Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy, and it felt like we were sleeping on the street. The hotel should consider replacing the windows with double- or triple-glazed windows to reduce the outside noise. There was also no proper ventilation in the room, only in the bathroom. In addition, there were not enough bedside tables. We had a three-bed room, but there were only two bedside tables. Overall, the noise and lack of ventilation made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I will never come back.

The fact that there were no light breakfasts offered. The buffets were too heavy for every day .

O hotel fica num sítio muito central, perto do Museu Britânico. O quarto muito limpo e muito confortável.

Não pensei que o hotel fosse tão grande, com tantos hóspedes. A sala do pequeno-almoço parecia um refeitório de uma escola, mas tudo muito bem organizado.

Posizione, eccellente. Super organizzatto vista l'affluenza continua di numerosissimi ospiti. Sorvolando su quanto riportato nel "non mi è piaciuto" forse ci tornerei per la terza volta. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo probabilmente il punto forte.

Pulizie veloci verosimilente per l'elevatissimo numero di camere, in 4 notti di soggiorno non è mai stata aspirata la mouquette della camera, Lenzuola eccessivamente dozzinali quasi da usa e getta. Camere senza climitizzazzione in relazione alla loro dimensione. Se viene assegnata una camera verso strada come successo a noi nel secondo soggiorno (la prima volta un anno fa, era una camera interna) il rimore è micidiale, infatti dotano le camere di tappi per le orecchie che trovo ridicoli in assenza di climatizzazione.

L'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Essendo già stata diverse volte a Londra, sia con amici che con il mio partner, mi è capitato spesso di pagare cifre esagerate per soluzioni poco comode e lontane dal centro. Questo hotel, invece, è in una posizione ottima, comodissimo sia alla metropolitana che agli autobus. La colazione è davvero molto fornita e, piccolo ma apprezzatissimo plus, sono presenti fontanelle di acqua potabile per poter riempire le proprie borracce. L'hotel è molto frequentato e c'è un grande flusso di persone, ma il personale è numeroso, organizzato, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare una mano. La nostra stanza era al primo piano, per tre persone, ed era pulita e ordinata; veniva riassettata quotidianamente.

Più che vere e proprie cose negative, sono piccoli nei da tenere in considerazione. La stanza al primo piano, non essendo climatizzata, può risultare un po' scomoda nei periodi più caldi, sia per la temperatura sia per i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Consiglio quindi di munirsi di buoni tappi per le orecchie, soprattutto se si ha il sonno leggero. Un altro piccolo neo è che, vista la grande affluenza, negli orari di punta la sala della colazione può risultare un po' caotica. Anche in questo caso, però, il personale è numeroso e si dà da fare per aiutare a trovare un tavolo e per sparecchiare rapidamente.

location was ideal for our stay in London and easy to get to and from train station. Also liked the fact it was easy to access central London with or without transport. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the showers were really good

windows were awful and let loads of outside noise in when closed. we stayed when the weather was very hot and the rooms were uncomfortably warm with no air con which meant we had to have the window open and were exposed to the outside noise. would have liked to have a bath but thats personal preference.

Everything was good: cleanliness, quietness, and excellent service.

Great location - short walk to Tottenham Court Road or a bus at the end of the road down to Picadilly, and a bus stop outside to Camden. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Gut organisiert. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Cafés. Tottenham Court und Oxford street gut zu Fuß erreichbar. So dass man auch ohne U-Bahn auskommt. U-Bahn Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war für 3 Personen vom Raum her ok.

Straßenseitig viel Lärm. Aber man ist halt in einer Stadt. Hat den Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst. Zimmer Richtung Innenhof ist sicher ruhiger.

Emplacement très bien situé, à proximité des transports et d’une supérette. Le personnel est super aimable, jovial et accueillant ! Chambre propre et mobilier correct. L’ensemble est agréable et bien entretenu.

Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit venant de l’extérieur, mais cela reste tout à fait supportable. Un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un petit plus ✨️ Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

La bagagerie... pas très bien organisée face aux nombre important au moment des arrivées. Les gens l'atteignent par les escaliers et le lift ce qui provoque un gros embouteillage... et des altercations 😔

La habitación que estaba muy anticuada y no correspondía con las fotos que se muestran en la publicación del hotel. El aire acondicionada que no tenía y hacía mucha calor al ser la habitación en la última planta del hotel. La ventana no cerraba y entraba mucho ruido de la plaza central del hotel que hay un par de restaurantes.

we were not so happy about the room we stayed in. There were 3 of us and we stayed in a family room on the 1st floor. We struggled to close the bathroom door as it was tight and the door when open kept swinging and hitting the toilet which kept waking people up if someone needed the toilet during the night. We also were not to happy about 3 member of staff acting like they were on a market and trying to bribe us going into the breakfast room, I didn't think we would or should get harassed like this in a hotel. we got stuck in the lift and when pressing the button for assistance no one came to help and my friend is clostriphobic, we were in thd lift for about 5 minutes and we only got out because someone on the other side meaning the outside pressed thd button, this was a guest not staff. No fridge in the room was also a down point as the water out the tap was warm and the weather was very hot so a fridge would have been ideal.

Staff were very helpful when I requested in advance a quieter room - also generally very friendly and helpful in person during the stay. Location is excellent for my needs - central and close to rail and underground links. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast also was very good.

A small fridge in room would have been welcome to keep water cool etc. especially in warmer weather.

Love this Hotel, It’s in the best position for commuting in to the centre of London for all the action. Hop on Hop off bus stand is right outside the hotel . The concierge staff in the lobby were always friendly and happy, nice to see that they enjoyed their work. Being able to leave our bags in the hotel before check in and after was a bonus and saved us logging them around all day.

As our room was on 2nd floor facing the road it was very noisy with sirens during the night, double glazing would be a benefit to reduce noise from outside.

Ons beviel dat de kamer schoon en goed was voor een lang weekendjes. Er was namelijk een waterkoker en elke dag roomservice. Verder was het personeel vriendelijk en de locatie goed bereikbaar met Underground.

De kamer zou perfect zijn als er nog een kleine koelkast aanwezig zou zijn.

Personale efficiente e davvero gentile. Anche solo un saluto alla mattina fa prendere alla giornata la giusta piega.

The hotel is very good, comfortable and close to shops, bus stops and the underground station. It’s very clean, with a large bathroom and a great shower. Nothing to complain about!

Our checking was smooth. The lady who checked us in was so warm and welcoming and super friendly.

The shower screen did not stop the bathroom from flooding! No aircon but the windows did work.

So clean and everybody was really friendly, breakfast was very well organised and the room was perfect, was able to leave my luggage after check out on the last day while we went out which was just perfect… Booked again as soon as I got home..

Its central and busses stops just outside the building. There is a small shop inside the hotel and just outside the hotel incl a pub in case you wish to have a late snack/meal. Staff very friendly throughout, and we were given luggage storage free of charge after checkout. Bathroom was super clean and fresh!

We were a family of four. The room we were offered fitted 4 separate beds (great when you travel with teens!!!), but it was little floor space for suitcases, somewhere to sit (unless you sit on your bed). There were no hooks, cupboards or shelving space in the room to organise 4 people’s’ belongings so everything we came with and later bought had to stay in our suitcases on the floor.

Het personeel beneden was heel fijn! je kon altijd met je vraag terecht, vooral Wency was onze favoriet! Bedden waren onverwachts goed lekker groot en een goed matras, de badkamer was ook erg schoon!

Het schoonmaken begon al erg vroeg om 8.45 al, dit wisten wij niet en hierdoor was onze kamer de eerste dag niet schoongemaakt. de schoonmakers waren wel erg aardig en heel sociaal.

On the whole the room was really very good, especially for London prices. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The room was a really good size and the bathroom was modern. The whole place was very clean. Large windows for natural light. The hotel is huge and busy but the staff kept it moving. A shop on site. Very close to the Tube station.

Unfortunately I stayed in a Thursday night for work (for a meeting at this hotel) and my room was facing the central courtyard area and the pub. It was very loud. There were earplugs provided in the room but they didn’t really help! If I hadn’t been staying for work it wouldn’t have been so bad but I couldn’t even go down and join in the fun!

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y no contaba con aire acondicionado y por temas de seguridad, las ventanas no podían abrirse completamente. Tampoco contaba con nevera. Pregunté por una portátil (ya que vi al huésped de enfrente entrar con ella en la habitación) pero me dijeron que solo era para casos concretos. Al ser un hotel tan céntrico, había mucho ruido de tráfico, policías y ambulancias en el exterior (te dejan tapones auditivos en la mesita de noche). Y eché en falta más sillones o sofas donde poder descansar o esperar en el hall del hotel.

Ubicación.

Hacía mucho calor en nuestra habitación. Pedimos el cambio porque era difícil dormir con esa temperatura. En otras habitaciones con distinta orientación el calor era más soportable. Nos indicaron que no tenían, pero había un gran trasiego de salidas esa mañana y durante nuestra estancia. No es agradable estar en una habitación con esas temperaturas.

The location was excellent, everything you needed was within walking distance. There were also some nice parks nearby. The room was spacious and the beds comfy.

Bagno piccolo e senza spazzolone x wc

Lokacija je odlična, u lijepom dijelu Londona. Blizu je University of London, Bloomsbury je studentska četvrt. Cijelo vrijeme smo se osjećali vrlo sigurno. Na 5 minuta udaljenosti od hotela je autobusna postaja i dvije postaje podzemne željeznice na 5 i 10 min udaljenosti. Do većine turističkih znamenitosti može se doći i pješice za ugodnih pola sata šetnje. Veliki je izbor ponude hrane u obližnjim restoranima. Hotel je prilično velik, ali odlično uređen. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno, a na ulazu su 24 sata nazočni članovi osiguranja. Sobe su uredne, moderno uređene i čiste. Posteljina se mijenja svaki treći dan. U sobama je na raspolaganju i kuhalo za vodu s besplatnim čajem, instant kavom, šećerom i mlijekom. Nema klima uređaja, ali bili smo zadnji tjedan u kolovozu, pa nije bilo vruće. Naša soba imala je pogled na vrt i bilo je vrlo tiho što je bilo super za spavanje. Tuš u kupaonici je izvrstan.

Jedina mala zamjerka je veličina umivaonika u kupaonici. Vrlo je mali, a slavina je fiksirana, pa se ne može pomaknuti malo u stranu što rezultira obaveznim prskanjem po nogama dok se umivate.

Excellent central location. If you're in London for just a couple of days, this is an ideal base — most of the main sights are within easy reach on foot or a short tube ride. The manager handled my complaint well. Once I raised the issue the next day, it was resolved quickly and without argument.

The check-in. I arrived at 3 a.m. and the night staff charged me again for a room I had already paid for. Having to pay twice after a long journey is not the welcome you want. It took until the next day to get it sorted, which meant starting the trip with an unnecessary hassle.

la amabilidad de todos el personal que te atiende con una sonrisa siempre y te ayudan y resuelven cualquier situación que pueda surgir. Todo el hotel está impecable y súper limpio,.nuestra habitación estaba impoluta cada día., camas y almohadas súper cómodas, y WiFi mexcelente. El servicio de consigna de equipaje tanto al entrar como al salir es estupendo y gratuito. El desayuno es fabuloso y súper completo, merece la pena cogerlo porque lo vale y tiene gran variedad en platos calientes salados y dulces, zumos, frutas etc...atienden alergias alimentarias de forma muy diligente. Trabajan todos genial. Sin duda un gran acierto elegir este hotel, por no hablar de que en la puerta tienes el bus 14 que te lleva a cualquier punto de interés turístico y la línea picafilly e metro que te conecta con el aeropuerto..

O quarto e banheiro eram pequenos mas limpos e recém reformados. O café da manhã muito bom, com opções de frutas, pães, pratos quentes. A localização é perfeita para se chegar de metrô do aeroporto Heathrow pela linha Picadilly, que também favorece a circulação pela cidade. Linhas de ônibus ao lado do hotel para deslocamentos a pontos turisticos, além dos Hop on Hop Off. Hotel provê agua mineral gratuita no lobby e restaurantes com preços acessiveis.

O calor nos dias que estive por lá estava intenso e um ar condicionado ou ventilador nos quartos fez muita falta.

Rumore notturno sulla strada

La habitación era amplia, la limpieza estaba siempre muy bien, la decoración con distintos músicos en los pasillos me encantó y además, el ruido que podía generar el pub de al lado, acababa a una hora decente para dormir bien y descansar.

A la hora de guardar el equipaje un par de horas después del check out, no entendimos muy bien porqué no podíamos dejar la bolsa con algunas compras que habíamos hecho o una con líquidos para luego poder pasar el control de seguridad. Eran dos bultos iguales que las mochilas.

Avsaknad av ventilation gjorde att man var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet dygnet runt. Mycket trafikerad gata utanför störde sömnen.

Le manque d’équipement, pas de climatisation et de brosse pour les wc… Quand on prend une douche un peu trop chaude, et qu’on souhaite aérer la salle de bain vaut mieux éviter de laisser ouvert la porte sinon cela déclenche l’alarme… Personnel sympathique mais peut être un peu trop omniprésent exemple : personnel venu 3x pour un même sujet.
