The air conditioner didn't work well, it was hot.

Great location and modern design

TV didn’t work. They placed the housekeepers in the unit next to ours and they kept going in and out slamming the door every time. Noisy.

The location is simply excellent, the room has everything, there is a washing machine and dryer. Very nice employees

La struttura è carina e le camere sono spaziose

Pulizia inesistente. In 3 giorni non hanno mai pulito, nonostante in bagno ci fossero capelli etc. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi e ce li siamo fatti cambiare più volte

Apartment was clean and light. Good location close enough to Ocean Drive and the nightlife but not too close and the area was quiet and relaxed. Staff were super friendly

Washer / Dryer was broken which was a major disappointment as we had been travelling for several days and wanted to do laundry. The Hotel could not get it fixed but they did offer a laundry service to us (for free) which was great but we had wanted to do this ourselves. A new room was offered to us but only on our 3rd day and that would have meant relocating all of our stuff, so it would have been nice if that was offered straight away

Duży pokój, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duża lodówka. Pralkosuszarka. Codzienne sprzątanie, uzupełniana woda do picia. Obecność basenu. Cichy, dobrze wygłuszony pokój. Dobra lokalizacja.

Za głośna muzyka na basenie. Niezbyt wygodne łóżko, trochę twarde. Mieliśmy przekonanie, że balkon jest większy, przynajmniej tak to wygląda na zdjęciach hotelowych, niestety nie bardzo jest możliwość, by spędzać na nim czas.

We asked for the same apartment we stayed in April,if available, and we were so happy that it was waiting for us! The pool was perfect. It is a really quiet building and neighborhood. Special mention for the housekeeping staff, so kind and professional, and the front desk personnel. Thank you Rob and the team.!

Ice machine was broken duuring our whole stay.

Not a great deal - very far out of town - super small room.

Shower leaked and flooded room every time. AC had a mind of its own and switched off a lot. Some staff members didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand coffee or water.

Good location. Clean.

If you write kitchen I expect also for a stove that was not there. A ketle we got after we requst.

The location is great, walking distance to Lincoln Road for shopping and dining. Valet was always prompt in bringing the car,

Shower was leaky, TV didn't allow Netflix

The TV’s in both the living area and the bedroom weren’t working. Tried to call down to reception to get this sorted and ended up through to an automated system and they never got fixed.

Location excellent short walk to south beach, very relaxed Atmosphere staff extremely helpful. Rooms really clean, this is a little gem of a hotel very up-to date facilities. Please Abea keep the high standard room maintained don’t let it slip away through time it was a pleasure to stay and we will be back most definitely. Note your room cleaner has excellent standards.

Very clean and well maintained. The apartment was a decent size and well equipped. The staff were always friendly and obliging. The pool was never too busy.

I liked everything. It’s not In the lively part of Miami Beach but it’s easy to get to.

extremely rude staff, Jessica made racial comments towards me, (told me i looked weird) made me feel extremely uncomfortable and belittled me on check-in only stayed an hour and checked out. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die stilvolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Unterkunft. Alles wirkt modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle ruhige Lage, nur ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Strand. Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe.

Für Miami leider normal, Valet Parking only. Das ist leider relativ teuer.

Everything was amazing; although couple things I would say is the power of the shower was very strong it was actually a bit sore as we stayed beside the street, we could hear everything it wasnt very sound proof Pool should be cleaned better also, so many dead flies in it and the net to get them out was broken, but rest of hotel was clean

ריח חזק של טחב בכל המלון, שטיחים ברצפה ובקירות. יצאנו מהמעלית בקומה לריח חזק של טחב. החדר לא היה נעים, וגם ען רעח חזק של טחב וחוסר אוורור. חרקים מעופפים בחדר, באמצע המקלחת המים הפכו לקפואים כך שאת הסבון גוף הורדנו עם מים קרח!! עלינו לראות את הבריכה (בגינה שלי יש בריכה גדולה יותר) ריח של טחבבבבב

הייתה בעיה במקרר נוזל מלא מים בתוכו וגם בשירותים בניקוז היה סתום וכמה פעמים הגיעו לבדוק ולא עשו כלום וכמה פעמים לא הגיעו בכלל לבקשתנו לא יכולנו להשתמש בשירותים בקיצור יום אחד עבר רק בטלפונים ולחכות בחדר לתיקונים עד שהעבירו אותנו חדר

I like the floor to ceiling windows. I like the air condition was really cold and I like the wash washer and dryer in the unit.

I didn’t like that the Paul closed at 8 PM. I think it would be nice if it stayed open till 10.

Atendimento excelente. Ótima localização. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e moderno. Funcionários muito prestáveis. Inclusive, o meu marido perdeu a carteira na porta do hotel no momento que deixamos o hotel e um dos funcionários encontrou e o hotel rapidamente nos devolveu a carteira intacta para o nosso país. Serviço 5 estrelas.

Como viajamos com um bebé, não gostamos do chuveiro vertical só com uma saída de água. Um chuveiro com opção de mangueira ou com possibilidade de uma torneira mais baixa seria melhor para os banhos para os mais pequenos.

Quiet and clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. In room laundry was great to have. Thank you for the loan of the umbrella. It’s about a half mile from east side of Miami Beach where the swimming beaches are.

Wish pool hours were longer.

Lovely apartment, had everything you need. Clean and tidy. Great little juice bar right next door to access. Roof top pool is a great refresher. Location is great of you want to stay away from the main south beach front, lovley walk into all the action. Would definitely recommend 👌

Everything was great! Love this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and has pretty much everything you can think of. In walking distance of stores or you can bike ride.

Apartamento perfeito, muito bem equipado. Hotel conta com um Joe and the Juice, que adoramos.

A única coisa é que as cortinas do quarto não vedam muito bem a luz da manhã.

posizione in un quartiere molto tranquillo, 15 minuti a piedi da ocean drive (un buon esercizio). non lontano dal divertimento ma ottimo per riposare. zona super tranquilla comoda per aeroporto e zona design e little havana. personale gentilissimo mi hanno aiutata in ogni modo. appartamentino senza fuochi ma con microonde e frigo, tavolo e tutto l’occorrente per mangiare. di fianco un whole foods con una buona gastronomia (caro ma come tutta miami).

non è nuovissima. avevo la terrace room e non vale granché la pena. sono piccolezze nel complesso è un’ottima soluzione
