Good location, easy access to Trans Canada Highway . Good value compared to similar hotels in Saint John’s .

Uninterested reception staff. They were not rude but dour . The only employee who gave the impression he enjoyed his job was a young man who was cleaning rooms .

Clean, comfy, had good laundry facility & in a good location.

Breakfast so-so, but not a big deal.

It is comfortable, clean and quiet. I have been staying there off and on for the last 5 years.

The property is starting to look dated. Needs a refresh. We also miss that they don’t offer breakfast.

Funny smell in the room.

We had an outside door which meant we didn’t have to go in or out through the hotel. It was like having your own little flat. The staff was great with one exception but we only had to deal with her on our check-in. The property was close to main highways, shopping, gas stations, etc. We fully enjoyed our stay!

The people and the place were great.

We had a downstairs room with it's own exit. It was a terribly rainy night and I have limited mobility due to a knee problem. The parking space by our door was taken when we got there after 12 at noght, teaming rain, and we had to walk from the other side of the building because there was nowhere else to park. I think the spaces by the room that exit to the parking lot should be reserved fir the people staying in those rooms.

Easy to find, relatively quiet area, loved being able to have an outside door and park right in front of my room.

I booked a specific room an i was giving another. Not what we wanted but, all they had. Gave our room away. I never booked that room. An it was 110.00 more.

Easy to find, not to far from the airport. Loved that the coffee machine had tea pods! Unfortunately we were leaving before breakfast, but we were given extra coffee pods and a breakfast muffin to take with us. Room was clean & tidy, comfy bed.

We advised the weekend staff that the bathroom outlet was not working and nothing was done about it until we advised the regular person at tge desk on Monday. This person handled tge situation Immediately. Week-end staff should be trained to handle these situations.

Nice, clean accommodations and friendly staff. Location was excellent as we were doing a good deal of sightseeing.

Dommage de ne pas mettre un lit king dans une aussi grande chambre. Notre chambre était située au dessus d'un extracteur très bruyant. Pas de petit déjeuner : juste du café et des muffins offerts

The staff were friendly and the location was great.

The mini fridge wouldn't stay cold, and the bed was on the hard side. The room also had a smell from a previous dog.

Das Inn befindet sich an der Kreuzung des TCH. Die Lage ist gut für den Besuch von St Johns und der Umgebung. Grosser Parkplatz vorhanden. in naher Distanz bei der Tankstelle ist ein Shop und ein Subway fürs Snacks verfügbar. Im Inn gibt es Muffins und Kaffee am Morgen.

Location to downtown. This would be our issue as we knew we wanted to go downtown.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being on the ground floor and being able to access our room directly from the parking lot was a nice feature.

The gentleman at check in was not friendly at all. After experiencing NFLD hospitality for the previous 10 days we definitely commented on how different it seemed.

People were very friendly. The hotel was easy to find coming from the airport.

We didn't arrive until almost 3 in the morning and left by 9 so we weren't there long enough to find anything we didn't like.

Then staff where very pleasant. The room was clean. Being on the first floor and having entrance from the outside as well as inside was nice. The stay was great.

There's nothing I really didn't like. I just found the bed a little hard for my liking. My wife and daughter on the other hand, loved it and had an amazing sleep. So no complaints from me.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. The front desk staff were not very friendly, and our interaction time with them was very brief.

Location is convenient from all the sites/sightseeing activities. Quite area, guests are respectful of each other. Room was clean and spacious, lighting good and plenty of electrical wall outlets. Bathroom is clean, water temperature is comfortable as to your liking, and it has a non-slip mat (very important for safety). Location was easy to find coming from the airport late at night. Lenins fresh-smelling that we asked not to have it changed for our second night. We would have like to be on the ground floor with direct access to parking but elevator was functional and quick. Coffee, tea, muffins and hot water in the morning was appreciated.

Although, smoking was not permitted inside rooms, but we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways.

Room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. We were provided with a can of frabreeze which helped. Room was very comfortable. The restaurant recommendation at Irving gas station was fabulous.

We couldn’t close the blinds so the light from the parking shone in the window all night. We were so tired though did not keep us awake.

The shower in the bathroom was great as there was a chair to sit on. There was a washer and dryer to use for free. You just have to go to the desk for the pod and sheet for the dryer.

I would not call a muffin and coffee or tea free breakfast. The 2nd morning there was no coffee and he had to make more. The muffins were slim pickings as only 1 kind available. This place is out of the way from everything. There is some fast goods not far.

The shower was equipped with a non slip mat for the interior and well placed hand rails. The sink surround was spacious and they had a recycling bin. The location is quiet and felt safe.

Clean, nice size rooms, comfy beds. Great location for where we were headed. Friendly staff. Good coffee in the lobby.

Decent stay for a late night arrival at airport. The rooms were clean and parking was ample. The only thing that made our stay less desirable was that our rooms were not very close together (two different floors) as a family that wanted to be close.

Breakfast wasn't available, however, they did offer muffins.

Very nice Inn. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and had no complaints. It dos not provide any extra amenities. It is not located in an area where you would go walking. It is off a busy road. There is a convenience store in the same parking lot. I would stay there again if I was staying only 1 or 2 nights but for a longer stay I would go somewhere else.

The property is on the edge of a light industrial area so there are no interesting views. Thankfully, it was set back from the road so was quiet. Breakfast was just muffins and coffee - very basic. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to parking spaces.
