The two queen beds, they were small for queen beds. The most disappointing thing that happened was using the bathroom. When I flushed the toilet, dirty water shop up and landed on my legs and pants. Along with making a mess on and around the toilet. That was completely gross, and I was getting ready to go to a wedding. At that moment, I was completely disappointed I there.

24 Hour Pool Access

Advertised 3pools , only 1indoor and 1 lazy river, even staff said it is really 2 No access for hot tub! Our fridge Would Not even keep ice cold, I called and was told it’s more of a storage for items , what good is that when you want cold water? We paid entirely to much and expected more, next time we will stay at Laquita it looked nice and they let us look, we were gonna go there , but we would have lost our money! Also the bathroom sink faucet soaked everything we had on the counter and would have flooded the bathroom floor if accidentally left running! YEAH we will not stay there anymore! I don’t like being lied to!! Also the staff men 2 of them just stared at the women on the 1pool/lazy river, even said “He would like to drop his balls in that one” pretty lady , but not a pleasant experience!!!!

Beautifully landscaped. So clean and fresh smelling from the moment you hit the door. Loved all the amenities. Just a great place to stay.

Not one single thing

This place is great - clean, friendly and well designed. Our favorite part was the 24 hour lazy river and hot tub. Great for families without an early bed time. Very fun to float in a warm, lazy river after a long day a theme park. We would definitely come back.

The refrigerator and microwave both didn't work. Had a wonderful maintenance guy bring us up a refrigerator which was very kind and considerate. The shower water pressure wasn't the best and the shower head only had two adjustments. The pillows were terrible and the bed clothes were stained with something.

Right when you pull up, you feel like you are on vacaction. The entrance takes you out of the city and into your own little piece of paradise. Walking in, we were greeted but some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff, quickly checked into our room and we were off to see our beds. The hotel smelled so clean and fresh and had fresh lemon water waiting for guests. They have 2 pools, 1 indoor which was allt of fun and a second outdoor pool that also has a lazy river and floaties!!! The best part is that it's open 24/7 so we swam until 130 am!!!!!!!!!! We did not feel rushed to hurry up and swim before getting dinner in case it closed. They also have a jacuzzi which felt very nice, it definitely had alot of chlorine in it so we couldnt stay in there for long but it did feel nice. The rooms were amazing clean and well lit with a patio overlooking the beautiful pool and lazy river. We loved this hotel so much!

The price was very high, so as much as we would have loved to stay longer we couldn't and as much as I would love to make it my regular when we take trips up there, im not sure I could swing that price every time. Also, we paid extra for the breakfast and was definitely expecting a better experience with that. We received pre packaged waffles that were so sugary even the kids couldnt eat them, the egg breakfast seemed to look okay, but I have definitely had far better breakfast included in much cheaper stays other places

Beautiful, from foyer all the way thru. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Comfortable beds and pillows. The pool areas are all open 24 hours, very clean, Beautiful grounds. Bistro right in the lobby, with Starbucks coffee and adult beverages. Atmosphere was amazing. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in Pigeon Forge. The room was big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool and lazy river was a hit with my 11-yr old. Good location. Near restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

The 24 hour pool was perfect along with the lazy river. The rooms were clean and comfy.

No fan in any of the bathrooms. We always pick a hotel that offers breakfast. I guess I didn’t read it correctly. No breakfast included. In one review it said you receive vouchers towards your breakfast - you do not. There is only a very small bistro. Nothing more. So plan accordingly. There is a Kroger very close within walking distance so you can get snacks there. There is also a breakfast/lunch diner right by the hotel. It was OK!

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed at a lot). Very clean, friendly staff, great location, family friendly, plenty to do at the hotel and within walking distance. Restaurant/Bar onsite for breakfast and dinner. Pantry near the front desk for snacks. Outside has 24 hr pool/lazy river with perfect temp water and plenty of seating, indoor pool, hot tub, lighted courtyard area with cornhole. We had a mountain view room with a balcony, so we spent a lot of time at the end of each day there. They have an indoor seating area with some board games and the cleanest restrooms we've ever seen. Within walking distance are go-carts, mini golf, arcade, dinner shows, restaurants, grocery store, movie theatre and some shops. If you made me say anything negative, it would be that the fridges are a little small. Great stay overall. We'll book here again the next time we come back to Pigeon Forge.

I LOVED pretty much everything about the property. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent pool, lazy river and hot tub. Of course my kids absolutely loved that’s the pool was 24/7.

I really don’t have any complaints about this property at all. Everything was clean. Everything was nice. The food was good at the little restaurant inside. The pool area was phenomenal.

I stayed four nights while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and there is lots to do. There is a fire pit, an oversized Connect Four game, an indoor pool with a hot tub and an outdoor pool with a lazy river. And of course, a restaurant and bar. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool and physical facilities were exceptional

Room was not that comfortable. No comfortable chairs to sit if pull-out bed was in use. No place/not enough hooks to hang wet towels after usage to dry for re-use. Switches for bedside tables are located on outside of the lamps making you get out of bed to turn off. No complimentary Coffee available 24/7 in lobby area, only single cup dispensers in rooms with no real creamer. Bistro was pitiful, all pre-package foods and advertisement did not match reality. On-line noted continental breakfast which I paid for, but all pre-packaged foods, extremely limited foods with limits on the vouchers.

Cost for food is to high. Not allowing an early arrival to at least check in and complete that process. Or at least try to accommodate a request to check in when reservation was made 4 months ahead. Front desk staff need to show some kind of true assistance, versus a scowl look on their face. If they do not want to help people or even answer a question then they should not be your front desk first seen contacts. I like a smile and friendly welcome.

The maid service we had the first day was great! The 2nd day of our day on the property seems like the maid or housekeeping services was not as thorough as the first day . When we checked into the room, it was absolutely almost immaculate.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I took my 9 yo granddaughter to Pigeon Forge for spring break. We planned go see Dollywood and other sites. We spent 1/2 a day at Dollywood and she couldn't wait to go back to the hotel. She had made friends in the pool and just wanted to spend the whole vacation at the pool. The lobby was inviting and we spent our nights playing games and eating there. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I plan to bring my whole family back!

I loved my visit. I everyone was very warm and extremely helpful and nice and spoke English!

I loved the outdoor fire pits and the lazy river. The bed was super cozy.

The staff cleaned the room for us but they took the dirty towels/washclothes and did not leave us any clean ones. When we called down for towels they said they would bring them up but we had to call twice. When they brought the towels they did not bring wash clothes. When I asked for them he returned with hand towels. The refrigerator in the room had broken door. We had trouble opening and closing it.

Our bathroom's ventilation was awful. Our toilet paper was soaked from condensation from taking showers. Everything in the bathroom was soaked from lack of ventilation. It was almost hilarious.

General Manager Castro, I am writing to formally express my disgust and outrage regarding the absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary conditions I experienced during my stay at your hotel. Last evening, I discovered dried blood on the bed sheets in my room. After reporting the issue to the front desk, an employee came to replace the bedding. What was perhaps even more disturbing than the condition itself was the employee’s attitude. She (Gabby?) appeared visibly annoyed and inconvenienced by the request, as though guests finding bodily fluids on supposedly clean linens is somehow routine at your property. At no point was any apology offered. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse this morning. After taking a shower and drying off with what one would assume a clean towel that was hanging on the towel rack, I discovered what appeared to be fecal matter stains on the backside of the towel — clearly indicating it had previously been used by another individual and then placed back onto the rack as if it were clean. This is not merely unacceptable; it is a serious bio-hazard health, and sanitation concern that demonstrates a shocking failure in your housekeeping and quality control procedures. At least front desk manager "Summer" was apologetic. These conditions are completely inconsistent with the standards that guests reasonably expect from Marriot, and the broader brand. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic concern shown by your staff has made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I will be contacting Marriot corporate directly to file a formal complaint and to seek additional remedies regarding this matter. I strongly suggest that immediate action be taken to address both the sanitation practices at this property and the customer service failures demonstrated by your staff. I expect a prompt response regarding how management intends to address these serious issues.

Perfect Location. The hotel was extremely clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Island via a foot path adjacent to the hotel. Short drives to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The best part was using the outside lazy river in the evenings. We will definitely be back.

Shout out to Philip who helped us extend our stay twice! Why would you want to leave!? This is the nicest Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at and I have well over a 1000 nights at Marriott. The great hospitality started at check in with this statement “the pool is open 24x7” - Wait What? We made our way to the lazy river and it was magical at night. Of course we were quiet as it was after 10pm. And it was even better when the sun came out! Hotels like this usually cost twice as much! This place is a steal!!!!

Was a very nice hotel with great amenities but the breakfast was a no. Half the time we were there they had no staff to cook breakfast so only continental was offered but I did receive a room credit after complaining.

I'm a gold member, so I used my points on this two night stay. The king room was clean and nice. No complaints. We were greeted upon entering the hotel and the front dest staff was very friendly. The only downside was the "restaurant/bar". We both ordered the BLT along with a beer. We watched the wairtree make the sandwiches, then put them on the side where they sat for a while, while cooling off. Finally I asked for them and said they could bring the french fries over to my seat when they were ready. My wife took a bite of her sandwich and almost spit it back out. The bacon was thick, cold, and greasy. Terrible BLTs. My wife's meal came with a "salad", which consisted of only greens, with a terrible tasting dressing on it. We called the server over and asked to speak to the bar manager. She was concerned that we didn't like the food and gave us some points from the hotel plus tickets for a free breakfast for both of us. Breakfast the following morning was much better than the night before. One evening we wanted to sit by their fire ring and one of the staff lite it for us. The chairs surrounding the fire are comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. Overall, this is a good hotel and we will return, but will not eat at the bar.

I've stayed at MANY hotels and am told I'm extremely picky. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and even provided my granddaughter with batteries for her camera. The room was clean and EXTREMELY spacious. The amenities are where it's at though. The pool was so lovely that I could not get my granddaughter to leave. There is a nice fire pit to sit by while your children swim. This hotel is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at and we will definitely make the 8 hot drive back!

It was a nice room and comfortable. I liked the couch which was good for sitting and watching television.

There was only one package of coffee. The refrigerator was turned off so we could not keep items cold for quite a while. There was also no housekeeping to clean up the room and put fresh towels

I think the breakfast would be better just to have a buffet the wait to order and receive the order was way too long

Loved the pool options, the lazy river was our favorite, the cleanliness of everything, the accommodating staff and the overall atmosphere. The mountain vibes made it 10x better with the landscaping and interior design. The garden is also super cute and relaxing!

The food at the bar wasn’t the best, except the honey chicken sandwich, that was great! There also could be more places for outlets to work in the lobby. It was under renovation so maybe that is in progress.

Bed comforter and seats were washed with not good detergent. Hence it was itching on my skin. We all felt the same way. So we did not sleep well. Also my room is next to ice machine and elevators. So much noise.
