This stay was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located, clean and tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are quite complete. The staff were very friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any needs. The overall environment was quiet, and I slept very well last night. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options, and the taste suited my preferences. Overall, it was great value for money, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at Mala Suites, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I first stayed here when the property was known as Hotel Everest Nepal, and I was impressed by the cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall hospitality. I’m happy to say the same high standards continue under the new name. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and helpful, and the breakfast is fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I also really appreciate the quiet surroundings and the convenient location, which makes it a great place to stay in Kathmandu. It’s always a good sign when you choose to return to the same property, and Mala Suites has definitely earned my repeat stay. Highly recommended!

The staffs and hotel management is very friendly and honest. Accidentally they over charged me but they refunded me the amount. It took several days to come back my refund but they communicated openly and shared all the bank transactions details.

Its a good value for money.

Close to all the cool shops but quiet enough for a good sleep. We left a few things in the bathroom when we checked out and the staff went out of their way to find and then keep it for us until we could collect them

The power went out and when I went down to ask the gentleman at the front desk he seemed really annoyed at me

The staff treated us like family. Excellent communication, reliable and friendly. Anything you want to see or do around Kathmandu, they can arrange for you!

早餐簡單但好吃，員工會主動詢問要哪種蛋(煎蛋、炒蛋等)，也可以請員工泡咖啡或是奶茶，服務態度良好。也會有水果供應。隔壁就是老搬開的旅行社，老闆Mani先生熱情活潑還會說流利的中文，詢價之後發現旅行社價錢非常實在，也可避免被騙。我們參加ABC高山徒步健行活動，從嚮導、揹夫到接送機(儀式感滿滿)、行程安排及到博卡拉的飯店住宿、代訂機票等，皆很到位，第一次遇到這樣優秀的旅行社，非常驚豔!老闆也能隨時透過LINE或WhatsApp 隨時掌握我們徒步的進度及接送機等資訊，也可以隨時發問，(不知道老闆這麼忙為何還能處理這麼多事情好佩服!)其間遇見不少台灣人來參加他們的旅行社，真心覺得能以中文溝通真的很重要，最後一天還送我們中文導遊導覽加德滿都的遺產，真的受益良多，最後還製作了金證書給我們，超級推薦住在這裡，方便與老闆當面溝通行程金額等細節唷!雖然住宿不是頂級，但是服務人員態度都很棒^^ 順便附上老闆Mani的聯絡方式若有興趣可以先詢問唷! 🟢WhatsApp/Viber: +9779851029614 🟢 Line: mani.nepaltour

V hotelu netakla absolutně teplá voda za všechny dny pobytu. Potřebovali jsme taxi do centra, pan vedoucí nám slíbil, že jej sežene za 50 dolarů, když je cena cca 5-10 dolarů.

We had a great time at Hotel Everest. The hotel is nice and very well located, next to the action but in a quiet street among other hotels. We really enjoyed having our breakfast there. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Thank you Yasodha, Samir, Asmit and Bijay for making us feel at home. We will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé 6 nuit dans cette hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et adorable. Les petits déjeuners, chambre, réception tout était parfait. Merci à Samir Bijay Asmit Robin et toute l'équipe.

All I can say is PERFECT! Peaceful, in a perfect location, safe, easily walkable, accessible(elevator!) Huge shout-out to Asmit, who has gone above and beyond! He is a genuinely authentic person and a helpful, kind and respectful host, totally SUPERB! And all the staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been incredibly kind and helpful, actual hospitality. After a smooth and welcoming check-in process (shout-out to Samir) found myself in a beautiful, comfortable and clean room with everything I needed and more (A/C, balcony, hot shower, kettle, desk/workspace, private curtains, super comfy bed) This is THE PLACE to stay, again, PERFECT!

The rooms was clean and comfortable, nicely maintained with all basic amenities including hair dryer, tea coffee, and bottled water bottles were provided on daily basis. The staff were very friendly and even came out to the room when I called to ask directions. It’s definitely value for money and in the center of Thamel area.

I choose Hotel Everest Nepal because little bit far from the centre of Thamel street. It locates incide and very calm, I could stayed still, bo sound of crowded street.

From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is ideal (right in the heart of Thamel), and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the room amenities, cleanliness, or hospitality—there’s really nothing I could complain about. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. The location is nice, the stuff is friendly, but that is it basically.

On my last day of stay I found a bunch of cockroaches crawling around my room.

Service 20 out of ten with daily cleaning offered, free water bottles, toilet paper always given. Very clean with new washroom and modern hot shower with good water pressure. Big comfortable bed and quilt, good WiFi. Amazing value. Small balcony great location on a quiet street in the heart of thamel. Nice guest outdoir terrace around reception.

The hotel is based in the best location, in the heart of Thamel, perfect area to walk around, shop, grab some street food (omg there is sooo many). The room was clean, beds comfortable, they provided a new bottle of water every day. Breakfast is good, we even got our breakfast packed as we had to leave early morning on our last day. The staff is exceptional, very attentive and super friendly. I would stay here again.

Room size was small and inspite of the small room size a lot of furniture was stuffed into it so lesser space overall No curtain or glass partition in the shower area so the water used to spread all over the place in the bathroom while taking the shower

The place was clean and away from the busy areas. We loved the hospitality of all the staff—they truly made us feel at home. They went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, even offering drinks and thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. Additionally, the owner recommended and arranged us a private 3-night trek to Poon Hill in Pokhara, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
