This charming boutique hotel offers a wonderfully friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The location offers a hassle-free connection with easy access to both Wembley Stadium and the city center. The lounge included handy coffee and tea making facilities for a relaxing morning. Great Perks was having access to free parking took all the stress out of arriving and exploring the area. Highly recommended if you want a cozy stay with excellent hospitality and perfect transport links

Continental breakfast was average , I would rather to pay more for full English breakfast

The dinning area was welcoming, I was able to sit and do some work on my computer, with good WiFi access, free coffee available from the machine.

Room smelt a bit damp, bathroom decor needs some attention. Hairdryer stopped working, ? Overheating. A lot of noise with doors banging until near gone midnight.

We came for the bon jovi concert, and the staff had left us a complimentary vip basket of snacks and drinks and a printed letter with really useful info on getting to and from Wembley

The aircon was very noisy so couldn't be used

The breakfast was good with a cute lounge area. The single room is a box room so opt for a bigger room if required

Room is comfortable. Customer service is excellent. Free breakfast was a bonus. Great to also have access to coffees from the machine. The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood and near Tesco express. It is a 15 minute walk to Golders Green station.

I booked a deluxe double Room and it was too small for 2 people. The shower was also small and uncomfortable.

מיקום הטלויזיה בחדר 17 לא הגיוני. הוא בצד של המיטה ואי אפשר לשכב ולצפות. מעבר לזה יש יותר מ 100 תחנות ואין אף תחנת ספורט!!! אין ארון לאחסן את הבגדים ופרטים מהמזוודה. לא היתה שקית לשים את הכביסה. (בפעם הקודמת שהייתי בחדר זוגי עם ארון הטלויזיה היתה ממוקמת במקום טוב והיתה שקית לכביסה).

Very good stay. Staff was helpful and the room met expectations, and the price includes parking and continental breakfast. Value for money. The room equipped with air-conditioner gave me a very good sleep in summer time.

The bathroom was a bit dated and needs some updates.

Re the first room (2 nights): Great space, modern and lots of natural light. Was very happy with my stay there. Re the second room (as I had to extend my stay by 1 night): generally fine but I think the room needs a bit of a touch up (see comments below).

Only constructive feedback is that the first room I stayed in didn’t have a few basic items (ironing board, iron and a properly working hair dryer (no heat)), which were listed as being in the room, but these are very small things. With regards to the second room, some of the plugs and electrical sockets were not working/charging and I think the room is in need of a bit of refurbishment.

No soft drink or beer facilities, kettle dirty, beds uncomfortable, mini fridge not cold, parking limited. Rooms old and tired. Garden a mess, with paint and access equipment parked.

I didn't like the lack of warm welcome and i was asked to re park my car even though it was perfectly in the parking spot. The hotel was having some work done, bare in mind check out is 11am, the worker asked me to move my car at 9.30am in the morning, couldn't sleep because the work man was banging on the building from 9am. I asked for some drinking glasses as we didn't have any in our room and the staff member said 'don't break them' I am a grown woman not a child. In future start the work at 11am when guests have checked out! The rooms were NOT clean, the shower was leaking everywhere and when we mentioned it the receptionist he wasn't bothered at all.

Есть завтрак классический, с 8.00 Персонал замечательный и очень вежливый. Чувство , как приехал отдыхать в Лондонскую деревушку с пением птиц по утрам и вечерней тишиной.

Не работает стоки воды в номере , кондиционер очень старый и очень шумный, требуется ремонт и замена многих деталей от крючков в ванной до шкафов привести в порядок.

Отличное расположение , рядом остановка , от которой можно добраться в центр , без проблем.Очень много магазинов и ресторанов ,в шаговой доступности ,с очень вкусной кухней и разнообразными блюдами. Кафе с отличным кофе . В гостинице был завтрак , но мы не успевали им воспользоваться , так как уезжали раньше открытия на экскурсии.Есть супермаркет и аптека ,все рядом. Очень тихая гостиница ,это огромный плюс ,очень чисто убирали и белоснежные полотенца всегда меняли по утрам, матрасы и подушки удобные высыпаться без проблем есть возможность, в ванной комнате был ремонт но не капитально. Персонал отзывчивый и реагирует мгновенно на любую просьбу.Все что указано на сайте есть в наличии.

К сожалению в гостинице все очень устарело и требуется ремонт : замена кондиционеров и стоков , так как вода долго не уходит при купании и в раковине, покрасить или заменить мебель в саду в номере с садом, территория хорошая , а использовать не хочется , так как все в плачевном состоянии. И обратили внимание , что ресепшен закрыт и посетители расстроены , что их не могут принять , а только в определенные часы и это нигде не указано.

It wasn’t the cleanest

I liked the decorations of the hotel, the interior is very pretty. Hotel is in a pretty good location, close to public transport and some shops.

I didn’t like how before I even used the bed there were hairs and bits on it. Also disliked how the towels were stained and had hair in it, cleanness is very important to me and I couldn’t accept this. I woke up to my whole body itching, never had this issue before. Only one socket out of the three worked in the room. I also booked two single beds for a room but when I got into the room, it was a double.

Broadly speaking it was a nice room and facilities, was clean and well provisioned. I would stay again.

The sockets next to the bed were broken or not working, caused me hassle as things I thought had been charging hadn't. Also the plug for the bath was missing so I couldn't unwind at the end of the day as I had wanted.

Good location for the tube, and the end of the M1. Spacious and clean room, complementary tea, coffee and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Shower was too hot, couldn’t turn down the temp in our room. Free parking was good if you got a space, if not there was little alternative. There were no knives at breakfast for toast etc, but I’m sure that would be a one off.

Staff were really amazing, the room was all we needed for a London pitstop.

The only thing I can say is, the room only had decaf coffee in it. But once I asked for normal coffee it was provided

Lovely clean hotel in a good loction.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Advised that breakfast was available from 8am but when we arrived around 8.20am there was only a selection of cereal and two types of bread. Not sure if more was available later on but we did expect to have the full breakfast selection available from 8am.

Nice comfortable room, the air conditioning was perfect and needed during the heat wave. Everything worked and was clean.

We stayed here to go to Harry Styles, the Friday evening we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30am and the door was unlocked so anyone could enter the hotel and there was no one on reception. The Saturday I went to Harry again and returned to the hotel at 12:30am, the door was unlocked again and no one was on reception. Anyone could walk in at any point and as a women travelling this made me feel quite uncomfortable

The air con was nice to come into the room too. The room seemed clean at first - but then when we went to the bathroom there was someone else’s hair all over the floor which was obvious to see and black hair clips.

As I said before - the hair on the floor and the hair clips. The bedside table plugs both end didn’t work - my mattress had the BIGGEST dip which was clearly a broken mattress on the side and I had to plump it up with the pink cushion we were given. I didn’t know this until midnight when we returned the hotel, as we came back from a concert. It was far too late to say anything as nobody was there - I had a very uncomfortable sleep. We also had a door that led to someone else’s bedroom and we could hear everything - wasn’t nice to hear and made my daughter anxious. Breakfast was very appallingly and very limited. Not worth the price we paid and will not be returning.

Very clean nice modern looking room, very cozy and homely!

Like the walls were made out of paper could hear everything going on, lots of people having s*x all night sounded as if it was in the same room, also king size bed was just 2 singles pushed together so kept on slipping between the 2 which was quite uncomfortable

Excellent bedroom with a superking size bed. Good size room. Room was very clean with good tea/coffee making facilities . Coffee machine in breakfast area with free coffee. Very attentive staff. Excellent location with travel to central London via tube. Bus stop for Brent Cross very close.

The room me and my two kids stayed in was a decent size, had a tv and a good working shower with a little mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool

I wouldn’t stay there if you want a good night sleep, the AC in the room didn’t seem to work, after going downstairs and letting them know they said they can not help and only let an engineer know the problem in the morning. I asked if they had a fan but they didn’t have one, it was really not nice for two young kids to be trying to sleep in that heat during the night. And when I was checking out the same guy who told me to leave a 5 star review didn’t ask how was your stay. Seems like they only care about getting a good review.

Lit double = 2 lits simples collés. Personnel qui comprend très mal ce qu’on leur demande. Hôtel et chambres très vieux et pas assez propre.

Great location to everything Golders Green has to offer. Comfortable room that could accommodate 3 adults. The staff were lovely to deal with and accommodated us with a later checkout. Due to our flight only being later in the evening they were also happy for us to continue using the communal facilities for the rest of the day as well as offered to look after our luggage if we left the hotel to explore.

המיקום ממש טוב . 5 דקות ממסעדות כשרות באיזור וממכולת כשרה.

החדר מאוד קטן ארוחת הבוקר בוטלה לנו ברגע האחרון. בדיעבד זה יצא טוב כי הלכנו לבית קפה כשר קרוב והאוכל היה ממש טעים שם.

Very comfortable room, a little on the small side but was excellent for what we needed. The bathroom is a bit dated but everything was clean. We had a patio door which opened to the garden. The two brothers who own the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us out after a very stressful journey.

Few noisy guests in the corridors at night but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Purtroppo la recensione non può essere positiva poiché nonostante la mia segnalazione di essere allergica alla polvere e in stato di gravidanza fatta via mail prima del mio arrivo, ho trovato una camera piena di cumuli di polvere su tutte le superfici, dietro la testata del letto e con ragnatele su tutti gli angoli della camera. Il soffione del bagno pieno di calcare e in pessime condizioni di usura. Sono molto delusa dal soggiorno perché nonostante mi avessero risposto che avrebbero fatto attenzione alla pulizia viste le mie condizioni, così non è stato. E farlo presente in loco sarebbe stata un'inutile perdita di tempo, visto che non era già servito a niente.

Little hotel in a calm neighborhood, close to the subway leading to the center of London. The place is really adapted if you’re here to visit London for a few days. The rooms were clean (&cleaned every day) and the staff was really professional. Small rooms but huge beds, shampoo & soap at disposal, AC and even tea&soluble coffee in the room for the morning.

If the other resident are noisy you might hear them, but nothing too bad.

Było brudno, pokój był nie odkurzony, na ziemi leżało dużo włosów. Wszystkie meble w pokoju były uszkodzone, szafa była bez drzwi, szafki nocne były urwane, a prysznic był ekstremalnie mały.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the location is great.

The room was dirty and there was a smell of mold in the corridors.

It's in a quiet location.

You can't get cold water in the bathroom tap, only hot or scalding. Very occasionally tepid, but def not safe to brush your teeth with or drink from. That was in 2 different rooms. The first room also had a hole in the mattress, which couldn't be explained. There is more, but really just think twice about your options.

I request a room with a bath, but unfortunately the bath was not clean with some hair inside , the bedsheets was not very clean make me and wife uncomfortable for bed time and on top of that the A/C when you turn on the heaters was making a lot of noise so we have to turn it off .

It was clean, very presentable and the staff were friendly. Great location too, not far from Golders Green bus/train station. Walking distance actually which was really handy.

A real bonus to have free , off street parking. On entering the hotel it was calm and quiet and the decor was nice. In the room there was a mini fridge along with tea & coffee facilities as well as a complimentary coffee machine downstairs.

I've stayed in 3 different rooms. Each one had its own flaws. Broken blind, broken window handle, tap that didn't work. Sone beds have no easy plug or light point. None have decent black out for morning light. Paper thin walls. The rooms are small (but adequate for a couple of nights for me and have all the basics needed)
