Beklediğimden çok daha iyi bir deneyimdi.Oda gayet temiz.Tuvalet ve duş çok iyi durumda su anında sıcak akıyor.Konum olarak zaten daha iyi bir yer bulunamaz.Bundan sonra başka yere gitmeyeceğim.Teşekkürler

Very attentive and prompt staff. Nice area very good food. Location is wonderful.

Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unglaublich gut. Sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, Konditoreien in nur wenigen Gehminuten (oder sogar Gehsekunden) erreichbar. Durch die Straßenbahnlinie T1 (Karaköy oder Tophane), die nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist, ist man sehr gut an das öffentlich Netz angebunden. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Klimaanlage sowohl zum Heizen als auch zum Kühlen. Negativ: Aufgrund der vielen Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, ist bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens recht laute Musik zu hören. Die Fenster des Aparthotels dämmen zwar recht gut, jedoch hört man doch noch etwas durch. Also nichts für Personen, die einen leichten schlaf haben. Die Sauberkeit der Böden lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Im Stiegenhaus wurden mehrmals Kakerlaken gesichtet, was natürlich auch sehr sehr unangenehm war. Es ist im Zimmer zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden was sehr positiv ist, jedoch funktioniert die Fernbedienung von diesem Fernseher nicht. Daher keine verwendung möglich.

Great apartment in a very busy area by Galata port. The only downside is the noise from the surrounding bars. If you are a light sleeper do not stay there . Music goes on until 4am.

Place is situated on top of restaurants and bars. We stayed 6 nights. Great location to move around the city overall. Not your average hotel, its just rooms, youll ask for towels which you will get. However, cleaning is not going to happen. Its one person who operates it. Its also loud at night you can hear music so of you sleep by 10 maybe not great. It continues through out midnight. With that said id stay again because of the location overall. Room was nice, comfy, AC, wifi is good. Music didnt bother us to much, we were out until midnight.

A great base for exploring Istanbul in a good central location. I even had a view of the Bosphorus! I was able to walk comfortably to most of the places I wanted to go and the ferry stops aren't too far away. The local area is quite lively, with plenty of excellent food options from morning to night. I didn't find it a problem as I am a heavy sleeper, but the late night music played in the bars may not suit some people. I would definitely consider staying again if I come back to Istanbul!

Bon séjour de 10 jours dans cet hôtel qui se présente plus comme un appartement. La chambre est moderne comme dans une chambre d’hôtel, l’hôte est très réactif. Le seul point négatif est que le quartier est vraiment bruyant on entend encore la musique à 4h du matin.

The location is amazing.It was a little difficult locating the actual entrance as there are busy pavement restaurants on either side of it but once found it was a real gem. The area is really vibey and everything is within walking distance. Will definately stay there again.

Fiyat performans açısından muhteşem. Konumu mükemmel. Eşyalar yeni. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Çevresinde çok fazla eğlence mekanı olduğu için geç saate kadar ses oluyor ancak o kadar da sorun değil.

Wir waren da für 5 Tage. Preis Leistung war Top, der Besitzer war 24h erreichbar. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Otelde ekstra kapalı kapısı kilitli bir oda vardı otelde bir takım eksiklikler vardı örneğin su ısıtıcısı yoktu ve dolapta 1 şişe bile su yoktu otel yenilendik bir takım eksikliklerimiz var diye belirtti onun dışında konumu gayet iyi

Konum müthiş karaköy merkezde kaldırımda kalsan 100 tl isterler herhalde.. Odalar temiz çalışanlar ilgili yardımsever.Tercih edilebilir.

Место исключительно на одну ночь, вроде бы близко к набережной, но по сути это пром зона, стройка, какой-то грохот постоянно. Сам по себе номер неплохой, но он ужасно прокурен, для некурящих - невыносимо, ощущение брезгливости меня не покидало. Прямо под отелем - клуб или кафе, громкая музыка, а рано с утра грохот промзоны. Но отмечу нормальный завтрак в номер и спасибо ребятам на ресепшн, которые дождались нашего позднего заселения.

Based on the photos and reviews, I was expecting a really good experience, however, it was not the most comfortable stay I have ever had. Due to the mosquitoes, we could not sleep well. Maybe it was the season, but you can see the tracks of previous ones on the walls. If we look at the bright side, we are now experts on catching them easily:p Also there is damp in the rooms. The breakfast was not bad though. I would not stay there again.

A estadia teve um ótimo custo-benefício. A localização é muito boa, próximo ao ponto de tram.

Маленький, чистенький отель с неназойливым и дружелюбным персоналом. Все необходимое есть, деньги за это просят весьма умеренные. Очень удачное расположение - посреди уютных ресторанных улочек, недалеко от причала. Завтрак нехороший, но с учетом цены за ночь этим спокойно можно пренебречь и завтракать в куче заведений поблизости.

To simply put it the hotel was amazing,location service staff, it was such a great experience for me to discover this part of Istanbul, we wanted to change our room to a smaller one due to cancellation from the rest of the group and the staff were super helpful,one thing is the place doesn’t have an elevator and with people who have luggage getting it up there was kind of difficult, the hotel is best suited for younger people as the area if full of restaurants and bars.

The location is tucked away yet very close to the Tophane tram stop allowing for convenience to get around to Taksim Square or the Sultanahmet areas, lots of cafes and shops. room, Rome, was comfortable, had view of water. Can be a bit loud especially on weekend nights.

Great location but the two bedroom unit was too small for 4 people. Booked for 7 nights but moved to a hotel after 3 nights.

Bölge malesef biraz gürültülü, ama müessese orda eski bir müessese... o gürültü onlara davetsiz misafir gibi gelmiş halde, otelin bu konuda malesef yapabileceği birşey yok, uyurken gürültüleri duymuyorsanız konum ve hizmet itibariyle 4-4’lük bir konaklama fasilitesi..

Konumu çok iyi fakat biraz gürültülü. Otelin konsepti çok güzel. Çalışanlar ilgili. Fiyat performans İyi̇. Tercih edilebilir

Otel gayet temiz ve bakımlı, çalışanlar yardımcı. Gece hayatı canlı bir konumda olduğu için gürültüye aşırı hassaslar rahatsız olabilir (biz hiç olmadık)

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorragende Lage umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés.

Muhteşem lokasyon

Nice neighborhood. Lot of nice bars restaurant. The tram is right around the corner to go to Sumtanahmed.

メトロ（路面電車）T1のトプハネ（Tobhane）駅から至近。再開発しておしゃれなバーやレストランが並ぶ小道のドアのブザーを押して中から開けてもらって入る。アパートの一部屋貸しのような形。賑やかな地域なので、昼も夜もうるさいですが、バーなどでくつろぎたい人には向いている。部屋の設備は悪くないが、自分がチェックインした時はトイレの水が流れなかったりするなど不具合があったので、英語でコミュニケーションをとれると良い。トルコリラが弱くて安い時には激安に感じられる。

The concept and ambiance is great, and an overall good experience, the location is also great (but the door is a little bit not that visible, there is also no lobby, so ask the nearby restaurant waiters when you reach the location). The good: Clean, great location, in the heart of the Karakoy district, which is a very lively place, the maps are gorgeous (if you are into mapping or geography). The not so good: The standard room is very small (I wouldn't recommend it for anyone other than solo travelers, I believe deluxe rooms are larger), the entrance is not car accessible (not a major topic, the nearest point is around 50~100 meters away, but if you have large luggage, prepare yourself or call the hotel to arrange for someone to help you), there is no ground rooms or an elevator (if you are an elder or have special needs, be prepared to take the stairs often).

Herşeyi ile çok güzel bir otel

Four of us stayed at a roomy 4 beds room. We love it. There are many bars and restaurants downstairs. It is clean and convenient location to all parts of the city. We loved the breakfast on bed too. We will stay there again.

L'albergo è situato in una viuzza ricca di localini dallo stile più internazionale rispetto al resto della città, comunque molto carini. La fermata della metro di Tophane è a due minuti a piedi e si raggiunge agevolmente qualsiasi zona della città in pochi minuti. Io ho soggiornato nel mese di maggio e la notte, specie nei fine settimana o nei giorni di festa, la musica si sentiva in camera: la stanchezza accumulata durante il giorno mi permetteva di dormire comunque, ma chi ha problemi ha prendere sonno farebbe meglio a dotarsi di tappi per le orecchie. Le pulizie delle camere venivano fatte ogni giorno, cambio lenzuola incluso. Il gestore si è mostrato sempre disponibile con una sola pecca: quando ho chiesto informazioni su un eventuale collegamento per il ritorno dall'albergo all'aeroporto Sabiha Gokcen mi ha detto che il prezzo era "50". Convinto si trattasse di 50 lire turche ho accettato, ho invece scoperto dall'autista una volta arrivato in aeroporto che intendeva 50 euro. Al netto di tutto ciò è una struttura comoda ed economica che consiglierei.

Konum olarak harika bir yere sahip. İstanbul’un gezilecek her yerine rahat ulaşım imkani olan bir konumda. Ancak kafelerin tam içinde olduğu için geceleri hayli gürültülü oluyor. “İstanbul’u gezeyim, uyumaya bi yatak olsun yeter.” diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Onun dışındaki beklentilerinizi düşük tutmanızı öneririm.

Otelin oda düzeni ve imkânları yeterli. Banyo kismi biraz daha bakım istiyor. Konumu, özellikle İstanbul'un gece yaşantısıni hissetmek için mükemmel. Ancak dinlenmek ve uyumak icin uygun degil. Baştan bunu gözönünde bulundurmak yararlı olacaktır. Sonuç itibariyle eglencenin ortasında, Karaköy'de, güvenle kalinabilecek küçük bir otel.

Es ist nirgends deutlich genug ausgeschrieben, somit mussten wir erstmal rumfragen bis wir das Hotel gefunden haben. Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte dort und kein einziges mal wurde geputzt oder Handtuch gewechselt. Dusche war absolut dreckig und eklig.

Konumu çok güzeldi biraz gürültülü ortamına konum itibariyle katlanabilir temizliği çok iyiydi.

Oda son derece temiz ve konforluydu. Otelde harita teması kullanılmış, son derece şık duruyor. Kahvaltısı gayet lezzetliydi. Konumu Karaköy’ün hareketli sokaklarından birinde merkezi bir yerde. Ulaşım çok kolay, tramvay ve metroya yakın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Great hotel with nice design.

Als wir angekommen sind dürfen wir erst mal an eine Bar Straße stehen mit unseren Koffer. Vor der Hoteleingangstüre stande ein Tisch und Stühle von einem Restaurant/Bar die erst mal von den sitzenden Kunden verschoben werden mussten damit wir zur Hoteleingangstüre ran kommen. Nach dem wir geklingelt haben und etwa 10 min dort draußen im Regen gewartet haben und schon über Expedia die Nummer von der Rezeption gesucht haben wurde uns die Tür von einen Herren der alleine an der Rezeption war geöffnet. Diese war ein verschlossener Raum im 1.OG das nur durch Treppen laufen erreichbar war. Dort wurde uns alles erklärt über das Zimmer und dem Zugang zur Hoteleingangstüre wie z.b das das jeder Gast ein Code hat den man an der Hoteleingangstüre eingibt und damit Zugang hat in das Hotel. wir wurden hoch in das Zimmer begleitet wo wir wiich der 2 Stockwerke mit unseren Koffern Treppen steigen durften. Das Hotelzimmer war eine pure Katastrophe die z Zimmertüre und der Türrahmen waren voller Einbruchsspuren, die Matratze war Stein hart, die Dusche hatte Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, es war laut da unten überall Restaurant und Bar‘s waren und die Bettwäsche war verfleckt. Nach 15 min Aufenthalt im Hotelzimmer haben wir unsere Koffer genommen und haben ausgecheckt. Das einzigste positive ist das Stadtteil Beyoğlu in dem sich das Hotel befindet wiel man von dort aus überall gut hin kommt ansonsten das Hotel ein Flop.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, İstanbul'un gezilip görülmesi gereken yerlerine çok rahat ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı olması gerektiği gibi ve otel tertemiz.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, mekanlara çok yakın olsa da çok rahatsız edecek derecede müzik sesi gelmiyor. Yataklar rahat fakat 2 kisilik yatak istemiştik 2 tane tekli yatağı birleştirmişler o biraz rahatsız etti. Otelde havlular ve çarşaf temizdi. Kalorifer olması çok iyiydi ama klima merkezi sistemdi o yüzden gece sadece kaloriferle ısındık. Karaköy'de kalınabilecek uygun otellerden bir tanesi.
