Hotel bien situé permettant d’aller à pied au pied de Santa Monica et sur 3rd street promenade. Nombreux parkings autour de l’hôtel plus avantageux que le voiturier. On peut ensuite rejoindre très rapidement les autoroutes qui permettent de partir de Los Angeles

Excellent location. Nice to have a gym and swimming pool area. Breakfast being included helped out after three weeks travelling. Room spacious enough for a family of three. Complimentary coffee. Helpful staff.

Me dieron una habitacion con una cama y un sofacama sucio, y en mal estado. Yo habia reservado una habitacion con dos camas grandes no con un sofa. Mi hijo durmio fatal las tres noches.

A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, pár száz méterre az oceán parttól. Santa Monica csodállatos.

Europai szemmel nézve snassz reggeli, műanyag pohár, műanyag evőeszköz, papir tányér, de ez más hasonló szállodákban is megfigyelhető az USA ban sajnos. Nem érdemes reggelit rendelni a szoba foglaláshoz. A szoba tiszta, de a komforttól messze áll.

Klika stołków i bar na cały hotel. Syn po śniadaniu się zatruł i tyle. Basen również na folderze wygląda ok a jak poszliśmy to dramat brudno leżaki metalowe obskrobane nawet baliśmy się skorzystać.

I am writing this review based strictly on my pre-arrival communication with the property, which is vital information for future guests who may need assistance prior to checking in. Due to a personal emergency, I reached out to the hotel six days prior to my arrival to request a modification to my dates. Unfortunately, the communication from the management was highly concerning. Initially, the hotel provided inaccurate information, stating they had no ability or authority to assist me and directing me back to the booking platform. The booking platform's support team clarified that the hotel does, in fact, retain full control over booking modifications. After this initial exchange, the hotel ceased all communication. The booking platform sent three separate formal requests on my behalf over the course of several days, and the hotel ignored all of them. They also ignored my direct messages asking for a simple confirmation of their decision. While I cannot speak to the quality of the physical rooms, future guests should be aware that if you encounter an issue or need to communicate with management prior to your stay, the customer service and responsiveness are virtually non-existent.

The room was a good size, but that was the only thing I liked about the accommodation. The soundproofing was terrible—I could hear everything from the room above and the room next door.

The hotel is located right on the edge of a neighborhood with significant social challenges. From the hotel, you can clearly see life unfolding on the other side of the railway tracks, and homeless people often remain on the sidewalk near the entrance. I found it particularly unsettling that the breakfast room is fully visible from the street. Sitting there enjoying breakfast while people outside appear to be struggling creates a rather uncomfortable contrast. The only staff member who genuinely made me feel welcome was a mature gentleman working the morning shift. The rest of the team were polite but seemed disengaged and lacked the warmth one hopes to find in hospitality. Overall, the hotel left me with a rather sad feeling. It’s a property with real potential, and I believe that, with stronger leadership and a greater focus on both the guest experience and staff engagement, it could become a much more welcoming place.

The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and I love the location.

Some of the items in the room were a bit dated and I wish the TV was bigger or mounted on the wall. We had two queens and if you’re in the bed next to the window, it’s hard to see the TV. The guy at the front desk upon checking out, seemed very uninterested and was very dismissive and rude. He took my key and didn’t say anything. I asked him about the final cost. He just seemed very uninterested in being there the gentleman at the valet was a lot more cheerful

Flott ki-és becsekkolás, nagyok hamar visszajött a kaució. Tisztaság volt, minden nap takarítottak, kávéfőző a szobákban illetve a recepciónál korlátlan kávé és tea. A reggeli jó volt, bár hiányzott a zöldség. A környéken sok a hajléktalan, drogos, de kulcskártyával nyílt a szálloda ajtaja illetve mindig volt biztonsági őr is, semmi probléma nem volt. Nagyon közel található egy Target és a metró az utca túloldaláról indul LA downtown-ba.

The facilities were nice.

Confusing experience with billing and check in. Booking.com says I need to contact the hotel for the invoice but I got told the opposite. The first hotel I've ever been to where I had to leave without one. They also double charged me for the booking.

Good service and support because I had some troubles on check out time, the hotel helped me on that. Also perfect day on hot tube with my baby. Good location just in front of metro.

Hilfe beim Gepäck gibt es keine ! Parken kostet 65$ am Tag excl. Steuern Die Klimaanlage bzw. Belüftung kann man nie ganz abdrehen ! Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen! Als wir als vierköpfige Familie an der Rezeption nach Klopapier gefragt haben wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Klopapier leider aus ist! Es wird auf Booking.com in den Kommentaren immer geschrieben dass Fahrrad für 4 Stunden ausborgen gratis ist -> das ist leider eine Lüge

na doručku, nema odvajanja otpada - plastični pribor i čaše, kartonski tanjuri, biootpad - sve se baca u isti kontejner također, nema nikakvih narezaka za doručak (sir, šunka i sl) mali problem su i brojni beskučnici koji se motaju oko ulaza navečer

The floors were the only thing that didn’t look very clean in the room

The location was great. Very central and waking distance from Santa Monica Pier and the Mall. Jacuzzi, gym and metro across the road were an advantage.

The breakfast options. Some green salad, cucumber and tomatoes would have been nice options for the digestion. The advertised price to what I paid were inconsistent! They didn’t clean our room everyday and we also made sure to take the sign off!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Monica for five months on a work assignment. Living in a hotel for that long can be challenging, but the entire team there made it an absolute pleasure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from day one. Their warm, accommodating nature truly helped make my extended stay feel like a genuine home away from home. Special thanks to: Ian, Matt, Guinevere, Claribel, Darlene, Trevon, and Alicia. Also a huge shout out to the fantastic parking crew who took great care of me and my car every single day! You all rock especially Kai, Michael, Jorge, and Carlos!!!!

Breakfast was good

There was a gentleman on the reception the next morning, very nice man, very professional and he has made our visit more pleasant than it would have been. He helped us get the coins for laundry and apologized for accident next morning, by reducing rate. Breakfast was good, you wouldn’t think at the first glance but was actually healthy and coffee/ tea is complementary. Location is great, just 200m from the Pier, we loved it.

Several things actually; too pricy hotel for what you get. At the check in, there was the rudest lady behind the desk, fed up with us, with life I assume. My husband was not allowed to do check in on my name, he waited more than 2 hrs in the lobby as arriving before us. She was very arrogant even when I arrived. It was on 25.6.2026 around 4pm. Managers should organize some customer service behavior trainings. In the morning we got a leakage in the bathroom through the sink out of nowhere. We had like 10 second to pick up our belongings before dirty water going over. The plumber came as this is normal thing, so I assume it is happening regularly, probably they were cleaning upper floor and it broke out.

Clean and good location

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was lacking. The valet staff did not acknowledge us at all, and I actually had to go inside and ask whether the valet service even belonged to the hotel because no one greeted or assisted us. The front desk experience was no better and had an attitude. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. They simply stared at us when we walked in, and I had to initiate the conversation by saying I was there to check in. The breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

The location was first class. You are a stones throw from the metro which is a direct line into downtown LA. Great size room with very comfortable beds and facilities. Very pleasant staff and an overall chilled vibe.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down though, not the greatest of selections. The use of paper plates and plastic cutlery felt a bit cheap and lazy. Could do with a change machine in the laundry for quarters, was advised on a couple of occasions that the reception didn't carry them and you'd need to get them from a shop nearby. Minor gripe, didn't affect the stay.

It has nothing to do with the property but all the extra taxes was a bit of a surprise to me although I’m pretty sure I read about it when booking, it just added more than I anticipated.

Otelin kahvaltısı güzeldi. Yatak rahatlığı ve temizliğide gayet iyiydi. Sürekli lobide kahve ve çay ikramdı. Güvenli hissediyorsunuz, tekrar kalınabilir.

Yürüme çoğu yere gidilmiyordu, sadece Santa Monica iskelesine yürünüyordu.

Tres bon hôtel belle chambre confortable tres bonne literie au calme. Distributeur de boissons chaudes a l'accueil tres appréciable (café thé chocolat). Le petit déjeuner est correct tres bon jus d'orange il a le mérite d'exister cest tres appréciable car aux Us peu d'hôtel le propose 😁 bien situé tres proche des plages 10mn a pied, des liaisons de bus tout a côté pour sillonner.. le trajet 1dollar par personne pour aller a Los Angeles 1h de bus mais cest agréable 👍 il ya le train métro direct pour le musée d'histoire naturelle superbe ..en bas de l'hôtel un atout ..un balcon top pour prendre le café..pleins de restaurant autour à quelques minutes a pied ..supérette a proximité immédiate. La plage Venice beach a 10mn en bus superbe. Si je dois revenir a Los Angeles je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel 👍 pas de supplément a la sortie..

La proximité des sans abris pas mal mais la Sécurité de l'hôtel est top cartes pour rentrer..vite plein pour les places du petit déjeuner mais cela reste assez fluide les places se libèrent ..Caution élevée 480 dollars pour 6 nuits mais non débitée ..
