The property is located near the main station which is a big plus. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Our host, Valentino was lovely, he gave us proper instructions around the property and also gave us some really good recommendations around Florence. The only thing that I would flag is that if you have accessibility issues this may not be for you as there is no lift however the hotel is located on the first floor so it isn’t that bad. Thank you Valentino, hope to see you in the future!

Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couple with a toddler. Great location with several restaurants in the same street. We loved the breakfast buffet spread as well.

The room was very big and had sir conditioning. It was located on a road with lots of bars and restaurants, but not noisy. We were welcomed on arrival and shown all the best places to go, on a map.

Huge space, comfortable, clean, quiet but close to the station. Great location!! Staff were amazing. Lovely warm welcome and time spent pouring over a map. I loved the coffee machine in the room and the sweet treats and big bottle of water which were replenished every day. So nice to have a bar fridge in the room to keep everything cool. Lovely little view out of our window. Aircon was a lifesaver after a stinking hot day walking Florence. The bathroom and shower are a good size too. Very secure and safe with good locks on all of the doors. Free to come and go as you please.

I was very happy with everything. Some older or weaker customers might find the stairs difficult to navigate with bags.

Friendly staff who checked us in gave us great recommendations- one of the most comfortable places we stayed in almost two week trip. Loved the set up of the space - and the morning coffee was terrific!

The room is listed on the second floor it has an extra-long staircase, it really feels like the third floor.

Breakfast was only average. Not as nice as the room.

O quarto muito bom, espaçoso, bem equipado, com microondas, cafeteira, e até máquina de lavar roupa, o que salvou a viagem!!! Conseguimos lavar nossas roupas, sem precisar levar para lavanderia. Isso foi ótimo!!!

O fato de ter que subir escadas com as malas, pois não tem elevador, mas os benefícios superaram.

We had a wonderful stay here in Florence. The location is excellent — very close to the train station and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, cafés, and shops, which made everything extremely convenient. The Duomo is also within easy walking distance, only about 10 minutes away, so it was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication was always fast and helpful, and we received many great travel recommendations that made our trip even better. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful balcony, which was decorated so nicely and created a lovely atmosphere to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was also a highlight — there were many different choices and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, this place made our time in Florence even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The host welcomed us very warmly and gave us plenty of recommendations on places to see in Florence as well as restaurants, gelato shops, and more. This was a super nice way to start our stay in the city. We felt very comfortable with our plans and got new ideas. The location was very convenient and much quieter compared to further down the street.

No hay ascensor y hay que subir 3 pisos empinados. Hay que dejar el apartamento a las 10am.

Everything was perfect, the room was large, very clean and located near the center (10 min walk).We were with our little girl (3 years old) and for her was great because it was really spacy and comfortable for children. We stayed for two nights and the hospitality was great , we hope yo visit Firenze again.

The location was perfect, so close to stores and shops and monuments, and an easy walk to the train station. The view onto the Florentine roofs is very romantic! And Valentino is a delightful host! (I wish we would have asked him more about his musical background though!)

The climb up the stairs with 43 steps! (An elevator would have been nice 😀) To be fair, though, it is in a very old building so maybe installing an elevator would be challenging.

We were very warmly welcomed and given lots of information about the city. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, the terrace was beautiful and a great additional space. Super close to the train station and reasonably quiet considering how central the apartment is located. Very secure also.

Fantastic room in an excellent location. The property is within walking distance of the train station and all major attractions in Florence. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, La Sosta 111, which serves great food, as well as a nice sandwich place called La Bontà. The owner, Valentino, personally welcomed us at check-in and was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage both before check-in and for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. The room was fully equipped with standard hotel-style amenities. The unit is professionally managed, well maintained, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling to Florence.

The host Valentino was very friendly. We were able to leave out bags and get them later after we explored the city. Great location! A few steps from the train station and close to all sightseeing.

Beautiful room, nice decor, lots of character. Perfect location, central but in a quieter street. Very acknowledged suggestions from the owner. Excellent recommendation about a delicious non-touristy hosteria where we had dinner. Honest price.

Der Vermieter ist persönlich mehrere Stunden täglich vor Ort und begrüßt auch die Gäste. Unterkunft ist im 2. Stock der lebhaften Via Faenza nah an Bahnhof und historischem Zentrum. Valentino hat gute Tipps und hilft auch mit Weingläser, falls benötigt. Nicht fancy und modern, aber großes, zweckmäßiges und sauberes Zimmer mit täglichem Zimmerservice und häufigen Handtuchwechseln. Da wir im Dezember da waren, haben wir das Zimmer ohne Balkon zur Straße gebucht. Schallisolation der Fenster super, aber auch notwendig wegen der Partypeople bis in die Nacht und des Lieferverkehrs ab dem frühen Morgen. Wer eine kleine Kochmöglichkeit, Balkon und mehr Ruhe sucht, sollte das noch schönere Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen !

Sehr gemütliche, ruhige und hervorragend gelegene Unterkunft! Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Nachts war es wirklich sehr ruhig, was uns sehr wichtig war und in dieser Lage von Florenz wirklich selten ist.

Such a beautiful accommodation in the most amazing location. The bed was very comfortable, the owner was very friendly and hospitable supplying water, tea and coffee, also allowing us to leave our bags after check out. The place was spotless and cleaned daily. I would highly recommend this property in bellissima Firenze.

If you have difficulty walking you may not like the stairs but apart from this there's absolutely nothing to dislike.
