All inclusive is not all inclusive, alcohol is not incorporated- which isn’t clearly stated unless you look for it . The hotel/ booking.com informed us of this 2 days before we went which was too late to change the booking You can only use the rooftop pool/bar if you are part of the star prestige package - which is an upgrade. We tried to upgrade but was told it was 98% full- which just simply wasn’t the case, as when we did go up to look each day it was very very quiet

Schönes, grosses Zimmer, gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstücks und Abendbuffet. Wasserspender auf der Etage. Schlüsselarmband ist sehr praktisch.

Die grossen Ventilatoren im Speisesaal sind unangenehm. Auf der Karte gelisteter Wein war nicht erhältlich.

The breakfast tried to cater for gluten free and very importantly now has lactose free milk. The room has the first signs of black mold in the shower but is otherwise cleaned well. The location is relatively convenient with the ability to catch the bus in to Palma and the choice of walking to the "the strip"to eat. The Spa was excellent

Timings of some of the activities were not ideal- yoga was a bit early ( although very good)and not on regular days. Other physical activities were again irregular though again good when available. The gluten free items at breakfast could have been replenished more regularly , though were very much appreciated. The Star Prestige option was not available , which was frustrating as the rooftop sunbathing was not available ,meaning available sun was limited. Unfortunately, booking.com did not provide the option to choose when the booking was made

Die Leute waren sehr lieb, sie haben uns ein gratis Update gegeben. Die Aussicht war toll, das Zimmer wunderschön und groß. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit einer genialen Dachterrasse! Die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parkieren ist auch sehr gut!

Der Preis der Tiefgarage ist etwas zu hoch, wenn man schon eine höhere Zimmerkatogerie gewählt hat.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the beach. Delicious food and lots of variety each day. Fountain of cold water in every floor. Prices for the Spa services are expensive compare to other spa facilities outside the hotel.

The rooms are small for what they charge. You can get bigger rooms for less of the cost of one at this hotel. The gym needs some work and improvements. Machines are old. Swimming pool was very packed by seniors German and English people, but I know this is typical for each hotel in Balearic Island every summer. So, nothing they could do here I understand. There was a solarium that was not working at all. I mean, is a 5 star hotel, how could they don’t have a facility working? Makes no sense.

First of all i want to congratulate the staff , really unbelievable, the guys at reception so nice and helpful 5**** they go above and beyond Michael and adrea just the best .. but the entire staff from the cleaners to pool bar staff restaurant staff just big thank you , ye all are wonderful people ..

Great, clean and short walk to the beach

Very clean and modern hotel. The lady (Vanessa) who cleaned our room every day did a fantastic job. Friendly and accommodating staff. The food was ok but too much fish in my opinion. Ok if you like fish but I don’t. Pool was on the small side for the size of the hotel . The usual annoying sun bed reservers despite signs saying not to but these weren’t enforced. We stayed at a 5 star iberostar in Tenerife last year and they had a booking system on an app. Much better and people like me with limited mobility had the same spot all week thanks to the lady that organised the booking system. The biggest let down was the air con. Worked in the actual room but the rest of the hotel was roasting including the restaurant. Very ineffective. Because of this we went back to our room most nights. We have stayed in 2 iberostar hotels before which were great but this one definitely didn’t feel like 5star. Disappointing.

Hotel solo per adulti ottimo per le coppie e per relax e tranquillità. Posizione dell’hotel molto buona sia in generale nell’isola sia nella città sia per quanto riguarda le distanze da punti di riferimento o aereoporto. Globalmente struttura molto buona, servizi e staff a nostro parere praticamente eccellente, servizio concierge eccellente (grazie Jhoel e colleghi) Camera star prestige al 6° piano, pulizia ottima (grazie a Vanesa R. ottima collaboratrice del servizio ai piani) con amenities esclusive e accesso a lounge vicino alla lobby e solarium con piscina di 30cm con lettini immersi e vista sul mare molto carino (inclusi snack e bibite non alcoliche). Piscina esterna al piano della lobby sufficientemente grande ma non grandissima. Moltissimi lettini prendisole e alcuni lettini balinesi con telone per il sole. Servizio bar e asciugamani incluso molto comodo. Pasti molto buoni sia colazione che gli altri buffet sia di dolce che di salato, estremamente ricco e variegato piuttosto cucina spagnola ed europea.

Prezzo un po’ inflazionato ma capisco per il periodo centrale turistico.

We had a great 4 night stay! The welcome was lovely and they really looked after us. They took us through our check in which was relaxed, we had a drink and chilled. They took us to our room and explained how everything worked. The room was lovely with no issues. Very quiet hotel but with lots happening. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the staff were always looking after us. The location is ok, close to the beach. Nice during the day but a bit loud for us at night. We took a taxi into Palma city for the day. Nice sights and good shopping. Entertainment in the hotel was great and wasn’t on too late. Filtered water on every floor so you can keep hydrated in the heat. We will hopefully come back soon!

Service is amazing. Stunning small hotel. All inclusive is not worth it. 3 drinks at lunch and dinner, choice of wine, beer, sangria. Half board is better value. Food was beautiful and the staff are amazing. Short walk to the beach. Beach front very young vibe, with loads of motor boat activity - not the beautiful clean vibe that goes with hotel.

The air con did not work properly ,just feel we paid way to much for what we got. The Star prestiage was not up to standard of other Iberostars we have stayed in.

Star Prestige lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr tolle Anlage. Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit großer Dusche. Außerordentlich freundliches Personal.

Es könnte hier und da ein Stückchen sauberer sein. Abendessen könnte auch etwas mehr angeboten werden. Sonst alles super!

We booked this hotel last minute. We went for star prestige and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is immaculate, the staff really happy to make your stay a great experience. The food was excellent with a varied choice. Half board option definitely worth it. Our room was lovely with clean towels every day and finishing touches brought by Alexandria. Evening entertainment was good also. We were here World Cup night and celebrated with the Spanish in a great atmosphere. Star prestige was excellent. The service we received from Jennifer was fantastic. She brought cocktails, snacks, ice cream, coffees and iced water frequently. Nothing was too much for her. We will definitely be back ! Hotel worth it’s 5*

Amazing food and service! Staff was very friendly and was willing to help. Helped us to find lost items and allowed to enjoy all hotel facilities after checkout while waiting for a flight. Room was clean and comfortable and had an unusual design. We appreciated very much water station on our floor. Very good wellness center. Recommend to visit bar on the top which has a great sea view, music and cocktails.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were amazing – they genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we ate at the rooftop restaurant during our stay, which was also outstanding. The food, service and atmosphere were all brilliant. We booked this as our last holiday before our baby arrives, and the hotel itself couldn’t have been better. Overall, these were only minor negatives. We had a wonderful holiday, and the excellent staff, facilities and food made our stay really enjoyable. We would happily return.

The only slight disappointment was the surrounding area, as we hadn’t realised what it was like before travelling. It reminded us a little of Magaluf, so we didn’t really feel like walking around locally and ended up hiring a car to explore elsewhere. The only other issue was the sunbeds. Despite signs saying they couldn’t be reserved, many guests left towels on them for hours before returning, and this didn’t seem to be enforced, which was a little frustrating.

Lage genial. Sehr nahe am Strand aber trotzdem genug weit weg dass man Ruhe hat. Sehr freindliches Personal. Sehr schön und sauber alles. Das Bett war super. Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Hellhöhrig. Wir waren auf der zweit obersten Etage und oberhalb von uns war eine Stampferin. Jeder Schritt von ihr haben wir deutlich gehört. Das Bad ist wunderschön und durch das Glas schön hell. Aber in der Nacht stellt das Licht der Toilette automatsch an so bald man aufs WC muss (Bewegungsmelder). So wurde leider das ganze Zimmer beleuchtet.

On arrival, our first impression was that the hotel had a real wow factor. We were warmly welcomed and offered complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The buffet offered a great variety of food, with something to suit everyone. There were fresh meats, salads, and themed evenings throughout our stay. We spent most lunchtimes at the pool bar, where the à la carte menu was excellent. Our favourites were the chicken wraps and chips. The entertainment team appeared to be largely run by one person, Ulia, who worked incredibly hard to keep guests engaged with a wide range of activities. She was absolutely lovely, and we enjoyed several events, including cocktail making, Spanish fan making, the sunset session, and the art-and-wine experience with a professional painter. Adrian covered on Ulia’s day off and was equally fantastic. I’d recommend downloading the Iberostar app to see the full schedule of activities. One significant downside was the air conditioning. To be honest, it often felt as though there was little or no air conditioning in some areas of the hotel. While watching football one evening, the room became unbearably hot, and the staff had to bring in fans to make it more comfortable. Management really needs to address this, as the system seems inadequate. The air conditioning in our room was also disappointing. I raised the issue during our stay but unfortunately never received a response. If you’re visiting during a busy period, be prepared to get up early to secure a sunbed, ideally between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Finding one around lunchtime is much less likely. For sun lovers, the best spots are near the pool bar at the top end of the pool, close to the showers, where you can enjoy the sun from around 10:00 a.m. until late afternoon. The biggest drawback of this hotel is its location. Before travelling, I had read reviews describing the area as a “German Benidorm/Magaluf,” but I assumed that was an exaggeration. Unfortunately, I found the surrounding area quite disappointing. It wasn’t somewhere I enjoyed strolling around in the evening, which is something I usually love to do on holiday. That said, the hotel itself attracted a good mix of couples, families, and groups of friends rather than a crowd of partygoers. We visited Palma, which is absolutely beautiful. It’s around a 20-minute taxi ride from the hotel and cost approximately €25–35 each way. A point worth mentioning is the six-drinks-per-day all-inclusive rule. I understand that these restrictions have been introduced by the local government in certain areas of the island, but the hotel goes a step further by limiting guests to three drinks per meal and restricting the choices to beer, wine, sangria, or Aperol. We often preferred to have a drink while watching the evening entertainment or relaxing by the pool before getting ready for dinner, so we rarely used our allocated drinks during mealtimes. As a result, we ended up with a fairly substantial bar bill. Katagi Blau, the rooftop restaurant, offers teppanyaki and an à la carte menu. All-inclusive guests can have lunch there, but it is only available during a specific time slot and needs to be booked as soon as possible after arrival. We didn’t dine there because my daughter wasn’t keen on the menu, which featured a lot of seafood. However, we did visit for drinks, and the rooftop setting is stunning, especially at sunset, although drinks are quite expensive. If you’re not staying all-inclusive and would like to explore local restaurants and bars, Can Pastilla is the nearest town. Turn left when leaving the hotel and it’s roughly a 30–50 minute walk, or about €14 by taxi. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely and the staff were amazing, with a special shout-out to Veronica, who was particularly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. However, despite the excellent service and facilities, I personally wouldn’t return because of the location, the ineffective air conditioning, and the restrictive all-inclusive drinks policy.

I've just been to this hotel with my friend for 5 days to celebrate my 50th birthday.. from start to finish we have had the most amazing time .. welcome drinks on arrival in a gorgeous reception area , Andrea announced we had a free upgrade which was incredible.. what a start to our trip .. Our room was so lovely and the view spectacular overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance, we had room service the first night and watched the sun go down .. We enjoyed the breakfasts so much , the pool area, outside bar etc (we were b&b) .. All the staff were friendly and so accommodating especially Marc who couldn't do enough for us, great guy, lovely Andrea too, Sandro on our first day helped us so much and Vanessa from housekeeping.. on our first day a birthday dessert and then later a birthday drink was delivered to the room .. we've both felt very spoilt .. For us it was a good area to be as we were visiting the centre and illetas on different days .. we did parasailing and a sunset cruise too which were local!!! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.. Huge thank you to the team at Iberostar we loved it

Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff (especially Monica, Ruth, Naty, Bartek, Sylvia, Ohaino, Rita . . . they are brilliant), food excellent, I think definitely worth the Prestige upgrade - roof top pool area opens at 10am). We loved Katagi Blau, a bit expensive but don't miss. In Prestige you have a pillow menu so make sure you take advantage of memory foam pillows. There is a large supermarket close by if you need anything. Concerns would be the aircon throughout the hotel is poor, don't understand if you are all inclusive why can't you have your 3 drinks in the bar and not just at dinner (we did arrange that when dining in Katagi). The main issue is location, we didn't realise that the area is the German version of Magaluf!! We went for a walk at 0730 to the beach and found carnage, drunks, broken glass everywhere, openly taking drugs it is horrible. We didn't feel that any local bars were comfortable to drink or eat, would dread to think what it's like in the evenings, you can hear the chanting in local hotels from 12.30!! We were advised to visit Portixo for a drink, it's 25 euros each way in a taxi but worth it if you want a change. Palma is just a bit further, some of taxi drivers seem to add on quite a bit when you get in, you just know you are getting ripped off!!! Because of the location we would not return unfortunately. Hotel is in the wrong place.

Nydelig og rent hotell. Veldig god mat og flott spa og uteområde. Hyggelig betjening som gav god service.

Området er preget av fest og rølp. Mye fulle tyskere på heisatur. Søppel og glasscore preget området rundt hotellet og ved strandpromonaden. Totalt sett dro dette ned totalinntrykket en del.

La piscine est trop petite

Leider waren während unserem Aufenthalt viele Gruppe , Firmen etc. auch im Hotel was zu sehr unangenehmen Lärm am Pool geführt hat! Wäre noch angebracht gewesen wenn sich jemand von den Angestellten sich dessen gewidmet hätte!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Service, ruhige Lage, Katagi Blau Restaurant auf dem Dach des Hotels- fantastisch, dazu ein traumhafter Blick über die gesamte Bucht…. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Whirlpool und waren mit der Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers absolut zufrieden! Die HP im Hotel war überwiegend sehr gut, lediglich an ein paar Tagen war noch Luft nach oben…. Hervorheben wollen wir den zuvorkommenden und tollen Service, insbesondere Julian hat uns von Anfang der Buchung an bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts stets hilfreich zur Seite gestanden-herzlichen Dank dafür👍🏼😎

Just had a fabulous week at this hotel. The staff here are amazing. I told them I was a Coeliac and needed gluten free. I was taken around the restaurant by Jonathan, restaurant manager and Andre the chef where I was shown what was gluten free. So helpful. Pool was a bit on the cool side. No problem finding sun loungers. Hotel is very wheelchair friendly. Have to mention Marc. This guy is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. He sorted everything we needed. Waiting staff, Mar was so lovely also Victoria and Prince. Making sure we had everything we needed. Rita at the pool bar very friendly and made good cocktails. Carmen was very helpful at the spa. Vanessa who did a lovely job cleaning our room and has amazing towel folding skills. The shower was a bit slippery but housekeeping was straight on it and a rubber mat and shower chair were provided immediately in our adapted room.

A truly exceptional hotel in a central location close to the beach. The service is world-class, and the personal is warm, welcoming, and attentive. Lovely hotel apart from - when myself and my husband got to the hotel we were advised that there was 2 bookings in our names. We never made the second booking in the same 2 names. They waiting until we were gone out of the hotel and applied a 50% no show booking fee to our credit. -when eating my dinner on the hotel on the last even I found a hair under the piece of steak.

We just got back from a lovely week away at this hotel. On paper it is a fabulous place to stay. The welcome was lovely and are staff are friendly enough. It’s calm and perfect for relaxation. We booked a sea view suite which had a hydrobath on the balcony and room was exceptional (although pricey). The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. It was incredibly clean everywhere in the hotel. We had access to the Star Prestige rooftop terrace and bar in the day and that had incredible views and always had sunbeds available. Credit goes to Jannier (please can the hotel pass on our thanks to him) as he truly provided a 5 star service up there. The food was good quality but because not everyone is all-inclusive, the variety was a bit limited so it did get a bit boring after a week. Ruth was a really friendly waitress and she should receive our thanks too. All inclusive drinks are limited but that wasn’t a real problem, just a bit odd. The biggest issue we had was the area. It is a truly noisy and tacky resort. You could hear young lads chanting day and night and the resort was not made was older couples or people wanting something a bit more natural and aesthetically pleasing. So you felt a bit struck in the hotel which didn’t really fit in the resort. Luckily, there is a bus nearby that takes you into Palma for 2 euros and it is easy to access. Entertainment was not brilliant, just singers each night. We missed the usual standard of entertainment for Iberostar. Other things that put us off slightly were the lack of finishing touches. For example, for a five star hotel, there was no doorman or anyone waiting to help you in with luggage. We never use that service anyway and are happy to carry our own bags but it’s not usual to have no-one available. They did take our bags to our room though. Also, the main pool area was nothing special. If you did not have access to the Star Prestige lounge, it would have felt more 3 star. Even on the roof terrace, they pay more attention to the adjoining restaurant than they do the terrace. They are constantly moving furniture and being noisy, closed the terrace early one night for a private party and had a loud wedding in there the next. Not a problem but noisy. Not very ‘spa’ like. We did have a good week but we would not return to the hotel. We have stayed at better 4 star Iberostar hotels in Mallorca.

The location - my fault on this for not doing research but it’s in the part of Palma that feels like Brits abroad so ended up getting a taxi out each night to see the real Mallorca as didn’t want chips and burgers each night.

Teilweise etwas lärmig aus den benachbarten Zimmern. Das Hotel sollte eingreifen, wenn dies festgestellt wird. Zudem manchmal am Abend bis 11pM laute Livemusik in der Hotelbar, verhindert den Schlaf.

Tolles Hotel. Sauber, freundlich, toller Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhig. Kommen gerne wieder.

Oben im 7 Stock war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Und das man die Seite mit dem Pool boxt benutzen darf, fand ich nicht schön.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. We were welcomed by Marc & Julian who sat us down with a glass of fizz. This became a regular occurrence every time we saw Marc in reception he wanted to give us a glass! Lovely guy and he came out to give our tour driver ( booked independently) the once over before we left which we thought was a lovely touch. The food in the restaurant for breakfast & dinner was excellent and some of the best we have enjoyed on our travels. No standing at coffee machines as coffee was ordered and brought to the table. Our room was spacious and modern but not really suitable for 3 ladies sharing due to privacy issues. Bath & sink in room and shower & toilet with glass doors ( partly glazed but not ideal) we had an issue with the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable but this was sorted by Blanca their lovely customer service manager. The Star Prestige area on the top floor was lovely and we were brought treats like ice lollies and fresh fruit cocktails. It is a shame the hotel is in a predominantly German area frequented by large groups of men drinking to excess and chanting noisily. We used taxis to go into Palma as we didn't like the beach area because of this. Overall a great stay.

Despite all the 5 star reviews, we would definitely NOT return to this hotel or area. We stayed in August 2025. The hotel was OK but not a 5 star or worth the money spent. Staff on the reception were extremely unhelpful and dismissive especially when checking in- we waited 3/4 hours for our rooms to be ready, which is unusual with our usual 5 star hotel experiences. No facilities or breakfast was explained on check in. The Spa was included in both our rooms 'wellness rooms' yet when asking about the spa facilities which the receptionist seemed to roll her eyes and said someone would be up to our room with a leaflet and a yoga mat, which turned out to be a glass frame with the spa opening times, not a brochure/leaflet or what we were expecting. So pretty pointless, the frame was also smeared with some sort of dirt. The AREA is also based upon what I could only describe as the GERMAN MAGALUF. Which isn't what you expect when coming into Spain. Nothing authentic about this area. Young germans who were extremely loud and drunk everywhere. Not a place where you would expect a '5 star hotel/spa' to be located. The location feels cheap and tacky and not one review mentions this.... which we found strange. As a family we were extremely disappointed in the location and avoided going down to the beach area because of this. The only bonus is that it is a short taxi ride to Palma- we also hired a car to go into Soller for the day which was great and more of what we were expecting. Lack of authentic Spanish restaurants in the area unless you are after 'bratwurst' or beers. Did not dine in the hotel for dinner. The breakfasts were really good in the hotel and the only bonus. Lack of atmosphere in the hotel, stayed for the entertainment one night and it was OK. The best entertainment we had at the hotel was actually a hotel guest playing piano who was great. Rooms were clean and spacious but had to constantly ask for coffee and milk to be replenished. Have had better experiences at a 3 star hotel- not worth the money.

Im Fahrradkeller war eine kleine Werkstatt und vor allem ein Waschplatz und Tücher für die Fahrräder. Das ist aussergewöhnlich, das gab es bisher noch nie. Für Fahrradfahrer perfekt.

Für die vielen Radfahrer im Hotel in der Früh Saison, könnte das Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 7:00 Uhr öffnen. Der Aussenpool könnte geheizt werden.

Tolles Hotel nettes Personal sehr hilfsbereit gute Lage, Frühstück und Abendesse waren sehr gut und ausreichend Täglich beim Abendessen Gerichte aus anderen Ländern. Wasserspender am Gang ist hervorragend !

Online-Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Der Radkeller war für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und die Türen eigentlich zu eng. Sonnst war alles OK.

We stayed for a 5 day break at the hotel,on arriving we were greeted by a lovely member of staff Marc who took our bags and gave us a lovely glass of fizz. Our room wasn't ready as we arrived before 3pm. Julian from check in sat us down explained regarding the hotel and its facilities. Our room was overlooking the pool area. Lovely size room balcony fab for chilling out on. We opted for half board you honestly couldn't fault the food it was fabulous and fresh every time. All the staff were so friendly always had a lovely smile. I probably wouldn't visit in April again especially start of the season. The weather was hitty missy but when it shone it shone. We will definitely revisit again the hotel had a lovely calming atmosphere and staff made our holiday experience fab.

Great food option good size room

Need to pay for juice or water with dinner. Gym would be newer or more options. Was more like a good 4 star hotel

We stayed for a week in this beautiful hotel and had an amazing time. Everything was spotless clean, staff was amazing, great food, every inquiry we had was solved and answered without hesitation. There's lots to like about this hotel, it's staff, the location, the contemporary decor, their focus on wellbeing. But there's lots it let's itself down on, some will be because it's the start of the season, others inbuilt. The food is a highlight. We stayed half board and the buffet at breakfast and dinner selections are excellent. The hotel is well situated for the lively beach front and cycling enthusiasts will be right at home. The gym is tiny, one weight bench, 3x resistance machines. Two treadmills and 2x cross trainers. This hotel has 500 rooms! The cocktail bar is part of the Japanese restaurant on the top floor, but wasn't open when we stayed. The pool isn't heated, so unusable really at this time of year. All in all, an expensive but "not quite as expected" experience. Weather was lovely though!

We were in Star Prestige and everything that‘s included is great. The hotel is very nice, not too big, excellent location and very clean. The food was high quality too

One waitress was rude and the glasses and plates in the restaurant were often dirty. I also told them.

Hotel is lovely, nice view of the sea we had star prestige room, and made use of the lobby area and the top floor sunbed area nice thick pad on them. Not sure what the pool there is for as it’s 30cm deep ? The food was excellent in the Buffet Restaurant. We ate in the Al a carte on the top floor one night lovely setting but I was more than happy with the Buffett where we also had a lovely choice for breakfast. All staff very friendly and professional. I love Iberostar have stayed in Santa ponsa jardin del Sol. Cala Barca too all good experiences.

I have spent a fabulous week at this hotel with my husband, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a lot of positives: amazing room, hotel very clean, the safety of guests (needed to be a guest to use the lifts), the lovely friendly staff, the calming spa, the amount of places to chill out in the hotel etc. We had access to the roof area, it was lovely to chill out on the sunbeds there. I had a couple of treatments at the spa and they were incredibly relaxing. I avoid the gym on holiday (!) but I had a peek in there and it looked very well set out with plenty of equipment. There were lots of activities available for people that wanted them too. We liked the refillable water stations, convenient and good for the environment. The food deserves a special mention - the choice available was always extensive and constantly kept stocked up, and it was so fresh and delicious. There was always a good variety and my husband and I ate very well indeed! Again, great restaurant staff. The bar area was fab too, we tested a few of the cocktails out after our evening meal. The hotel location is handy - it is a quick walk down to the beach, and there are several supermarkets around if needed. There were two slight niggles that we had. First is that we had trouble joining the WiFi. The staff were very helpful but for whatever reason we never got the proper connection. The more important issue was that we were without a toilet for a couple of hours as it broke one morning. I completely understand that this is beyond the control of the hotel but it was inconvenient – we had to go down six floors if we needed to go! After it was mended, only one side of the flush worked, and a couple of times the tank was so slow to fill that we thought it had broken again. In a five star hotel you don’t expect to have to worry whether your toilet will work or not!! However, those issues were relatively minor, and overall we had a fantastic holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and in fact we have been looking at others in this chain in other locations.

We’re here on a short break and have had a really enjoyable stay. It’s a lovely small hotel with absolutely no complaints — the rooms are spotless and everything is very well looked after. The reception staff are amazing — warm, helpful, and always welcoming, which really sets the tone from the moment you arrive. The service has been excellent throughout, and a special thank you to Rita in the bar, who has been fantastic and really made our stay even more enjoyable. The location isn’t right in the centre, but it’s only about 10 minutes by taxi to the main town, which is very easy. All in all, a great stay and we’d happily come back.

Super vriendelijk personeel, hele fijne kamer, super goed eten, de spa is heel fijn, we werden volledig ontzorgd.

Helaas was het buitenzwembad gesloten ondanks mooi weer. Daarnaast is contact leggen met anderen lastig, de gasten zijn behoorlijk op zichzelf.

Der Kühlschrank voll mit Getränken. Leider hatte es kein Wasser im Kühlschrank.

Zimmerüberraschungen

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch das Essen im Hotel war qualitativ gut und geschmacklich überzeugend – sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren wirklich angenehm.

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unorganisiert und konnte bei einfachen Fragen kaum weiterhelfen. Auf spezielle Wünsche wurde kaum eingegangen, und selbst mehrfach kommunizierte Anliegen (z. B. in Bezug auf Allergien) wurden ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.

Everything was great at Iberostar. The food was excellent quality, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.

All inclusive isn't really all inclusive as you only get 6 free drinks per night (which is enough but doesn't mean all inclusive). We thought it was a little too expensive for off season which is the reason for 9.

Wir sind bereits einmal in diesem Hotel gewesen, haben es darum gekannt und darum haben wir wieder in diesem Hotel gebucht.

Alles super, extrem nettes Personal

WC hat so eine Glastür und das Waschbecken ist im Hauptraum, was ich nicht so toll fand. Ein kleines Waschbecken im WC wäre schön. Das Licht ging per Bewegungsmelder und war nachts zu hell.

La suite junior es una pasada. La cama muy grande y cómoda. Las instalaciones y el personal un 10.

Los Donuts del desayuno estaban duros y secos. La tele de pantalla plana de la habitación estaba capada y no se podía ver ni Netflix, ni emitir desde el móvil para ver algo que no fuera la TV. La bañera de hidromasaje se encendió sola a mitad de la noche sin tener agua dentro de ella.
