Spacious room Nice washroom.

Wir hatten ein Appartement, das sehr geräumig war!:) die Lage war tatsächlich angenehm zentral so dass man sehr schnell in der Stadt war, aber trotzdem ruhig:)

Teilweise etwas hellhörig, da die Zimmer direkt nebeneinander lagen, von draußen haben wir nicht ganz so viel mitbekommen !:) Das Frühstück war tatsächlich eher spärlich. Am letzten Tag war das Frühstück dann recht genau abgezählt auf die Personen.

Es un sitio con mucho encanto.

Pensé que era un hotel, y no. No ofrecía los servicios de un hotel. En tres días solo vimos a una persona que se encargaba de los desayunos y poco más. El desayuno caro y pobre por el precio.

Der Style der Einrichtung, soviel Platz, das Bett.. soviel allgemeine Aufenthaltsräume, Personal sehr entgegenkommend, fröhlich, das Haus oder eben ehrwürdiger Palast, Tipps & Infos zur Gastronomie usw..

Dommage qu’il ne nous ait pas été précisé qu’il fallait traverser le jardin pour accéder au studio (difficile de faire rouler les valises !)On ne nous a pas précisé non plus qu’il fallait monter un escalier métallique pour accéder au studio)un peu difficile pour des personnes d’un certain âge avec des bagages chargés (nous étions à la fin de notre voyage au Portugal !…)Le lit est aussi en mezzanine (nous aurions préféré à choisir une chambre en Rez de chaussée (il y en a de belles aussi qui donnent sur le jardin !..)

Wirklich toll eingerichtet. Viel Geschmack bewiesen, bis hin zu kleinen Details. Eine Perle. Absolut ruhig.Tolles Frühstück. Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Die meisten Hotspots in 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Tenendo conto di quanto abbiamo pagato (tanto!!!) siamo rimaste completamente insoddisfatte. La zona è di uno squallore unico, la via adiacente popolata da prostitute! La camera caldissima senza aria condizionata e con un ventilatore rumorosissimo. Il bidet fuori uso. La camera è priva di bollitore, cassaforte, armadio, servizi che non dovrebbero mancare in un 4 stelle! Colazione misera, con pane e croissants surgelati, due piccole ciotole di frutta, e senza caffè espresso perché la macchina si è rotta il secondo giorno e non è stata sostituita. Esperienza molto deludente!!!

Unfortunately, architectural charm alone isn't enough to make up for a clear lack of regular maintenance and far too superficial cleaning—both of which are hard to swallow given a rate of nearly 200 a night.

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 チェックイン当日に飛行機の関係で深夜のチェックインに変更することになってしまいました。 すぐに連絡すると深夜のセルフチェックインの方法を教えてくれました。また、ホテルの入り口の写真を送ってくれたので、建物を間違えることもなく、スムーズに部屋まで行くことができました。 ロケーションは中心エリアまで徒歩圏内です。地下鉄の駅、バスターミナル、タクシー乗り場がまとまっているエリアも歩いて2分ぐらいです。 朝食もとても美味しかったです。

特にありません。あえてあげるなら、シャワーの水が少し洗面上に漏れてきました。

Fabulous hotel. Room was huge with extensive facilities, everything thought of. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Shared areas were lovely.

Leiligheten ligger litt utenfor selve sentrum, i et stille og rolig område. Flott utsikt og balkong. Dette var noe vi ønsket oss. Ca 15 min å gå til sjøen og sentrum. Fin leilighet med alt du trenger. Lys og fin, godt klimaanlegg.

Très bien placé à 20' à pied du centre historique. Chambres dans un ancien palais. Nous avions une chambre au RDC donnant sur jardin. Une petite rénovation peinture (traces d'humidité) serait bienvenue. Bon petit déjeuner. Disponibilité de la réception au top.

Beautiful rooms, great staff, great location

Perfect location for us - quiet but only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre (Mercado Bolhao, Capela das Almas, shopping and much more) and another 5-10 to the old town and river. A good, large supermarket right opposite. The apartment building is unobtrusive from the outside but inside, is beautifully renovated with a courtyard garden and our 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Some bowls for cereal etc would have been useful but that's a tiny point. We had a lovely time and would recommend.

Nothing - as mentioned, a bit more china would be useful but not a deal breaker.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, unweit von Mercado Bolhao und Shoppingstrasse Santa Catarina. Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Das Apartment war okay, aber sehr billig ausgestattet. Durch die fixen Glasscheiben leider keine gute Luft im Raum. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Zeer gezellig huis met enkele kamers. Super mooi ingericht, hoge plafonds. Wij hadden de grijze suite op gelijkvloers met klein terrasje tuinzijde. Super badkamer met grote douche. Lekker ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Goede uitvalsbasis naar centrum en bezienswaardigheden.

Het bed ligt hard en is aan vervanging toe. De airco maakt veel te veel lawaai, ook nog enkele uren nadat we die hadden afgezet. De koffie bij het ontbijt vonden we niet lekker. Een goed espressomachine zou een plus zijn, want goede koffie mag wel voor de prijs van het ontbijt. 'S avonds is het echt klimmen om van het centrum terug te komen, maar een Bolt of Uber kost nog geen 8€

Das Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist auch der Gartenbereich mit Wintergarten. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Centrum entfernt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr nett zubereitet. Man hätte jederzeit etwas nachbestellen können. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr gute Tipps zur Sightseeing gegeben.

Does not have parking, check in is available only when a receptionist is there. I do understand that early check in comes with a cost, but if you’re there & room is clean, that extra 1 hour really is not worth 20 euros (and seems that it is even beneficial to the hotel that a person doesn’t need to wait for us)

Etablissement très bien situé ! Proche du marché couvert et des stations de métro. Le petit jardin intérieur est très agréable et le petit déjeuner complet est parfait pour entamer une longue journée de visite.

Nous avons eu un petit désagrément avec le lit dont les pieds étaient cassés mais le responsable a été très réactif et le cadre de lit a a été changé dans les 24 heures ! Nous avons également constaté des infiltrations d'eau venant du plafond dans la salle de bain lorsque la douche était allumée...très certainement un problème de plomberie à régler au plus vite pour ne pas fragiliser les murs et le plafond.

Excellent location for first time visit to Porto. We easily walked to many tourist spots, restaurants and a food market 2 min walk away. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our party of 4. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Unit was clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely book again.

Only negative was mattress comfort but this is a personal preference matter.

We had the most amazing time at the Charm Palace in Porto. Our room was exceptional, elegant, light and airy, super clean snd the bed was very comfortable. Despite arriving 1 1/2h late at 10pm Bruno took time to explain how to get around and where to go. Some of his tips were slightly off the beaten track and well worth seeing. To accommodate our late flight back home, Ricardo let us store our luggage at the Palace which we really appreciated. The location is fabulous. We walked everywhere. No need for public transport. We can’t thank you enough and will definitely come back.

Die Lage ist optimal!! alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war völlig ausreichend und alles frisch zubereitet! Das Personal ist super freundlich und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren sehr groß und mehr als ausreichend für 2 Personen. Der Garten war optimal für eine kurze Pause in der Sonne zwischen dem Sightseeing. Wir können das Hotel nur sehr empfehlen!! Preis Leistung mehr als TOP!

I loved the style. The bed was comfy. Reasonably convenient with a metro stop down the road.

The bathroom arrangement was odd as it was in the same room as the bedroom. Fine by me but perhaps less fine if you weren't super comfortable with your partner.

El apartamento era muy amplio, bonito y acogedor. La ubicación bastante céntrica. La atención del personal muy atenta. La relación calidad precio, muy buena. Se agradeció que hubiera aceite y sal. Si volvemos, no descarto volver a alquilar aquí, merece la pena.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Porto à pied, tout en étant au calme. La chambre était impeccable, décorée avec goût et très confortable — on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour. On sent une vraie attention portée aux détails, et ça fait toute la différence. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
