コスパがとても良かったです。部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんが、朝食エリアから少し見えました。 その時、キャンドルマッターホルンになっていてロビーから外に出ると綺麗に見れました。 部屋はアップグレードしていただきました。 あまりにも広くて忘れ物をしてしまった時に引き返すのが大変でした笑 スタッフの人は全員温かく、バス停の近くなので日本人橋のエリアも行きやすかったです。

ベッドに虫が居ました。 ただ、偶然入ってしまっただけのようで旅行者が恐れる虫ではなかったです。 特に悪かったところがなかったので記載しましたが、他はとても良かったです。

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable: the furniture, fireplace, pictures, bathroom in the room. The spa was exceptional with a warm swimming pool, two hot tubs (one inside one outside), sauna, steam room, a VERY hot still bath, experience showers and so many comfortable seating areas both inside and outside. The breakfast was nice and varied (hot items, cold meats, cheeses, croissants, different breads) and had gluten free bread available without requesting it. Room was super spacious with English channels on TV and even though it doesn't have a view of the mountains, it still has a small terrace area to sit outside. They have a bar and 2 restaurants on site which were all superb. They also have a play area with a pool table, football tables and table tennis however given the time of year we visited, it was empty and some work being done in that area. About 5 minute walk to the train station and the main town. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back!!

Some maintenance works going on in one of the rooms so was a bit noisy during the day but to be expected given the time of year we visited

Spa incroyable et en accès libre. Petit déjeuner au top. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Zermatt. 8 minutes à pied de la gare.

Ruime zeer nette kemer. Balkon met zicht op de Matterhorn, wat kun je meer wensen. Ontbijt was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, enorm vriendelijke bediening. Bar heel fijn vertoeven en lekkere verzorgde drankjes. Spa tip top in orde. We hadden geboekt voor 1 dag, maar zijn 3 dagen gebleven....

Super nice place at a great location

The view from the hotel is top! The room was clean & service was spot on. Breakfast was superb, very varied and tasty. All the people were very friendly and helpful, and they offered a taxi service to take you to the train station. Certainly would like to go back to the hotel.

Beds could be a bit more firm, but that's a matter of taste

The spa facilities exceeded our expectations! It was lovely. Breakfast was also very high quality and delicious!

Le petit déjeuné était de très bonne qualité. Le Spa était à la hauteur, bien pense, avec plusieurs zones pour se reposer au calme. Le plus: le Tea Time.

Le local vélos sécurisé est un peu petit. Des crochets pourraient permettre que les vélos ne soient pas empilés. Le personnel nous a proposé très gentiment de les mettre dans le ski room.

飯店位於車站走出來左手邊直走，還算方便易找。地下室無景觀三人房雖無景觀，但有對外落地窗，也可以走出去，房間很大。早餐很豐盛，選擇很多，超乎預期，蛋糕、煙燻鮭魚很好吃。還有三溫暖、遊戲室等空間可使用，算是度假型放鬆飯店，若能充分使用就超值了。可以載送往返車站也很好。

一開始訂房覺得價格偏高，但入住後覺得設施多元，能理解這個價格。 浴室要下階梯樓層，很大一間，只是有人在洗澡就無法上廁所與使用洗手台了。

Clean and well managed facilities. Close to the station. Reception staff was very helpful.

The room was called a "budget" room but it was still fabulous and we were able to use all of the amenities. The roof top whirlpool was very nice and the breakfast was tasty. They held our luggage after check out so we could walk around town unencumbered.

The spa was excellent and great that our 14 year old daughter could use it. The downstairs bathroom was amazing. The breakfast and afternoon tea had a fantastic selection.

When I arrived I was told I had been upgraded to a nice room with a view.

That I couldn't have stayed longer because it was booked up

הבריכה והג'קוזי נהדרים ויש חדר משחקים עם שולחנות כדורגל וביליארד שהילדים מאוד נהנו מהם. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ונעימה. חדר גדול עם מרפסת ונוף נהדר. מקלחת מרווחת ונעימה.

I don't know how the budget rooms compare to the room at the Alpen Resort, but I thought the budget room was amazing. The room itself was huge; loved the bonus seating areas and expansive floor space, and the lower-level bathroom was the size of locker room!! The pool was amazing - spacious with lots of added features. The location was great, too - close to the train station and grocery store, and right off the main shopping and dining district. Very good complimentary breakfast.

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück, es war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Auch der Spa-Bereich war schön und lud zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein

Am ersten Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Leider waren wir mit dem Service nicht ganz zufrieden. Auch wenn die Mitarbeitenden nicht Deutsch gesprochen haben, hatten wir Verständnis dafür. Uns fehlte jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Es wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas möchten, wir hätten nämlich gerne noch ein Dessert bestellt. Auch das Essen konnte uns leider nicht vollständig überzeugen.

If I could give this place an 11 I would. Super clean, very friendly staff and centrally located. The hotel should think about renaming these rooms, its only "budget" because it doesn't have a direct view of the mountains as its located below ground but there is nothing budget about the room itself - its actually a suite/duplex room with the private bathroom thats located at the bottom of your room. Breakfast was great with quite the variety. And the pool/spa area is one of the best I've seen, these rooms are definitely well worth it

Ich und meine Kollegin haben bis zum Schluss den Haken nicht rausgefunden, weshalb wir so ein günstiges Zimmer in bester Lage gefunden haben, beim einchecken sogar noch ein upgrade erhalten haben mit Balkon und Blick aufs Matterhorn und inkl. Benützung Wellnessanlage. Der Aufenthalt war einfach ein Traum und Entspannung pur!! Das Hotel war an bester Lage, sehr ruhig, das Frühstück war 1. Klasse und genossen wir draussen - ebenfalls mit Matterhornblick. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten sogar das Gepäck früher und länger kostenlos lagern. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - vielen Dank :)

Отличное расположение, 5 минут от ж/д вокзала. СПА-зона, классный бассейн. Прекрасный завтрак. Огромный номер, большой санузел, вид на горы.

The location is perfect, very close to the train station. We actually got an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn, which was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room exceeded our expectations - it was much bigger than we expected! The spa was great and the breakfast was good enough, although very crowded.

At breakfast there were a lot of people in a relatively small space. Also the food at the restaurant for dinner was not that great (for that price).

We booked budget rooms, however all facilities of resort were available to us. Room amenities were complete, seems only distracting feature was no view, but a charming outdoor patio to enjoy night air was still included.Only a short distance to train station , but incl shuttle was appreciated when transporting bags.

Acomodação confortável, espaçosa e limpa. O tamanho era enorme, o maior quarto de hotel que já ficamos. Foi uma surpresa encontrar um “apartamento” num único quarto. O atendimento foi nota 10 também. O café da manhã espetacular e a piscina/spa maravilhosa Super recomendo pelo custo benefício.

Apartamento extremamente limpo e aconchegante, com espaço excelente para a hospedagem familiar. Café da manhã muito bom, e contamos com a gentileza da sala de bagagem pós estadia, banheiro para utilização e o transporte gratuito até a estação de trem. Com certeza retornaremos !

후기점수가 높았던 이유가 있었음 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었음 마테호른 뷰는 아니었지만 햇빛이 충분히 들어옴 버짓룸이지만 그외 부대시설은 알펜리조트와 동일하게 이용가능 조식 괜찮았지만 2일간 동일한 구성으로 나옴 멀리까지 안가더라도 숙소 출입구에서 황금호른 볼수있음 리조트 바로 뒷편 언덕에 양떼무리 보임

화장실갈때마다 계단을 이용해야한다는게 유일한 단점

Everything was perfect: clean room, great breakfast and fantastic spa facilities. We had a great time as a family there.

The lady at the check-in first asked us to pay the tax and then welcomed us to the hotel. The welcome should have been the first thing to say. Also, the pillows are not great.

El cuarto que era muy amplio y bonito. Tambien la amabilidad de las personas del hotel que siempre buscaron apoyarnos y facilitar nuestra estancia en Zermatt. Me gustó que se comunicaran conmigo en español, facilitó mucho las cosas.
