Amazing hôtel. We enjoy our stay , staff were Lovely and helpful. The hotel is easy to access. Breakfast is a buffet style lovely. Michael The manager and Lola Olu were amazing.
Easy to find from the tube station , accessible to the02 area and cost effective, ideal for our 2 night stay. Michael and Lola Olu were so helpful and pleasant at breakfast, it was great speaking to them both
The rooms and the view was amazing and very clean when we checked in but the only thing that we stayed for four nights and the thing was missing is the lack of cleaning while we stayed. The staff and food is really good we will definitely come back
Good sleep and great help and service from Mary. Great location and good parking. Good value for money given the central location
Great location for 02, Dlr, car parking right outside so pleased we managed to get a spot, check in/out was straight forward, our rooms were spotless, some occasional noise from plumbing, some instructions for heat/air con would have been helpful for me. Breakfast had lots of choice and Mary ensured it's kept spotless.
Overall an average to below average experience, the location was ok, a short walk (5/6 minutes) from the DLR, we had rooms 722 and 719 and had fantastic views, I’d selected those rooms online by looking for a floor with lots of empty rooms, to minimise the noise, and in that sense it worked well, there was no guest noise. BUT there was a noise, a high pitch buzzing or humming noise that came and went intermittently all day and night, it made for a very disturbed night’s sleep (or lack of). I have now seen many other reviews mention this, you’d think it would be sorted? The room was basic, but clean. The bathrooms were tired and the showers pitiful, especially 719 where the shower head was so clogged only 3 of the holes let water out. No hairdryer in the room and when I asked for one I was told I’d have to wait for housekeeping to come in at 10am… needless to say we’d intended to be up and out before then. All in all, a disappointing stay, but the room was at least clean and tidy.
Great breakfast! Mary was very kind with all of us, and the food was delicious. It was also easy to book the breakfast. Recommended
The location is great, very close to the DLR, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall it offers good value for money. Breakfast was fairly basic, but the service was excellent—especially Mary, who was outstanding. She was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you, Mary!
Great stay rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very attentive service in both the bar and cafe area. Special mention to Mary who looked after us at breakfast and showed me where all the dairy free items were.
An impeccable customer service from Mary. She made my stay a memorable one The system in place for business with pre paid accounts have to be streamlined to mitigate long waiting times at breakfast and dinner.
Hotel was lovely and clean. As was the bedroom. Tea coffee hot chocolate in the room plus biscuits for the kids. Breakfast was brilliant as was the lovely Mary who was so helpful! Great stay!
We had just one night at the hotel and it was great. The hotel was fully booked and the breakfast service was exceptionally busy with a constant queue. The bar cafe team members were brilliant, constantly clearing to ensure wait times were minimal and food was constantly coming out from the kitchen. Well done to Mary and the whole team!
Rooms clean and comfortable good value no noise. The breakfast crew did amazing everyday always topping up it was super busy they done great Mary was extra helpful with heating up pancakes and croissants
We have a family booking over three rooms as a Christmas Gift for Jan 2nd for 2 nights. We have read the awful reviews regarding bed bugs and saw the photos. We called and the first woman advised customer services are closed for the holidays which is not ideal for issues. She advised to call Docklands directly to disccuss. I called Docklands and the receptionist kept saying she couldn't change the booking. I queried why she was avoiding my reasons to cancel and asked if the reviews are true, have they got bed bugs and she CONFIRMED yes ! I asked her to repeat her name and she hung up on me, but I have the call log on my phone. I called back to reservations number and got a very helpful person this time who has taken our details and passed them on to complaints to discuss the refund. Although we have booked under the saver rate, under the circumstances we should be getting a full refund regardless, it is disgusting! We are awaiting the call back !
Will not recommend this. Have had various issues during the stay. Starting from air conditioner not working to soap dispensers being empty. The rooms were not cleaned as part of the daily service. All that was done was towels were topped up and tea bags. Raised the issue with management regarding air conditioner not working. I was only given a fan to use. Though there were other rooms available, the staffs didn’t manage to check the system and straight away was told no rooms available and only option is to take the fan or not to take the fan. With two kids, it’s definitely not a good experience without the air conditioner. The room was always hot and was hard to sleep. I stayed for 4 nights and would not recommend. The parking was a horrible experience.
I stayed with my family, It was very clean, comfortable and very supporting staff specially Sajid and Mziny. Breakfast was very good. Tram station was very close.
My best friend has already written the review about our bed bugs experience in this hotel but I want to leave a review based on my own harrowing experiences during our stay because I never forgot how I was treated during this whole ordeal so I will make sure that customers should know before booking in this hotel. We were booked in this hotel from Dec 19 to 23, 2025 for tourism. Firstly, upon check in we were already informed that we only get 1 time 30 mins wifi in our entire stay and that we have to purchased extra WIFI connection if we want to! Somehow this is something manageable for us. Secondly, upon arrival inside the room it was pretty obvious that the room was not cleaned before we checked in. There were visible dust in the bed and side tables which we didn´t mind at all since we were tired already as we have arrived past midnight. Third, when I woke up the next morning I saw 3 bed bugs in my blanket as I lifted it from my body. I panicked and decided to crushed them between the sheets so it left blood stains on the blanket. Then we went down to the reception and reported it. Lastly, the worsssssttttt part of all this ordeal was when we reported it to the reception on 20th morning before going out for sight seeing. Jamal who was the "Assistant Manager" was the one whom we reported it to. And the first thing he said is that " Show me . Where are the bed bug bites?” Was he expecting me to strip off my clothes in the reception area just to show proof that there are bed bugs? And at that time there were no visible bites yet as it was new it only appeared later in the evening. You can refer to the uploaded pictures imagine how many beg bugs has feasted on me. I had bites even at my back, legs and face. Mind you this is a very serious issue that they should address right away to contain these creatures but instead of doing that this JAMAL was so rude, unhelpful and accused us that we brought the bed bugs to the hotel! He was “ kinda “ insulting at this point already. We politely asked to be transferred to a new room but according to him as part of their “policy” there should be an investigation whether the bed bugs came from us or from the hotel and that we can´t change room to avoid transferring it to new room. So we asked if they can do the investigation today so when we came back we can be in a new room. Then he said no it is not possible since it may take days ! So he was indirectly f###### telling us to stay in a bed bug infested room till they get done with their investigation and that our clothes must be dry cleaned before moving to new room!!! So I asked, “If it will be proven that the bed bugs are from this hotel who will pay to dry clean our clothes and of course he said that we have to shoulder the cost- imagine how much we have to pay to dry clean all winter clothes that we have packed! And from that answer me and my friend just gave up explaining ourselves to him and just decided to just stay on the same room because they never ever cared at all and we don´t want to ruin our planned tour! They didn't even think that us moving from our hotel room to the breakfast area , to the lobby and reception that we might possibly spreading those bed bugs already! Before checking in , in this hotel we were staying in one hotel in Edinburgh for 4 nights as well and we never had any records in that hotel that we have complained about bed bugs! All we asked that time was to transfer us to a new room so we can leave our stuff so our vacation will not be ruined. We never asked to be treated like a royalty nor asked for any other compensation. We tried to be very understanding that "bedbugs in hotel" is something inevitable due to the amount of travelers from different parts of the world who uses that room. Instead we were treated badly by " JAMAL" , instead of being helpful and understanding with our situation he deliberately chose to be rude, unhelpful and at one point I even thought he was racist towards us. Never even said sorry for the inconvenience that they have caused to us! TRAVELODGE IN MY OPINION I THINK YOU NEED TO GET A NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER OR SEND THIS JAMAL TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! He was even claiming that we should complain to customer service because he is not customer service! LOL! Why were you even promoted to this position if you couldn’t even show willingness to assist us! Never even provided the number or email address to contact the specific customer service people that he was referring to! All we got was rudeness, push backs and left with no other choices. On the third night we came back, with one bed turned up side down without prior notice to us that they will move us to new room. When we came to reception I made sure to film everything and that´s when they informed us that they have moved us to new room! But if I had not filmed it and complained about the bed bugs while there were guests checking in for sure they wouldn't have moved us to new room! And surprise new room has clogged shower drainage! This experience has also ruined my Christmas, all presents that I bought from UK for my family were not given to them! All of my stuff and presents were still outside in a black garbage bag because we were all afraid that it has been infested by bed bugs too! We have travelled and stayed in different hotels in other countries but we have never ever experienced this kind of treatment. This is something that I never expected from any hotel in London area. So never again we will book in this chain of hotels.
We arrived past midnight Friday fromEdinburgh, we were very tired so we slept straight. Then when we woke up, my friend found bed bugs so we immediately went down and complained to the reception. Jamal who happens to be the asst manager they say was very rude and never heard from him the word sorry or never apologized for what we had experienced. He told us to dry clean our clothes with our own expense and cannot give another room until investigation is done. We went to London as tourists. We didn’t want our plans to be ruined so we went back to our room and imagine with bed bugs and my friend has all the bites all over the body where the hotel cannot give any assurance to transfer us to another room . Then we arrived in the evening and no one cleaner ( what kind of hotel !) first time to experience bed bug and very poor customer service. The following day when we found out upon arriving that one bed was put upside down and still didn’t clean the room so we were so angry again and we went down to complain infront of many guests and this time my friend made sure to film it so we can get a good answer. They did transfer us to another room but with clogged drainage what a very bad experience again. We got tired of complaining and told myself that we will never book with third party hotel like this travelodge with only 30 min wifi free and bed bugs free!!! The ladies in the dine in like Mary and Susan were nice The reception who are expected to be nice and friendly were not!!! Plus no customer service experience. Is that hard to apologize? Do they feel that their ego has been stepped off by saying sorry. Sorry to say but we paid huge amount for this hotel and we got the worst service from Jamal and one lady in the reception!!! We will make sure that all these photos will be posted everywhere its not only to shame them but for guests to be aware and not waste money or destroy their travel plans
Stayed with Travelodge here for the first time and all I have seen from them is a cheap costcutting company who doesn't care about their customers and are all about maximum profit. We are 2 nights into a 6 night stay and only told today we don't get our room made up or cleaned during our stay! Including the bathroom and not even any bleach in the loo! We have stayed in many different hotel chains and never had such poor service and that's including many Premier Inns where we have always had faultless service. Also, we don't get clean cups or spoons and have to use the same ones for our stay without being able to clean them properly. We also have to go down to reception everyday for toilet rolls, coffee sachets etc, as they don't top them up even with us hanging the tag on the door asking for it. Checking in is a nitemare as their car park is tiny with nowhere to park, so you have to leave your vehicle on double yellow lines and risk a fine just to check in. Breakfast is really poor with a very small selection and wish we hadn't prepayed for it. Finally we tryed having our evening meal here tonight and ordered a knickerbocker glory which in the description should have bananas and cherrys in and was sent out full of apple instead with no explanation! With so many allergies around these days people need to be informed of changes to food.
Very convenient hotel, and very good value for London. Decent selection for breakfast &Friendly staff especially Mary.
Nice food but no croissant and no mushrooms wold love to have it with our breakfast but there was not but our overall stay was nice had a good sleep and 100% would recommend this hotel for anyone who loves high views for an affordable price.
Our stay was very pleasant, the whole team looked after us wonderfully during breakfast, and Mary and Susan especially went the extra mile for us.
The standard is basic but for this price (£60 per night) it's fair. The room was clean and everything was working. Nice breakfast with good selection of items. Interesting fact: to make sure the fruit salad fresh, they keep it in the freezer so when you eat it, it is freezing cold (literally) which was the only unpleasant breakfast thing. Nice and friendly staff although some of them seemed a bit tired and just doing their job because it has to be done not because they enjoy it. The hotel was almost fully booked (that means over 300 rooms occupied) and only 2 lifts were in service so a bit of a nightmare waiting for a lift. 30 minutes free Internet per day is a bit of a joke but you can pay £3.50 and get unlimited usage so OK. Overall, pleasant stay. Decent clean room, good breakfast (apart from a frozen fruit salad!) a good location and fair price.
Great experience and really friendly service especially Nauman in the night reception, he was really helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I will definitely be coming again
Absolutely Amazing Experience Atmosphere staff Room all are fine and most Important Breakfast Service and the Guy Mr Sajid at cafe bar an amazing person who guided very well and very cooperative
We stayed for one night and met Mary over breakfast. She was particularly welcoming and helpful. Fab member of staff! Thank you.
Great stay again at London Docklands, good location and easy to get into central London for all the tourist attractions and sightseeing etc. Very friendly staff, particularly at Breakfast. Mary was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be staying again on our next visit.
The location was so good and the view from 15th floor is amazing. The Atmosphere and rooms are clean and good. Service by anishma was excellent. She helped us in every step and way of talking and receiving was so great. Value for money service and bar cafe was a great place to hangover. I stayed there for 10 days and it was like a dream as the atmosphere was very good I felt so relaxed.
Lovely stay at travelodge. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Mary was so helpful and attentive. Will be staying again.
After a long day and a long journey from South Wales, I was looking forward to a nice sleep in a (as advertised) comfy bed. WRONG!!!. I think the floor would have been softer . Check in was a breeze but parking was a nightmare. The nearest car park was a short walk away, the receptionist said. She failed to say that to drive there you had to go via Greenwich and the Blackwall tunnell !!! Breakfast was nice, made even more so by the jolly Mary, who wasn't a local but came from Peckham originally.
The food was really nice and Mary was lovely , helpful and friendly . The hotel was very clean and tidy: A merry Xmas visit 🧑🎄
Very average stay bot too busy for December. Mary was really lovely at breakfast and I’d give her 5 stars. Would stay again
Breakfast was very good and the ambience was great. Really like it. Leumim and also other staff were good at their service.
Welcoming staff, comfy bed and very nice breakfast. Maybe a bit hesitant to bring more food out if kitchen and did make you feel you were putting them out but other than that was very nice
We stayed a week at this godforsaken place, and during that week, we had our car broken into and robbed in their customer parking and i had my bike stolen from the locks right outside the entrance. I appreciate there is little they could do to control this, however, the management are aware of a theft operations that attack this hotel and its guests almost constantly, and are doing nothing to prevent or notify guests of the dangers. Keep your bikes and belongings in your room, leave nothing for the thieves. Now, the hotel itself, not so bad, good views, clean rooms, good breakfast, defo an above average travelodge, but the staff appear miserable most days, and the lift operations suck. if you do visit, YOU MUST try Al Quadrifoglio Ristorante, 5 minutes walk up the road from the hotel, delicious food and lovely customer service.
We had a wonderful stay in a room with great views and a pleasant breakfast, Sajid, was very helpful and welcoming. Have used this hotel a few times now and have always found it a nice place to stay, fantastic views and easy train links into central London
Easy to find. Quick check in. Peaceful room. Clean and comfortable. Great night's sleep. Easy to get to O2. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Muny was a great help at Breakfast time. Brilliant. Well done everyone
The pizza at the cafe was nice and crispy and the staff was polite and attentive. The pizza at the cafe was nice and crispy and the staff was polite and attentive.
Tatiana and Pricilla at the Bar Café in Travelodge Docklands were absolutely lovely. Both were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. They handled everything professionally while still being warm and approachable. It’s clear they care about good service and making guests feel comfortable. Big credit to them both for creating such a positive atmosphere.
Really nice, loved every bit of the ambiance. I’m glad I found a place to hangout with my uni friends on our last day on campus🥹.
Thank tatiana and Priscilla you so much for the amazing service you provided. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a big difference for me and my friends. We had a wonderful experience because of you.
Tatiana was nice in attending tobus it was very very nice. She was polite and listened to our orders properly and it eas very polite
Tatiana and Pricillia I had a really pleasant stay here. The location is excellent and made getting around very easy, with everything I needed close by. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and well maintained, which made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The room was clean, tidy, and well presented, with all the essentials provided. I appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable the space felt after a long day. Overall, I felt the experience offered great value for money. The quality of the rooms, combined with the location and atmosphere, made this a worthwhile stay. I would happily recommend this place and would consider staying again in the future
Great service from everyone, especially Tatiana at the bar, she was great! Very helpful. Good menu and you can take it to your room.
2nd stay here. Great positioning , lively food and really friendly staff. Anishma and Arooba were very helpful at reception
Great breakfast, Mary was lovely and helpful. Clean and good size room. Location is good for price, not far from central London. Lots of people giving the place a buzz. Room was bit hot
Hi it was wonderful stay at travel Lodge docksland. Apart from stay the staffs were also really nice , especially Anishma who take care of us throughout the stay.
Great breakfast experience thanks to Tatiana Kind quick always welcomung guests with a smile ensured everything was fresh and we'll organized
Can't believe they charge for wi-fi, 30 minutes free is a joke. No tea or coffee in the room as advertised, and they gave me filter coffee pods for instant in reception. Otherwise room OK, parking, forget it, no chance of a space much few spaces.
Stay was great, food in the bar was nice and so was breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was easy. Leumim was extremely helpful. Would recommend.
The hotel was great. Nice room, good view and good price. The heating did not work though. The breakfast was good and Sajid did a very good job at taking our plates away.
Overall, it’s a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the first night where the bath tub was blocked and it was disgusting to shower. The location is excellent! DLR train connection was great
Comfy beds. Great hospitality. Seamless process. Great deal. Leumim at breakfast was superb. Very friendly and very attentive ensuring the breakfast operation ran smoothly as did all the breakfast staff on Monday morning 15th December.
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, receptionstaff and breakfast staff are wonderful and so helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here, but the first time having breakfast. Breakfast was really lovely, with all choices available even though I was late down. Breakfast really was fabulous value for money and was well.looked after by the staff, particularly Mary. All of the breakfast team were all very professional, polite and helpful. Rooms are a good size and very clean. I would certainly return again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this travelodge for a stay.
Tatiana one of the best colleague of Travelodge Very friendly, great sevice always smile I wish her best luck Well done Tatiana🎉
Great welcome from Kenya and great service at breakfast with Amit. Our go to travelodge for a London trip. Thanks to the team for a quiet and efficient stay 😊
The hotel is modern and fresh, clean and the staff are lovely. A special shoutout to Lolaolu and Amit who helped us at breakfast and made sure everyone and everything was happy and all food was to our satisfaction. I’ve been coming to this hotel many times this year and will certainly be back in the new year.
Needed a hotel whilst working in London. Was pretty easy to get to. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Exactly what I expected.
I tried to call several times to the hotel to arrange parking which is very limited on site but it was impossible to get through to anyone. I was intending to stay at the hotel and go to a show at the O2 arena however because I could not arrange parking at the hotel it was pointing me towards other car parks in the locality but all of these were fully booked with no space available. This became so stressful that I did not bother to stay overnight at the hotel and opted to get a train to London and back.
It is not the first time I visit London but this time I was very surprised about the accommodation. The hotel was clean and everything was great. The stuff has been very kind and lovely. The breakfast was the best part, thank to all the staff especially to Mary and Leumin 💪
The hotel is in a very good location, which makes it convenient for getting around London. However, cleanliness could be improved. The bed linen is not changed unless you explicitly ask for it, even after several days, which was a bit disappointing. The room is slightly small, but acceptable for a short stay. Breakfast is not among the best, although in London many hotels offer a similar standard, so this was not entirely unexpected. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Maria for her kindness and cheerful attitude during breakfast, which made the mornings more pleasant. Overall, a decent stay mainly thanks to the location, but with some aspects that could be improved.
We stayed here for one night after seeing a concert at the O2. Cleanliness was ok (we had fresh sheets and towels but there were visible stains on the carpet and a weird smell in the room). Soap in the bathroom was watered down. We were also woken up quite early by what we assume was another guest having a shower (it sounded like the water pipes were vibrating really loudly when heating up). That being said location was ideal for the concert and the price was very affordable for London.
It was horrible, the hotel smelled like weed the whole week we were there. We were a group of 20 and had 10 rooms total. When we got to our rooms almost everyone discovered black mold in their showers, the carpet, bedding and walls had stains and the room smelled bad, and the elevators were always out of service. It looked like the walls had fat stains as well.
Nice hotel, happy with everything. Easy check-in and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was good and Leumini was very attentive and friendly. The cafe area was kept very clean and tidy. Good location for DLR and underground, easy to get to the o2 arena.
Had a great experience at breakfast and dinner with spacious seating in the restaurant area. Shout out to Tatiana for her kindness and great service at dinner. Would recommend for a short stay. Really enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding.
Staff are so lovely and helpful. They welcome my family, especially the kids whenever they see us. Special thanks to Anishma, Mary, Favour, suzan and all of the staff I may have forgotten to mention (apologies) . From helping me to find my phone when I lost it or the WiFi etc. thank you all and God bless xx
Rooms clean and comfortable.great value for money in a central location close to DLR. Friendly staff especially Mary at breakfast who was lovely and friendly.
Really great hotel. The staff were amazing. Especially tatiana behind the bar who was amazing. Would gladly stay here again
The bar has a nice vibe and the barmaid Tatiana was very attentive and friendly. It’s hard sometimes travelling away from home so a friendly face is always welcome, with a nice glass of wine and food to go with it. Keep up the good work! 👍
Pricila Tatiana Rijan Abdul Mohamwd and Marcus are outstanding members of the bar cafe team. Thank u guys , efficiency customer service they handle every situation with professionalism and ensure customers feel valued. Excellent service
This is the second time I've stayed here with my sister's. It's a great location for the O2. The room is perfect for what we need. We love the breakfast, Mary is so lovely. She's very efficient and always busying herself with tasks x
Staff were particularly friendly , especially Mary at breakfast time. She was so friendly which made breakfast an enjoyable experience.
Lovely hotel and very polite and helpful staff members. I had a lovely view overlooking the city. Breakfast was lovely too! Mary and her team were brilliant! I'd definitely recommend
From the moment we arrived the service was excellent very friendly staff on reception from the moment we checked out the breakfast was perfect the staff was very helpful the member of staff we spoke to Mary was so lovely she asked if we enjoyed our stay just a very lovely lady
Constant beeping of an alarm during the night. We were on the 11th floor and my friends on the 5th and they also were kept awake by it. Sounded like a intercom system constantly beeping.
Room was lovely and clean, 🧼 breakfast nice 👌🏼 all staff were very friendly. Mary was lovely too! Thank you merry Xmas 🎄
High pitch noise through the night coming from the hallway, and weren’t welcoming and could hear house keeping arguing with each other in their language.
Restaurant dinner service is extremely slow. It takes ages to prepare a simple meal like burger. Breakfast service is much better. Staff are friendly and helpful. Leumim was excellent in serving breakfast.
This is my second stay at this hotel. It is a perfect stop when in London. Close to public transportation, the room is clean and well equipped, breakfast is available and very taste and the staff and the breakfast buffet very attentive especially Leumim, always greeting with a big contagious smile. I will return for sure
From the beginning the team were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent and Susan was amazing, so friendly and happy really made the day. One if the best Travel lodges we have stayed in.
Clean, tidy, well located for The 02. We were visiting London to attend an event at the O2. East India DLR station is the closest station (with lifts for accessibility) . The hotel is 17 floors with twin and family rooms viewing towards the river and O2 with double and super rooms looking out to the north and view of The City. Our room was on floor 16 with great views north. Very clean modern room with good facilities (hair drier, tea and coffee, even hot choccy and biscuits!) double sockets at bedside with twin usb sockets. Bathroom was compact but good powerful and hot shower, towels clean and fresh ! Staff were friendly and welcoming. If arriving early (before 15:00) expect an early check in charge of £15.00. Or you can wait and enjoy a beer and food in the bar on the first floor. We did not stray too far from the hotel but thought places to eat were a little limited, there is a Tesco Express nearby for snacks and if needed you can eat in the hotel. Breakfast can be arranged on your booking online or paid for each morning. Good breakfast with some allergen options and buffet style for the rest. Enjoyable stay, would book here again for future events!😊
Good location. Clean and modern building. Efficient and friendly reception staff. Comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent bar for night caps.
Overnight stay following Hans Zimmer concert at O2. Room was on the 15th floor and offered fantastic views of the river and the O2. All staff we had contact with, including reception and the breakfast room, were very friendly and welcoming. Regarding breakfast, special thanks to Mary whose helpfulness was much appreciated.
Great service got rooms right next to each other very nice staff very helpful Arooba checked us in great service thank you
I really enjoyed my stay at the Travelodge London Docklands Central. Everything was on point, staff always helped with any kind of inquiry and were always there with advice, Tatiana especially left a lasting impression with her professional behaviors. Was a great experience, thank you to the Travelodge Team for making it happen.
Arooba Alexandra, at reception was very helpful when we checked in. We often use this Travel Lodge as we visit my son who lives here. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. An asset to the Travel Lodge.
Best Travelodge’s pizza we have had! Pricila and Tatiana are lovely, And the views over london are absomutely incredible !
Amazing service from Leumim. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. The pizzas were delicious. Great experience overall.
Had a really great experience when dining in the restaurant. The food was really great and we were served by Pricila who went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. Very good service and overall very good night.
Cheap, easy access for Jubilee line from Canning town . Perfect for Gigs at O2 and Wembley. Good connections for the rest of London. Perfect if coming from Norwich as only a couple of stops from Stratford on the Jubilee line.
Great time and good vibes with Stella at the bar. Life saving pizza from Rasheed. Great location to get to O2 for concerts too!
Nice hotel, good breakfast and Mary who served us was lovely. Would happily stay again, handy for everything. Up to 100 words
Breakfast was missing cheese and vegetables. I normally go to Canary Wharf Hotel as they serve cheese there. The staff are lovely, especially Mary!
Fab stay!! Some lovely stafff Mary was so amazing a breakfast <3 such a friendly face and really lovely for a morning :). .
Many guests use this hotel when attending gigs at the 02. On the map it's very close and, indeed, is easy to get to by tube/DLR. But be aware that when 20,000 people are exiting the venue and heading for the tube station, you may find delays in getting back. Hotel itself is fine, with good facilities and pleasant staff, especially Elisampeta in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast. There's little in the way of restaurants in the area so, if you're back late and peckish, the 1st floor bar offers 24-hour pizza which is pretty tasty, although you might have to wait a while if it's busy.
Sajid in the restraunt was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been any nicer. Would recommend the restraunt for the drinks
Popped in here whilst waiting for our early check-in room. Sajid was very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
Not a great hotel. Arrived at 2pm and couldn’t check in so went to the bar, there was no one on the bar. After a while someone appeared, she didn’t seem fully trained as the guy in front of me wanted a beer and she couldn’t find it on the till to sell him so he went without. Check-in was fast, and we got a nice high floor as requested. Slept really well considering the size of the hotel, thought it might be loud but it was fine. The water pressure in the shower and taps is not good. Maybe because of the height of the hotel or amount of rooms, it’s a trickle that comes out. Good location for the underground.
Myself and 2 friends came to London Docklands hotel to see Radiohead. We were so happy to receive such amazing service from 2 staff members especially, Stella and Courtney. Courtney was very helpful and friendly and Stella has a consistent positive vibe even whilst working all night long. These staff members made our stay unforgettable. I will 100% stay here again, as long as they are here too!!
great hotel, very close to the tube station so easy trip to the o2 (only one stop whwn taking the jubilee line). such a great stay
