When I booked a King room I made sure to check that it had a balcony/patio. When I got there the room didn't have neither. Just a railing in front of the sliding door. I dont thinkbthats a balcony/patio.

Breakfast was not as good. The mushroom portion is significantly small and lacked flavour. The should atleast be sauted/fried in butter to enhance flavour. There was not alternative for a guest that does not consume pork. Smoked beef or macon can be an alternative protein.
