Naumi Hotel Dubai

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and overall I really like it. The price is relatively good for what the hotel offers, and it feels like good value for money. The premises are nice and the rooms are big, which makes the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool is a real highlight — it’s amazing, with lovely views and a great atmosphere. It’s a little on the small side and could use a bit of updating, but it’s still a fantastic feature. One suggestion: it would be great to have more food and drink options up there. The location is a bit remote, but there are some supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. Overall, a solid choice and I’d stay again.

I had a disappointing experience with Naumi Dubai. Despite facing unfortunate circumstances that prevented my travel, I approached the hotel with a request to reschedule my reservation. Unfortunately, they were inflexible and refused to offer a refund or any flexibility. What was even more upsetting was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff, who showed little regard for my situation or the importance of customer care. Customer service and understanding should be a priority, especially in challenging times, but I felt that Naumi Dubai lacked empathy and professionalism in handling my case. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who value flexibility and considerate service.

I had a pleasant one/week stay at Naumi hotel and was extremely pleased with the service received and the amenities. They were also flexible in accommodating a cleaning request late in the afternoon. Conveniently located close to Red Line Metro in the Barsha Heights area. Price was competitive too. Would definitely recommend.

Would not stay there again. Room smells and as soon as you get out of the elevator the carpet smell is unpleasant. The room is old and the shower was broken and water not hot it takes 10-15 mins to start warming up. USB charger wasn’t working. Felt itchy in bed not sure if there were bed bugs. The breakfast was nice.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and attentive. However the room had a foul smell of mold, the towels had stains and the hairdryer was not working (the staff fixed it though within 10 minutes). Breakfast was basic and although included in the price we had to pay extra for the coffee which was strange.

We had a wonderful stay in your hotel.Everything was perfect : clean , spacious room with a great view of the Dubai Marina , comfortable beds, safe environment, 5- min. walk from metro station, excellent breakfast, roof pool , friendly and helpful staff. We would visit your hotel again. We highly recommend it !

I recently stayed at Naumi hotel and had a positive experience overall. Check-in was fast and seamless, and the room service was reliable and timely. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to malls, downtown, and a variety of nearby restaurants, which made exploring the area very convenient. The only area I’d suggest improving is breakfast. A wider variety of breakfast options would be appreciated to start the day off right. Would I stay here again? Yes, overall I’d be happy to return, especially for the convenient location and efficient service. If the breakfast menu were expanded, it would make an already good experience even better.

What a lovely hotel. We were checked in quick and easy. The rooms are very clean and the pool was amazing. Zakil was in credible, he was always smiling and very helpful when looking for places to eat and drink, It’s a 5 minute walk to a lovely bar called Nameste. They were so helpful and super lovely x

worst hotel ever, the master switch can not turn off the light in the night, so I have to waited until 2 AM to sleep. And the reply of the management team is lik "it happens everywhere" , can you believe it? 读懂中文的人请注意了，这家酒店的服务是我见过最差的。晚上灯关不掉，凌晨两点让人来维修，竟然是打开天花板直接掐断，然后他们最后处理的态度竟然是“这很正常”？不想受气的游客最好不要考虑了。

Nice place, very good hotel, super staff. A door from the parking leads directly to the metro station, even you don't have time to feel the weather outside :) Best value for money, in my opinion. Markets just aside, in a walking distance, free shuttles to different location and a travel agent right in a lobby to choose some great leisure activity.

This my third stay at Naumi Hotel Dubai and had a really nice experience — the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around the city. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were good for a relaxing stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Dubai.

Great location, clean rooms, and great staff, especially Zakir and Harshi. Stayed for 5 days, and everything was up to standard. Tips: Use your room card if you want to go to the supermarket at the gas station, the one behind the hotel. There's a door at the parking that you can use

Everyday is same B'fast. Unless you ask, housekeeping is not done. The shuttle bus service to Outlet Mall needs drastic improvement.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room service and restaurant were excellent – the dishes were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Absolutely top quality! I try to booking.com but my card is not workin. I call first before I come then operator said it's okay walk-in so I go there in next day. Everything's good,nice standard King Room with balcony, very clean and huge. Housekeeping very helpful and also in reception very professional and good smiley. Thank you and I really enjoyed it. I recently stayed for almost a month at Dusit D2, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. During my stay, Harshi at the front desk was the one who assisted me with numerous changes and extensions I required. Her efficiency in handling any modifications or cancellations I requested was truly appreciated. That made my stay stress-free. The rooms that I stayed in at Dusit D2 were spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a working desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for long hours of work. The hotel's staff, including the cleaners, bellboys, and security personnel were always polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Dusit and am thankful for their hospitality.

I stayed at Dubai D2 Kenz for three nights and had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized and smooth. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, and everything was in perfect working condition. The hotel stewards were especially helpful and courteous, always available when needed and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. Their professionalism really stood out. As for the food, it was okay. While not the highlight of the stay, it was decent and offered enough variety to suit most tastes. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional, but it did the job for a short stay. One of the best features of the hotel was its connectivity. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, taxis, and nearby attractions. Whether for business or leisure, it’s a great base to explore Dubai.

Pretty bad for Dubai standards. I was not choosing the place for its price, but location. Would not stay again. The room size is OK and the amenities not too run down. Shower has extremely fiddly control and is not easy to set a reasonable temperature, mostly comes out BOILING hot. The bed is uncomfortable with only thin sheet on top of a hard thick plastic coating, if you want a good night sleep look elsewhere. The breakfast is average to poor (especially the continental selection is bad, the local flavors are quite good). The food at the thai restaurant in 1st floor is OK. Service average, often you have to look for someone to be served. No problems with check-in / check-out and the concierge quite helpful.

Good location (close to metro and Internet city) and helpful staff, especially the housekeeping team! Rooms are spacious and great for a long work stay. If any feedback for improvement would be suitable is to have more varierty at breakfast, more live stations or change of cuisines.

Overall the experience was good, although I faced issues in the room but found the team responsive and though the actions took time to complete (water flooding) Another issue that I faced was awareness to offers that the hotel was mailing to it's guest. I walked around with cash coupons and none of the restaurants honored it.

The room was spacious but lacked the vibrancy expected from a 5-star hotel. Interiors felt dated and lighting could be brighter. However, breakfast was good . An update to the room décor would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed 7 days in dusitD2 hotel during our visit in Dubai. My 2 group of friends stayed there previously and both of them reccommended us to stay in dusit. We had early flight in our check in day and they helped us for taking our luggages, guided to spa floor to change clothes, shower etc. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. They have shuttles for beaches/mall. Also have a back door for metro station. we are delighted for our stay in the hotel.

The rooms are kinda old and the AC had a weird smell so the whole room smelled funky. The food is great the people are nice. I mean i did stay only for 3 days but it was ok. The pool on the roof is really small so dont count on it. Other dusit hotels like dusit thani are way better.

Very nice hotel, small rooftop pool, there were not enough sitting areas around the pool for the size of the hotel & number of guests. Also you should be aware there is no bar at the hotel so if you do want a drink you have to walk out of the hotel.

Well positioned next to Internet city metro station, in the barsha heights district with all that is needed within 5 minutes walk, shops, restaurants, dry cleaning, gyms, mosque, pharmacy…the hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Great breakfast, and a nice outside sitting space ( although in summer too hot outside) friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It was very good hotel. I enjoyed everyday staying. Very good guest services. Food was quality. Services was available till late. Very good location easily accessible to Dubai mall. Very near to airport.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel, I was in room 811 and so impressed with how big, clean and comfortable it was. The TV was a little annoying and tempermental but hey, so am I haha!! The housekeeping staff were very nice and efficient. I have the biggest shout out for Suzee in the restaurant and Rakib the lifeguard. These two were truly amazing and made my solo 2 weeks just perfect. Both of them so smiley, friendly and blimming lovely. They are honestly a credit to the hotel and a few more staff could take a leaf out of their book! The guys on security and limousine services were also great. The best part was having a pool and whilst I agree with other reviews that it is a little small for the size of the hotel and needs a little tlc - I was just so grateful that there was a pool!! I went up there everyday (sometimes twice) and loved it. Being a vegetarian the food was very nice even if it was limited to pasta most days - I did get a little fed up with pasta as much as I love it and the fresh salads were always so delicious. I loved my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and return there myself - in fact I can't wait to return. A great area with a big park, plenty of shops and cafes/bars. I didn't use the metro, decided on Ubers and yes it was an extra cost (I have a fear of trains and getting lost by myself but apparently you couldn't get it wrong!?) the hotel wasn't too far away from what I wanted to see. A perfect two weeks. Thank you!

Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel completely ruined our 9-day family holiday. We booked full board and it was a total disaster. Breakfast was basic and boring. Lunch was disgusting. I had emailed ahead about my gluten-free dietary needs and was promised plenty of options – that was a lie. Every single meal was a struggle. I had to beg for food, and when I asked for gluten-free bread, they acted like it was gold – once they only gave me two tiny buns! Absolutely disgraceful. One of the chefs, an Egyptian man, was unbelievably rude and clearly has no idea how to speak to guests. It was shocking. Thankfully, a couple of staff like Sujatha and Majed were polite, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. This hotel doesn’t care about its guests or their needs. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs!

This really is a hotel that fits into Dubai’s culture. The rooms are incredible, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location is good. The pool terrace was lovely, although it was extremely hot during our stay. Luckily the water temperature was perfect and allows you to cool off. Nearby there were good grocery shops for getting drinks etc for hydrating during the day and lovely little cafes/restaurants with friendly staff and locals. Overall a great hotel where the staff are excellent.

Lake of cleaning, our booking was allowed for smoking but we found it is not allowed to smok in the room and they said if you want to smoke you have to pay extra 200 AED , in addation poor servicing only a small bottle of water per day , very bad smell in the room

The staff were super helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with an adorable balcony. The price was amazing, and located close to the Dubai Metro and several markets and restaurants.

God bless the manager who gave us grace when we realised we stupidly booked for a week ahead and no thanks to the attendant, who attempted to dismiss us and told us to go and sit and wait to see if the situation could be bettered. Great hotel, great location, great experience, thank you!

Booked a return stay with Dusit, the standards are no longer the same compared to my last stay. They put Mr on my welcome pack instead of Miss after clearly seeing me at reception and checking my passport. 1 water in the room for 2 guests on a very hot day. The bathtub was dirty. Asked for coffee sachets got none. Apart from being in a great location, I’m truly disappointed at how much the standards have fallen. This hotel used to go above and beyond and was very top tier but now it’s not the best.

The perfect balance between location, comfort and value received. Didn’t have a chance to experience their pool/SPA but they have a good view of Atlantis The Royal at Palm Jumeirah. Hitesh provided an excellent service at the Travel Desk making sure experience was as expected day by day. At first I was reluctant but proved to be very reliable.

I booked the legoland with Hitesh travel desk and we got the good deal and we enjoyed a lot , He is so professional n humble man and hotel staff Jitendra , Lahiru thanks to them too to provide us great services , We will come back again , Thanks again

As my flight out of Dubai was late at night i asked to stay and use the amenities (pool and saunas) after having checked out. That was nice. Unfortunately there were no towels provided in the change rooms. I asked the staff to provide towels, but to no avail.

A very nice hotel with excellent support staff. A bit tight with the breakfast place although this is expected during the holiday season. However they were all very accommodating. Overall we had a nice stay.

The staying was good. We had electricity problems that were fixed and the water in the shower wasn't so hot. Beside that, the hotel was great. Good breakfast. Great value for money.
