フレンチの食事が美味しくない。最後のメイクは野菜も肉の全く味がしなかった。デザートも甘いだけで濃くがなかった。団体客が大声で騒いでいてもだれも注意せず、　食事を楽しみにしていた個人客に対する配慮が全く無い。

Beautiful and relaxing. Though we don’t speak Japanese and most of the staff don’t speak English everyone was very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner. They accommodated my lactose allergy in creative ways.

The service, the food, the location in the national park area an the onsen facilities were good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were kind and efficient.

The electric kettle in the room was not clean. But they had a free tea/coffee bar at the lounge area so we just went there to get drinks.

A fantastic example of a high end resort spa, with a keen focus on delivering excellent service. The private onsen was wonderful, and I'd book this hotel again just for that. The dinner and breakfast were truly first class, and left me wanting for nothing more, while still wishing it would never end. I would recommend this to anyone passing by as a one night stop-off during the winter, and imagine in the summer it's a stunning local environment for walks, attractions, and fishing.

Nothing was wrong, and I'd feel rude to criticise any part of the resort given it's clearly targeted at the Japanese market not international traveler's like ourselves. The hotel is located close to the train station / railway line, but we never found noise an issue during our stay, and found the railway history on display interesting and novel.

因为时间问题我们没有直接到大沼公园的车，所以在大沼下的车。之前看到酒店的接送车只到函馆，所以就没有预定，但是其实都能接送。我们差不多走到酒店被工作人员看到接上车了，服务还是到位的

Personeel super attent, Het eten was geweldig. De muziek, de badruimtes, de omgeving… ver boven verwachting.

Het bed was wat hard. Als enige, kleine punt van kritiek. Zal persoonlijk zijn.

We really enjoyed the bar and outdoor areas. The onsen was good and comfy. Oh, I have to mention that their bread in the restaurant was so good! The staff there are nice and friendly. We were so surprised by the prepared clothing and shoes for our kid. It's so welcoming.

The towels in the room were a bit too old. I was a little disappointed that there was no special recognition of my birthday, which I had mentioned in my reservation. Usually, other hotels would write a card or a decorated dessert, which would have made the celebration feel more special.

雖然很多年紀較大的員工，但是服務態度非常好，晚餐是法式，早餐是西式套餐，都很好吃。免費的貸切溫泉也不錯。

唯一的缺點是露天溫泉小昆蟲較多，建議改變一下燈光的設計，應該可以讓驅光性的昆蟲不會聚集在溫泉池上方。

The adjacent town is pretty dead in winter - not much is open.

Beautiful manor type property, location was great - in a very beautiful little village, accessible directly fr Sapporo main station, walkable, beautiful woods and lake around the property. Private bath in our room was the best, warm and clear. Free drinks (within certain hours), and activities are not very pricey but extremely pleasant, we did the birdwatching and we were so happy. Also luxurious dinner and breakfast service.

Restaurants around the area close at 3pm and open again for dinner time. This is not a problem if planning to eat during usual lunch and dinner times but not for off hour dining. Birdwatching guide knew little English and unfortunately we failed to study Japanese as well. But the guide tried to keep us included and translate as much as possible despite this and we had the most magical time.

Very impressed with the Onoma Tsuruga Resort. We stayed for two nights in November and loved the property. The room we had , with a private rotemburo was very nice. It was much larger than most rooms in Japan, had excellent facilities, and the private outdoor bath was the real winner. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel. The French multi-course dinner was excellent and while not cheap (we paid 16,000 Yen per person), it was well worth it. Service, presentation, and cooking were all very impressive. There is also an excellent wine list, with good options by the glass or bottle. The setting of the hotel is lovely, by the side of the marsh (konuma). It is very quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. The little resort town of onumakouen is nearby, with lots of little stores, cafes, and activities. This is a less well known spot in Hokkaido, compared with Niesko or Furano, but it's so beautiful. Having a car will really help out. Anyway, the hotel is highly recommended. We enjoyed the very nice touches, like freely available wine in the bar in the afternoon and evening. It's not cheap, but we felt we got excellent value for money and look forward to staying at the other Tsuruga properties in Hokkaido.

The Executive Room with Hot Spring Bath we stayed at was spacious and had lovely views of the red leaves from the living room and the very roomy hot spring bathtub. The location was perfect for visiting the Onuma national park. The dinners were also exquisite. We also used the hotel's excellent shuttle bus service to the Hakodate airport. All staff members were nice and helpful.

We informed the reception that we wouldn't need cleaning service for the next day and also put out a " Do not disturb" sign on the doorknob. The cleaning staff came in nonetheless while we were out. While we appreciated the conscientiousness we wished our request had been respected.

The property was beautiful, the dock on the lake was amazing to sit on and watch birds fly by. Every single member of staff we spoke to was incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The restaurant was not very good, the course meals took a long time to eat and although some of the dishes were delicious, a couple of the courses were not very well thought out and could have been left off the menu. The seafood dishes in particular could use some work. My clams, shrimps, and salmon were not cleaned properly. There was sand in my clams, and roundworm in my salmon. The beds in the room are incredibly hard, it was like sleeping on a wooden plank.

手違いで娘のお料理が幼児ではなく大人と同じになっており、お夕飯の時間になって初めて気づいてしまいました。にも関わらず、すぐ確認をして頂いた後に幼児用のお食事に変更して下さり、お料理もほんと待たずに出して頂く等、ご配慮頂きました。キッチンのシェフの方々と配膳をご担当頂いた皆様には、本当に感謝しかありません。お食事はとても美味しく、お部屋も素敵でしたし、部屋の露天風呂もとても素晴らしかったです。子供連れでもとても皆様優しく接して下さり、本当に素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。またお邪魔させて頂きたいと思っております。本当に有難うございました。

Wow what a lovely location and hotel. We had the room with private onsen. It was very spacious with separate entertainment room connected to the onsen, off the main bedroom area. The restaurant meals were delightful with 5 star service.

The location of the resort was close to the train station of JR Onuma Koen. The resort has a retro, traditional design but the services and facilities provided were exceptional. It was a comfortable stay at the resort. They even have this cool model of the area with toy trains running around.

Probably a small room for improvement would be the signage that leads to the resort from the train station could be placed in a clearer location (it was hidden behind some tree leaves when we came. We managed to use google maps to navigate which is not an issue for us. But for people that are not certain about using google maps it would be a bit challenging.

The hotel located close to the train station with a beautiful garden and a deck extending to the lake… Convenient walking distance to the park and lakes. Compliments to the chefs and service staff at the restaurant for the delicious breakfast and dinner served. Not forgetting the bakery offering delicious buns & breads. Guest room is of good size but the safe should be at a more accessible height/location instead of at the bottom of the wardrobe. One has to stoop, squat down or sit on the floor to use the safe. So we did not use it and had to carry our passports and valuables with us whenever we leave the room. Overall except for the safe location in the guest room, we had a great 5-star stay😊

This was a relaxing and beautiful trip to Onuma, Hakodate and visited with our Japanese sister in law and her husband. Lovely, peaceful accommodations and room amenities, including resort ware/slippers. Some amenities included spa/sauna, complimentary room items, and wifi. We noticed that a bit of the resort maintenance can be looked into such as exterior painting near dock walkway, exterior paneling and outdoor deck flooring near our room spa. Also filling juice containers in train themed bar room could be attended to. Otherwise, staff/service was professional and hospitable. Surrounding garden and walkways were well maintained with seasonal flowers. We enjoyed a French themed dinner, which can include a requested sommelier. The on site bakery was a plus, but note that some days they are closed. After enjoying our stay, we actually requested an extra day to explore nearby restaurants and parks/lake. We were thoroughly relaxed and look forward to a future visit.

With my wife we stop here on our way to Sapporo. The Onuma quasi national park was amazing itself, lots of birds and the path along the lake is awesome. The hotel was an experience. The interior design with beautiful wood crafted statues made the stay exceptional. I am a smoker and even if in the hotel is not alowed to smoke, the smoking room was comfortable and easy to reach. The rooms are big, extremely clean and there is all you need in them. The view on the lake from our room was great. We had the breakfast which was varied and of high quality. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, and for my wife, which is vegan, they arranged a great breakfast too. Finally consideration the staff. They all speak English, they are extremely polite and will to help you in order to make your stay pleasant. I absolutely recommend a stay in this hotel to enjoy the wonder of this naturalistic area!

食事がとても美味しく、快適に過ごせました。 大浴場の他にも無料の家族風呂が有り、 食事の前後にバーでのサービスが有り、楽しめました。小沼に面した散策路も気持ちが良かったです。意外にもご家族連れが多くて驚きましたが、小さなお子さんのいるグループは個室の別室で、お食事提供されていたようで、レストランは静かにお食事が出来、大人にもご家族連れにも快適な空間で良かったと思います。

こじんまりしていて、各所手が行き届いていました。 食事も、雰囲気も良かった。

お料理が美味しくて、お部屋も露天風呂付きの綺麗なお部屋で、エステも気持ちよかったです。 夕食の際、ワインが注文したものと違ったのですが、ボトルワインを飲んだのに取り消ししてくれました💦 すみませんって感じです… それ以外はアルコール飲み放題のラウンジがあったりしますしとても満足です！！ また来年もお世話になります笑

大変快適に過ごせました。着いた日の天気は良くなかったんですが、大沼公園の遊歩道はなんとか歩けました。駅から近く、チェックインもお昼ごろに済ませられゆっくり滞在できました。食事は夕食、朝食とも洋食でしたが函館で海鮮食べてたのでそれでよかった。温泉は大浴場も部屋付きの露天風呂も家内は喜んでいましたが私には少し熱すぎました。ただ部屋付きの露天風呂のためか部屋の温度ががとても暑かったのでエアコンを使いました。帰りは函館空港まで送っていただきありがとうございました。またいつかもっと長く滞在したいですね。

あいにくの雨でしたが、広いお部屋に泊まったためかもしらませんが大変快適に過ごすことができました。 料理は、地元の食材を利用しており季節を変えてまた宿泊したいとおもいます。 接客は大変素晴らしかったです。

　たいへん気持ちよく泊まることができました。係員の対応は自然で、誠意を持ってコミュニケーションを図ろうとする気持ちが伝わってきました。緑に包まれておいしい食事をと温泉を楽しみながら、ゆったりと滞在できます。 　バーラウンジにある鉄道模型の整備を図れるともっと素晴らしいと思います。また、暖炉の上の写真の年代は1975年ではなく1970年だと思います。

小規模なリゾートホテルで静かで、サービスも行き届いていて、　快適な滞在が楽しめた。部屋の露天風呂もよく、朝食も美味しく頂きました。こんどは連泊したいと思います。

いつの間にか大沼に鶴雅が。昔、クロフォードイン大沼だった時代に泊まったことがあります。 駐車場に車を駐めると案内の方が来てくれて、スムーズにチェックイン、部屋の説明も丁寧にしてくれて、とても感じが良かったです。 露天風呂のお部屋。部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。 アメニティの種類も多いし、バスローブ・パジャマ・館内着もありました。 暖炉が灯るバーラウンジの雰囲気も良く、大沼の湖上に出るテラスもまたステキでした。 朝食のプレートも華やかな感じで量も申し分なく。 今回は参加しませんでしたが、函館の裏夜景を見るツアーが、確かドリンク付きで500円くらいで、良心的なお値段です。 総合的に印象が良く、また機会があれば訪れたいと思いました。 余談ですが、「大沼だんご」を夜九時までにフロントに注文すると、翌朝受け取れるサービスも良かったです。
