Abdallah in concierge was exceptional but a staff at the swimming pool was being funny. Rooms are clean but had to ask for towels and tissues. Overall, I’ll consider going back.

Hotel was fine, had valet parking complimentary. Only issue was when the housekeepers came to clean the rooms they took the dirty towels away but didn't replace them. So we had to phone them daily to bring towels to the room. Breakfast was ok can get busy if you turn up after 9.30 with a que outside. There is building site near it currently. The fuel station next door has a subway and papajohns. Other places to eat you have to walk all the way round as the hotel sits on sheikh Zayed road.

Everything was on point and nice. Staff were polite and respectful. The only thing was there’s no microwave in the room and some days they didn’t leave drinking water for the amount of people registered.

Clean and spacious rooms. Yummy breakfast included and delicious lunch/dinner available for purchase.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, and there was some delay in getting to the room as it wasn’t ready at the time of arrival. During the stay, there were delays in receiving basic amenities like towels and drinking water, which typically required a lot of reminders. Swimming pool was always out of towels, and steam and sauna was operated when you inform that you want to use it, means you shall remember to tell them in advance. On a positive note, the staff was cooperative and responsive once approached, and they did their best to assist whenever needed.

The bed was very clean and comfort but the food should have more variety.

Housekeeping is very bad they never clean the room there alway some dirt the left also they don’t bring towels alway we have to call it’s my last time to stay in it I have tried many time to check out early and get refund but I am not lucky I did not get any response from the hotel through you

Air conditioning was not working for 2 days and nights in the month of July with temperature of 45 degrees. Hotel room were so hot. WiFi does not work properly, comes and goes.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the Dubai metro, which makes it very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and every day they left us bottles of water. The housekeeper was very attentive to my room, 3006, which had an incredible view from the 30th floor.

Customer service was terrible and charged tax money more than it was showing at the booking time.

MAHMOUD the duty manager went out of his way to make sure my room was clean, when i cecked in i had to change my room due to the fact was dirt, Housekeeping they did not do a great jon in cleanning always something missing , carpet not clean. not enough towels , etc...Bell staff were great ...

Hotel was great, Can definitely say it is a busy hotel. Metro station within walking distance was definitely a plus for our trip and very easy to understand. Checking in did take some time but once everything situated we was able to get our correct room.

Easy to access l, nice views of Dubai. Hotel room service was really poor. Only provided one towel for 4 people in bedroom apartment with two toilets. Never cleaned the room and next day when room was serviced they took all the towel away and when asked it took them nearly two hours to find and provide the towels.

It was an awesome experience living at Mercure. The rooms were massive. The view from our 38th floor was amazing. However we did face a few problems with room service for ex when asked for a few things it took a very long time to be delivered. The rugs in the room were never vacuumed. I’m sure if we asked they would have done it right away but it’s something that should be done anyway.

Overall pleasant stay. Great breakfast options. 24 Hours Market, Pharmacy, Doctor on Call, Day & Night Restaurant, Cafe, Trip Planner, Car Rental, Small Prayer Area, Elevator wait too long, however there are 5 Per Floor. Go up if down taking a while. Taxi & Private Taxi on-site. Walking distance to Restaurants, Mosque, Train Station Etc. Bathtub leaks water around. Sofas not very clean. Helpful staff overall.

Está muy bien localizado, al lado de una estación de metro. Las suites son super espaciosas y lindas, las camas son super cómodas, el personal es excelente, tienes muchísimos servicios y tiendas. Solo deben mejorar en la limpieza y en tener toallas disponibles.

We booked a Prestige Suite Room 3120. There was nothing prestige about it. The room was dusty, floors were not clean, sofas, rugs, and tables were stained, both bathrooms had no hand soap, had to beg and wait for room essentials such as body towels, water from the shower was leaking out towards the toilet and sink, service was very slow (had to wait 30-45 minutes for towels and iron/ironing board), they would remove used towels from the room during service and never replace them, the lifts were not working (my wife was stuck in an elevator between two floors for at least 30 minutes), light bulbs in the room were burned out and never replaced even after bringing it to the attention of the service staff, on the last day of our stay there was no hot water in the sink or shower, apparently a water pipe broke on the 9th floor, and many things in the room were loose and/or broken. The only positive of this hotel is the grand breakfast buffet and the Metro being within walking distance. My family and I did not enjoy our stay. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Nothing is of 4 star worth. I would not recommend this hotel even if they offered me free stays.

I stay here a lot and generally am very happy however this stay service was extremely poor-had to request clean towels every day, old towels taken but not replaced, no drinking water each day, had to request Very disappointing

Stayed for 4 nights with my family and a baby. The room looked good initially, but on further inspection we saw that it was really not clean at all especially for a baby. The couch was extremely dirty and many spots, the counter tops/sinks were stained and dirty. We found trash from previous guests under the living room center table and hair stuck to bathroom wall. It would take forever to connect to house keeping, and for anyone to actually bring us anything we requested for (extra water, towels, cutlery etc). We had the manager come in and inspect with us and assured us everything will be cleaned, but we were not very happy with the stay overall. Keep in mind, there are over 1000 rooms, so room service requests can take a long time. Few positives are location is convenient, close proximity to the station stop and 24 hr shop. Overall, not the best experience for us.

All good, really good but, but the lifts are a disaster, there were crowds and it could take 20 minutes from the 40th floor to the Ground floor

Suite size was great. Location was great for Metro. However, I found the public facilities to be insufficient for such a big hotel - not enough lifts, and the breakfast room was like a cattle market with too many people!

1000 rooms, not enough elevators, this hotel is an adventure in queuing; from chk in to b'fast, check out to elevator waits. oh and if there is an error by check in staff, expect to have yr card blocked; thats apparently 'policy' despite leaving a deposit. ps no towels in room

Hotel is generally ok, neverthless, the management has no point to help their clients, i informed them thatbi was going to check out 1 day earlier, at least 2 days ago since my programme was changed but they charged me for full stay for no reason, since they got my credit card details..

The hotel is located closer the metro. The check in wasnt smooth. Had to spend two hours as they did not have a clue of the payements. Staff kept saying different things about payement. This shows they had no communication with expedia. The cleanliness wasnt great. They need to improve in this. When you was your face the water splashes behind the basin. We had to use a towel to stop the water getting to the back. We paid for a suite but the balcony wasnt available the doors were locked as the glass was brocken.

Worst experience ever. Checkin was delayed. I was asked to pay double the amount what was shown on my voucher for local tax. We literally follwed up for 2 days to get the iron and iron board. Electric kettle was not working. When i received the iron after two days it was not working. Lifts are busy all the time. Breakfast is not good either the restaurant is like a fish market with no one to get you a seat. Valet service is time taking. Literally you have to struggle for everything you need from the hotel as if you are staying there for free. The only person good was Umer Abbasi the duty manager who helped me for whatever i need. I do not recommend this hotel to families.

My recent stay at the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites and Apartments was disappointing. While the building is impressive and the rooms are well-designed, several critical aspects of the hotel fall short of expectations for a 4-star rating. The service is subpar, with a noticeable lack of cooperation between team members. Housekeeping is poorly managed, often leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The overall hotel management appears to be lacking, as the staff, especially at the reception, were rude and inexperienced. The SPA services were also below standard. The hotel feels unmanaged, with a general sense of indifference from the staff. This experience was far from what one would expect from a 4-star hotel, and I would rate it as 1 or 2 stars at best. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The property is good. The location is very good. There are 2 serious issues with this hotel. 1. Not allowing self parking and vallet parking waste allot of time. 2. We booked a room for 2 adults but they served only 1 bottle of water even when we asked for 2 they delivered 1 botle. Beside this, we Ordeted food in room they brought the wrong item and the replacement, which was agaun the wrong item took very long.

For my booking option the bed size was small

Hot water was suddenly coming very hot in the hand shower. Was not even/consistent. Shd be fixed.

Awful service, busy elevator , awful room service

Beyond the stay itself, the staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay beyond the usual requirements. Good facilities and large rooms.

The hotel staff ruined the whole experience and impression of Dubai. There are no self parking available for guest so you have to give your car for the valet. The last day of our vacation we gave our car for parking and one hour later when we ask our car back we noticed the damage. Hotel staff denied that it was them, but refused to show the security cameras because of the law. (I asked for specific time frame, 2:40-2:50pm because it would be very clear to see that the car was not damaged when we dropped it off for parking).However two hours later they managed to take a video and show me the video from the other night 7pm and stated that this is when we came back with the damaged car (nothing I could see in that video because it was poor quality and dark). When I ask them why you showed me the video from the other night when I cannot see anything but refusing to show the video from this day when I am sure I will see whether the car was damaged or not the security person said that he is braking the law and he will not show me anything. By car rental I was required to do a police report if anything happened to a car, I had a trouble calling the police and hotel staff refused to cooperate. They said I cannot use their phones to call the police. Later I managed to call the police, the officer ask the security person whether it was them or not, security showed him the video for 5 secs from his phone I don’t even know from which day and officer said ok. Be aware people

The property is very nice although showing its age a little. That said it's a true 4 star and good value. The only real complaint I would have is the loud traffic noise being near a highway. Even on the upper floors (I was on floor 35) the traffic was substantially loud. Fortunately I'm not very sensitive to the noise but many would be.

Friendly staff was the most impressed part

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were extraordinary, Mohamed Elatik the rooms division manager was super helpful also, and there’s one particular front office duty manager he speaks French Arabic and English I can’t seem to remember his name I just refer to him as the guy that speaks French, he was amazing from my first day checking through out my one month stay. When next I’m visiting Dubai I’ll definitely stay at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel and Suites. This time I’ll pick the name of the French Arabic English speaking front office duty manager. Thanks Mercure.

Need to be more clean

Hotel policy is not smoking but it looks like the policy is not tight enough with some guests smoke in their rooms which drifted in my room .

Overall a good clean hotel. Nice location. The check-in process was quick, however they took 40 mins to check out.

The hotel is next to the train station. House cleaning is barely minimum - linens were not changed daily and towels looked depressed and worn.The facility needs some facelift.

Room was very spacious. Staff were friendly. Like the convenience of having essential amenities within the hotel.

I am going regularly and stays at different hotels in dubai , sometime twice in months,, this is the first hotel who asked for cash deposit despite I already paid the fees online !!!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were big and clean. Great location and close to metro. The cons: toiletries were below average (e.g. one product for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, no soap bars, no body lotion, no area for leaving your own products) design of shower is bad where water can spill over to the floor) they give you bottled water so you need to keep asking for water to your room, no water fountain stations at the lobby, the staff arranging for cabs is aggressive about using their own cabs vs. Uber, you can’t take food from buffet to your room so you need to eat there (I get why but still annoying) the AC system is flawed (where the air comes from the ceiling down to the couch is a bad spot and can cause you to get cold) the food at the cafe at the lobby is overpriced (The sandwiches were ok but the donuts were old so don’t get them)

Massive rooms, very comfortable and clean. Staff really helpful in all aspects. Good for unmarried couples as well. metro station is a minutes walk from the hotel. Super convenient.

Very clean and comfortable with great service - there was emergency water maintenance that went on for quite some time, but otherwise great stay for excellent value

Staff is the main problem of this property, they have 3 elevators for service and still they use the guests elevators which makes the gusts wait for long time. The front desk staff especially mostafa need a lot of training on how to be fast and also how to be more friendly with the guests. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again

Avoid by all means. Dirty rooms, terrible services, huge queues for elevators, painfully slow internet (you have to pay to speed it up)) and overall I’ve never thought 4 starts in a great area of Dubai can look like that. Lobby and reception are is always overcrowded and gives vibes of a train station.

Best location. Right next to the metro station. With a mini market inside the hotel, very convenient!!!

Conveniently located next to the Metro with a mini supermarket downstairs and another across the road. Plenty places to eat within walking distance. Staff is friendly but slow. Gym is nicely equipped with a nice view across the city while you workout. Elevators are fast and plenty (still have to wait at peak times). Hotel has restaurants on property (didn’t try them though). Overall it’s a nice area to stay.

Hotel rooms was clean, however the service was very bad it took more than 2 hours to get my request done which was some plates!!!

Awesome hotel with great rooms and great views. The suites are really spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and regularly checks whether guests need anything. In terms of location, you can get to some restaurants nearby and one of the biggest positives is that the metro station is a 30 second walk from the side entrance. The only tiny downside is that when it gets crowded, it becomes difficult to get in touch with the front desk because there's a queue. It's not a deal breaker by any means but I would recommend adding more staff when possible - especially during the busy hours. There's also a Starbucks, a bar and a grocery store for snacks on the ground level (inside the hotel) which is really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm pretty sure my room had bed bugs. I have bites on my hand, arm and one on my face!
