Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sowohl sehr höfflich wie auch zuvorkommend. Das Fitness ist gut ausgestattet. und wenn man nicht mit einem beheizten Pool rechnet wird man auch hier nicht enttäuscht.

Le prix du petit-déjeuner devrait être adapté pour les enfants. En effet, autant ça va pour les adultes autant ça fait beaucoup trop cher pour des enfants.

Le MEILLEUR rapport qualité prix de Sulawesi, l’hôtel est digne d’un 5 étoiles. La wifi est excellente, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, on entend pas de mosquée, il y a plein de services, le petit déjeuner est excellent. Bref foncez !!!

The room was big with huge windows and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good.

The couches in the lobby area had some badly stained areas. I had a very upset stomach after having dinner at the hotel restaurant - the only thing I ate that was different to my partner was the prawns

Het hotel ligt op een gunstige locatie. Met de taxi is alles goed bereikbaar. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aan de overkant van de straat kun je ‘s avonds erg lekkere saté halen in een warung. We hadden een upgrade naar de Level waardoor we van 15.00-21.00 gebruik mochten maken van de Levellounge, dit is fijn als je terugkomt aan het einde van de dag. Je kunt daar dan lekker zitten, wat drinken en hapjes eten. Na 18.00 uur kun je ook cocktails bestellen.

Jammer genoeg was de wellness ruimte dicht ivm verbouwing, maar we werden voor een massage verwezen naar een salon schuin aan de overkant en die was ook prima!

Only 2 elevators! Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 minutes to move to another floor. Not enough privacy in the toilet and bathroom. Transparent and lets all sound through! Swimming pool is a bit cold as it doesn't get sunlight.

La colazione è davvero buona e offre ampia scelta. Si possono noleggiare le bici, le prime due ore sono gratis.

Non si possono aprire le finestre in camera e si è obbligati a tenere accesa l’aria condizionata per far cambiare aria alla stanza.

International-class standard hotel, modern, clean. We did not stayed and visited in Makassar but just used it for airport early flight (30 minutes drive to airport with no traffic as it was still night). Restaurant on roof top is ok, nothing exceptional.

We stayed in Junior Suite and it was nice: big room, comfortable bed, lots of light. We liked it!

While staff was friendly and responsive, I felt like some employees were faking their smile too much. It felt very unnaturally. Just normal friendliness would be better (for my taste). Breakfast - could have been better for a five star hotel, even in Makassar.

The architecture of the building is stunning. The rooms a good size & breakfast plentiful. The pool area was a nice space to chill. The Top floor restaurant and bar worth a visit.

The Spa was no longer operational.

Super Hotel um nach langer Anreise erstmal anzukommen, bzw. nach Rundreise im Land dort zu relaxen und den Luxus zu genießen. Wir haben das Hotel während unserer gesamten Reise 3x gebucht. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Es wird ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück angeboten. Highlight war für uns das Restaurant mit Rooftop Terrasse. Wir haben jeden Aufenthalt dort genossen und würden jeder Zeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

La pudor del lavabo

Nette hotel, goede locatie. Personeel is servicegericht. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Locatie was prima, genoeg leuke restaurants en cafés op loopafstand. Met de grab ben je zo in Fort Rotterdam.

Zwembad was veel te druk. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar de kwaliteit was niet altijd even goed. Bedden en hotelkamer was prima. Badkamer wat gedateerd.

Sarapannya enak-enak. menunya bervariasi. bikin semangat nginep di Melia Hotel. Gymnya luas dengan peralatan komplit. Instrukturnya juga sangat supportif.

Body Lotionnya kurang halus bergerinjil, pressure showernya kurang kuat, ceiling showernya tidak aktif.

SPA war wegen Umbau geschlossen ohne das dies bei der Buchung angekündigt wurde! Kein Alkohol da Lizenz abgelaufen war!

the room is spacious not so big hotel, so i like it coz near the road the pool quite alright, since the height managed to used by children the staff are polite and helpful

i hate the bed : bad pillows (not hold my head and neck) and i ask for the bed cover to changed the moment we enter first time, coz lots of stains. there's only 1 bathrobe in each rooms. where there should be 2 each, since 4 of us inside. the food at breakfast, some.good and some didnt (baked potatoes were cold and several food like kwetiau were cold too) during stay. we heard noises from upstair,.mostly in the bathroom, never knew what it is.

Fijne kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie goed om van daaruit Makassar te ontdekken. Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de sportschool.

Het zwembad is fijn, maar erg druk en telkens als ik het bezocht (zowel smiddags als savonds) vol met spelende kinderen. Het voelt dus meer aan als een zwemparadijs in het weekend dan een zwembad om te relaxen en af te koelen.

Very nice hotel to go when you have Business Trip in Makassar!

The hotel located at a strategic area, surrounded by eatieries, cafes, pharmacy and convenience stores. The standard room was spacious and neat. The bed was big and comfortable.. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hallway was a bit noisy cause you can hear people's voice from outside, but when you're in the room, it's actually not noisy. However, Makassar has a lot of mosques, so you can still hear the mosques during prayer calls. Overall, my stay was great and would definitely recommend this hotel to those who plan on visiting Makassar city.

The hotel is nicely designed with beautiful hall, two spacious restaurants and a separate floor with a pool, sauna and gym. My room was very comfortable and clean with all needed toileteries. Staff in hotel was extremely polite and friendly, making my stay very pleasant.

Room was a bit worn out and some maintenance will definitely improve it.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf in het hotel gehad. De service was erg goed. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. De kamers zijn erg netjes. In de buurt heb je allemaal leuke restaurantjes.
