Best location for exploring Reading and short walk to any big mall or shop. Also the rooms are clean and are equipped with everything essential. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Loud noise Saturday-Sunday night. This is of course not the properties problem but rather nearby bars and restaurants

Super easy to collect the keys and the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. They helped us get a taxi which was appreciated. They did the best to help with the bed situation but were sadly not able to resolve it.

My bed situation. We were told at the last minute (3 days before our visit) that the two bedroom apartment we had purposefully booked was no longer available. They offered me a discount and to put a roll out bed in the living room. This was fine until I realised how uncomfortable and unsuitable the bed was for a teenager/adult. It was literally a camp bed without springs and very thin mat as a mattress. For the record the double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and if I had been able to stay in a proper bed or a more suitable fold out bed with a mattress I would have been happy. For the record prices were high based on it being Reading festival season. Another note is the windows as they are not double glazed it was very noisy at 3am with the apartments location, which is super central (a huge bonus) but also noisy on a Friday and Saturday nights when we were staying.

The room was comfortable and good facilities.

Unfortunatly to get to the underground parking was aweful even though excempt for the one bus lane.. I was travelling back to hotel in evening after being out for the day on 26 and 27th Aug 2026. I was solo and in dark getting thourghly lost even using my Sat Nav , which took me an extra hour each time to find the car park. I Have already had a bus lane fine which I have paid but I wont be suprised if I get more fines. Although I was gratefull there was a car park at the hotel.

Great location, comfortable and easy to get around. Very quiet considering the location.

Rooms was prett big and bed was comfortable and warm. It was nice and up to date - not old fashioned. It was clean in there and there was plent of bins round to use and towels. Kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen needs so what i needed to use was there and enjoyed the little tea/coffee station. Liked that there was a washing machine and dishwasher with tabs (although we did not use these).

I feel like there could have been more cleaning stuff (washing up sponge/cloth, some disinfectant and a cloth or wipes and maybe a mop or floor wipes) even just like reusable prefilled mini bottles. Just didnt really think to grab anything and i didnt like not being able to clean up better after cooking. And maybe another light above the mirror - the corner was dark and it was difficult to see yourself clearly in it.

Location to shops and restaurants was excellent.

Windows were very faulty, could not open the majority of them. It was very hot in the apartment, was only 20 degrees outside. Fan was provided but not being able to open windows is unacceptable in my opinion. It was noisy outside, a club with massive queues.

Bit noisy at night from bars but that’s life at the weekend. Ear plugs were supplied which was a nice touch.

Staff (Julia) was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond helping with taxis and area for pick ups. Very central accommadation and being able to pay for and organise car parking when booking was very good. It was also great that we could leave the car until 5pm the next day and even better drop our luggage prior to check in. Thank you. It was lovely to have free Nespresso coffee available in the reception. There was plenty of available equipment and the beds were very comfy. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. But hopefully we could get a quieter room next time.🤞Thank you

There was a lot of noise late in the night - until 4am- from clubs below our window. (ROOM 29). The issue of bus lanes was a bit of a worry, but staff clarified this via emails in advance and organised exemption to the car park for us. There could be better signage to and from the car park as there are lots of white unmarked doors to reception. The kitchen sink plug didn't work, so we wasted water washing up.

Location of property was great and the ease of how easy it was to receive the keys. Only stayed for one night for work but everything was clean and was exactly what I needed.

It was very hot in the apartment on arrival. Pre-opening our windows would have helped. The fans are some relief. Arriving by car requires prior exemption for bus lanes to avoid fines. Just an extra hassle you don't need on a long holiday

Apartamento tal cual las fotos con absolutamente todas las comodidades. Una habitación muy amplia, la otra menos pero suficiente para tres días. Cocina y salón muy amplias. El trato muy bueno hasta te proporcionan adaptadores para enchufes. La ubicación perfecta para visitar Reading y a 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren y metro. Todo perfecto.

Die Wohnung war toll. Alles da, was wir brauchten. Viel Platz, hell, modern. Prima Lage in Nebenstraße der Einkaufsstraße und am Einkaufszentrum. Bahnhof 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt!

Parkplatz kostet 16 Pfund am Tag. Dafür kann man dann aber in Tiefgarage parken. Im Sommer konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Es war nachts sehr laut in der Straße (trotz geschlossenem Fenster). Laute Musik aus einem Lokal vor allem am Freitag und Samstag. In einen Glascontainer wurden bis 2 Uhr nachts kistenweise Flaschen geschüttet. Wir würden aber trotzdem wieder buchen. :-)

Excelentes apartamentos en el centro de Reading, localidad a 20 minutos en tren de Londres. Tenía todo lo que se necesita en un apartamento, incluído lavadora-secadora!!!! Excelente relación calidad-precio, comodidad y tranquilidad de la zona. Y a 20 minutos de Londres!!!

Todo perfecto, incluso los mensajes intercambiados por WhatsApp para darnos instruccoones de cómo hacer el checq-in más tarde.

Despite booking apartment early we were allocated an extremely poor unit facing the mainroad. Noise is a big issues - 24x7. There is no respite. Light sleepers beware. This is not for you.

The weather was very hot and the property was hot fans were provided so that did help. The weather obviously was not the fault of the property.

Location was fantastic everything on your doorstep

The balcony door was faulty would have liked to have it open as it was very hot apart from that all good

Close to Southampton and close to reading station

No air con, no opening window, a small fan in the bedroom, contactless, after 5 and our train came in at 5.15pm and they want payment separately to booking.com, I thought it maybe a scam so I did not want to make payment as far as I know booking.com says never make a payment through WhatsApp or anyone but them, and premiere suites wanted payment through WhatsApp. I spent over an hour sorting this out over phone from airport. Whilst I had bad internet connectivity it did not make me feel comfortable.

Everything you need for a short self catered stay

No air con, windows hard to open, very noisy area. Just the basics provided which for the price was a bit disappointing i.e. could have provided some milk, a coffee machine in the room.

Location was great, the self check in was really easy and staff very helpful.

There was an awful smell when we entered the property smelt like sewage, the property could do with a deep clean. Very noisy

I loved the accommodation, well fit out and very clean.

The accommodation is hard to get to, with extensive oneway systems and then there is a £16 charge for parking. The lift was out of order, and I was on the third floor having to carry our luggage all the way upstairs. The accommodation is right in the wet led area with noise until 3.30am and even the supplied ear plugs don't block out the noise and then beer barrels being rolled around at 7am on a Sunday morning. Accommodation is also opposite the church, with Bell ringing consistently from 10.50am to after 11am...very loud.

Perfect central location although noise from the town was noticeable on a Saturday night.

all around great appartment, we were with 3 people and it was nice and spacius enough for us all. the best thing is maybe the location it is in. its right in the centre so easy acces to all kinds of restaurants and activities

The receptionist was lovely and the cleanliness was great. Location is fantastic - a short walk from the car park and rail station.

Only no terrestrial tv but a really tiny problem and didn’t affect our opinion of this excellent experience.

Good room in a good location. The bed was really comfy and the apartment overall was spacious. I would stay again.

There was some stains on the bedroom carpet that needed attention. Also some debris in the bed of some sort.

Central location, had everything you need and comfy beds! The place is spacious and very clean too. Would come again and stay here when in Reading. Worth mentioning about the excellent service from your staff Giulia; she is wonderful and truly a gem. She made my stay a breeze. I was a little bit anxious on the parking but she clarified on it and got it settled. Thank you Giulia!

Lovely spacious apartment right in the center of Reading town, fantastic for Christmas shopping, couldn't be better. The apartment itself was great, plenty of space, lovely and clean, nice comfy bed., I couldn't fault it.

It took us ages to find, the postcode we were given didn't work on Google maps 🥹 but when we rang the apartment they gave us a different postcode and we finally got there. The lift wasn't working. Theres a very noisy club underneath the building, noise went on until early hours, but you couldn't hear it from the bedroom so it was fine. Would definitely use this place again.

The elevator not working with no indication when this would be prepared This isn’t helpful or acceptable at all for having to carry suitcases and prams up multiple flights of stairs along with young children. This should had been fixed the same day without fail

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering to help with our bags etc. as the lift was out of order during our stay and we were on the top floor. Location was good in a sense of it was in the centre of town and close to everything. The property was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately the apartment we were staying in backed onto the restaurant complex bin area, so every hour or so from 6pm there was a lot of noise as the bins were wheeled from the restaurants to the big bins. This meant none of us really got any sleep. Also the lift was out of order, which we were only notified of a few hours before our stay.

Great location! A short walk from the station and just around the corner from the shopping centre. Lovely spacious, clean and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a short break. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

There was some noise from nightlife nearby - it was a Saturday night stopover.
