We loved the clean modern rooms, location next to hiking trails and the fantastic breakfast and high tea. The staff were always trying to help and make our stay pleasant.

The location was a bit far away to be close to things but it was easy to get around.

Rooms were hot and the aircon was centralised. The staff were very attentive and tried to change the temperature to cool it down but it didn't seem to work.

Very nice quiet hotel, comfortable, feel warm welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, healthy, many options like a weekend big brunch at home. You may also enjoy the local tea in the room: Long Jin Green Tea or Jiu Qu Hong Mei. Love the tea of Jiu Qu Hong Mei.

We stay at level 2. One of the day there were smoky in the lobby. Guess some guest smoked in the lobby.

Counter staff service need to be improved and be more friendly

Staff were very helpful. Went above and beyond to help us book train tickets to Shanghai. A really nice small boutique vibe.

Location could be a bit out of the way for some. Metro was very close though so not really a problem

Spacious room with very comfortable beds and a nice view. Location at a quiet area that is near many technology companies' head offices. 10 min walk to the metro station and a good number of restaurants in the vicinity. Sumptuous breakfast with different dishes every day.

Location is a bit remote unless visiting the tech companies, getting to the city center can take some time. Room lighting was rather dim, especially in the bathroom.

The front desk service was exceptional. The short-haired girl with glasses was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were so spacious, modern, and clean. The lobby area was so nice.

There was a persistent smoke smell in the hallway. The elevators were somewhat old.

The hotel is tastefully decorated, clean, spacious with good spread of healthy breakfast! The front office staff, Ms Lucy was very helpful with ordering take away food during bad weather for us. We had had 2 good nights sleep there! ❤️

Schaltersystem für Licht etc. im Zimmer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber kein Grund zu Klagen. Das Hotel ist in Google stand heute nicht korrekt erfasst, der Taxifahrer und wir fanden es lange nicht. Mit Didi ist es aber sehr einfach.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nachmittagstee und -Kaffee mit Snacks sind im Preis enthalten. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und schmackhaft.

Das Hotel ist von Design her sehr dunkel. Das Bad ist zwar geräumig. Aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit, um Handtücher oder Kleidungen aufzuhängen.

Nice location to take a longer walk through the adjacent botanical garden to west lake. Also the hotel provided us with 4 bikes to explore Hangzhou for free for a day which was super cool.

L’hôtel est moderne, bien équipé et confortable ; le personnel chambre et restaurant était sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec de nombreux rangements (peut convenir à de longs séjours), les lits sont très confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux, varié et qualitatif (occidental et chinois). Il y a une laverie à disposition gratuitement ce qui est très pratique, une salle de sport, une salle jeux enfant. Un tea time est offert dans le lobby, un espace agréable avec bibliothèque et canapés. La localisation est un peu excentrée mais très proche à pieds de la station de métro et c’est bien d’être un peu au calme. Il y a des restaurants et supérettes autour à pieds et si la localisation est bien si vous voulez aller au Xixie water garden.

Les ascenceurs et les couloirs mériteraient une rénovation. Tout le reste était bien

Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment très très gentil et serviable. C’était un vrai plaisir d’être servi comme cela. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et extrêmement variés. Nous avons même eu du chocolat chaud !!

Prévoir un petit entretien des vélos même si c’est gratuit.

Location can be a bit tricky to find.

From checkin to our checkout, the staff were v friendly, professional and welcoming. Fast responses to our needs and the hotel has a v calming vibes. Pillow and bed were v comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and amazing spread for a small hotel. Very impressive. Our room was v big even for 6pax and we all had our own space. Balcony leads to great scenery!

The hotel boasts a contemporary and stylish design, exuding a luxurious ambiance that makes for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff consistently greet us as we pass by. The breakfast, while simple, is delightful, and we enjoyed an excellent dinner during our stay. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this hotel again! There is a subway station located near the hotel, just a five-minute walk away. If you use Baidu Maps, it will guide you on a longer route to reach the hotel.

Total fraud, is this a 5 star hotel? I have never stayed in such a bad 5 star hotel in my life. Such a bad hotel, a scam to deceive foreigners.

Very nice location and an exceptionally friendly host.

Trendy design with simple clean lines. Comfortable bed and linens. Good powerful shower Artiisinal teas provided in room is very good. Breakfast is in a cosy cafe in the lower ground floor of the building The buffet is small but has a good selection with carefully presented foods served freshly cooked with artisanal flair. The area is quiet with tree lined boulevards. Near to bus stops and metro stops.

Public area were a bit dark and main entrance looked like a back entrance Coffee machine provided lukewarm cappuccino

Buffet breakfast is excellent with a slight twist ie servings are mostly healthy foods. You should promote this to differentiate Nook Hotel from other hotels. Located nearby metro station is a big plus. Super fast response to inquiry via booking.com messages.

Room Interior design is bit too dark for our liking

Excellent boutique hotel. You can tell the owners have given their personal touch to the hotel to ensure their guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaners pleasant, professional and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful , healthy and good quality as was the afternoon tea. We met young couples , families with young children and business guests . Trendy and stylish hotel The only slight drawback is the hotel is not that central and you will need a 25mins taxi ride to reach the some popular tourist areas however this should not put you off choosing this hotel. we will visit again .

The hotel was super stylish and beautiful. The Entrance, tea area and room were beautifully decorated, and breakfasts were also presented as a piece of art

The 24-hr free brewed coffee and biscuits at the lobby was a nice treat. Room is clean and the cleaning staff is very attentive to our requests. Breakfast is excellent, good spread and yummy too. Located near an mrt station is a big plus even though we "didi" most of the time.

The TV in our room didn't work. The hotel staff fixed it but failed again the following day.

The hotel has unique design and atmosphere, which definetely earns top marks. Personnel was superb. We appreciate tea service with lots of fruits and snacks. It is located 1 step away from a long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and shops. Location is right in the center with easy walk to key attractions.

I think the hotel rooms are in need of renovation. The price and comfort level does not match. Breakfast was basic with very limited choice. If you select this hotel you pay for location, unique style and unique experience. Also because of its location car can not reach the hotel directly.

This hotel fully met my expectations. We appreciated that personnel at reception could speak English and were most helpful and wellcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaning was done daily. Metro is 5 min on foot, nearby you can find some cafes and small restaurants. Also location is not noisy, I had very good sleep.

The only thing I disliked was cold breakfast. The buffet is on plates without cover, so all the dishes easily get cold. At the time of our stay there was minus temperature outside, so inside the buffet area was very cold (knowing there is no heating in China) and food was stone cold.

Bathrooms and closet require more lighting. The thermostat did not work and the room was too hot.

The hotel was really nice. Rooms were spacious and we had free use of the minibar which was nice. Location isn't the best as it's a bit far away from the sights and places you'd want to go but that also meant it was quiet.

The air conditioning was not cool enough for a traveller from Australia. I had to have my window open most of the time to try and get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Slightly further away from attractions. Need to take taxi everywhere. But not too far. Lighting in room is a bit too dim and cannot be adjusted. Unable to look for things or read well.

The location is surprisingly convenient especially if you prefer to visit xixi wetlands and tianmuli, away from the crowds of Westlake. Staff were great, breakfast simple but tasty

One could see through the tinted glass wall to the toilet. It would be better to install a curtain or blinds.

Breakfast is super and offers variety of healthy choices Staffs are very keen to help and friendly There is also a self laundry washing and dryer machine with free laundry detergents. Iron facilities are also available Great free afternoon tea and snacks in a very cosy rest areas with plenty of interesting books and sofa seats. The executive lounge is a huge place for friends gathering Also offer assistance to do online order and delivery via MeiTuan. There are number of good restaurants nearby like Jiang Nan Yi, Tian Lun Li, Taiwan Xiao chi and we are spoiled with so many varieties with 50 meters.

Unfortunately hotel wifi need to use Chinese domestic handphone number to receive OTP and is restricted to 2-3 devices. They offered us alternative log in to a separate wifi with password but the speed is very low as we were told the wifi station is only at the 1st floor. I hope they could offer better wifi access to foreigners who does not have Chinese mobile phone numbers

It's not five stars at all Restoran was closed at 7 pm It was full of musqito And too many other issues It was normal 4 stars maximum
