Ein nettes englisches Hotel, mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zur U-Bahn. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber sauber, hatte alles was man braucht. Kann es empfehlen. Vor allem wenn man den englischen Flair haben möchte.

Lovely local pub with very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Evening menu is amazing and dinner was excellent.

It is well located, close to the Ealing Bridway station and the Elizabeth line that connects you to the whole system. The room is clean and you find the necessary items for a short stay. Breakfast was good and served early enough so I can eat and get ready to go. They were accommodating when I asked to stay in one room even when I had two reservations for different dates

Because it is a pub, it is noisy at night. The bathroom was ok. However, the toilet did not work at times and the shower had a variable water pressure.

It was a really nice place for the price, so nice to stay somewhere that was a classic pub/inn vibe rather than a big corporate hotel. Clean, comfy and homey rather than ultra modern. Reliable breakfast with good options. So good for connecting into the centre of london.

the stairs are narrow which is totally fine but would be an issue if you struggle with mobility. the shower was also great in terms of pressure and temp but the shower head tended to fall out of the wall unit.

Breakfast variety was good. However was cold when served. Staff were amazing and friendly. We were given a complimentary drink each aswell whilst waiting for our room.

Lovely hotel, offers food. Great breakfast option. The staff were friendly. Overnight parking is reasonably priced (in shopping mall) and very close to hotel. Because of the time of year we needed to windows open so unfortunately woke up earlier than we would have liked to due to usual London traffic, but they did provide a fan which we chose not to use.

Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom mirror.

Mein Mann und ich waren 4 Tage im The Kings Arms und sind immer noch schwer begeistert. Die Treppen und das Zimmer waren sehr eng, aber mit sehr viel Charme. Sämtliches Personal waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider waren es nur 4 Tage. Es war genauso wie bei Booking.com beschrieben und….sogar noch besser. Liebe Grüße noch an den super süßen Hauskater Miguell.

Tolle Lage, beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Kings Arms war ist von der Lage super gelegen. Man konnte jederzeit etwas einkaufen und auch die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn war hervorragend gerade für meinen Trip ins Wembley Stadion fuhr der Bus 483 zu jeder Tageszeit im 10-20 Minuten Takt.

Its not that we didn't like the beds were not made for tall.people but they were comfortable so not major thing.

Not much communication at breakfast. I had to ask for coffee rather than being asked if I would like a tea or coffee. No poached eggs available but the food was good. Shower was ok, a bit weak but fine.

Close enough to be near transport and other things we needed but far enough not to be in the hustle and bustle. Reasonably priced for a night stay and breakfast without having to break the bank. Comfortable mattresses. Friendly staff

Dated and grubby decor and furnishings, I wondered if the bunk bed was going to collapse in the middle of the night. Stained carpets all the way up the stairs and fire doors wedged open the entire time we were there. Bathroom door latch faulty and required force to open. Water pressure was poor in the bathroom. Arranged for gluten free breakfast for 2 people with coeliac disease in our party but this had not been passed on and the staff available at breakfast had no idea if food was gluten free or cooked safely for a person with coeliac disease. No offer to bring fresh food instead of a buffet, which could have been cross contaminated, and apart from separate bread nothing else was provided specifically gluten free (not even sausages which are widely available).

Quarto muito pequeno e sem ar condicionado numa altura particularmente quente, foj muito difícil dormir

Nos encantó la ubicación, había un centro comercial muy chulo y muy cerca. La estación de metro a cinco minutos. El personal es muy amable, muy educado y sobre todo estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros. El desayuno maravilloso, para coger fuerzas para toda la mañana. Tuvimos un problema con el grifo del cuarto de baño y nos lo arreglaron enseguida. Nos encantó todo en general. Un ambiente muy bonito y un barrio muy tranquilo, con todos los servicios a mano.

La única pega es que pasamos algo de calor. Hemos estado unos días súper súper calurosos en Londres y el alojamiento no dispone de aire acondicionado, aunque el personal nos había preparado dos ventiladores en la habitación y gracias a eso pudimos soportarlo.

This was our second stay. The pub is so lovely. Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and nice location. Brilliant value for money especially in London.

You get what you pay for, 4 of us paid £25 each for the night in London. It was clean, staff friendly and comfortable beds. Excellent location, parking nearby. Safe neighbourhood. We didn’t partake in breakfast but it looked lovely.

Water pressure was a trickle and bathroom tap broken- room 6.

Das Personal war super nett. Der Pub klasse mit sehr leckerem Thai-Food. Das Frühstück war gut, man konnte verschiedene Dinge frisch bestellen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk (SEHR viele steile Treppen😢). Das Zimmer war klein, aber ordentlich. Leider war es sehr heiß und wir konnten kaum schlafen. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig, die Toilettenspülung braucht ca. 15 min. zum befüllen, vorher kann man nicht nochmals spülen (haben mit dem Wasserkocher von Hand befüllt🤣) Am Wochenende ist der Lärm vom Pub bis etwa Mitternacht SEHR laut.

Proximité du métro rapide pour Londres situé dans une rue calme loin de l’agitation citadine. Personnel très sympa. Petit déjeuner très bien avec du choix et typiquement anglais. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut (savons, shampoing, thé, café, bouilloire …) La cuisine du pub à prix très raisonnable et asiatique, on s’est régalés !

Un peu bruyant car la chambre était juste au dessus du pub (bruyant jusque 23h environ) et bruyant aussi car la chambre se situait à côté de la cuisine. Et impossible de se garer gratuitement. 15£/jour au centre commercial tout proche.

Mit großem Gepäck ist man in den oberen Zimmern eher schlecht bedient, da die Treppen sehr eng sind. Es war bedingt durch die hohen Temperaturen und viel Sonne leider sehr heiß im Zimmer unter den Dach. Anbindung mit Bahn und Bus ist ziemlich gut und auch die direkte Umgebung ist recht belebt und bietet alles.

Lo unico es que no había ascensor y nuestra habitacion estaba en el tercer piso. Mucho calor en esta fecha y no había aire acondicionado. Esto no es una crítica al lugar sino es un detalle que no me permitió puntar con la calificación máxima.

The location was excellent, close to the centre and exactly where we wanted to be for visiting the beer festival. Parking was a couple of minutes walk away. The continental breakfast was far better than the cooked breakfast.

It was dirty, and our room was small with no air conditioning. On one of the hottest nights of the year it was unbearable with a fan that blew hot air around the room, needless to say we got very little sleep. There was no lock on the bathroom door which meant it didn’t close. The cooked breakfast tasted of burnt oil, and the gluten free toast was soggy and inedible. They initially brought out gluten free bread which they expected me to put in the toaster used for normal bread, and clearly unaware of cross contamination. Hospitality was non existent.

It was very well designed, good vibes and decoration with good music. The atmosphere with the quiz nights and people coming back day after day to enjoy the pub gives it great energy. Thw accomodation was located above the bar, getting to the room was a bit tricky at first but in total added to the adventure.

I am not good with heat and the rooms can get quite hot; there is no AC. They provide you with a fan and with the windows open you can get the air moving quite good, so overall not a big problem but I did want to note. The tap in the bathroom does leak if you don’t close it very tightly so do be careful with that.

It was very clean and comfortable. There was not noise from the pub and very convenient to watch the World Cup :D it close to the train station.

La amabilidad del personal, la habitación, que era muy bonita y acogedora. El abundante desayuno. El edificio en sí tiene mucho encanto. En la planta baja hay un pub muy agradable en el que poder cenar bien sin moverte del hotel si estás cansado.

Como edificio antiguo y condervado que es, lógicamente no tiene ascensor. Nuestra habitación era un tercer piso y había que hacer piernas. pero tampoco nos importó demasiado.

Loved the ease of getting here from Heathrow and walking from Ealing Broadway station. This was a lovely, friendly and vibrant pub and a great location to stay with it being set back away from central Ealing Broadway yet just around the corner. We would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

A lot. Mouldy shower head. Dated, dirty worn and marked fixtures and fittings. Broken sink that doesn't drain. No lamp, broken sockets. And much more but I just don't have the energy. I guess you get what you pay for. I only took two images as I left as we just wanted out. The only benefit was the fact it was a place to lay your head in a nice location.

This was a hidden gem of a place to stay! We stayed two nights in a cozy but clean & comfy room. It has friendly staff in a great location. Was heatwave but a fan was provided in the room so we didn't completely boil. Simple but tasty breakfast options set us up for the day.

Literally the only thing to mention is the filter coffee at brekkie - my advice is drink tea instead 🤣

We were at the top floor during a heat wave with a barely functioning fan. When we went to the pub downstairs to ask for some water, it was priced ridiculously. Extremely hot and we had seperate beds so not great

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre pour quatre personnes au troisième étage. Malheureusement le radiateur de la salle de bain était allumé au maximum (tête thermostatique cassé) et il faisait une chaleur caniculaire dehors (plus de 40°C) Une petite fenêtre est présente dans la chambre mais elle ne permet pas de ventiler efficacement. Malgré trois demandes pour éteindre le chauffage rien n'a été fait. On nous a simplement sonné un ventilateur très poussiéreux que nous avons nettoyé nous même. Les nuits étaient plus que compliquées. C est bien dommage car cela a gâché une partie de notre séjour.

Es war ei richtig toller Aufenthalt. Toller Pub mit kleinem üblichen Frühstück und tollem Angebot für englisches Frühstück. Unser Zimmer groß, toll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad etwas kleiner und in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Super nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Da es sehr warm war, haben wir einen Ventilator ins Zimmer bekommen🥰

The place is close to Ealing Broadway train and tube service, making access to central London very easy. It's just an 8-minute walk, so no need to take a taxi. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good too.

It's a set of rooms above an old English pub. I'm used to staying in modern hotels, so this step back in time came as a huge culture shock! No air conditioning, just a big fan to blow the heat around the room. The windows open wide, but they needed to be jammed to keep them open. The rooms and venue, although clean, are tired and in need of updating.

Kolmen hengen huoneen WC ei vetänyt kunnolla. Huone oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja henkilökunnan mukaan putkisto toimi siellä huonosti. Huone lämpesi lämpimällä ilmalla todella kuumaksi ja oli kuumempi kuin muu osa rakennusta, todennäköisesti sijaintinsa takia. Ikkunan auki pitäminen auttoi hyvin vähän, eikä ollut yöllä vaihtoehto, koska alakerran pubin kävijät eivät olleet hiljaisinta porukkaa. Kaikki henkilökunnasta eivät puhuneet englantia, mikä vaikeutti kommunikointia. Ylin kerros tarkoitti hyvin paljon rappusia (mikä ei onneksi meille tuottanut haasteita kuin tuliaisia täynnä olevien matkalaukkujen kanssa).

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my experience it felt more like a 2-star property. The facilities, and overall service did not meet 4-star standards. I was disappointed with my stay and believe the rating is misleading.

The staff were lovely and it was just a great place to stay. The rooms were well equipped and even had a smart TV!

Our door would not shut properly, but once alerted to staff they were keen to help and fix it. Room was very hot at night and made it hard to sleep, but the bed was really comfy !!

Excellent séjour d'une nuit dans ce pub (pas bruyant après minuit). Chambre récemment rénovée avec salle de bains. Staff très sympa. Petit déjeuner continental ou anglais inclus, très copieux. Un peu loin de Londres centre mais super quand on a a faire a Ealing.

Bedroom was satisfactory but decor a little 'tired'). Disadvantageous having to climb quite a lot of stairs - but unavoidable due to premises layout.

I love this place. It’s old but I feel very comfortable staying here Always sleep well especially in upper rooms away from noise of the kitchen and pub. They also served us a full English breakfast included in the price.

エレベーターが無く、3階までスーツケースは大変。チェックイン時は男性スタッフさんが3階の部屋まで運んでくださったので助かりました。 チェックアウト時は男性スタッフがいなく、自分達で下まで運んたのは大変でしたが、チェックアウト後もスーツケースの荷物を気軽に預かってくださり、空港行くまでの数時間も市内観光を最後まで楽しめました。

This is so close to Ealing Broadway. The room was lovely - recently refurbished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Being on the 3rd floor meant stairs to climb but it was worth it !

Great value room. Could not fault this pub/hotel at all. Price was fantastic. Bar had great ambience for the evening we stayed, full of locals so we all watched the Champions League final together. Cannot fault this place at all.
