Perfect apartments. Very nice staff. Highly recommend

The apartment is really spacious. The location is very good and close to Sishane. The apartment was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and nice. Lots of storage and large rooms.

The AC in the bedroom was aimed directly at our heads and caused a headache. The AC in the living room was barely functioning.

It was close to Isteklal Street. That’s it.

The cleaning was every 3 days. When we requested for towels or sheets, the staff was barely cooperating. When I booked this property I was told by booking.com that there will be enough beds for a family consists of 5 members, but I was shocked that two of my kids slept on sofa which was in very bad condition. One staff wearing glasses was so rude unlike two other staff who were very kind. The elevator was too small and we needed use it multiple times for one ride.

Отличные огромные апартаменты в центре, в двух минутах от Истикляль. Ночью немного шумно, но окна комнат выходят на тихую сторону. Очень удобное расположение, все рестораны и магазины в пешей доступности.

Жесткие матрасы, спать не очень комфортно. Немного посуды, но мы и не готовили ничего.

La ubicación es excelente. Instalaciones bien y apartamento amplio. El baño muy grande. Personal muy atento y amable.

Los utensilios de cocina eran insuficientes, muy escasos: tuvimos que comprar nosotros estropajos, balletas y lavavajillas. Un microondas vendría bien. Tanto desde la cocina como desde la terraza, entraban los olores de todos los restaurantes de alrededor. La terraza, al ser la última planta, estaba rodeada de todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado de alrededor, con lo cual, el ruido era ensordecedor. La cama un poco blanda para mi gusto.

Die Lage des Hotels ist überragend. Direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer/Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Alles in Allem sehr gut. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Eigentlich fällt mir bei dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis kein Verbesserungsvorschlag ein.

Rummelig lejlighed, men en stor taresse. Rigtig sød og hjælpsom personale. God beliggenhed, med en masse restauranter og butikker lige ud for døren. Der er også et supermarked lige ved siden af Kan varmt anbefales

Der kan være en del larm på gaden, da der mange restauranter og barer. Kunne godt lide det, men det skal man være opmærksom på, hvis man ønsker meget ro. Det høres dog ikke så meget i lejlighed

Heel groot appartement om heerlijk te chillen als je thuiskomt, heel ruim met twee slaapkamers en twee grote badkamers. De bedden zijn heerlijk en als je iets nodig heb kun je het beneden zo bij de receptie vragen. De locatie is geweldig, je loopt de deur uit en er zijn overal restaurantjes en de grote drukke straat is 2 min lopen, kortom geweldig appartement!!

La struttura si trova in zona centralissima, nonostante la zona è piena di locali, l'appartamento era insonorizzato bene, spazioso e arredato con gusto, nell'appartamento erano presenti: 2 bagni, cucina con tutti gli utensili, un enorme salone, 2 camere da letto, vano lavanderia.Il Residence ha anche l'ascensore da non sottovalutare quando si viaggia in famiglia con bambini come nel nostro caso.Struttura assolutamente consigliata. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente . Grazie mille

Отличный отель в центре Стамбула большой уютный номер с Массандрой. В номере есть все необходимое кухня с посудой стиральная машина гардеробная ванная с гидромассажем. Отзывчивый персонал реагирует на все валы пожелания. Подходит как для однодневной поездки так и для длительного проживания все СУПЕР!!!

Ausstattung der Küche war zu wenig! Die Einrichtung höchste regelmäßig instand gehalten werden!

Obrovský byt, skutečně velmi velký. 2 koupelny. Byt ve skvělé lokalitě. Pod bytem malý Carefour na běžné nákupy. Byt vybavený spotřebiči, ale chyběla jakákoliv chemie, třeba tableta do myčky. Celkově bych asi nebyl proti si pronajmout toto ubytování znovu i přes nevýhody níže. Zásadní problém by ale byla ta proležená postel. Jediná a zásadní výhoda je velikost bytu a jeho lokalita.

Byt a zejména jeho zařízení je už dost omšelý a potřeboval by skutečně refresh. Absolutně proležená matrace na které bylo utrpení spát. Sedací souprava v obýváku rovněž totálně proležená. Televize v ložnici nefungovala. U televize v obýváku sem si musel opravit konektor antény, aby fungovat začala. U sprchového koutu chyběly skleněné dveře. Celkově zařízení bylo už opravdu dost opotřebené. Štvalo mě nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně, chyběl prostředek na nádobí, houba na nádobí, tablety do myčky. Vše by si člověk musel kupovat sám. V koupelně byl pro 2 lidi jeden mini sprchový gel. Když jsem šel po několika dnech s prosbou o jeden sprchový gel a toaletní papír, tak jsem byl obviněn jestli náhodou nemáme v bytě návštěvu. To skutečně bylo dost urazlive a neslušné.

A lot of space! Everything beautiful! Soundproof! Staff also are so kind! The appointment really nice and stylish! Downstairs there is a good food market!

Sometimes internet doesn’t work, some details on furniture looks like must be repaired, and there are no washing powder for washing machine, and no washing gel for dishes, The kitchen lacks the minimum essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, and even napkins.

L'appartement est tout simplement magnifique .A10 mn à pied du métro dans une rue avec toutes les commodités (un carrefour market un bas de la maison .

la rue est un peu bruyante les week end ,c est pour ça qu' il faut éviter d'utiliser le couchage dans le salon .

The hotel was very good. Everything was close to the terrace. The reception was very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped for two people on the terrace, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine inside. If you don't have anything that you need, then you have to ask the staff to provide it for you, but be reminded that they may not have any knives. It would be good if you bring a knife with you because they may not have it. We asked for a knife, and they didn't have it, so if you need some crucial equipment, you have to ask for the knives. They are kind of cool, but it works. The soundproofing was very good; you couldn't hear outside, but sometimes at night, you could hear the fan starting and stopping. Other than that, the sound isolation is wonderful; you can't hear anything.

The spa didn't work, which is sad because I had left a review suggesting that I wanted the spa to be functional, but it still didn't work. The floor was quite old, and it would have been good if they had provided slippers for us. Otherwise, I would suggest bringing your own slippers because the floor is quite dirty.

Great location. Apartment was huge and bonus was the washer/dryer.

Exit light in main bedroom was very bright and required eye mask to sleep. No dishwashing powder, wash cloths, tea towels so could not wash the dishes. Power points in 2nd bedroom did not work.

Excellent location on a lively street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The place is absolutely massive, but could use a bit of a refresh. A few things were lacking like hangers in the closet, things to wash dishes, detergent for the in unit laundry. But overall would recommend and stay again.

These apartments are massive. Oerfect for families with children. The furniture is a bit dated and could use a bit of freshening up but the location and size of the accommodation makes it worth it. Had a great time at Pera Residence.

Terrasse war der Hammer

Sehr großes und schönes Zimmer. Ein kleiner Bereich im Flur könnte modernisiert werden, sonst war alles top. Das Zimmer ist nicht nur groß, sondern hat auch eine sehr große Terrasse. Die Lage ist so Zentral, man ist in einer Seitenstraße von der Istiklal Straße, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstes weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Staff - Friendly and helpful. Prior to our actual stay, they were very responsive via booking.com chat. Location - Easy to find and accessible (5 mins walking distance) to the trains/public transport. There are bakeries, fast food, restaurants and pubs along the same street. Not to forget, a Carefour right next door. Room - Spacious and huge for 2 pax. We were definitely comfortable during our stay. Balcony is great too! Managed to spot 3-4 nice stray cats passing by.

Amenities - Though on booking.com states that they provide toiletries. Please note that they do not provide toothbrushes. Washing machine/dryer looks damaged but workable (had to get the staff to teach how to open the door as there is no handle). Note: There is no bidet.

Bebekleri olan iki aile olarak aile suitinde çok rahat ettik. Bebeklere park yatak sağlandı (önceden haber vermiştik). Daire ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Hemen altında carefour olması çok büyük rahatlık. Konumu çok merkezi. Ses yalıtımı güzeldi, odalar gayet sessizdi. Kliması güçlüydü. Mutfak, banyo tertemizdi. Çalışanlar da çok yardımcıydı. Bir dahaki gelişimizde yine burada kalacağız. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Einfach nur sehr freundlich geführtes Haus, dem man von Außen nicht ansieht, wie fantastisch es Innen ist. Zentral, sehr geräumig, toller Standard und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Mould present in bedroom 2 making it unsafe and inoperable, range hood light not working so cooking is difficult without sufficient lighting, freezer not cleaned and an absolute mess with food from previous guests, electrical issues with a/c circuit breaker (resolved), and lastly, management unwilling to compensate me for the mould issue. Apartment 302 is a disgrace!

Location, size of the flat

Plates and cutlery were very limited, and no detergent for dishwasher nor washing machine were provided. Beds were REALLY uncomfortable, and overall it wasn't very clean. We asked for a cot but the one provided was incredbily dirty (see picture) so we couldnt use it and the staff member suggested to put our baby on the floor!

Great sized apartment with large bathroom, living room area and kitchen. Initially very impressive when we first entered. We felt the apartment was let down by lack of any supplies throuought the stay (toiletries, toilet paper, etc). The kitchen area was poorly equipped (two cups only, some cutlery) with no cleaning supplies such as washing up liquid. The mattresses were in need of replacing and not the most comfortable. The apartment has the potential to be great, but it’s not there yet.

The property was just okay. The apartmant size was huge. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped with only 3 plates, 3 bowls, no knives, 6 massive spoons. There was barely enough to be able to cook a meal. The floors were filthy, the terrace door was off a hinge and nearly fell over. There was peeling paint in the bathrooms and the handle for the washer/dryer was broken making it difficult to use. There was no hand soap or washing up liquid. The fold out mattress was broken and dirty, the mattresses in the rooms were old, soft and had a big dip in them from use. However, the staff was great and the location was also excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pera Residence in Istanbul, Turkey, for two separate stays of three nights each, with 2 bedrooms apartments which is 1600 sqft size, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The apartments are not only big but also well-equipped, making them ideal for both short and extended stays. A special mention goes to Mr. Serder, the hotel manager, whose outstanding cooperation and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. He was always available to assist with any requests and ensured that everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and warm attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, Pera Residence is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future. Location is amazing very close to Taksim square and quick walk to Galata Tower. Apartment itself is pretty spacious however the sofa bed is not great did not even bother to use it the rest of the beds were great but the powerpoints near the bedside did not work unsure why other than that the apartment was great and would recommend

Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Spacious and well equipped kitchen / washing machine/ dish washer/ refrigerator and a huge balcony .Perfect location and vicinity a short walk to all modes of public transport and food spots….coming bk soon🙏🌹

The Pera Residence is just steps away from Istiklal Caddesi, one of the most famous streets in Istanbul. If you're looking for easy access to Taksim, Beyoglu, and Galata, it's hard to think of a better location. The photos on Hotels.com are very accurate and give a good sense of how the Pera Residence actually looks. (i.e. no surprises once you arrive) Very good design aesthetic and quite modern. Our family of 4 stayed in a 1,600 square foot apartment with a huge living room, mini-balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, and a laundry/utility room. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet area. We packed light, but if you have a lot of stuff, there's plenty of room. Throughout our 10-day staff, the onsite staff was very helpful and pleasant. If there's nobody at the reception area, all you need to do is ring a bell, and someone will appear within a few seconds. The only drawback is the noise level of the area at night, which is why I couldn't give this property a 10/10. Istanbul is a very late city, and the neighboring streets are very lively at night.

Disappointed after reading reviews and first time visiting Istanbul I took a gamble on this property instead of a traditional hotel. On arrival everything looked good and after this things just got worse, from the all night parties being held by other residents in the building to music from clubs blaring till late at night 3-4am. One of the rooms we had booked had a sewage smell as you entered the room and this was flagged on the 1st day nothing was done apart from an air freshener being handed out. No real sense of urgency to sort the matter. The sofa beds don’t work and you have to actually sleep on the leather sofa as a compromise again not as expected. Cold showers for 7 days as hot water was temperamental again no real urgency to sort by the reception staff. 7 nights stay and towels replaced once. Bedsheets bit replaced but came and made the bed the one day towels were replaced. Housekeeping in the building 10-5 but won’t even replace the bin when requested. Apart from location being really good I don’t know what else this apartment/hotel had to offer. If your travelling with family and kids I would avoid on the other hand for late night parties might be ideal. Hopefully the management can replace the really bad mattresses and pillows and make offer bit more of a housekeeping service to make this place more holiday friendly. Carrefour supermarket next door and plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance in terms of location and amenities.

This apartment is so spacious and clean. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, and shops easy to walk to. There is a mini mart right next to the building and also a fruit mart in front of the building. We ate at a local bakery in our street and also walked to other coffee shops in the mornings. The staff of this apartment is very responsive, helpful and super friendly! One morning I got locked up in the bathroom and they came to help in just 5 minutes !! One thing I would suggest is to better equip the kitchen with dish or paper towels, soap, cooking accessories, etc. I would definitely stay here again !!
