Tout est parfait La propriétaire est très serviable, et vraiment attentionnée et vous aide pour des réservations de véhicules ou restaurants et vous indique des lieux à visiter. Le personnel est aux petits oignons.... La maison est très belle, et les chambres sont très confortables Le petit déjeuner très copieux. La situation du logement est très proche de la plage et des commodités. Le quartier est très sécurisé. Bref si vous allez cape town choisissez cet endroit Nous y avons passé 2 semaines parfaites

In einem Zimmer war das warme Wasser ausgefallen, so dass wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben

The host Thelma is very friendly, present and attends to needs on point. Very helpful with information enabling us to settle easily. Breakfast by Tony the chef was amazing, rooms clean.

The location is great, in my opinion, the best option in Capetown - safer in comparison with the downtown, and the beautiful beach is nearby. Nice and cozy rooms, and a great, friendly host who is ready to help if needed. Thank you so much!

Die Lage meines Zimmers zur Strasse hin, ab 6 Uhr Durchgangsverkehr. Um 7 Uhr hört man Klappern des Geschirrs und riecht das Frühstück. Die Frühstückszeiten nur von 7 bis 9 Uhr. Für Urlaubsreisende nicht geeignet, es sei denn nan steht gerne um 6 oder so auf......

Their pool was nice and their cleaning staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that there was no one when we checked it, the rooms were mixed up and then the management was quite hostile when directing issues that they might have been experiencing. I felt their interactions with us were hostile and it was unpleasant having them around because they made us feel as a group as though we weren’t welcome.

Convenient and great location. The hosts were real welcoming and it felt really homely.

The only downside was the carpet in our Hippo room, it didn’t feel quite hygienic due to the stains. Other than that, everything was great.

This was a return visit. We went back knowing what we would find, we were not disappointed. The warmth of our welcome was exceptional. The breakfasts were excellent. All of the staff were very, very helpful.

I like to keep abreast of current affairs. The TV in our room could only receive Netflix and similar. I know there was a tv in a public room downstairs where I could have seen live tv news. However, given that I'm often getting dry from the shower or getting dressed as I watch - not for a public place!

Hosts were absolutely welcoming and warm..always feel like you're visiting family.

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and stayed in contact. Breakfast was great, room decent size, all clean and comfy. Very charming guest house, love the little outdoor area with a pool and lapa. All well maintained. Very good, can only recommend.

It's a personal thing, I prefer a whole appartment to a room in a guesthouse. But that's just me, the stay was excellent, parking with a large SUV was a little cramped but doable.

The best and most memorable about my short stay were the hosts, Ronnie and Thelma. Just genuinely nice people, who couldn't have been more attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, 15-20 minutes drive to waterfront, when no traffic. The room was clean and got cleaned every day. My room overlooked the pool which was nice. It was also great that there is an option to book without breakfast as I had other plans at breakfast time.

Felt welcome as soon as we arrived, Thelma & Ronnie are a super friendly couple who make you feel at home. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious & cooked exactly to our liking. The garden/pool area of this guest house is a super area to relax & spend time chatting & indeed drinking with the owners & other guests

I loved my stay at Atlantic Breeze. Though short, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and would highly recommend staying here. The area was beautiful & very laid back. The nearby beach provides one of the great views of Cape Town, and the sunset (per its name) was breathtaking.

Ronnie and Thelma are exceptional human beings. They treat everyone like family. There whole staff is always available to assist with every need. I really felt like i was visiting family members. The rooms are spacious and stunning. The area is welcoming and 200m to the sunset beach. I definitely recommend Atlantic Breeze would like to visit again soon.

Loved the hosts, friendly and knowledgeable with a warm welcome and a friendly daily catch up! Yet privacy was great too. Loved the central location.

Winter months: Room was a bit cold in spite of wall mounted heater panel, but ample blankets were provided. Perhaps some form of bathroom extraction would work great in the open plan room we had.

For us, this was a great location with regards to Killarney Race Track. The bed was comfortable, and the area very quiet at night. We did not make use of any of the facilities on offer but had we not been going out we would most certainly have sat in the lounge to watch the Formula 1 on the big screen TV.

I stayed for 3 nights at Atlantic Breeze Guesthouse. Thelma and Ronnie are very friendly and helpful hosts, they do everything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms are extremly clean and well maintained like the rest of the guesthouse. If something breaks it'll be repaired at once. There's a pool in the tropical garden together with sunchairs, normal chairs and tables inviting you to sit outside. I'm not a breakfast fan so I skipped it but it looked great. The beach is round the corner and to be reached in a 5 minutes walk. Especially it's very safe, there's an active neighbourhoodwatch caring about the area including the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful area in CPT with an empty and safe beach, a clean guesthouse und excellent service African Breeze is the first choice. I will come back

The thin, interleading door allowed too much noise to pass through. Around 1am, the guest next door was watching an action movie, and I had to knock on that door and ask them to turn it down.

What can I say we had an amazing stay At Atlantic breeze guest house . Thelma and Ronnie & there team could do enough for us . We stayed in wild dog room which was great . Breakfast was cooked fresh whatever we wanted, we satin evening with them for glass of wine . Great restaurants near by . Ubers cheep . We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back . If you like great hospitality and meeting new people and guests, then this is the place to stay. Thelma and Ronnie does an excellent job by creating a very conducive environment for people to meet each other without feeling uncomfortable. The facilities are well equipped and the back-up power is a big plus!

The hosts' warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel like a visit with family, filled with numerous thoughtful gestures. The guesthouse and its inviting pool added to the charm of our stay. We spent a relaxing final day by the pool, enjoying football and engaging conversations. Our 3-year-old son received special attention and kindness, even as he energetically explored the surroundings. The poolside bar is a fantastic spot, likely appealing to a younger crowd in their 20s as well. The hotel's location is superb, nestled within a 5-minute walk of exquisite restaurants. Ample onsite parking adds to the convenience. Our room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring a spacious bathroom, a comfortable large bed, and a TV. The area feels much safer than downtown, enhancing the sense of tranquility. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town.
