Un employer à très mal parler à mon inviter j’ai pas du tous apprécier cela , je suis pas contre qui prend sa pièce d’identité mais ya une façon de demander les chose et d’être agréable , et puis j’ai payer pour deux alors que j’étais seule dans se séjour la chose que j’accepte pas

I liked room very much. IT was big, with very Nice bathroom. And IT was clean. They cleaned IT every day, without us telling them to clean. We had a very Nice stay. The location îs very nice

The TV. IT wasn't Smart TV, so we couldnt watch Netflix. Cable TV had only turkish programs, for people who don't know turkish its a problem. And SPA.People choose the hotel for the SPA.

What I Didn’t Like About My Stay 1. Room downgrade on arrival: When I first arrived, I was given a Deluxe Room instead of the Suite I had booked. The room was changed to the correct Suite the following day, but this was a disappointing start to the stay. 2. No bellboy assistance: There was no bellboy available to help with our luggage during arrival or departure. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves and load it into the car without any assistance from the hotel staff. 3. Very poor cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing this time. The toilet seat in our bathroom literally had feces stuck to it when we arrived, which clearly showed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our check-in. 4. Missing Cartier bracelet: Most seriously, my wife’s Cartier bracelet went missing from our room on the last day. It had been placed inside a transparent makeup bag on the table. After the room was cleaned, the bag was still there but the bracelet was gone. This was extremely upsetting and concerning, and I expect the hotel to take such an incident very seriously.

المكان جيد يعتبر قريب من المنطقه الحيويه لبكركوي الغرفه جيده لكن لا تتناسب مع سعر الفندق التنظيف جيد

لا يتمتعون باي مهارات لضيافه الزبون انا والدي ذوي احتياجات خاصه و وصلنه الساعه العاشره و و استغرقت سفرتنا الليل باكمله و عندما وصلت اخبرتهم ان يسلموني غرفه واحد علما نحن حاجزين 4 غرف و رفضت موظفة الرسبشن و باسلوب جدا جامد و كأن انا ضيف عندهه مو دافعه فلوس حتى اسكن بالفندق حاولت احجز غرفه هلساعتين و ادفع سعر يوم كامل بس حته يدخل والدي يرتاح و رفضت ايضا باسلوب جامد اعتقد كان اسمهه عليا او شيء من هذا القبيل لم تبذل حتى جهد لتجعلني افهم الموقف او تعتذر او تكسب ودي مع تعابير وجه جامده علما هذه المره 6 احجز فيها في هذا الفندق لكن للاسف سوف تكون الاخيره و في نفس الوقت جزء من عائلتي كانوا حاجزين بفندق قريب جدا منه و بسعر اقل و مرو بنفس الموقف و تركوهم يصعدو لغرفهم انا الان بعد مرور اسبوع انتقلت لحجز بفندق في بيوغلو و صراحه فرق كبير جدا بحسن الضيافه و اداب الضيافه عن فندق ميركوري سوف تكون هذه زيارتي الاخيره لهم So I will give zero for the hospitality

The room I was in was delightful. The hotel was comfortable and an easy place to stay. the breakfast had a delightful assortment to choose from.

It was amazing… The elegance of the rooms, the calm, almost serene atmosphere of the lobby and all… It’s also located at the heart of Bakirkoy, which is a huge plus for us. I personally had a great time. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene and all the environmentalist signs, i LOVED it, 10/10🥹🫶

موقع الفندق عجيب 10 دقائق مشي إلى الأوتليت و 10 دقائق بالسيارة إلى مطار صبيحة .. الاستقبال جدا محترم وخدوم .. بوفيه الإفطار منوع ولذيذ والخدمة رائعة و الغرف واسعة ونظيفة .

The fact that it was very central, close to shops and hospital, malls was the best part, the location was superb!

There wasn’t anything particular that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was exceptionally good and satisfying.

Bad room ( 1516 ) .very hot . The door was broken .. no lock for the door .. refrigerator no work .. very narrow .. After we change the room ( it's little better )

The pool wasnt available or the gym or the spa . Terrible experience we were tired and we had to go trough diffrent rooms becaude they were either noisy or they smelled like ciggarets . Very bad experience . Did not get anything from the pool compensation . Terrible

Her şey mükemmeldi. Temizlik, personelin ilgisi, yemekler, konfor ve tesisin sunduğu tüm imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

We already used this hotel for a 2nd time on a business trip. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and cool and quiet for the location. The breakfast is really nice and has a great selection. Bakirköy is a really nice quarter with nice restaurants and bistrots around the corner, the train station is close to the hotel, but the hotel is also easy to reach via taxi. I would choose this hotel again, if I come on a business trip again to this part of Istanbul.

The restaurant for the breakfast is in the basement, but we were there for a business trip, not for sight seeing, so it was absolutely fine. But for a romantic breakfast on a honeymoon trip, one would rather choose a more cozy space :D

Wir müssten leider früher auschecken da unser Fenster kaputt war wir haben es mehrmals gemeldet leider wurde es nicht repariert. Im zimmer waren Ameisen und wir hatten leider keine Wlan verbindung.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult zona în care este situat hotelul. Personalul a fost amabil, prietenos și mereu dispus să ajute.

Micul dejun a fost slab și nu a oferit prea multe opțiuni. Cred că ar putea fi îmbunătățit.

1-the room was so tiny and the toilet was close to bed. It smells like bathroom all over the room. Plus I booked to pay at the property and they charged my card without my permission. Not acceptable and not clean room as well.

Nice room, good amenities and location. Very good breakfast, with a lot of Turkish specialties. The receptionists were very friendly, Ezgi helped me to find a store to replace my iPad battery.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. It would be great to do a deeper cleaning between each booking.

Нам понравилось очень расположение, номер большой и удобный, единственное я просила окна не на дорогу, но все обошлось, звукоизоляция была хорошей.

Всичко беше на ниво , на удобно място на търговска улица , два мола на 5 минути разстояние . Метрото е на 10 минути пеша и с него за 30 минути се стига до всякъде ... Стаята беше много тиха и огромна за стандартите на Истанбул. Басейна беше с вода която беше 29° .Има джакузи с още по топла вода 37-39° .Фитнеса беше невероятно чист и със всякакви уреди .

Не ми хареса това ,че за да влезеш в басейна, трябва да си носиш или купиш шапка за плуване . Не можах да разбера смисъла на това но както и да е ... Шапката струва 4 евро ... Не се жалвам , просто ви информирам .

Прекрасний готель з ввічливим персоналом. Мені все дуже сподобалось.

Паркинг , цена качество просто замечательно . Перепутал даты бронирования , отменили неправильную дату , плату не взяли , огромное спасибо , так еще за те же деньги дали номер выше категорией

The biggest value of this hotel is the very helpful staff and the location - good access to public transport and in the middle of a shopping street.

The whole hotel needed a lot of renovation, the rooms are quite tired. We were most disappointed with the promised "very good breakfast", because there was none. It would be good if in the future they added that the breakfast was not very good for vegetarians, etc., because 8 different versions of olives are not a very good breakfast for us if there are no meat products like bacon, proper ham, etc. Of course, you won't go hungry, but if the hotel advertises that it is a four-star hotel, then unfortunately it barely gets a three.

Strange impression—the room is spacious and comfortable, but they don't provide basic amenities like toothbrushes or cotton swabs, even though the rates are high.
