Our 2nd time here with parents. We met with an emergency and my parents needed to cut short their stay. The staff was very helpful in arranging flights with our airlines. Amenities were awesome and they actually increased more staff who can speak more languages, great stay. Looking forward to coming back the next time

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, con espacios comunes como la cocina si vas muchos días y no siempre quieres comer en la calle, gimnasio, sauna. Todo muy ordenado y bonito. Lo no tal bueno, pero es algo muy común en Japón, es lo pequeña que era la habitación, pero tenía un espacio debajo de la cama para poner maletas (pequeñas). Lo recomiendo 100% y repetiría.

El personal es muy amable, tienen muchos servicios de cortesía, está bien ubicado.

The free drinks and ice cream were amazing, not just a gimmick but actually good stuff. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was really nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is so good with easy train connections and loads of cool shops and restaurants nearby.

Room was on the small side for 2 large suitcases but that's normal here and we still managed perfectly fine, just don't expect to be able to keep your suitcases open all the time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to so many shops, restaurants and attractions, making it really easy to explore Osaka. We also loved all the complimentary extras, especially the free drinks, ice cream and ramen! Such a great touch and definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Great location, easy to get around and go sightseeing Nice options for ice cream, drinks and soup in the evening.

We paid just over 1000 dollars for 4 nights stay and asked he front desk if we could leave our broken luggage behind and were told it would be charged extra 1000 yen (10 bucks). Pocket change comparing to what we paid for accommodation.

Location was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good size for Japan. We loved our stay. Loved the little extras - like stickers and the chance to try on yakata.

L’albergo ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative, è stato tutto bellissimo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare ad Osaka anche in parte per tornare in questo albergo. Personale stupendo, gelato e bibite sempre disponibili, cena ottima, poltrone massaggianti e anche servizio di massaggi in camera a pagamento su richiesta. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio.

Das Hotel wird hier mit 4 Sterne angegeben. Ist maximal ein durchschnittliches 3 Sterne Hotel. Auch verstehe ich die hohen Bewertungen nicht. Zimmer war ok, Bad ist eine kleine Kunstoffkabine die an ein Dixihäuschen erinnert. Der Eingangsbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Frühstücksraum eher eine schlechte Kantine und teilweise nicht sauber. Würde nicht mehr buchen.

Very good value for the money. The breakfast is very good and everyday they have someone preparing something different (french toast, banana smoothie, omelette, …) the rest has a good choice of products - continental and local. They offer free ramen every night, also free ice cream and free alcohol. Really walking the extra mile in what comes to complimentary offers. Apart from that, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is located nearby Dotonbori (but in a quieter street), plenty of restaurants, close to the metro, walking distance to the main shopping street. And the staff are all very nice.

La colazione aveva poco di continentale. E’ una struttura per famiglie, specie con bambini piccoli. Negativo il giudizio sugli ascensori: due sono troppo pochi in un edificio di tanti piani e tante stanze. Infinite le attese al piano per poter salire o scendere

Esmorzar una mica tard, no el vam poder gaudir. Si el teniu pagat i voleu començar aviat el dia us donaran un pack de quatre panets, un farcit de poma i un altre tipus croissant, tot i que no és substitut d'un esmorzar.

Superb location, within walking distance to Shinbashi-suji and Dotonburi, perfect for shopping! (Including any last minute trips). Right next to a Lawson nearby and a 7-eleven around the corner, which is so convenient. Very Friendly and polite staffs. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a great mix of Japanese and western options. Can’t ask for more really! Would stay again

The ramen and happy hour was good. Ice cream was so hard it couldn’t be scooped out. It was clean and staff were very good.

The room was too small. Even by Tokyo standards. Not suitable for a family. You could not dress in the bathroom as it was so small.

Uns hat einfach alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenlose Kosmetikprodukte. Nachmittags gab es kostenlose Getränke, Softdrinks, Bier , Cocktails und Eis! Am Abend gab es Ramensuppe. Die hat wirklich gut getan. Es gab auch sehr viel Aktivitäten, die das Hotel angeboten hat. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Es gab auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner, leider waren die fast immer beliebt, man konnte dies zwar prüfen, am Fernseher, was gerade frei war oder belegbar. Es gab jedoch Touristen, die nicht immer gleich ihre Wäsche abgeholt haben. So gab es leider sehr große Wartezeiten.

Location — fantastic. Right in the middle of everything Osaka has to offer. Shinsaibashi / Namba / Dotonbori. But honestly - the inclusions are what make this place extraordinary: All day, every day — complimentary: Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and ice cream. Available whenever you want them. Free alcohol daily from 3pm to 9:30pm beers, sake, and cocktail mix. Yes — really. Free ramen every night. Free daily cultural activities in the lobby: morning coffee and matcha, origami, kimono dressing, calligraphy, cookie making, and more — something different every day. Free massage chairs in the lobby - good after a day roaming Osaka. For a hotel in the middle of one of Japan's most exciting cities — the value here is genuinely extraordinary.

Great location, comfortable beds (for Japan), lots of free/ included additions like free ramen, alcohol and ice cream. Facility offered lots of help with amenities, I rented a hair straightener for free and all staff were lovely and welcoming.

The lifts took a while to come due to the volume of guests. Noisy at night time as walls are paper thin.

I love this hotel. First, it is right next to American Village and Dotonbori and you can walk there easily. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. They also have a free "bar" downstairs with beer and other spirits. You can also get simple free meals at odd times which helps out if you are arriving after hours. They have like noodles for example and cold beer. The breakfast was also good. For the money, I have not found a better value in Osaka and I go every year for business. I much prefer this to the APA chains because the rooms are larger and they have way more services and amenities on the ground floor. I will probably not stay anywhere else in Osaka and I even recommended to my friends in the USA that go to Japan for business and tourism.

The property was great for one night! We came for a night to see Dotonbori before our flight to Okinawa the next morning. It’s very functional for that purpose - staff was great and everything is super close. They have massage chairs in the lobby!

The sink overlapped with the shower which we thought was a bit odd and the room was very small - I know this is a thing in Japan but it felt smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed in. It wasn’t super vibey but you don’t need vibey unless you’re planning to stay in your room for extended periods of time.

Ótimo hotel. Fica bem próximo do centro, das principais lojas e é claro, da Dotombori. Para quem gosta de carros, na região sempre tem muitos JDM. Eu amei as cadeiras de massagem que tem na recepcao, todos os dias depois que voltava dos passeios parava la pra relaxar um pouquinho. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos
