Travelodge London Wembley Hotel

Arrived and the service was pretty decent, kind and helpful staff but when we got to the room there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector which threw me off a bit as the room smelt of cigarettes. The general cleanliness of the room was pretty bad and there was a lot of stains and chipping paint but I guess you get what you pay for as it is a budget hotel and I wasn’t too bothered. At around 2am whilst we were trying to sleep we found a few bed bugs (I only got photos of one of them) in our sheets and had to go down to the reception, and to be fair to them they switched our room immediately. I understand it’s a budget hotel but no bed bugs should be guaranteed when staying in a hotel. We lost a lot of sleep and I didn’t really want to sleep in the room next door (which is the one they gave us) so I lost a lot of sleep worried about the bedbugs. Apparently the issue will be investigated and they will call me about compensation but I don’t see that happening. I’m newly 18 and honestly this hotel was the only choice I had financially but in future I definitely wouldn’t and couldn’t stay here again.

Admita and amila they checked me in and they were so helpful good customer service hotel was clean and great location

Poonam was lovely, very accommodating xx

Poonam as great and accommodating!

Stay over on a Sunday evening, very pleased very clean room, excellent polite staff, had a meal in the bar and was very pleasantly surprised, excellent food and very reasonable priced in all very affordable and very good highly recommend

Nice clean basic room Staff were lovely so helpful and friendly

Lovely setting, fully charged in the morning Helpful staff from front desk and Falguni, definitely will come back for this hotel

The hotel is clean & our room was too. The issue was the constant noise of traffic all the way through the night from the very busy road

It was a great stay and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly whenever needed help

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy checking in and out was very easy due to such friendly staff especially fanguni! Breakfast was alright, nice enough food but not amazing and limited veggie options plus there was a hole in the wall in our room.

Dan was very welcoming! Myguy

Comfy, had fun, so worth it would come again good service and very polite and pleasant employees

Good experience. Slight mess up with food orders but was quickly fixed. Great customer service

Very nice and just down the rood from train station

I am spending quite a few weeks here. I tried the Premier Inn near Wembley stadium. Travelodge way exceeded the Premier Inn. For one ... the staff, they done a great job taking care of me. Nathali, Shiva and Hyder thank you so much ❤️

Lipasso is really good and she makes the hotel environment lovely

Nathali, was polite and friendly from checkin right the way through, amazing addition to the team here! If she greets you when you arrive you will be looked after

Amazing thanks to Hyder very welcoming and helpful top guy Ricardo also was really helpful and welcoming would definitely come back ❤️

Had a great stay at travalodge london Wembley, the staff were very welcoming, nathali, shiva and hyder tended to our every need, cooked and served us a good meal after our long drive from anglesey, would recommend staying here, the atmosphere is very relaxed and with the staff being on point, available and helpful you couldn't ask for more. Will definitely stay again.

amila and staff where very helpful great stay

We had our dinner the Friday night and poonam provided an excellent service and the food was lovely

Yes it was all good and a nice place to stay.

Great couple of nights stay at the London Wembley travelodge. Good friendly atmosphere down in the bar and restaurant. Always Greeted with a smile from the staff there and the food is spot on. Then off to a good nights sleep ready and refreshed for the next day 😁 special thanks to Nathali , Shiva and Josh.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy and quiet we had a restful time there.

Today (23/0226) I had a pizza that was well cooked, and a sticky toffee pudding with custard. The servers and cooks were Hyder, Shiva who were very professional

I had a wonderful stay at Travelodge. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, which made my stay truly relaxing. Everything was well maintained and met my expectations. A special thank you to Amila at reception — the service provided was absolutely amazing. Amila was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amila was fantastic, very good stay thank you

This place has delicious food open late. Also the rooms are clean and can't hear anything from the surrounding rooms, would definitely go here if coming to London! 👍

We stayed one night the food was delicious, with great service and excellent taste. The staff were kind and helpful constantly supporting us and our needs as guests It was clean and tidy very nice and in good condition! Thankyou to Nathali, Ricardo & Poonam for making our family stay relaxing. Kind regards The Fishers

We are very blessed to be attended by Ms. Amila, Ms. Falguni and Ms Shirani. They are very kindly, respectful and so well loved. Thanks for everything!!

Booked a 1 night stay here whilst having a couple of days sightseeing with my 8 year old. The hotel is probably one of the comfiest and cleanest Travelodge Ive stayed in. We had a comfy King size bed and a pull out bed, The room was clean and spacious and had everything you need as a base for a night or 2. The only downside to the room was that once in bed, it was very hot, even with the heater not on! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. When we arrived late at night, we asked for a room on the back of the hotel as it’s situated on a busy main road, and they accommodated this no problem. I also realised I had travelled without my phone charger. Being on my own with an 8 year old, I wanted to make sure I had sufficient charge. I asked at reception, and a special mention to Ricardo who could not have been better! He allowed me to use his own charger for an hour which was an absolute life saver. Even the girl who was on reception in the morning (didn’t catch her name), allowed me to charge my phone at reception whilst we had breakfast and packed- again thank you so much. Breakfast was fine, opinions of toast, cereals, full English, pastries, fruit and hot drinks. On our visit the juice machine was out of order- a shame but not the end of the world. Bit of advice, nothing to do with the hotel but just a tip. The hotel is by Wembley, which isn’t near London central. It’s zone 3 for the underground so bear this in mind when travelling via underground. We got off at Hanger Lane underground. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the hotel, and to be honest late at night with an 8 year old wasn’t the best. I had to walk through an underground tunnel, and the surrounding roads are very busy. Area is also quite rundown. A much better underground station to use is Stonebridge Park- a 10 minute walk and a straight road.

Very pleasant staff Shiva,Asmita and Josh Welcoming and helpful after a very long journey. We had a quick snack and then went to our Room which was spotlessly clean and quiet.

Good food, friendly staff with Josh, Shiva and Asmita being very helpful.

Very friendly check in and service at dinner was super. The staff were amazing and helpful. SHIVA. ASMITA and JOSH will definitely recommend

Had a lovely pizza Shiva was so friendly

Location was perfect for me. Very reasonable prices i thought for London. Staff all very friendly, shout out to Shiva, Asmita and Josh who were very professional and welcoming

Ive had a fantastic evenung at travelodge, thanks to Shiva ,Nathali and asmita. Really good rooms. Food is good Good staff and service

Absolutely, I had a wonderful stay Service was truly exceptional. Special mention to Shiva, Nathali, Falguni and Asmitha for making sure my stay was comfortable The commute to the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and impeccable. The common areas and restaurant also showcased the same tidiness. This establishment and it's service has truly elevated my experience of this trip. The rooms provided, and most importantly the service by the staff. The view was astounding. The cleanliness was absolutely spot on. This has asserted my comfort here as it depicted a commitment to overall hygiene. The Wembley Stadium nearby was a major attraction Walking and exploring around and from the hotel was super convenient. Honestly it was the service, assisstance and guidance offered by what I would call the best team of staff.

Nice sfatt and respected Falguri and shirani

Five star for Falguni. She is very diligent and very nice to customers.

Real good time, very welcoming and kind to us. Sat downstairs in the bar area after we went to a concert and it was a nice chill setting x

Staff lovely beautiful room clean and tidy

Clean rooms, spacious rooms, had tw extra beds set up for us, and Amila on reception was so kind and welcoming

Staying for 2 nights and fancied a bite to eat. Poonam was really friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and arrived hot. Looked good on the plate too. Will definitely be eating here tomorrow night too!

We regularly visit our son, daughter in law and granddaughter in London. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean and the cafe bar offers value for money. This is our eighth visit in 12 months and we have never been disappointed.

I was welcomed by Josh who is a very lovely gentleman. Also I had dinner and was served by Shiva who is also very agreeable and kind. Ricardo is also a very kind and friendly receptionist. All professional. They make a great environment. My room was spot on and the bed is very comfy.

Lovely room, lighting on. Had dinner and food was great and very friendly staff from reception to restaurant / bar. Never a bad stay here in my opinion. Special mention to Nathali Shiva

Really nice rooms, tv could be bigger, staff are friendly especially - Shiva, Nathall and Josh super welcoming, food is reasonably priced and decent

Very lovely lodge to stay, it felt like living at home with clean room. It has very lovely customer service staff caring, professional specially Josh who always greet you with smile at reception very charming and friend ly personality, Shiva very good caring , professional and very good cook and nathali very good, professional, smiley and friendly. Very professional staff right people for right job. I love it here

Amazing experience from Amila (Supervisor) welcomed me yesterday as I check in and checking out Lovely experiences and breakfast

Title: Exceptional stay — huge thanks to Hesham and the team! I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Wembley. From check-in to check-out the staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful. A billing/error issue that Head Office wouldn’t resolve was handled quickly and efficiently by the duty manager, Hesham — he took ownership, sorted everything straight away and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole team went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend this Travelodge highly enough — especially thanks to Hesham for outstanding customer service. Five stars!

Lovely family friendly hotel with excellent service from staff from the moment we checked in. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a meal in the restaurant, food was very nice and well presented. Thank you to Nathalie, Shiva and Harshal who looked after us the moment we checked in, excellent customer service, we will definitely be back.

Friendly and very good at all the services!!! Smiling and good vibes and very good food! It feels like a proper holiday!!! Thanks to Nathaniel, Shiva, Harshal, and to all the others staff.

It was hard to find the hotel by walking, and it worth. I liked the openess, professionalism and warmth of all the staff I've met. The room was clean and offered all I needed. Thank you!

Arrived early evening to a warm welcome on reception asked if we could eat they said restaurant was open upon entering restaurant took a seat and chose meal only to find out when ordering product not available so had to decide on a second meal. Nathali Harshal and Poonam all fabulous staff really helpful and good service. Food that we had really good

Everything we wanted was sold out but Nathali Marshal and sabin was very helpful and friendly which made it so much nicer.

Good atmosphere very friendly staff while on my stay good location as close to Wembley town, rooms were good clean bathrooms and bed, air con hummed which was a little annoying but overall a good city get-away.

Very affordable and well ran travel lodge. One of the best I’ve been to. Exceptional service by Shiva, Nathali and Poonam and was very much appreciated after a hard day.

Breakfast and kitchen were closed due to a rat infestation!! After my second day there, the health department shut down their food services and put up notices about the unsanitary conditions! Also, this place was extremely noisy, both due to external noise from the traffic on North Circular road, and also due to internal noise from people in adjacent rooms. Every single night I was there, people in adjoining rooms could very clearly be heard having s*x. The walls would shake from the humping & bumping, and even my bed, which was apparently against the same wall as the neighbor's, was rocking back and forth in rhythm with their rocking n' rolling. In addition, this place wasn't convenient to anything - it was a 20 minute walk to the nearest McDonald's, which I ended up making every morning on the days after the breakfast was shut down. It's also a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station and you're walking through a rather sketchy neighborhood. From constant traffic noise outside, to paper thin walls that give you a front row seat to your neighbor's 'nocturnal activities', to a rodent infestation that makes me wonder what health hazards I was exposed to, this place is a horrifying dump.

Landed in a room facing the North Circular road, constant noise throughout the night, couldn’t sleep at all despite earplugs and pillows over my ears. If you’re given an odd room number, try to have it swapped for an even room number, to face the other side of the hotel and hopefully get less noise.

Everything is fine , nice big room Restaurant is big amd new 🍴 Nice food Everybody are very friendly 😊 Nice person on the reception (Amilia)

Stayed here in July. Fans were provided in rooms which were noisy and dusty. If you open the windows it is very noisy. Would not recommend staying here if you need sleep! I spoke to the Manager at check out who kindly offered a refund. 4 months later and this has not been received. I have left several messages with the hotel but no one calls back or resolves the issue. It seems customer service is lacking at this hotel!

Very good staff very helpful rooms clean tidy room food is cheap change trowels daily very good place in London for the price

Excellent service by Amila!! Had a calming stay. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Slept really well. Parking is an added bonus.

Visited when we stadium and stayed here, Great value for money and had the breakfast which is well worth the £11.99. Drinks are a bit expensive at the bar but we are in London. 20 minute walk to the tube station. One stop into Wembley and then another 20 minute walk to Wembley stadium. Plenty of shops and eateries along the way once you get off at the tube station. We did walk from the hotel directly to Wembley stadium going and this took us around half an hour

If you really don't care but do like being able to get a beer and a pizza at 3am then this is your place. The bar and kitchen are open 24 hrs. When I arrived to check in I was told I had booked a single room and that they were fully booked because of the football match, I started panicking and checked the email confirmation of a double room. The lady behind the counter said I know I was joking and laughed. I did not find it funny. The main road outside never gets quiet so bring ear plugs if you plan on sleeping. You have to pay extra for WiFi. The gents toilet was flooded and there was a mouse in the restaurant/bar one night. It ran across the floor and his behind a bin. Only plus is it is very close to Wembley stadium/arena and the bar will be open when you get there and the bar prices for a hotel in Wembley aren't bad. so go see a show or a football match stay one night get a drunken nights slumber then leave. Only stay here if you intend to be in a state where you can't remember staying here.

Hi there ! The reception guys was so respectful and helpful too,Ricardo is one of the best guy here ! Actually everything was perfect the room was clean and the staff were friendly !.

Lovely place to stay. Asked for a lower floor room since we had lots of bags and they glad it made the change. No inconveniences at all and Amila was lovely on our check out as well.

Best service by the staff Rutvi, ashmita and shiva food was the best as well I have try, different from all other travelodge

Ashmita rutvi they were helpful and the room was clean breakfast also good gona visit this place again like the location aswell

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was quite disappointing. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor, and shortly after settling in, we noticed several issues. There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke followed by strong cooking odors — not from takeaway food, but from what seemed like full meal preparation. Late at night, we heard loud banging noises, the sound of drawers being opened (despite there being none in the rooms), and loud discussions coming from the neighbouring room, which made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, the windows were poorly sealed, allowing a noticeable draft to enter the room. The windows also became steamed up due to the cold weather and our attempts to keep the room warm. We requested a room change, but as it was a busy weekend and during half-term, no alternative rooms were available. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and below expectations. Avoid floor 6, you can probably google what travelodge offers

Rutui on reception despite being run off her feet and manning the desk solo was charming and made the whole process go smoothly 5* customer service

It was a pleasure to stay here and was very relaxing as I was here for work. Food was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful and polite

Please do not stay here ever. A woman was attacked in the room next to me, and the staff on the hotel site did not believe me, and I was forced to share recordings of the incident. I reported the incident to the police who were very supportive. The customer service team have refused to give me my money back for the stay, even though I had to find alternative safe accommodation. Please please do not stay here. I have written repeatedly to the customer service team; who have not offered me any support and still are refusing to refund me.

Ashmita and Amila at the reception desk were great, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, five stars

Best place to stay, Hyder was so nice on reception. Explained me everything in best way . Will consider staying here again
