts from early morning 7:30am, Nova Apartment is at middle of street, you need to carry the luggages through the temporary road , canot arrive by car in front of the door...... surprised me while the first day arrival with rainy day Nova apartment didn't inform the guest prior to the stay start. Not sure when the construction will be done. FYI.

A estadia superou minhas expectativas! O apartamento tem excelente tamanho, é super bem equipado e estava muito limpo! O chuveiro é excelente, o melhor dos hotéis que fiquei na viagem! O processo de self checkin é bem fácil! O apartamento também é muito bem localizado, em uma área tranquila e próxima de supermercado, farmácia e de algumas das principais atrações da cidade!

The road outside the apartment is completely closed at present restricting any access to the street by car and having to drag luggage along the very rough temporay footpath.

Het appartement is gezellig, functioneel en de locatie is centraal voor (ons) werk. Ook erg prettig dat er airco is! Zou er zeker graag opnieuw logeren!

De straat lag open, dus je kunt er niet met de auto in rijden, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Bij terugkomst in de avond hing er een riool lucht in het appartement. Na een poosje verdween de lucht, maar het rook niet echt lekker. Zou ook heel fijn zijn als er een melkschuimer zou zijn, maar ik ben nu aan het zeuren!!

The flat had a dishwasher, and a nice coffee machine.

The pictures make it look like this amazing flat with tons of sunlight, a nice view, etc. We arrived and the whole street had construction works happening. Sand everywhere, scaffolding, noise, etc. Our flat was below ground level (not something we chose obviously) with barely any natural lighting. The staff were not helpful. You can check in after 4 pm if I remember correct, but you check out at 11 am. We were working from home and my girlfriend had an urgent meeting put in on the same day from 10:45-11:30. I called an messaged the staff to explain the situation and ask them to check out at 11:30, they said no. The cleanliness was not amazing either. The "clean" towels smelled funny.

Good location: restaurants and museums are close to it, at the same time the street is quite (not a lot of people or cars). Washing machine and powder are provided for free, but are communual and located at -1 floor.

It was hard to access and room keys were left in another persons name and assessable to anyone entering the complex - the apartment was very hard to access wit our suitcases and being over 50’s getting them up and down the stairs to a basement room was extremely hard and dangerous

Very annoying that the knives didn't work properly. Also the only pam the kitchen has is damage, very disappointed. It could have been great to add some rooibos tea bags for the second day, rather than just providing more coffee capsules. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation.

This was spacious, airy, in an excellent location, within a few minutes walk of all the main museums and galleries, near a supermarket and restaurants and on a quiet, attractive street. It was also a few minutes walk from the bus stop opposite the Van Gogh museum where you could catch a fast bus direct to Schiphol Airport. Check in went smoothly and the receptionist was kind and welcoming. Our bed was very comfortable and it had a spacious, well designed bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen was well equipped

We liked everything. The only regret was that we couldn’t get the multifunction oven to work. We contacted the hotel about this and they emailed the handbook but we remained unsuccessful. However, the hot plates and everything else worked well.

アムステルダム中央駅からトラム２４番でコンセルトセボウ駅から徒歩３分でアパートまで行けるのでアクセスは抜群に良いです。近くにアルバートの大きめスーパーもあり長期滞在には便利です。 レストラン、カフェもあり、またゴッホ、ライクス美術館へ、気持ちいい芝生の上を歩いて行けるのが最高でした。 アパートのタオル交換もベットメイキングも毎日してくれるので良かったです。特に、清掃をしてくれた人が親切で本当にきちんとしてくれて滞在中いろいろと助かりました。 またこのアパートにリピしたいと思いました。価格が高いのでもう少し安ければ更に最高です！！

良くない点ではありませんが、レセプションの人がいないので注意点を記載しておきます。チェックインについては１４時以降であれば問題はないと思いますが、チェックインより早めに到着した時に荷物を預かってもらう所がない。たまたま掃除している人が親切で清掃中の部屋に入れてくれて、荷物を置かせてくれたので良かったです。もし早めの到着なら、アパートの中のエレベーター前に置くしかないので、セキリュティは事故責任になると思う。 テーブルに部屋のカードキーが置かれているだけなので通常のチェックインとは違うところです。 キッチンはフルキッチンですが、レンジ機能がオーブンと同じなので慣れてないと、使い方が分かりにくいので簡単な使い方マニュアルみたいなのがあれば良いなと思いました。受付へ問い合わせしても取説をPDFで送られてくるだけでした。オーブンの電源の元栓が入ってなかったのが原因で結局は清掃員に来てもらうことになりましたが、使い方なども確認ができたので問題はありませんでした。

Principalement l’emplacement près des musées et de la salle de concert Concertgebouw. Aussi sur une rue tranquille malgré les travaux.

Manque un peu de vaisselle (bol à soupe et cuillère) Aussi on nous a remplacé à 2 reprises des serviettes propres mais avec de bons gros trous.

The street was in a good location

1. The reception was the worst ever. They didn't gave us proper/ working keys and for 2 days we had to call the reception to open. The 2nd day we got wet due to a storm and the reception was so arrogant and not so there... We had to wait for someone who was in the building to come and see us and climb up and down again....2. as informed they clean the rooms at 11 to 16...for me is a unique phenomenon cause I had to say no because my 3year old was sleeping. But they were aggressive b3 ause they wanted to tick the box. 3. They never emailed us about the serious road works that was happening in front. They were so indifferent about the issue. But imagine me holding a 3year old and caring a stroller and a 25 kilos luggage...4. I moved a little the bed so as to make it more secure for my baby. Two times they had put it back....the made my life really hard. The worse ever and of course do not go there, especially with children. Too expensive and people are indifferent.

Very clean apartment, and very suitable location if you don't want to be in the crowded center, but also don't want to be far from it.

The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood. Five minutes from the Van Gogh museum, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, with a nice balcony, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location would have been fine. But the entire street was closed due to construction and it we had a horrible time with getting our luggage to the apartment

We had the reservation early and should have been notified if the construction. We would not have stayed here. Stairs are ok unless the are very steep. Should be more upfront on the amount and incline. Towels were stained and hard as well as the toilet paper. The unit does not have two bedrooms. This was also a problem traveling with older couples.

Very clean and in a location which was not far from all the sights. Good to have clean towels etc every other day. Also the lift as we were on the second floor.

The only thing I could say was would be good to have instructions for how to use the oven and heating.

Dark/poor lighting. On arrival the bathroom stank like the sewer but this soon went away with some ventilation and didn’t recur.

Perfect location in quiet residential street very near the museums. Easy to stroll into city centre. Good selection of local restaurants (we enjoyed Esh and Pinocchio). Thought Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Rembrandt's House were all superb.

Le Nova appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied des musées, d'un supermarché et d'un arrêt de la ligne 12 du tram qui permet d'accéder directement le centre d'Amsterdam et de la gare centrale en moins de 15 minutes. La chambre dispose d'un grand lit double très confortable et d'une deuxième télé accrochée au mur. Un canapé et un fauteuil pivotant permettent de se détendre et de regarder confortablement un grand écran plat. La décoration à la fois sobre et moderne contribue au délassement après une journée de marche soutenue. La propreté est au top. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Pendant notre séjour, les travaux de voierie devant l'appartement ont peut-être affecté les canalisations qui rendu l'eau impropre à la consommations. L'eau du robinet devait être bouillie pendant au moins 3 minutes avant son utilisation pour la cuisine. Nous avons dû utiliser l'eau en bouteille pour laver les dents. Ce désagrément de courte durée est indépendant de Nova Appartement. Nous aurions aimé disposer d'un micro-onde pour réchauffer rapidement les plats.

Excelente localização no quarteirão dos museus, com restaurantes, cafés, supermercado e vida local. Muito perto também do Vondelpark. Apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado.

Foi necessário solicitar a limpeza. Np primeiro dia não fizeram porque não tinha pedido. Não tinha sabonete nem shampoo e eu não estava a contar com isso.

The apartment was good and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the easy to use. The location for the Concert Hall and museum was excellent.

We were given an apartment in the basement which was dark and not at all like the one shown on the booking I made, The TV remote did not work and there were no USB charge points. Check out was 11.00 am where 12.00 would have been better.

Idealne miejsce. W bocznej uliczce tuż obok jednej z ulic obok Museuplain (a własciwie na przeciwległym końcu w stosunku do Rijksmuseum). Pokój barzdo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Zarówno przy przyjeździe zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie - bezproblemowe. Blisko do duzego supermarketu, a kawałeczek dalej pieszo - doskonała restauracja "seefood restaurant". Z dworca Amserdam Centraal tramwajem (nr12) - niecałe 20 minut. W budynku jest winda jak ktos nie lubi stromych schodów:)

Дистанционно настаняване и освобождаване(даже при забравен в стаята ключ - дистанционно отключване), разположение в старинна централна част (близо до Национален музей, Концертна зала, музей ВанГог), уютно.

Едната от стаите е разположена под стълбището, под нивото на улицата с малко прозорче, едната вечер миризмата там беше ужасна (може би канализацията беше компрометирана във връзка с ремонта на улицата). Това изобщо е добре да отпадне от отдаваемите.

Located on an attractive, quiet street, a couple of minutes' walk from tram links, a supermarket, Museumplein and many shops, cafes and restaurants. There was a lift for convenience. A lot of historic buildings have narrow stairs. Check in was easy. Reception was readily available if needed. A comfortable, peaceful stay. Great for working visit and holiday alike. My only suggestion is to enable apps on the TV to access more TV viewing in other languages. Otherwise good as both living room and bedroom had a set. The full working kitchen was great. I was able too cook and keep items refrigerated. The dishwasher, with provided soap, was a great convenience.

Appartamenti in posizione centralissima e ben servita da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e supermercato. Molto vicina alla zona dei musei della città.

L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato si trovava appena a sinistra rispetto all'entrata, al primo piano. Tutti gli odori provenienti dalle cucine dei piani superiori si riversavano nel nostro appartamento, rendendo l'aria profondamente viziata. Ci è stato risposto con una offerta di cambiare stanza solo a ridosso della partenza, opzione che non abbiamo accettato essendo piu' facile scappare via la mattina successiva che spostare tutti i bagagli.

La configuration et l'ambiance de l'appartement est top, on s'y sent très bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire la plupart des principaux musées à pied.

O apartamento é lindo, confortável, bem localizado e com a melhor recepção que já recebi. Muito próximo aos grandes museus, em uma área tranquila. Os itens pessoais estavam perfeitos! Tinha tudo, shampo, condicionador, cotonete, bucha de chuveiro... Foi uma das melhores hospedagens que já fiquei e não consigo mais imaginar ficar em outro lugar em Amsterdam.

Amazing location, super comfortable bed, clean and the customer service was impeccable - super fast to reply and solved all my issues.

The kitchen exhaust fan had some issue, and there was a scent of food coming from other apartments. But after contacting the customer service they sent someone to fix it.

The facilities were nice and clean, and the location was excellent. It was easy to communte to and from the airport.

Sound insulation was a bit lacking, as on Friday and Saturday mornings we could clearly hear renovations from the neighbouring home. Noises from the hallway also could be heard. The most unpleasant experience was when the downstairs guests were cooking fish, and the smell travelled through the ventilation into our appartment, and this was happening at 10-11PM.
