Velmi dobré ubytování, hostitelka byla velmi příjemná a milá, se vším nám poradila a pomohlo, rozhodně mohu doporučit ostatním.

Mình book được giá tốt, phòng rất đẹp thoải mái, và phòng siêu thơm.

Thái độ nhân viên chưa tốt lắm, mình trả phòng muộn hơn dự kiến 30p lúc ra cô tạp vụ còn lườm mình. Còn lúc mình book trễ trên app vẫn nhận booking nhưng bên home quy định chỉ nhận khách đến 12h đêm. Cái này trên app không hiển thị rõ nên mọi người để ý. Ban đầu mình gọi thì home không nhận khách nhưng sau đó nhân viên vẫn hỗ trợ mình check in muộn.

הזמנו לכאן לינה שבועיים מראש בגלל חג הטט, קיבלנו אישור הזמנה, אף אחד לא יצר איתנו קשר לגבי מקדמה ולא שלחו הודעות, ידענו שצריך להזמין מראש כדי שלא ניתקע בלי מקום לינה בחג. כשהגיע התאריך לצ׳ק אין בשעה 11:30 קיבלנו הודעה שההזמנה שלנו מבוטלת 😡 לא הבנו למה, הזמנו מספיק זמן מראש עם אישור הזמנה והכל. ראינו שעדיין יש זמינות בבוקינג אז הזמנו שוב את אותו החדר, אך דקה לאחר מכן הם שלחו לנו הודעה ״היי אין לנו חדרים תבטלו בבקשה את ההזמנה״. מאוד מעצבן ולא מקצועי! נשארנו בסוף בערב חג לחפש איפה לישון.

The bed was comfy, the balcony had a nice view of palm trees. It had good lighting. It was nice and quiet. The staff helped us book a scooter and a bus out. It is a good location but quite a long walk to old town in the heat. The staff was friendly.

The building is a bit outdated. shower wouldn't drain too well. The towels had stains on them, so we used our own. The balcony door wouldn't shut well as it is rusted. I didn't learn until last day that there was a water fill up station , which would have been convenient since most places offer water to drink and brush teeth with. The staff was a bit pushy with trying to sell anything. They sit you down like an interview when you get there , when you just want to check in and shower. Some people may find it helpful.

Super schöne Unterkunft, großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet, mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Schminktisch mit Spiegel, einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einem Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist groß und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und beantwortet einem jede Frage und hilft bei Organisation von Taxi-Fahrten und beim Rollerverleih. Unten gibt es ein tolles Wohnzimmer und auf Wunsch leckeres Frühstück mit gratis Tee.

Es ist ein wenig hellhörig aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da alle Gäste leise waren.

The staff was very very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The room was big and they have a pool! Just the bedsheets and pillows had a little smell but nothing that disturbed too much. We could rent bicycle and they organised our transfer to the next town. We would come back next time!

Perfect,by far the best hotel room after 3 months of traveling in Vietnam(loved having a bath 🛀) Absolutely great find !!

La atención del personal. Thuong nos indicó lugares de interés donde ir. Nos sacó entradas para un espectáculo maravilloso, nos reservó moto y siempre respondía al WhatsApp. La habitación era amplia. El alojamiento en general.

Había muchos mosquitos que hicieron que estuviera incomoda, ya que me picaron bastante. La distancia al centro es de veinte minutos andando. Sólo tenían una bicicleta para dejar pero se ofrecieron a pedirnos una de alquiler. El desayuno un poco escaso y caro.

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente! A piedi sono circa 20 minuti per l'Old Town di Hoi An, ma è molto semplice prenotare un Grab. Silenzio e letti estremamente comodi. Il personale è molto disponibile per ogni bisogno, basta saper chiedere! Consigliato

We had a wonderful stay at Rural Scene Villa! The team there was excellent, and we felt very well looked after by them. They were always kind and helpful whenever we had a question or needed help to book something in the area. Thương also provided us with local recommendations and got to know our interests so she could recommend tours and experiences to us that we would enjoy. We will never forget our time there. Thank you so much!

After a few weeks there was a lot of mosquitoes in the building. I'm more allergic to bites than most people, so this proved difficult for us to manage. This might be avoided by closing doors and windows earlier in the evening.

A really lovely hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. They gave us great recommendations on what to see and do. We rented bikes through the hotel and explored the city that way, which was perfect. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants, and there’s a shop right across the street. The Old Town is a bit further away, but easy to reach by walking or cycling. Highly recommended!

Đã booking nhưng đến k có phòng, để phòng trên tất cả các app chỉ cho vui chứ đến nơi thì kêu lỗi app. Không chỉ mỗi mình bị 2 phòng mà rất nhiều khách đứng chờ và đều báo hết phòng ngay khi đến nơi mà k hề báo trước mặc dù đã thanh toán qua app rồi. Quá tệ. Đường đi thì xa và dốc, hẹp hơi nguy hiểm. Không còn gì để nói thêm

Our family is happy to stay for 2 nights. The place is comfortable. Free bikecycles are available for guests. Distance to the center is about 1.5 km. It is very easy to get anywhere.

I LOVED staying here I wish we could have stayed longer! After a couple nights staying in the busy old town hoi an it was beautiful to have 3 nights of pure relaxation staying here, enjoying the weather, pool, free bicycles and local area. Feeling really safe and so many delicious restaurants and bars just over the bridge (few mins walk) Nam and the staff at this villa are extremely lovely and helpful, always so welcoming and pleasant to see. Nam booked our memories show for us which was a huge help. There is also cold drinks in the mini fridge for you to enjoy (with a few ofcourse) but the charge is the same as what you would pay from the store. There is also a shop just outside for any further needs.

Really hospital family run hotel. Aqesome value, right next to the new bridge being built.

Breakfast was very good, not always easy to organize but I am also not easy to organize. There was construction in the street which should be complete soon.

The villa is very peaceful due to being a short bicycle or walk away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Close by there is a good selection of restaurants whether over the bridge or on Cam Nam island. Rooms are of a good standard, as the beds are comfy, the shower is powerful and the decor is new and modern. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The place cute and so was the room with the balcony and the bathtub. We were delighted by the kind and thoughtfull service of the lobby boy. He helped us and advised for many little things always with a great smile and provided a great service. All dreamy and perfect time there !

The property was in a good location, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Nam was so nice and allowed us to borrow his bikes for the day.

Free bikes every day were a lovely touch, the host couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel was excellent value! One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Asia!!

The hostel has a really cool vibe. The lounge and garden are cozy and well-designed, perfect for relaxing.

Staff was very nice, the location was a little bit far from the center, but easy to reach with the bicycles that you can use for free. Room was spacious and looked liked the picture. Beautiful balcony !

First hotel of our trip in the country where I felt it was super extra clean. Comfy beds, bedding great, clean towels. Wifi 10/10,same goes for staff. Pool well maintained. Everything great I cannot wait to come back!

Nice big room! Bath was a nice touch. Organised taxi to da nang for us . Quiet & provide free bicycles to use anytime which was amazing as it’s about a 15 minute cycle into the old town

Everything about the place was perfect

More than expected. Everything is perfect.

The room was same as shown in the images. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean with a nice bathtub where you get hotwater 24*7. Freebicycles were provided which was very helpful to explore Hoi An. Worth staying here. They also helped us to book bus tickets to our next destination. The ambience of the room is very peaceful. Definitely come andstay here again next time.

The setting is relaxing and beautiful. Nice clean room with comfortable beds, and the villa has super helpful staffs - they helped us book tickets for our trip to Hue when we didn't know where to start. The location is great as well - you can easily cycle to Hoi An Memories show from here.

Big clean and modern rooms, with nice natural light and a balcony. Big and cozy bed, also fridge, kettle and mini bar. Swimming pool at the back, lovely space to relax. Free bicycle rental that we used a lot, only 10 mins cycle to town. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Very nice and big rooms with a balcony. The staff was super friendly, helpful and very customer oriented. We also enjoyed the free bicycles and the quiet location away from the busy old quarter, but not too far by bike.

+ excellent communication before arrival concerning questions + flawless airport pickup and dropoff organized by hotel below usual e-hailing rate (note: arranged by but not done by the hotel) + personalised welcome and check-in with a glass of water and a chat while sitting together at the lounge + super easy and informal motorbike rental from hotel at competitive rate + friendly staff + frequent enquiries by staff to clean room (more often than necessary) + large and light room with big window front + comfortable bed + no traffic noise + free bicycles (may need some maintenance though)

- The bathroom (although it is very spacious which is clearly positive): There was just a little water at the hand wash basin (probably filter partly blocked) - slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. Main issue was the bathtube out of plastic material which was poorly supported from below and therefore made serious cracking noises when moving in the tube and installed a constant fear that it will eventually break (it did not). The slope of the tube and the shower head were inconveniently placed so that taking a shower was awkward and no joy. - Some stains at wall and furniture in the room (may need a bit of paint) Some observation, neither good nor bad: Despite property labelled as "non-smoking" there were ashtrays on the balcony. However, there was no smell or stain in the room. And no disturbance during our stay. On the weekend and with a full house it may get pretty "lively". During the week it was quiet and peaceful. When paying for the room at the end of the stay, credit card was not accepted although this option was listed. However, there was sufficient time to sort this out and I finally paid by transfer with the help of the friendly receptionist.

- beautiful room, nice tiles and comfy bed - they let us check in at 8am, which was great! - spacious bathroom, with an actual bath - minibar - staff was great! Always helpful, they gave us a ride to the old town, arranged our taxi and made sure we made it to the meeting point to catch our bus to Ninh Binh. They can also organise the bus if you need it too. - water bottle refill - free use of bikes to get to the own town (5-min ride) - great value for money!

Nothing really! We couldn’t use the pool because it rained 2 days straight, so we basically spent most of our time in the room and ordered grab. Beautiful place to do that too haha - maybe they could include some vegan options for breakfast. In that case, we would’ve tried their food :)

Host was very helpful, very attentive to our needs since I booked. Organised a taxi to lift us from the airport, free bike rental to the town, laundry facilities available and ready within 1 day. Planned a tour of the coconut boat boats with a driver at a good price. Bedroom was spacious and everything you need & another taxi to take us to our next location. Thanks for having us 🥰

We rented a motorbike so was ok but it’s about a 7 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the centre of Hoi an.

I like the bed, it was really comfy and we noticed that they thoroughly clean the facilities.

The bathroom wall is made of glass, and the blinds didn't close properly, so my friend and I could see each other from the outside.

Very nice place. Beautiful girl at reception, she's a great cook as well as the breakfast was excellent. Room is fine, very comfortable with TV. There's a dipping pool too. Free bicycle to get to the town about 1km away. I wd definitely book again. 10/10

The location was great, out of the tourist trap, but still an easy grab or bike ride in. The staff were fantastic! Lovely, really helpful and paid our daughter a lot of attention.

There were some strange chicken sounds coming from the neighborhood, but I guess it was rural :)

Best hotel I have been to in Vietnam. Very good value for money and cleanliness 10/10. Location is quite good, you can rent a scooter at the hotel and do your laundry I wish I stayed longer!! Very cool place

Great location, loved being a bit away from the old town and super easy ride in. Nice room with balcony and bathroom, pool is amazing. Everyone working there was lovely and helped us all the time. Bikes were free and that was fun, motorbikes were a good price! Good food spots if you turn left out of the Main Street instead of right towards the old town.

The staff were so lovely, I couldn’t get a taxi into town one night and the man very kindly dropped me off! The room was big and clean and was perfect that it opened up into the pool.

Na and the whole staff were extremely warm, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was the most comfortable! We loved the location as it was a nice motorbike ride to the old quarter and to the busy area of Hoi An. It was a quiet part of town, neighborhood was gorgeous, pool was clean, and we rented a motorbike directly from them for our 5 night stay. The room was so spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular (pictured)! Absolutely recommend this spot. Surrounded by beautiful trees and so many fruit trees. You’ll feel like you have a home while visiting. We will most definitely return here when we visit again. Thanks so much Rural Villa, we had the best time!

Na was amazing, so friendly and so helpful. As soon as we arrived, she sat us down gave us a glass of cool water and talked us through all the tours and activities there were to do in Hoi an. Room was lovely, clean and spacious and came with complimentary soaps and toothbrush/paste sets - heads up though the body wash was whitening, so maybe bring your own if you don't want whitening soap. Also really loved the free bikes we got given to cycle into the old town.

The service! Na, the girl that hosted us when we arrived, was most helpful. She had so many recommendations for things in the area. Breakfast and laundry was easily arranged at any moment that you wanted. They prepare it fresh. We came in early before check in and we could leave our luggage, got some cold water and could lend a bicycle straight away. After check out we had to wait for our bus and Na gave us some fresh fruit for the wait!

We booked it knowingly it was a bit “further away” from the old center (not walking distance) But that was no problem what so ever because of the bicycles.

Great Staff and great front of house lady. That will go out of their way to help you.
