Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites

Friendly front staff. Energetic.

During our stay, the hallway was extremely warm/HOT! Temperatures felt as if we were stepping outside and not just out into the hallway. The ice machine on our floor was not working during our stay. We went to a different floor. The hotel is pretty and very clean. We did not make it to breakfast. No hotel shuttle but Uber/Lyft picked up quickly.

Loved our stay last time, which is why we came back!

We liked everything!

Everything except for the cleaning of the rooms

The cleaning they change the room 3 times and I think all rooms are the same

The bed were super comfortable but the sheet cleanliness was questionable.

There were stains on the towels and bedding. Too tired to complain to the staff though.

Exelent

There was a piece of trash along the hallway near the way to lobby area. I walked by it many days in a row. Day after day.

The welcome n breakfast was good.

When we're in the pool someone left the door open to the patio. Heat was coming in so I told my daughter to close the door.

The room was good. The bed was fine - not super comfy.

Price was good

It was not as clean as it should be. We had to extend our stay an extra two days, and 5 days in a row there was a piece of trash along the edge of hallway not picked up! Five days!!! Couldn’t miss it

It's quiet, clean and a good breakfast

Friendly staff very helpful 👌

The beds were comfortable and the pillows , the shower and sink were clean. So was the toilet

Some of the outlets didn’t work, the tv was hard to figure out, the pool looked unkept.

Got the queen 2 bed with kitchen. It was nice to have a large fridge and extra space. Even if we didn’t cook. Love the extra room.

The pool was dirty on Saturday night.

Everything was perfect .. girl at check in was amazing

Nothing

I stayed here last year because I have a conference nearby so I thought I'd try it again... Big mistake!

This place seriously went downhill in the last year. It took three attempts to get a room without someone already in it. I walked in on people in bed. The guy at the front desk said a lot of the new staff had not been checking people in correctly. The floor in the room was filthy this time. I was kept up all night the second night with guys hanging out in the courtyard outside my room. That staff member refused to do anything about it with me calling every hour until 3:30 a.m. so I finally had to call the Gila River Police department. I left several messages requesting management to call me back but they are yet to do so. Update: The response from management below is an absolute lie!!! No one EVER called me or left me a message. I checked my account and there was never any credit applied to my charges. If they left messages and gave a discount to someone, it certainly wasn't me! This response only adds insult to injury! If I don't hear from management and receive a refund ASAP, I will continue to escalate this issue!

Friendly Staff and great location

Clean and quiet

Like the place has kitchen and space area. Room was great!

Need some repair bathroom sink drainage, cleaning inside the sofa seat, single seat chair not working at all, and it's peeling from the seat. A/C was great, no heat.

The location and breakfast bar was fantastic

The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable, but the biggest issue was with checkout. I specifically told the front desk employee that I wanted to make sure all charges were paid because I keep most of my money in savings and didn’t want an overdraft fee. I asked twice if I was good to go, and both times I was told “don’t worry about it.” Four days later, the hotel processed the snack charge anyway and overdrafted my account, causing a $35 overdraft fee. A $20 snack purchase became a $50 charge because I relied on the information given to me by staff. Had I been correctly informed that the charge would process later, I would have transferred money immediately and avoided the issue entirely. Very frustrating experience.

Loved room #313, next stay would definitely recommend 313. Love the hotel location as well.

Checking out at 11AM!

I really liked the shower, the shower nozzle worked spraying water evenly and effectively, unlike many other hotel rooms I have been in. I also enjoyed how high the shower head was, it was so nice because I didn't have to duck to get into the water.

Overall the entire hotel could use a refresh. It just had that feel that it used to be a great hotel, but now it is really just an ok hotel.

Close to casinos

We liked everything we don't have any negative feedbacks

Breakfast was great!

A bar would have been nice!

Service was nice.

Candy bars. We're overpriced.

Breakfast was good with choices.

There was no fruit available on any of the 3 days.

Fijne bedden, vriendelijk personeel

Klein zwembad,

Great stay!

I like everything about my stay . It was quiet and pleasant . Bed soft and comfortable. Located in nice area near outlet mall and other stores. I would stay here again.

No complaints

Location ok for some appointments. Late for one Dr. appointment had to reschedule for 45 days later.

Palo verde trees in front are very Mesa , get tracked in, get in and on your car. I am very allergic to palo verde trees. Staff spent a lot of time cleaning up their trail, blossoms and not my daily requests to clean my room, which was not clean to begin with.

Quiet, and room clean. Young Micronesian woman at the desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful when I left. Nice to see a smile when you are by yourself and don’t know anyone. I had actually booked another hotel but I found the staff there not as helpful and the computer down so I left.

Everything was fine.

I hope that my exchange to the inn was considered as the booking was made at BW plus. Thanks for review .. there is only one me that night and my name was at the inn.. Helene M Blaustein.

Everything was paid for they couldn’t check me in.

People very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little hard but ok.

Das 2. Zimmer😶

It was very nice. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean. We tried to go swimming in the evening and obvious children were swimming. One of the children threw up in the pool so we didn’t get to swim that long.

Our bad experience was when we checked in it was very confusing and not good at all. They discharged my card three times also to the companion that came with me they were only supposed to charge a $50 hold on her card and now both of us are having problems with our bank account. This wasn’t a good stay for us now we have difficulties with our banking accounts.

Poloha u dálnice.

V době pobytu byl personál velmi zaneprázdněný. Ale předpokládám, že to není vždy.

Nothing that I can think of

There wasn’t any bedding for the pull out bed.

Check out , spent too much Time , didn’t find my Check in Breakfast is desappointing

Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location!

Room lighting can be improved!

Breakfast was good, location was good.

The chair in our room was totally worn out, looked like somebody grabbed it out of a dumpster. We only had de-caf coffee in our room and no shampoo.

No additional comments.

Everything was fine.

Close to eateries, freeways and filling stations.

Not helpful when I need to change reservations. I get “You used a third party” then if they can change my reservation, more money is involved. Not happy with that and very little handicapped parking. I require very little if any housekeeping assistance during my stays. If I need anything, I wait until housekeeping is in the hallway in the morning and ask for an extra washcloth, hand towel, trash bag or 1 roll of t.p.

Beds were so comfortable, breakfast was good, room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I really liked the cleaness and accommodations like staff helping with everything

The thinnest pillows ever

Location & staff

HARD beds and AC not working properly Breakfast was pretty bad

Breakfast was just ok. Some of it like the waffles were great! The variety was also good. The yogurt machine did not work. The juices were great. The room was clean. That was nice.

I was double charged for the room. Paid in October on Booking.com. Now charged again yesterday. Waiting for a manager to correct this. Also, l was guaranteed two queen beds, but only got one bed. Finally, the chair in the room looked like it should have been in a junkyard. I took photos. I will never stay at or recommend this property again. To many issues!

Clean, roomy and ok breakfast

Low water pressure, and hot water not hot enough and lack of towels on the 1st night

Nice big room. It was clean and quiet. Nice place.

Great location friendly staff

I got kicked out of my room on the second day. They when threw my personal stuff and got everything out without my knowledge. I think they personal are not professional at all.

Customer service. So unrespectfull

The staff was helpful.

2 electrical outlets worked.

Employees were nice and knowledgeable, breakfast was good, it was clean!

Shower didnt have water pressure and lamps kept flickering

Staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Hmmm

The location was great. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The clerk at the front desk was gone for about ten minutes when we first arrived. No one else was there to check us in.

the breakfast was probably the best of the hotels i’ve stayed at. the beds were comfy.

the shampoo and conditioner left a lot to be desired.

Good breakfast

The location was great, close to what we needed, easy to park, and very clean in the lobby.

Our toilet was loose, there was dirt and dust along all the base boards, and stains on the wall in the bathroom. It could use just a little more thorough cleaning.

The room was laid out very well. It was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. I rested great on the bed. The breakfast was exceptional. The variety to choose from was great. The food was hot as well. Great job!
