The breakfast of course with the spread of Asia food and very tasty all. The size of room and cleanliness always the comfortable bed mattress n pillow but of course not forgetting the front desk duty manager serving me on that the day and my previous visit in may this year. Also the valet keep up the good work

We had adjoining family rooms, which were very spacious and comfortable. The pool and gym facilities were good. Breakfast was one of our favourites from across a variety of hotels we stayed in during a 3 week trip. Eating dinner on the neighbouring rooftop terrace was a good experience for the night time views.

It was a good 20-30 minute walk from the hotel to the central tourist areas, but we were keen to stretch our legs after travel so that worked out well (after purchasing some umbrellas).

The warm cookies they give you after a long journey there. The staff are always warm and friendly and always accommodating. Please note the check in is on the 12.floor..that's the main reception. Breakfast was really. Very good selections of food. Rooftop bar was a treat although you need to know how to walk to it. The Grab taxis are easy to get from downstairs. The concierge at the ground lobby is always very helpful.

The pool can have maybe some staff walking around to ensure the guests are okay..I had to find a staff member just to order some drinks.bothernthan that, it is really a good hotel.

Great kids’ play room—clean, fun, and well-maintained. Aisyah was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive to the children. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her excellent service. Highly recommend for families staying at DoubleTree!

My kids enjoyed the kids club. Games , Tv , colouring and toy. The staff Aisyah and Fiesya play along with my kids. Definitely we will come again.

The staff were very helpful, when I was down with mild food poisoning and requested for help to get some medicine, they helped and managed to get me the medicine.

Hotel was great and the room is spacious ✅ The parking is quite scary because I arrived late at night. Thanks to the gentleman stafff at G Floor. Syaznur for explaining the carpark and how to go to reception. Overall. Nice hotel for privacy stay and healing.

The room is really cozy as lighting is on point. The bed,pillow and comforter is the greatest, you will have wonderful sleep. The breakfast was amazing as they a lot of selections and taste delicious. Getting there you will need to go park at level 5 then go to lovby for check in at level 12.

Good location, good atmosphere, great view

I got an upgrade to a large suite with a bedroom, a dining and a sitting areas. The place was very clean and quiet. I ordered some food through the in room service and the food was delivered within a very short time and the food was surprisingly good. The service was indeed excellent. Bteakfast was indeed a wow! The kinds of food includes Japanese, Malaysian, Indian, Chinese and western food. The quality and variety of the food was indeed excellent. This breakfast deserved a A++.

Had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, while the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, with fresh and tasty food. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with good service and enjoyable dining. A great choice for both business and leisure trips in Melaka. Special "Tea Tarik" prepared by Raziq and truly make the stay memorable

Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, the staff were professional and attentive.

The bathroom light shines through the frosted glass into the bedroom at night. As we prefer sleeping in a completely dark room, it was a little disruptive. A blackout blind or curtain for the glass panel would make the room even more comfortable.

DoubleTree Hilton Melaka was a let down. For the price i paid, it was NOT worth it. Parking has no Automatic Parking Recognition system. Had to validate every time need to go out. So outdated. Hot water in the shower takes forever to heat up. Called the maintenance guy. Told me to I leave the shower running for 10mins. I did but the water is still iced cold. Are u kidding me? Is this Hilton’s level of quality? Other cheap hotels have centralised heating too but they only took seconds to heat up. Meanwhile for the breakfast buffet, no staff was attending to the stations. For example, the egg station. There were only precooked sunny side up. There was no staff to ask for scrambled eggs. Please improve!!

Always the best experience with great service from check in, to breakfast, fitness facilities to check out. Everyone served with such warmth and respect. Breakfast was amazing. I even said to myself “everything was so good that I couldn’t decide on a favourite”

Great room, clean and the hotel staff's service is excellent. I had my teh tarik on arrival which is a delightful surprise. You get to 12th floor for reception and parking at 5 th floor. Location wise, if you are walking, it is a bit far from those historic tourist attraction, but hey! I had a car, so I am okay with that.

We had the most wonderful stay at Doubletree Hilton Melaka. The service provided was excellent. Special thanks to Ms Jumaratul Duty Manager for making our stay a memorable one. Kudos to Hilton for having excellent employees. Thanks was given an upgrade to a higher floor at no extra charge.  The room was spacious and clean. And kudos for the glass water bottle! I'm definitely a big supporter of taking care of the environment! The hotel staff are very obliging. no request is too big or difficult for them. Always has guest interest at heart. In particular the Duty Manager Ms Juma who is a great asset to your hotel. Always professional., warmth. friendly. attentive to little details and informative. He has make our stay delightful . Will definitely re visit the hotel in the future. Recommended highly for consideration if you are coming for a holiday. I really hope I got everyone I needed to compliment in this feedback. - Syahmi from the front counter, and Fadhilah who helped me move rooms are very friendly. Another tall Malay guy from the counter too, but I couldn't catch his name. The staffs are very helpful. - FIFA 2026 was showing in the rooms and at the lounge. - Its location is good, within a few minutes of many areas. - Free and easy carpark. - Loved the view facing the sea and city. - Comfortable beds, even the extra bed. - Wide roomspace. - Breakfast place was very spacious to walk around.

- The type of pillow I requested wasn't available on both nights. - The air-cond in the 1st room wasn't cold (lowest it could go was 19°C), so we were moved to another room. At the 2nd room, the air-cond was cold in the day time, but back to warm at night (lowest it could go was 16°C). I'm not sure why the lowest temperature is different for 2 different rooms. Inconsistent. - The amenities at both rooms were different. Again inconsistent. - The glass at the mini pantry was dirty at the second room. (Like rusted) - Inconsistent advertising: booking.com online showed a bathtub for this specific room, but when I got there it was only a stand shower. - Poor lighting if want to put makeup. - Stayed for 3 people, but wardrobe and drinks were given for 2. - For the breakfast price, it lacked variety. It was mostly Malaysian food, which was fine, but very little to none Malaccan-based food (which I felt was a waste as Malacca is full of flavours)

The room was spacious and liked the lighting settings in the room - very intuitive; the temperature control in the room was excellent; the amenities available were very satisfactory; the bedding was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast array was great.

Some of the staff seemed ill equipped to essay Hilton’s hospitality service. Particularly, the male staff at the front desk at reception and concierge were rather ‘shy’ and could have been more engaging and helpful. In room dining options were mediocre and can be improved. Despite the cleanliness which was good, some of the screwed components of the toilet, such as bidet were not fastened well enough and kept coming off - perhaps more control assessment should be carried out.

J’avais demandé un lit pour mon petit garçon , rien n’a été pris en compte nous l’avons fait dormir avec nous , le petit déjeuner ou le personnel nous a mis au fond de la salle dans un secteur sombre sans fenêtre et franchement sale (alors qu’il y avait de la place proche fenêtre)

Great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka with my little family. The location is very strategic in the city of Malacca. The hotel is well-suited for families. The kids’ club was a big plus, keeping the children entertained and engaged. We also appreciated the large family connecting rooms, which made the stay much more comfortable. Facilities also the best. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped and convenient for workouts at any time. The pool area is also a highlight, with both an adult pool space and a kids’ pool, so everyone can enjoy it comfortably. Dining options were also good. Dinner at Tosca Trattoria Italiana was a standout, relaxed atmosphere and great Italian dishes. I love their pizza and pasta. The Saturday buffet dinner at Makan Kitchen also offered a wide variety of local and international food. Not to forget the breakfast spread there also had excellent variety each morning. We also enjoyed lunch at Axis Lounge, which was a nice casual option with good food and a comfortable setting. What really made the stay better was the friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel. They were always helpful and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Definitely a good choice in Melaka for families.
