Calma Ubud Suite & Villas - Rice Fields View, Infinity Pool !

Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt. Es ist vollkommen ruhig und man hat ein großes Zimmer, das geschmackvoll designed wurde. Der Bereich zum Essen ist so wie man sich es in Ubud wünscht: ruhig, grün und mit einer tollen Aussicht vom Pool. Das Personal arbeitet sehr hart und ist stets aufmerksam. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zum Zentrum von Ubud. Das Zentrum liegt nur wenige Minuten mit dem Roller entfernt.

Todo una maravilla

Uns hat hier einfach alles gefallen – die Ausstattung, die tolle Lage und vor allem das hervorragende Essen. Wir haben einen Rundtrip gebucht und waren währenddessen in mehreren verschiedenen Unterkünften. Diese hier hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Nirgendwo auf unserer Reise gab es ein so gutes Frühstück und so leckeres Essen wie hier. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Baustelle nebenan hat den tollen Ausblick leider etwas beeinträchtigt. Ansonsten waren wir rundum begeistert und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante, perfetta per staccare dalla frenesia di Ubud. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima. Anche gli spazi comuni e la piscina sono splendidi e sempre molto curati. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. La struttura mette a disposizione delle navette per arrivare al centro di Ubud.

Terrace et restaurant de l'hôtel. Emplacement plutôt sympa pour vadrouiller dans les rizières à 30min au nord en scooter. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet de délicieux.

Les chambres sont très grandes ce sont plus des appartement que des chambres d'hôtel mais elles manquent de cocooning et de modernité. Le service est très lent surtout lorsqu'il y a du monde.

Prachtige villa’s in hun zuster hotel aan de andere kant van de straat. Villa Jade in veranda is zeer aan te raden.

Bed was a little hard

1st of all I would like to say the stuff was extremely amazing they are very friendly and always willing to help! The place was not so far from UBUD place like 15 min with taxi . We had the villa with 2 bedrooms was really nice and comfortable. I would recommend for family or group of friends!

Nos lo recomendaron para nuestra luna de miel y queríamos ir a lo seguro sin complicarnos, pero desde el primer día todo salió mal. Tenían que venir a recogernos y estuvimos esperando más de 30 minutos. El desayuno bastante flojo, la piscina sucia, la habitación con mucha humedad y solo hacían la cama. Nos dijeron que el café o infusión por la tarde se incluye gratis y nos lo cobraron, miserables.

Calma is in a quiet and beautiful area with lots of vegetation and you really feel calm and peaceful there. Breakfast is amazing and all the staff is super friendly, attentive and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything.

It wasn't our firs time staying in Calma and even though the place still feels peaceful and relaxing, we also felt that it's starting to need a bit more maintenance and especially some deeper cleaning. We totally understand we're in Bali, surrounded by nature and everything that comes with it, but we've stayed in similar places and never had this issue inside the rooms a few times. There were quite a few insects, spiders and lots of cobwebs, ant that honestly made our stay feel a bit less comfortable this time.

Nos encanto el trato del personal. La cocina era estupenda y con comida local buenísima. Nos encanto la zona de bar junto a la piscina con juegos de mesas donde podías quedarte por la noche con tu bebida disfrutando del lugar.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Zimmer schön und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Wir konnten uns einen Roller mieten und hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es gibt auch einen gratis Shuttle in die City.

Nur das Badezimmer befindet sich Outdoor, das ist Geschmackssache

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem tollen vielfältigen Garten. Ganz liebes Personal hat uns geholfen, einen Leihwagen zu besorgen.

Las instalaciones invitan a relajarte. La habitación era muy cómoda. El restaurante y desayuno tenían un montón de opciones sin gluten. Tienen un transfer para bajarte al centro a determinadas horas. El personal es muy amable.

Tolles, hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück und tolles Restaurant. Der gesamte Poolbereich ist toll, allerdings leider nicht mehr so wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf die Reisterassen wird leider aktuell verbaut. Aber der Ausblick ist dennoch toll. Die Massagen sind super. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zu festen Zeiten ins Zentrum von Ubud angeboten. Wäscheservice gibt es auch

Staff were friendly and helpful! They helped us organise our tours, they were kind and attentive. The kids loved the pool and the daily breakfast they offered was great! We had to get taxi/shuttle to the main street of Ubud, but the hotel offered free shuttles which was a bonus.

Die Anlage ist klein und sehr idyllisch. Der Poolbereich und die Aussicht vom Pool ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 15 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar.

La piscina, la calma, il ristorante, la stanza. Tutto veramente bello. È una piccola oasi curata che fa bene al cuore. Il ristorante è piccolino e curato e ci sono diversi piatti da assaggiare. C’è anche la possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante delle ville di fronte, sempre della stessa proprietà. Massaggi da non perdere ! Alla reception sono veramente speciali, sorridenti, pronte ad aiutarti e a fare due chiacchiere grazie 🤩

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Forse da sapere che il bagno è esterno, il lavandino interno ma il resto è all’aperto. Purtroppo stanno costruendo intorno e in alcuni momenti c’è un pochino di rumore.

The staff is friendly and the location is great! We stayed there for 2 nights, and had a good time by the pool. The traditional massage was great, and we loved the convenience of going to Ubud centre in 5 minutes. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant as well, and it was great as well! Good value for money.

Our room had a strong smell of mould, the curtains had spots of mould as well, and the staff couldn’t do much as they were fully booked. There was a room above us with people making a lot of noise, with kids running and moving furniture 6:30 am. The breakfast wasn’t good as the lunch/dinner options.

Beautiful boutique villas right next to rice fields. Sound of running water, so peaceful and relaxing. Rooms lovely. Food was really good. I had a massage and that was heavenly and location of spa room, you feel like you are immersed in nature😁the whole property is like that.

2 guys from outside came and occupied best seat in restaurant and would sit all day doing work so wasn’t very relaxing. After a couple of days I raised it and the staff dealt with it and it was much nicer.

Located in a beautiful setting away from bustling Ubud. I enjoyed walking around the local villages. Several cafes/ restaurants nearby provided a great choice of options for dining including the resort’s restaurant as well. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast is amazing, the pool is great, I also had a nice massage and tried the floating breakfast as I was celebrating my birthday and they made me feel very special by singing to me and bringing a complementary cake!

The outdoor bathroom was not ideal in wet season. Due to the location it took longer to get taxis sometimes- but they do offer a useful shuttle 4x a day up to the main road!

Inmiddels is de omgeving behoorlijk volgebouwd. Het uitzicht op de rijstvelden is nagenoeg verdwenen. De foto is niet meer zoals het nu is.

It’s a beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. The views from the pool and the breakfast lounge are stunning.

We didn’t find the atmosphere very calm. On both nights, we were woken around 3:00 a.m. by noise from late-night partying that continued until about 5:00 a.m. The hotel indicated the noise was coming from a neighboring property rather than from their own guests. The sliding door in our room didn't work and the phone didn't work to call the front desk.

Espaço muito acolhedor e com uma decoração linda bem localizado e com excelente refeições e conforto. Recomendo a todos.

Para llegar a la habitación, tienes unas escaleras súper empinadas que es más probable que te caigas que otra cosa, poca fuerza en el caudal del agua, imposible la ducha. No hay como en la mayoría de hoteles de Bali (de esa categoría) recogida de maletas a recepción en el check-out, etc. Una gran decepción, para no repetir

Die Frühstsarea und das Frühstück sind sehr gut - schön angelegt.

Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, der sehr kleine Pool wurden von keinem Gast !! genutzt. Die Zommer sind alt, ebenso die Geräte wie Klima oder Safe - teilweise defekt.

У нас был номер с душевой и туалетом на улице, туда, кроме нас, приходили еще насекомые.

Eine Herzensempfehlung! Auf unserer fast 3-wöchigen Bali-Reise die schönste Unterkunft. Kadek und das gesamte Team sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad sind größer als in allen anderen Unterkünften; endlich hat man mal Platz! Der Pool ist ein Traum! Im Bar-Essbereich fühlt man sich sehr wohl; das Frühstück ist fantastisch! Wir haben auch 1x dort zu Abend gegessen: sehr lecker und preislich nicht teurer! Ins trubelige Ubud fährt mehrmals am Tag ein kostenloser Shuttle (ca. 10 Minuten); aber im Calma Ubud ist es ruhig und entspannt!

Schöne Lage etwas nördlich vom Zentrum. Super schöner Pool, direkt angrenzend an Palmen und Reisfelder. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück sowie auch alle Getränke und das Essen im Restaurant super frisch und lecker. Es werden auch Massagen direkt vor Ort im Garten angeboten. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Die Matratze war etwas hart. Aber dies empfindet ja jeder anders.

We had a wonderful time at Calma. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and an infinity pool overseeing lush greenery of the paddy fields, offering a true sense of calm. The food was delicious — fresh, tasty, and well presented. Overall, a beautiful resort with great hospitality, good food, and relaxing vibes. Would definitely stay again!

We had a minor issue with the shower not working properly, but the team handled it immediately and moved us to another room without any trouble.

der Badezimmerboden und die duschen waren nicht zu 100% sauber aber mit badelatschen kein Problem und ansonsten super sauber. Es war etwas außerhalb aber dank Grab oder Gojek gar kein Problem.

Hubo días que no se limpió, se quedaron manchas en el mármol del baño, una patata chip en el suelo. Y ducharse es una odisea no hay suficiente caudal, hay tan poca agua tanto en la ducha como en el grifo que es imposible asearse.

Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch nah an Ubud, der Service war schnell und zuvorkommend. Der Pool am Reisfeld lädt zum entspannen ein.

Nebenan war eine Baustelle und die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser werden. Diese Probleme sind allerdings minimal.

This place is a VERY cute (I believe they only have 10 rooms and one villa) hotel. Pool overlooks a small but beautiful rice field. Staff is excellent - attentive, hospitable, helpful, and professional. Their onsite restaurant is also excellent which I love- everything I ate there was so good and reasonably priced. They also have free breakfast all cooked to order. Just be careful of mosquitos (although they attack all over Bali!) I definitely would stay here again if I return to Ubud!

Ils ont un service de shuttle gratuit plusieurs fois par jour pour aller dans le centre d Ubud Le spa est juste magique Pensez à réserver par contre :) Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables je recommande ! The location of The Mews in Kuala Lumpur is excellent; it’s central, so getting around the city is very convenient

However, the apartment itself unfortunately did not meet my expectations. When I checked in, I discovered the shower drain was blocked by hair, there was a cockroach in my bed, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor Thankfully, I booked through Booking.com and reported these issues, and I believe this led the host to take action. The next day, I was able to move to another room, which was noticeably better. While the outcome was improved after my complaint, this experience has made me decide not to book apartments anymore and I am likely to choose hotels for future stays instead Overall, the great location can’t compensate for the discomfort caused by hygiene issues. If standards improve, this property does have potential

Viajé sólo y estuve una semana hospedado en Calma, el ambiente es familiar, la habitación espaciosa, confortable y acogedora, el personal del hotel fue muy amable conmigo, el restaurante merece la pena, sus desayunos, sus zumos de fruta, todos los días salí a correr después de desayunar y disfruté de su piscina tranquila. Aconsejo probar sus sesiones de masajes, el rincón en el jardín habilitado para ello es un paraíso, el sonido del agua, los pájaros... muy recomendable, ah!, puedes alquilar alli mismo tu moto, a muy buen precio.

está adosado a otras casas cercanas, salvo un día que se oía un poco de jaleo, fueron unos días tranquilos donde pude descansar y conocer a fondo Ubud y sus alrededores.
