The small room that I booked really was way too small. A room that size should be fitted with a smaller bed to make room for luggage. It was fortunate that the room I was assigned to had a really noisy AC unit and I was moved to a slightly better room that was a little bit more spacious. The beds were really comfy but definitely too big for the size of the first room that I was checked into.

Mismatch of sizing of the beds for the smallest room option. A tiny room should not have such a huge bed making the room feel very claustrophobic and hardly any space to even open a suitcase. The bathroom sink could also be a little bigger. I feel like I was splashing water all over just standing there to brush my teeth.

La habitación olía a pie cuando llegue.. no estaba ventilada. Tampoco me gustó que no se pudieran quedar con las maletas en el check out porque estaba roto el cierto donde lo dejaban.. habría que buscar alternativas a los clientes..

Breakfast was the best bit. Rooms are small, the bathroom is smaller.

Some sort of facility in the room, tea, coffee, kettle, cat, oh forget the cat there was no room to swing it. 😅

They folded up the damp and foul-smelling towels and set them out as if they were brand new. I couldn't even dry off after my shower—it was disgusting. Plus, the room is insanely small; I couldn't even open my suitcase.

The hotel is well located which made getting around very convenient. Our room was also very clean, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, we did experience a few small inconveniences during our six-night stay. We had to exchange the TV remote control not once, but twice. We also had to ask for a towel after one was forgotten. The shower gel dispenser was empty throughout our entire stay, and the hand soap was removed without explanation and never replaced. After a while, it felt like we were going to reception every evening to ask for something, so we eventually gave up. It’s a shame.

Very Cramped room

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room and the facilities were all very modern and newly built. The location was very close to the underground and bus, easy to get around town also by foot.

The room was small (and this is depicted accurately in the photos) and since it was facing the street it can get a little loud. But for 1 person to stay for a few days close to the centre it's perfect.

breakfast was delicious! everyhing was well made, pastry was fresh and warm. the lobby is well decorated, everything is very clean. the vibe is very warm and friendly! felt like home in day 2! room is basically a bed and a toilet but everything else was so good, it made up for it. if you are traveling alone, this hotel is perfect. the location is also safe and close to every district. everthing is well-made and full of thoughful ideas. free tea, coffee,lemonade all day long, bar seats and sockets for working, attached cafe nero!

Location was superb. Bar staff nice.

I knew it would be tiny but what I didn't appreciate was that the very small space / setup would mean that a shower and a spray of deodorant would set the rooms fire alarm off. Woke my partner up at 5am and deafened me... Wasn't the start to the day I was wanting. Had to have the hall door open for a while until it shut off.

the hotel is perfectly located in central London, close to Euston station and St Pancras, staff was very friendly and the room was clean and enough for a short stay.

there are no windows in the rooms underground so can feel strange but I only stayed one night so it was fine by me

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente. La posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro e mezz’ora a piedi dalla National Gallery. Consigliatissimo!

location cannot be better. room is clean, staffs are nice and helpful. breakfast is good and with a lot of choice. price is reasonable compared to london expense level.

pod room is really small, for me is just enough, but not for tall/fat big people.

with walk distance to British Museum, Euston and Kings cross stations, its location cannot be better. managed by sheraton, you don't need to worry about cleanness and service. luggage store service charge only 1 pound for each (compare with 5 pound in Edinburgh). price is reasonable since everything in london is not cheap.

La colazione era abbastanza buona specialmente per il sig.re Lorencio che era molto Gentile e servizievole, da 10 e lode.

La camera era un buco, troppo piccola. Il lavandino in bagno era per i nanni, troppo piccolo, inutilizzabile.

Desayuno excelente en un comedor muy agradable con luz natural. La ubicación muy buena y céntrica.

Reservé una habitación cápsula que era muy pequeñita con cama grande pero totalmente encajonada. Las sábanas estaban usadas. Llamamos a recepción y subió una persona a cambiarlas que pidió disculpas y se comportó de forma muy diligente. Mientras esperábamos en el pasillo subió un supervisor que no fue tan amable. Incluso nos pareció que amonestó al empleado que cambió las sábanas.

Location was fab! The breakfast wasn’t massive but was a great way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room is definitely on the smaller side, I found it cosy though! Had everything I needed. However I’d say with two people it would be a struggle. The sink is very small too but I made do.

Happy helpful staff, room was great for 1 night it did lack some of the touches that you get at the premier hubs , like a over bed shelf as not a lot of room and pillows not good, but location was excellent it was clean and breakfast was totally adequate, I will definitely stay again.

Alarm in room went off twice in early hours of morning disturbing our sleep. No way to contact front desk other than having to go down and let them know. Air consition was turned off as that was cause of alarm and room became very hot with no air.

Loved the convienence of the location and it is in a safe part of camden. Bus station and train station within a 5 minute walk. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice.

Rooms were ever so tiny! Ive travelled many of countries and ive never seen a room so small. I definately say a windowless room is better than a window room due to hallway size being a little larger.

Pensei que encontrar um hotel neste bairro, com quarto para uma pessoa económico mas com qualidade e conforto fosse quase impossível. Confiei na qualidade Sheraton para apostar num quarto de 6 metros quadrados. Foi uma boa aposta! Bem concebido para aproveitar um espaço tão pequeno, privilegiando a qualidade dos materiais, a comodidade da cama e o tamanho da casa de banho, providenciando uma boa janela exterior. O tamanho da TV e a potência do wifi também são de apontar. O bar na recepção é muito agradável, oferecendo gratuitamente agua fresca aromatizada e café expresso num ambiente confortável. O pessoal da recepção foi todo muito útil e simpático.

Esperava um pequeno-almoço mais variado e de maior qualidade mas o local é agradável e o café francamente bom. No quarto, o lavatório da casa de banho podia ser um pouco maior... mas é bonito.

Lo pequeño que es todo. Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas aunque cojas la opción flex y amplio. Pagar más por una ventana que no puedes abrir, además. Un poco farsa.

Vicinissino alle stazioni Euston, Russel square e st Pancras, tantissime fermate bus nei dintorni. Raggiungibile direttamente da Gatwick e Luton e viceversa (per mia esperienza). Personale accogliente e disponibile. Ottima colazione internazionale: cereali, yogurt, marmellate, pane a fette, uova, bacon, fagioli, prosciutto, formaggio, pasticceria come pan au chocolate, cornetti mini, muffin mini. Hall profumatissima, c'era pure te freddo e acqua anche da poter riempire le borracce prima di uscire. Stanza pulita e profumata, dotata di aria condizionata e anche di finestra, una mensola e un tavolino reclinabile. Bagno con doccia e water e un piccolissimo lavandino. Doccia con dispenser di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo.

La stanza (almeno quella dove ero io) era veramente piccola. Ci si deve saper adattare. Lavandino piccolo piccolo piccolo. Cuscino basso. Non molto vicino al centro ma raggiungibile comodamente con bus che passa proprio sotto l'hotel.

Hotel pulito e in ottima posizione. Letto comodo e ottima colazione. Stanze ben insonorizzate Personale molto gentile. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out. Postazione di ricarica acqua. Ombrelli a disposizione. Prodotti per la toilette su dispenser e doccia grande. Tutto perfetto con la consapevolezza che sei in una stanza da 8mq, quindi modello roulotte anche il letto, che è incastrato e non puoi girarci attorno. Buono quindi se viaggi con backpack perché l'unico posto per mettere i bagagli è sotto il letto.

Manca un piano di appoggio in bagno e non c'è un armadio. Il lavabo in bagno è troppo piccolo e si fatica anche a lavarsi i denti.

Μικροσκοπικα δωματια (όπως ισχυει για ολο το Λονδινο) αν και παρα πολυ καλογουστα και πληρως ανακαινισμενα με μικρες ευρηματικες λυσεις.
