It was very convenient with the location which is a surplus. Closer to MOA,jolliebee,chowking,baclaran church and many more. Plus they have free breakfast and to swim at!! 🙌🏻😍

There wasn't but where we stayed at first the AC wasn't as powerful and cooler but hands down they managed to solved it by switching us to another room.

Breakfast very limited in Qty and only food could consume in excess was pancit which is high in starch to heavy for breakfast consumption in a large way. Alos faucets etc in the room need to be cleaned as they have build up of lime scale

Wish the pool hours were longer

The location was ok and coresponded to description and pictures. It felt as a half appartment building, and maybe it is common for Asia. The building has solid walls, so we never heard any neighbours, even though they were there. Old corridors gave away a bit of a backroom feeling.

It was old, old fashioned in a good way, but with a layer of old dust on every piece of the building and furniture. It was clean, but old in terms of furniture, interior, bathroom equipment, air conditioner, everything. And for some reason we didn’t pay attention to availability of hot water, when booking- there was no hot water. Breakfast wasn’t worth it, and we had couple of cockroaches in every room (we had booked 3).

The sink top is falling apart,it’s just basic hotel

The staff were very accommodating and polite even though I checked out early due to personal reasons. The upstairs bar was a good meeting place but didn't know about it initially. Staff there were also very good. Right alongside a small Mall was handy.

Simply I was not suited to the level I thought I would have, and that was my mistake in selection. The room was sparse without any facility to boil a jug of water and no refrigerator, etc. I didn't check it out and did not realise it until the next morning. The staff did, however, try to make it as easy as possible. Breakfast was included. However, it was very local cuisine and respectfully was very controlled portions etc. Making decisions on photos from the internet can do this to overseas patron. It did have a bath which I was seeking, but the hot water supply was very limited. It was not for me. However, it might suit the needs of some who were overnighters and just wanted a place to lay down. It was certainly priced accordingly. Very grateful for staff assistance.

The pick up and drop off are very expensive normally hotel are free for drop off and pick up. They charge so expensive but the hotel is not great. The air-conditioning is so noisy and the shower are broken.

(jamais vu ça !!! ) Climatisation super bruyante Plus mauvaise isolation phonique Pas de fenêtres !!!! Tout simplement scandaleux pour 90 euros la nuit !!! Et wifi par intermittence A fuir ..

This is a strange hotel! A lot of potential, but they didn't go for it! Very nice ladies in the reception. The men have a way to go, to be better in service. The breakfast is simple, but very good. Food in the restaurant is also good and reasonable prices. Many rooms have no windows, but maybe better AC, than room with window. I have been there for several days in different rooms, So I have tried different alternative's. Nice pool area on the top floor. The location is very good. With a nice shopping mall right around the corner.

It's always something! Leaking faucet, defect toilet and AC is very noisy! I mean noisy! The room cleaning was not satisfactory. And its very easy to see the room have seen better days. But the ladies in front desk, help you to change the room, so everything can be fixed. Still, I'll will be back!

Only 1 elevator is working all the time. Buffet breakfast controlled by the staff the serving of food especially the eggs and meats.

Chambre sans entretien. Pas de drap. Ai tué au moins une dizaine de cafards. Chambre donnant sur rue bruyante et air conditionné d'un autre âge rendant impossible son utilisation.

Location is accessible anywhere. I get what I paid for so I wouldn't expect much but I appreciated that the room especially the toilet was clean and smells good. What made me booked here is you have a rooftop and a pool that most of the surrounding hotels did not have.

The couches on the reception area looks uncleaned. Small chips on the walls, tables and chairs could be fixed. Our room 510, the compressor of the air-conditioner is so loud.

The location is easy access to trains and jeepneys.

I was locked in their comfort room on my last day of my stay, i didn't notice that the knob was broken since I dropped off my stuff and went outside to see my friend and got back to the hotel in the morning. so when i took a bath, i can't open the door inside of the comfort room. there no other way but to shout out loud so that i can ask for help. i was diagnosed of depression and this is really triggers me. this is not the first time i stay in this hotel but, the last experience of me alone is really bad. the staff didn't know how to assist their guest when someone got locked on their room, there's no nurse or emergency team on their staff, all they have is that the manager that keep on saying that i could be sent to PUBLIC hospital where as there is a nearest hospital along the edsa. I just decided to go home and rest. they didn't come or call me again about what happened or what. and also the socket available is only for their TV, there's no available socket near the bed. so I decided not to use the small fridge inside since i was there just to rest, but the experience is really a nightmare for me as someone has depression.

We are being knocked at the door just because we didn't go out at exactly 12pm on the day of checkout. Very annoying. We have not yet stayed for 24 hours because we checked in later the previous day. Most hotels give a leeway allowance of 30minutes up to 55 minutes to checkout after 12pm

The pool and the staffs are all nice! Plus the location was an easy access to all.

The free breakfast, we didn't know if it's only for a round or we can get another.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The place felt cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed available. The location was convenient, even close to a busy area you can’t hear the noise outside and that is very important to help me to relax . Overall, a great place to stay!Affordable

All factors considered, this is, at best, a 10-12$ per night place that wants 3-4 times what its worth.

Hard to find driving. Old. Good for one night.

place is nice and clean, close to shopping area, MOA and airport. staff and nice and accommodating too. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the swimming pool.

There was poop running down the front of the toilet. Grab driver told us on the way in the area is bad for snatchers and pickpockets etc. Didn't feel safe to walk the street. Staff is friendly and they have billiards on the 8th floor. But the poop on the toilet ruined any chance of a good rating.

Scary. Old and very worn. Sheets and pillows seem clean. Toilets are not hotel worthy. The whole place needs a gut job. Im surprised it's open. Aren't there criteria for hotels? We had no choice. It was a10 hour sleep stay, and we survived it. Couldn't wait to leave.

All the stuffs was polite,I like to attend the mass for 1st Friday for every one.

Cute pool on the roof about 15 meter square with a view of the city. OK breakfast with eggs and meat. The restaurant on the top floor was good - the problem was LOUD karaoke music and signing that was not enjoyed by us. If the volume were about half it would be OK but we could not talk across our table! Very unpleasant. I should have asked them to turn it down - I think they might have.

We love urban, all staff are friendly. They treat us like a family. And i treat them the same. We always stay every time we are holiday in Phil. I recommend to all my friends.

Stayed before my flight. Enjoyed. Really wanted to check the pool. It looked awesome 👍
