Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. J’ai été piquée par des puces de lit, la deuxième soirée j’ai commencé à avoir des démangeaisons mais je ne me suis pas inquiétée, la troisième nuit, cela avait augmenté, j’avais plein de petits boutons rouges sur le corps, je suis passée immédiatement à la pharmacie, on m’a dit qu’il s’agissait de marques d’insectes. J’ai demandé un changement de chambre, ce qui a été fait. Mais jamais l’hôtel n’a voulu reconnaître sa responsabilité, me forçant à consulter un médecin pour obtenir la reconnaissance des faits, ce qui n’est pas facile pour une étrangère, ce que j’ai fait malgré tout, à mes frais, mais même avec un certificat médical en bonne et due forme, ils ont refusé le moindre geste de réparation, prétextant une future inspection, contrairement à leur premier discours, et refusé de considérer que ces piqûres d’insectes provenaient bien de l’hôtel. Je déplore l’attitude de Mme Kashiwagi et de M Sawada, qui m’ont menée en bateau sans jamais prendre leurs responsabilités, ni prendre soin de leurs clients. J’attends toujours leurs conclusions quant à cette affaire.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Everything was fine until I found a large cockroach crawling on the bed, and then another one on the floor. I was absolutely horrified. The hotel staff responded quickly and moved me to another room on the same floor, which I appreciated. However, I couldn’t sleep after that because I was so uncomfortable. Fortunately, I was checking out the next day. This was my second stay at the hotel. My first experience was very good, but unfortunately this incident completely changed my impression. It was definitely not the best experience.

La ubicación no esta bien conectada, para ir a cualquier metro son mínimo 10 minutos. Tampoco hay variedad de restaurantes cerca. En cuanto al personal había variedad, algún chico un poco antipático, pero otros agradables

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location is near four subway stations (Hatchobori, Shintomicho, Takaracho, Kyobashi). This makes it easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo. Also close to a konbini. The staff asked if we needed to borrow umbrellas when it rained.
The blanket is a bit too hot. The wheel on the chair was loose. The APA information that loops on the TV should teach what to do in an earthquake or tsunami, that is important in Japan.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Room was clean as expected from APA hotels. Staff was very polite and helpful in all my needs. Breakfast was included in another APA hotel distant just few minutes from my hotel. Breakfast was decent.
Probably I would include more variety of food at breakfast. The location where I had breakfast was having pictures and wine bottles on the wall reminding my Italy but I did not see any 'Italian' food in the breakfast menu. For example I would suggest to have more milk (skimmed/not skimmed), different variety of coffees, more variety of jams, chocolate, croissants, muffins.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Η παραμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό μας βοήθησε και μας κατατόπισε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται είναι πολύ καλή, μία από τις καλύτερες της πόλης του Τόκιο και μας βόλεψε για τη μετάβασή μας σε άλλους προορισμούς.
Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό να επισημάνω. Το δωμάτιο (για τα ευρωπαϊκά δεδομένα) είναι πολύ μικρό, αλλά τα περισσότερα δωμάτια ξενοδοχείων στην Ιαπωνία είναι κάπως έτσι.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Este hotel no nos podría haber sentado mejor para nuestra llegada a Tokio. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tranquila de Ginza pero con buena accesibilidad (tiene paradas de múltiples líneas de metro a pocas cuadras). A su vez, cuenta con un konbini justo enfrente los cual facilita hacer las compras del día a día. El hotel incluye todos los artículos necesarios de higiene personal (shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha, cepillo de dientes, peine, rasuradora, cotonete, etc), de modo que no es necesario llevarlos desde casa.
Como todas las habitaciones de hotel de Tokio es pequeña. Pero está perfecta si solo piensas usar el hotel para descansar. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Es competitivo de precios. Tienen buenos amenity kits incluidos. Pagas lo que vives. Todos los días te dan toallas limpias y las dejan en la puerta de tu habitación. Personal amable.
La cama y las almohadas me parecieron incómodas. La ubicación es nefasta, no se como tiene buen rating de ubicación. La estación más cercana está a más de 10 minutos caminando lo cual se hace largo después de días turisteando. El personal no habla inglés y es un poco difícil comunicarse.
