La piscine chaude était non fonctionnelle ! Le tapis dans la chambre devrait être remplacé par un revêtement lavable ! Impossible d'ouvrir les portes coulissantes afin d'accéder à la machine à café ! J'ai avisé la reception mais rien n'a été réparé !

I didnt like that we booked this hotel for the fact that it had a pool. For my little boys birthday. He was SO upset when we found out FROM ANOTHER GUEST that the pool was under construction. When booking this hotel it should be stated, as we would have went somewhere else.

The AC was very loud. Also the ac was only in the bedroom so the seating area got quite stuffy.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Stayed 3 nights, good location, 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Friendly staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby was great. Moxies and Dennys restaurants attached to the hotel, don't have to go outside. Dennys is open 24/7. Our room faced the garbage bin area, emptied at 6am, very loud, so no sleeping in. Small fridge in the room, also a safe. Of note, Kenmount Rd is a really busy street, entering and exiting the parking lot sometimes took a while.

My bed was too soft and pillows too puffy for my liking. The coffee supplied in the room was chocolate cinnamon flavoured and I like plain coffee in the morning.

We found that our room was not vacuumed and found pieces of pizza throughout the main room and bedroom. Even a piece stuffed in couch cushion from previous occupants. We had to ask cleaning staff to specifically vacuum on the 2nd day. We were very disappointed that we were not informed prior to our stay that the fitness centre and pool were closed. If I had known, we would have gone to a different hotel. We felt that we should have received a discount to our stay due to the lack of advertised amenities.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026We stayed one night in a Standard King size room #338. The location was right off the highway and surrounded by many restaurants, shops (walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot etc.) and other hotels. The room was large and spacious with a king size bed, a table with 2 chairs, a writing desk with chair, a fridge, microwave, and safe. Bathrobes and plenty of plush towels were provided. The bathtub/shower combo had good hot water and water pressure. We loved and tea/coffee station in the main lobby to catch a hot drink early in the morning or evening. There is a Moxie's, Denny's and Tim Horton's nearby - just walk there. The parking was free and included on site. The WiFi was strong and adequate for our needs. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026It appears once you have paid for your room they don’t give a crap about you. We were awakened at 2:45 am by a crew working in the parking lot outside our room. They were cleaning the kitchen vent system in the Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff would not help and after filing a complaint nothing was done. The work continued so we left the hotel with a 9 hour drive ahead of us with very little sleep.

I have not done the rating until now as I have been waiting for a refund from the hotel. Our room was not tidied or refreshed unless I asked for it and the second time I asked it was not done at all. I thought it might have been one of those things where it had to do with being "green" - we didn't mind reusing towels etc but really with a king bed expected to have it made up and the bathroom refreshed. When I asked at the desk on the morning of the 4th to have my room made up they seemed surprised that I was asking. Getting back to the hotel that night after 10pm I was not impressed to see that nothing had been done again. That meant Sunday March 1st it was not done, Monday I asked and it was done, Tuesday it was not done and I asked Wednesday March 4th and came back to the room not done. Also looked for tea or hot chocolate downstairs in the lobby at the drink center and there was nothing available at night. I have not yet received an adjustment/ refund to my payment as promised by the hotel manager- Jonathan Connors. The night staff on March 4th was was rather 'snippy' and the attitude added to my dissatisfaction with the situation.
