As an organizer representing the KEMENDIKDASMEN group, I recently held a meeting at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Tebu Hotel, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The Grand Ballroom is spacious, well-equipped, and highly suitable for various types of events, whether formal or informal. The air conditioning system performed excellently throughout the day, and the large LED video wall added a touch of class and professionalism to our presentations. The meals served during lunch and coffee breaks were delicious and varied—something all our guests greatly appreciated. The hotel itself boasts a charming classic style, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Since I have an agenda for 3 days at COLO hub, then this hotel became my first choice. Well located strategically, the room was cozy enough even it was not too spacious, full of amenities, well equiped, and clean. The breakfast was great, many choices from western, oriental, and traditional menus, available also indomie booth as well as kids menu, but my favorite went to THE CUANKI, love love love it 😁

Great location, super clean and friendly staff. We were only staying for 2 nights ended up staying 15. We had a very nice time traveling around Bandung and the hotel was a great centerspot to navigate any direction.

The staff in the restaurant have a good attitude.

The room has a very unpleasant smell and the bedding is very dirty. Ac makes a particularly loud noise, which seriously affects sleep.

The only thing that I can think about is that the staff were friendly.

We didn’t like the room. Price - quality is not okay. Dirty mattress - dirty sheets. Bathroom is really not okay. Hot water tap broken not working. Isolation cover from the shower door fell off. The water from the shower was covering the whole bedroom floor. The power socket near the bed was broken. The room was not cleaned at the second day. We stayed 3 nights. We asked if the staffed could come back later but they said no. They only asked how many towels we would need. They serve a big breakfast but it is Asian orientated. We would not recommend this hotel. Way better places available in Yogjakarta for a better price.

Really happy with the service. I requested for a change of room and immediately changed it for me. Breakfast was really good.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Melosa restaurant, and it was truly an amazing experience! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with soft lighting and classic decor. the service is great especially for Mr. Erifin, Mrs. Royana, Mr. Ihsan. thank you very much for this interesting opportunity

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Tebu Bandung! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean, and I was delighted to get a high-floor room as per my request. The morning and night views were absolutely amazing, adding to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting with a smile, and the housekeeping team was very attentive and cute in their service. Breakfast was another highlight—there were plenty of delicious food choices, ensuring a great start to the day. The only minor issue was the water heater, which didn’t work as well as expected, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of my stay. If I return to Bandung, I will definitely choose Grand Tebu again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Breakfast & location was good. Room was clean & kids liked having an upstairs. View from the room (level 16) was very good.

Noise from meeting rooms on level above (17) started very early and sometimes went in quite late which isn't good when travelling with children. Water for shower was luke warm at most. Room could do with some more drawers, etc. Pool was small & more like a paddling pool.

We rented the "Family Loft" and it was perfect for my family.

The bathroom was difficult to approach at night time from the second floor. maybe some safety lights on the steps might help

Dont expect too much. I've got discount rate so its kinda cheap for downtown hotel. No problem if you just need place for rest.

Once i've got there, the system was down so no one can enter to room. I was waiting for about 30 minutes with other people. And the parking lot is something else. If you bring big car, its a big no no.

they have a room for 4 people. it's really nice when we go with family or as a group so no need to book separate rooms.

the bathroom is quite old, the hot water didn't work that hot. it's only warm water.
