El confort y la situación. La cocina es cómoda y tiene lo necesario. Las comunicaciones (metro y bus) son excepcionales. Varios supermercados grandes muy cercanos abiertos hasta las 24:00 horas. Restaurantes de todo tipo en los alrededores.

Todo en regla, como en mis anteriores estancias.

Location. There was a chap who opened the door on the card return - that was a nice touch. There was a lift.

The main card switch turned the fridge off, so all the food from day 1 had gone off day 2. The main AC was broken and the portable was very loud. The soap in the shower ran out. The toilet when I arrived needed flushing…

El barrio muy lindo, cerca de un centro comercial y un parque. Muy buena ubicación.

El colchón no era cómodo, el aire acondicionado no se podia encender. Faltaban urtensillos de cocina y toalla de mano. El elástico de colchón estaba roto, realicé el reclamo y me dijeron que era así.

Struttura molto accogliente. La posizione è molto vantaggiosa in quanto è molto servita sia dalla metropolitana che dai bus. Il fatto che siano appartamenti fa sì che per i pasti e per il rientro in struttura ci sia molta libertà di scelta. Camera Comunque nel complesso pulita e con tutto a disposizione.

Non ho gradito il rapporto tra camera e prezzo. Mi aspettavo un appartamentino più ampio e non nel sottoscala. Il bagno era molto piccolo, a malapena ci stava una persona e c’erano molte parti rotte.

The location was great and the reception was a 1/2 min walk from the apartment and available 24/7 and easily reachable via Whatsapp. Staff were all polite.

The floors were dirty … i walked around in socks and within 5/10 minutes of walking around to unpack, they were filthy. The soap bottles were not topped up from possibly previous stays. So much so that after the first night, we ran out of soap. I forgot to inform them immediately but i am sure someone went to the room since our bed was neatly made, however soap was not topped up (which is fine because i didnt mention it, however, someone did go to the room). The next morning i went to reception and informed them we need soap and they said that they will handle it, that same evening we popped in for a shower to head right back out and the soaps were still empty, once again people had been in the room since there was a fresh set of towels. I went to reception myself asking for soap because we only had 30 minutes to get ready for an event and yet, we had to wait another 20 minutes until someone came and gave us soap. We were obviously late and frustrated that we had informed them we had no soap and that the bottle was already pretty much empty upon our arrival.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear por el precio que se paga, el suelo de tarima estaba muy levantado, la mesa del comedor está bastante coja, y en el baño y el dormitorio hay humedades. Se escucha muchísimos las pisadas de los vecinos tanto de las escaleras como del apartamento de arriba.

La ubicación, cerca del metro y del Hyde Park.

El estado del departamento, bastante deteriorado, hacia mucho calor en la habitación, aunque nos brindaron un pequeño equipo de aire, no alcanzaba para enfriar el espacio. Tenía toma de aire improvisada en la.ventana, por lo que la ventana no cerraba completamente. El personal no me ofreció otro departamento ante mi preocupación.

Location is beautiful and perfect, close to many underground stations and many restaurants and pubs. Staff were lovely. But the neighbourhood is incredible and being so close to Hyde Park. Quite and clean

Not being able to turn off the radiator in the lounge, not super in the summer when you are trying to cool off a room with the aircon. The soft flooring in the bathroom was concerning. The beds werent the most comofrtable but good enough.

Nous avons tout aimé.

Excellent location, close to tube and bus stations, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out process was well explained. The reception staff were fantastic – extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was also well equipped with an iron, kettle, microwave, hairdryer and soap. There is also free cleaning every third day.

The apartment could have been much cleaner, as there was quite a lot of dust. Overall, it also felt quite worn and could use some renovation. The biggest issue was the extremely uncomfortable mattress. We booked for seven nights and after three nights, we complained and the very helpful reception staff offered us another apartment. Unfortunately, the mattress there was the same type, just slightly less worn, so it was a little better but still uncomfortable. If getting a good night's sleep and proper rest is important to you, especially for a longer stay, I would recommend choosing another accommodation.

Que al fer el check-in et demanen 100£ de dipòsit, i et diuen que al cap de 7 dies d'haver marxat te'ls tornaran, i jo encara no els he rebut, i ja han passat dues setmanes

The location is always excellent.

اعجبني الموقع خيالي اسطوري يهبل في قلب المنطقه كافيهات واوسواق ومتاجر وسوبرماركت ومحطات الباصات في كل مكان قريبه وينزلك في اي منطقه انت وعيلتك المنطقه شرحه والشقه كانت جدا نظيفه وروعه ومرتبه ووسيعه وشرحه والهوا من كل مكان والمطل عبارة عن جنه اشجار والبلكونه بالذات الفجر والغروب خيال فيها طاوله وكراسي والشقه فيها كل كل ما تحتاجه كل اسرة واستجابة المسؤول ولا غلطه اول باول واهتمامه بالسكن واضح من نظافته انصحكم فيها ارجوكم التعب الحلو فقط الدرج وهذا شي معروف في سكن بريطانيا ان كان في انجلترا او ويلز او اسكتلندا 🌹🫰🏻

Limpio, en una zona perfecta para moverte en metro, con muchos servicios alrededor, muy seguro. La ubicación genial. Algo pequeño, pero lo habitual en Londres.

O apartamento tinha o chão muito estragado e outros móveis em mau estado. Poucos utensílios de cozinha.

Posizione ottima, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, possibilità di richiedere la pulizia dell'appartamento gratuitamente, reception 24 ore. Ottimo se sfruttato solo per dormire e per la colazione.

Appartamento troppo piccolo, a mio avviso non adatto a famiglie di più di 3 persone, la porta della stanza da letto non si poteva chiudere in quanto sbatteva nel letto del soggiorno, il climatizzatore non funzionava, in alternativa ce n'era uno portatile molto rumoroso e ingombrante, dotazione della cucina minima se non insufficiente, manca una presa di corrente in bagno, solo 2 comodini per 4 letti e pochissimi ripiani per appoggiare gli oggetti.

Estate particolarmente calda a Londra e non c’era aria condizionata, ma ci hanno fornito un ventilatore in più, abbiamo trovato capelli nel divano letto e degli slip sotto al lavandino in uno dei tre appartamenti prenotato.Una mattina acqua fredda, prontamente sistemata dallo staff.

Very good location

Very dirty, small and no relation to the photos presented. Closet was smelling so no use, door could not close due to the limited space, no hand towels were provided. Bed sheets and towels were dirty. They were provided ground floor which had no elevator and the stair was very narrow

Location staff at the property were helpful

Broken doors, not very clean and definitely not as the picture supplied at all, air conditioning was broken so a mobile air conditioning unit supplied which was extremely loud the room was so small it had to be directly next to our heads while sleeping. We were offered another room while there but this had no air conditioning at all and it was extremely hot. We have contacted customer services and still waiting a response over a month later!

The underground was close

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the accommodation we were provided with during our stay in London. The condition of the apartment on arrival was completely unacceptable and, in my view, was not fit for guests to stay in. The apartment was filthy and had clearly not been properly cleaned. The fridge was absolutely disgusting, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. Despite the condition of the accommodation, we were charged £60 for an early check-in. We paid this charge expecting to be given a clean, safe and suitable room. Instead, we were given accommodation that was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition and certainly not fit for an early check-in. I immediately raised my concerns and requested to be moved to another room. I was told that there were no other rooms available, although I was told that one might become available later that day. We were never contacted again regarding this. On the second day, you eventually moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this room also had serious maintenance and safety issues. The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet flusher was broken and kept coming away from the wall. On one occasion, it actually fell and hit my daughter on the back. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. Guests, particularly children, should not be exposed to hazards such as this. Given the appalling condition of the first accommodation, the hygiene concerns, the sewage smell, the blood-stained bedding, and the fact that we were charged £60 for an early check-in to accommodation that was not fit to occupy

The apartment is very small, which is especially noticeable in the bathroom where space is quite tight. It is clear that the property is heavily used and lacks proper upkeep. In particular, the flooring (which looked like self-adhesive PVC) was peeling off and shows clear signs of wear.Furthermore, we are still waiting for our security deposit to be refunded. It has been 8 days since we checked out, and the refund has not yet been processed

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and the cleaners did their best with the very shabby apartment

The flooring was badly damaged with the underlying fibre board exposed. It has obviously been in this condition for a long time as the surface layer is quite eroded. I really don't know how the cleaners manage with such a floor. The latches on the French doors were broken. There were signs of the doors having been forced open from the outside. Not at all secure or safe. The cover on the couch was stained and dirty. It's a cheap IKEA sofa so a new cover would be an easy fix if the management cared to do any maintenance.

No estaba bien equipado. No había cuchillos para cortar frutas y verduras. No había productos para limpiar el lavabo y wc y la cocina. Solo había un trapo en la cocina, ni mantelitos para comer. Solo había una bolsa de basura. El wc se atascó y al día siguiente vinieron a desatascarlo y lo dejaron sucio que daba asco y como no había productos para limpiarlo pues lo hice con el detergente de la cocina y papel de cocina que compramos nosotros.

I loved the close proximity to the local food one street over along with local convenience stores also on the same street as food which was one street away and loved the closeness of underground train stations also on the same street and there weee also bus stops on the street the accommodation was on

Once we had checked in we had received the keys for the apartment but they said Hyde Park apartments when in fact we had booked with imperial court suites so that in itself was confusing. Also these guys are also in charge of Hyde park artnents and imperial court Studios when we walked into the apartment that we had booked it looked nothing like the photos in all of the photos. They have a red kitchen and it looks very spacious the apartment we were putt had a brown kitchen and it was very small. It does not have an air-conditioner that works although air-conditioning units are mounted on the walls. Also the couch was stained and was not big enough for two people to sit on and watch tv so once we had gone back down to reception and said that we were not happy with this day we finally got put into a studio type room and this again had no Aircon even though Aircon was mounted on the wall and in the morning it was horrible to sleep. People were running up and down the hallway consistently at night and early in the morning which didn’t help as we were very tired from our previous trip. The rooms beside us were also quite loud consistently slamming and shutting doors loudly in the morning and at night.also the mattress was not the most comfortable but the fact the next street over is food and convenience stores does come in handy

Necesidad de un mantenimiento de la habitación. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado aunque estaba allí, en su lugar, había uno portátil pero no es lo mismo.

Comfortable with lots of space! There was an air conditioning unit as well as two fans for us to use which was a lovely touch as it was very hot weather for our stay. Arrival instructions were clear and the staff were very friendly.

Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bad war in Ordnung. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Ein großer Ventilator und ein Lüfter im Schlafzimmer haben bei der Hitze in London sehr geholfen. Die Lage in einer Nebenstraße und dennoch nah an der Tube Station Bayswater ist ideal. Auch der Bahnhof Paddington ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöner Innenhof. Außenfassade ist schön renoviert.

Das Bett war extrem unbequem/durchgelegen - Resultat: Rückenschmerzen. Die Schlafcouch war nur geringfügig besser. Aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Beides müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Schlafzimmertür lässt sich nicht schließen, wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt ist. Auch die Stühle sind leider unbequem und sperrig. Es war sehr laut, wenn das Zimmer über uns belegt war. Man wurde mehrfach morgens aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Mit einem Gitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und einer Terrassentür, die sich nicht öffnen lies, war es etwas klaustrophobisch im Apartment.

Mieszkanie nosi ślady użytkowania, klimatyzacja nie działa, za to jest dość głośny wentylator.

The lift doesn’t go to all floors so you have to walk and carry luggage up last flight. Have to collect and drop off keys at main hotel further down the road.

The location was really great, central to catch the tube, hire bikes, or catch the bus. We liked this spot as a base to discover London. We had a basement 1 bedroom apartment and our kids slept on a sofa bed. It was small and tired but did the trick.

The bed was a double so very small and had a terrible lean into the middle so sleeping wasn’t great.

Όταν πραγματοποίησα την κράτηση ανεβασμένες (ακομα και τωρα) φωτογραφίες δείχνουν ξεκάθαρα κλιματιστική μονάδα μιας και η προγραμματισμενη μου αφιξη ηταν εν καιρω καυσωνα και εψαχνα αποκλειστικα καταλυματα με κλιματιστικο. Όταν πήγα να κάνω το τσεκιν με ενημέρωσαν πως οι κλιματιστικές μονάδες δεν υφίσταται η λειτουργία τους πλέον εδώ και καιρό και δεν φρόντισαν να επικαιροποιήσουν τις φωτογραφίες ή εστω να ειναι πιο προσεκτικοι με τις φωτογραφιες οπου φαινονται ξεκαθαρα τα κλιματιστικα. Η διαμονή μου ήταν κατά τη διάρκεια της προηγούμενης εβδομάδας όπου το Λονδίνο ζούσε συνθήκες αφόρητου καύσωνα. Μας διέθεσαν ισόγειο διαμέρισμα επί του δρόμου οπότε και το βράδυ ήταν αδύνατο να αφήσουμε κάποιο παράθυρο ανοιχτό για δροσισμό. Η υπεράσπιση του καταλύματος ήταν ότι δεν γράφεται ξεκάθαρα στις παροχές ενώ ως επί το πλείστον οι παραθεριστές κλείνουν για τις ΒΑΣΙΚΕΣ παροχές ενός καταλύματος απο τις φωτογραφίες οι οποίες πρέπει να αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα. Θεωρώ πως ειναι μορφή παραπληροφόρησης για προσέλκυση κρατησεων ασχετα αν στα ψιλα γραμματα δεν το αναφερουν ξεκαθαρα. Επισης, αν και δεν υφισταται εξωτερικη μοναδα για να λειτουργησει το μηχανημα που κατα τα λεγομενα του καταλυματος αφαιρεθηκε απο υπηρεσια ελεγχου δεν εχουν αφαιρεσει τις εσωτερικες μοναδες ωστε να μην ειναι δυνατη η αποδειξη του γεγονοτος με φωτογραφικο ντοκουμεντο. Αμφιβαλλω λοιπον τα λεγομενα αυτα και αναρωτιεμαι αν το εκαναν για να μην ερθει φουσκωμενος λογαριασμος ρευματος λογω χρησης κλιματισμου απο τους ενοικους λογω των ακραιων καιρικων συνθηκων.

That the rooms are small

The good points were the excellent location and the friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the Underground station, making it easy to get around London. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops nearby, which was very convenient. In addition, the staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment. I was assigned a basement-level room on the lower ground floor, and there was no indication during the booking process that this was a possibility. The facilities were extremely outdated and in need of renovation. There was no proper air conditioning—only a temporary portable unit that was noisy and not very effective. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The sound insulation was terrible. I could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above, and outside noise was also very loud throughout the night. As a result, I couldn't get a good night's sleep during my stay. While I appreciate the convenient location and the kindness of the staff, the poor room condition and excessive noise made the experience very disappointing. I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

La localización, un edificio precioso y buena organización para la entrega de llaves y contacto con los inquilinos. El personal muy amable. Bonita decoración.

Building 81, 8°D. En plena ola de calor era insoportable estar en el último piso. Dos básicos y ruidosos ventiladores. Mal olor a cañerías en el baño. Saltaban los plomos al enchufar el secador o plancha. Supongo que no será un problema generalizado por eso indico el apartamento para su revisión

In no way is this a four star as advertised. Basically a bedsit.

I stayed at the property twice, booking the second stay prior to experiencing the property. The first time I was put into room 1A which is directly below the entry to the building. The room was noisy all night as people came and went. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase without a hand rail. To their credit they sent a staff member to get my bag up the stairs. The second time I was on the second floor. On getting out of the lift I found I needed to get my bag up stairs to get to the room. At least there was a handrail.

Location was near where we needed to be.

There was scaffold and painting going on for the full stay. Corridors were cramped and tatty. Open back door led to dumping ground. Flooring in room was badly damaged all over, bathroom floor tiles didn’t match. Radiators were badly rusted, window frames were rotted. Pictures in living area and bathroom were falling apart. Air conditioning power had been disabled. Toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, sink cupboard badly damaged. Bedroom door fitting broken, door wouldn’t close. Cockroach found in room. None of the shelves were fitted without error, cut to wrong size, screws extruded. Freezer door in fridge freezer was broken off and missing.

Good location. Room was changed for the 2nd night due to complaining.

1st night was in an attic room which was exceptionally hot. Whilst a 'complimentary air conditioning unit' had been placed in the room to mitigate the heat, the room was too small and unit was right next to bed and blowing in your face; neither myself or my daughter were able to sleep.

Convenient situation for a weekend visit to a festival in Hyde Park.

We were on the lower ground floor under the entrance hall and you could hear people coming and going and walking overhead all night. It was a basic decent room for an overnight stay though and would use again.

The area is great for access to a lot of venues in and around London. The area is relatively quiet and near grocery stores and restaurants and transportation. Well equipped and good air conditioning. Liked the large couch/sofa bed.

The bedroom was cramped and the bed was smaller than anticipated. Living space could really do with a small coffee table.

Was clean which was good. The location was good, lots of shops and cafes very close.

I requested a ground floor as I have just had surgery, we were given lower ground and was the only rooms not accessible by the lift. My wife had to drag our heavy suitcase down about 10 steep stairs and drag it back up in the morning. The room was quite dark but that wasn’t really a problem. The buzzer system was broken and buzzed every 10 mins or so continuously even over night. As I wasn’t well enough to change room we just had to deal with it. Mentioned it in the morning and was told I should have reported it last night and my response of just being out of hospital was ignored.

It was clean. It could be a bit cleaner but for the value for money it was great. Main 24/7 reception in a different location down the road. But staff very helpful and nice.

La posizione centrale e vicina alle due stazioni metro, supermercati e vari fastfood, e zona abbastanza tranquilla e comoda.

La pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare, lenzuola con capelli e macchiate, lavandino intasato, cucina e utensili sporchi forse dal precedente ospite. Tenda per niente oscurante, all’alba nella stanza entrava luce che ci faceva svegliare, inoltre vi era la presenza del balcone con sedie fuori ( ma alla quale non abbiamo potuto accedervi per questione di sicurezza così ci è stato detto). Alla fine però considerando che in stanza si passano solo pochissime ore per dormire alla fine lo consigliamo come struttura. Consigliamo però di migliorare la pulizia, e di prestare attenzione a questi dettagli perché è un peccato.

This is our preferred accommodation whenever we visit London. Its prime location is highly convenient, particularly for families. The staff are courteous, professional, and responsive to any questions or requests regarding our unit. Location e’ ottimo. L’unica cosa è che non ha funzionato l’acqua calda per quasi 2gg. Per il resto, va bene.

A bit worn the property

Staff were rude unhelpful - the apartment was in the roof, absolutely tiny and far too hot. Kitchen was shabby, fan on the wall didn’t work. Carpets in the building were dirty and thread bare. Load of mattresses dumped at the back of the building made it feel very dodgy.

Volvimos a este hotel, por segunda vez, ya que nos encanta la ubicación, la buena comunicación de la zona, la tranquilidad del barrio y todas las opciones que ofrece Bayswater. Aunque el hotel necesita mejorar y ponerse las pilas con el mantenimiento, si pides una habitación con vistas hacia el patio trasero, dormirás sin problema alguno. El apartamento está bien equipado, lo necesario para 2-3 noches sin problemas, aunque solo dejan 1 toalla para la cara y manos, ademas de las de ducha. Aun así volveríamos a repetir porque para mi lo primordial es que este limpio, sea cómodo y tranquilo, y eso lo cumple sin duda.

El hotel esta vez estaba un poco peor, parecían estar realizando un cambio de sofás/camas y dejar las camas viejas en el patio trasero para mi no es la mejor opción ya que da mala imagen. Estábamos en la planta baja y el suelo crujía y se movía tanto al andar que la mesa de centro vibraba, debíamos tener un sofá cama pero cuando llegamos nos encontramos 2 camas individuales en el salón, taponando la puerta de la habitación quedando completamente abierta, sin poder cerrarla. Lo solucionamos moviendo las camas y juntándolas en el centro, pero esperábamos un sofá cama. Un poco de mas atención y cariño por las habitaciones sería perfecto.

Konnte zuerst den Heizkörper nicht aufdrehen und es war kalt. Es kam dann jemand und hat mir geholfen und dann wurde es gemütlich!

Not much. Location was ok

Could only communicate with staff by text. No A/C. 90+ degrees in London. Had to get fans brought in. Shower leaked. Piles of old mattresses and couches literally right outside a patio door that didn’t open, big bug on the bathroom floor when we got in. When you open up couch to sleep the bedroom door had to stay open. Room was just misrepresented. Would not recommend this one to anyone..

A Localização é extraordinária, a rua é calma, silenciosa, a uns 7min a pé do metrô, próximo ao comércio com lojas, mercados, restaurantes e cafeterias. O quarto tem uma cozinha toda aparelhada para um casal, chuveiro muito bom e um aquecedor maravilhoso que esquenta o quarto todo rapidinho !

Mesmo com elevador no prédio, ainda assim temos que subir e descer escadas, tanto para acessar o elevador quanto os quartos. Dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece nos outros quartos, se você pegar "vizinhos barulhentos" como eu tive (no quarto na frente do meu estavam 5 hóspedes bem complicados), terão que fazer uma reclamação na recepção do hotel para que algo seja feito.

Мы очень недовольны отелем так как там обнаружили клопов! они покусали мою беременную супругу и мы не смогли спокойно спать! такое состояние номера неприемлемо и представляют угрозу здоровью!

Posizione perfetta per girare la città e quartiere tranquillo ma con tutto vicino ( supermercati, negozi,ristoranti)

Posizione ottima, vicino a due fermate metropolitana. Appartamento piccolo ma per quello che l'abbiamo usato andava bene, letti piccoli, noi li abbiamo trovati comodi.

Appartamento trascurato, tenuto proprio male.

La ubicación y es espacioso. Tenia lo imprescindible pero suficiente para la estancia de 4 dias de 2 personas.

El colchón demasiado blando para nuestro gusto pero bien en general.

Locația este foarte buna, este aproape de parc Hyde,sunt doua stații de metrou si o strada cu restaurante si magazine in apropiere.Patul si canapeaua sunt confortabile. Personal foarte amabil , am putut face check in mai devreme.

Cel mai mult ne-a deranjat zgomotul. Se aude tot de afara si de la celelalte apartamente. Curațenia lasa de dorit si mobilier vechi .
