For the discounted price the room was fair. The room had all the essentials. Location was good. I had a window.

The pictures online didn't represent the overall hotel very well.

The property was in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and sent a text to let us know our room was ready early. Clean and tidy. Great value for money.

Very centrally located close to shops and 2 MRT stations as well as the river. Room was fine as I was only using it for sleep I didn't need much

There was very loud drilling and construction from about 9pm until about 11pm. As reception is unstaffed from 7pm we had to contact them on the after hours number but they said they can't do anything. Another guest ended up having to call police to make a noise complaint.

La ubicación es muy buena y teniendo en cuenta los precios de los hoteles de la zona, por lo que vale no puedes pedir mucho mas.

A algunas zonas del hotel les falta mantenimiento. Las paredes de los pasillos tienen moho y parece un poco abandonado

Staff. The lady at reception had stayed past the closing time of 7PM and was very welcoming. Mohammed was very friendly and accommodating. Letting meet leave my bags and use the restroom after checking out. The location was great for local flavour and close to transport.

The information on Booking.com wasn’t clear that if you arrived outside of hours, there is a code that will be sent to you for entry and then self check in. I think this should be upfront. I eventually received this info from the hotel.

Location is very good, you can reach all tourist spots on foot. The rooms are simple but everything you need is there. Bathroom is working well. Breakfast is not at the same locations, but in another hotel about 200 m away. But that is ok and it was a small buffet.

Check-in was very difficult. We arrived after 7pm and there is nobody at reception. You have to take a selfie with an iPad provided, that needs to match you passport. It worked well for my friend but not for me. There is a phone number but nobody took the call. We tried for a long time with the fotos, about half an hour, and finally got the room key. This should be improved!

The location is great and the room size, while compact, was more spacious than some other compact hotel rooms. AC worked really well. Secure front door that needed key card access. Outdoor terraces were nice.

There was mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom. There was a sewer smell coming from the drains/toilet. The staff were virtually no existent. Self check in/ check out process was unnecessarily cumbersome

El hotel se encuentra a 10-15'min de la zona de Merlion caminando y tiene una parada de metro enfrente, con lo cuál, la ubicación es perfecta. Si después te quieres desplazar a los barrios, estás en un momento con el metro. La habitación es correcta y la limpieza también.

La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero para un par de días, no es problema!

Basic but all needed great location

Location is good, easy to walk from metro (from Airport) and NE line is so so close to hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out is easy too.

Toilet and shower is clear partition. Someone might feel unconfortable.

Bien situé. Chambre petite mais ce n était pas une surprise. Chambre bien aménagée. Possibilité de faire un thé ou un café, présence d’un frigo. Micro-ondes dans l entrée.

Personne pour le faire Check out. Les valises sont simplement laissées dans l entrée sans vrai contrôle.

The room was inadequate, the extractor fan wasn’t working and they didn’t nothing to help. The hotel room was dirty especially my sheets, it was clear the hotel was still under construction. I did reach out to someone but they weren’t helpful at all and did not care. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

I stayed here for 1 day - to get sleep between two long flights, so for me a room without window was ideal and budget-friendly. Bed was very comfortable, building was quiet and whole room was clean. Room even has a safebox, fridge and water heater. As a bonus hotel is only 30 minutes walk from MBS Skypark and Supertree Grow

El aire acondicionado del cuarto no funcionó bien, fue reportado, sin embargo continuó

​El hotel es súper cómodo y se encuentra en una ubicación súper céntrica, con una estación de metro o MRT al frente, solo cruzando la calle. Desde ahí puedes llegar a Clarke Quay totalmente a pie, recorriendo la maravillosa ciudad y los hermosos paisajes que este país te ofrece. ​Sobre la habitación, hay que tener en cuenta que es muy pequeña, pero esto es totalmente normal como ocurre con casi todas en el país de Singapur. El baño también tiene una particularidad: da la impresión de que al bañarse se va a mojar todo porque está a ras de suelo, pero en la práctica no es así, funciona muy bien y estaba súper limpio. ​Las personas en recepción son muy amables. Solo un dato importante a considerar: si llegas pasado a las 6 o 7 de la tarde, ya no hay personal en recepción y debes hacer el self check-in, pero la buena noticia es que este sistema es sumamente amigable y fácil de hacer.

Definitely worth noting that there is a night club directly below and it is VERY loud, especially if you have a window and are staying on the weekend. I wouldn’t stay here again because of it.

Siamo rimasti una sola notte di passaggio per Singapore, ma saremmo volentieri rimasti più a lungo! Posizione super centrale, comodo per arrivare anche a piedi in tanti punti di interesse. Stanza un po' piccola ma ben organizzata, molto pulita! Check in e check out molto semplici e veloci

Die Lage

Hatten Komfortzimmer gebucht. Davon war das Zimmer weit entfernt. Ganz kleines Bad . Nicht wirklich sauber. In der Beschreibung steht das man Frühstück dazubuchen kann . Auf Anfrage wäre es möglich gewesen aber nicht im Hotel sondern woanders. Dann biete ich sowas erst gar nicht an.

Das Zimmer war winzig, mit zwei großen Koffern konnte man nicht mehr auf dem Boden laufen. Außerdem war es schmutzig und wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

The area is nice, close to bus stop, metro stop and also close to Chinatown and a few shops, restos and convenience store.

The building is old but inside is renovated so it looks alright. But not clean at all, the wooden cabinet with the sink is all with mold and there is also an ant nest which caused the whole room to be full of ants. I’ve told the reception about it and they changed the bed sheets etc but the ants were still there since they didn’t resolve the ant nest problem.

The front desk guy was so nice and helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage for a bit longer after checking out.

My only complaint is that it took them a long time to reply to the WhatsApp messages and that was very frustrating for me.

-the location: very close to Bay area and Maxwell hawker centre. -small space was actually well used, e.g. storage under the bed, fridge under the little stairs, ladder a la hangers on the wall, etc. -entrance impression and nice staff

-humidity: place was extremely humid. my dry clothes got wet overnight despite strong AC airflow. While sleeping linen felt sticky. Also no additional air ventilation in bathroom. -AC: there was no option to redirect airflow somewhere else than bed, which made sleeping challenging. The airflow was also quite strong on the lowest settings. At the same time, this AC was not capable of removing humidity from the room. -mold: under the shower especially, and some other places in the bathroom. Also seen some inside AC. -acoustics: could hear neigbors quite well.

Modern and clean room. Very compact but smartly designed. Location is convenient.

Staff wasn’t that helpful or friendly. The room is a little too small for a professional who might need to use a desk. Also, there wasn’t a wardrobe to hang clothes. I’d say it’s a bit expensive compared to other choices in the area.

No hay personal, muchas cosas las puedes hacer tu como el check in, no fue un inconveniente tampoco la verdad, solo nos sorprendio

Excellente localisation : proche du quartier chinois et des quais, à distance pédestre du centre de conférence que je devais rejoindre chaque jour tout en découvrant la ville et la diversité des architectures et quartiers. Chambre très fonctionnelle même si dans un espace limité, literie de bonne qualité, propreté. IL me semble néanmoins utile de préciser que selon l'âge et la mobilité de la personne, cette chambre n'est pas adaptée car lit surélevé et espace limité autour du lit et dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner de qualité : il est aussi utile de préciser qu'il n'est pas servi sur place, mais dans le quartier à quelques rues.

Il me semble important de préciser lors de la réservation que le temps de présence du personnel à l'accueil est limité. Dans le cas d'un voyage professionnel, comme c'était mon cas, je n'ai donc pas eu l'opportunité d'échanger avec le personnel à l'accueil. J'ai eu quelques doutes lors de l'arrivée (entrée dans l'établissement et enregistrement pour la récupération de la clé) et lors du départ (payement). In fine tout s'est très bien passé car j'ai eu des échanges par SMS/WhatsApp, mais j'avoue que c'est quand même un peu stressant lorsque l'on n'est pas habitué à ce mode de fonctionnement. Il me semble important de mieux communiquer sur ce point qui peut être très dérangeant pour certaines personnes.

The location and the price.

The only thing I didn't like was as I had a room without a window there was no small light to put on to be able to see to the toilet. I had to leave a main light on.

Klein hok wat enorm gehorig was. We sliepen op de derde verdieping en toen mijn partner wat ging vragen bij de receptie kon ik dat op de kamer horen.

A clean bed and private room with ensuite. Checkin and out was easy. About 5- 10 min walk to different MRT or bus lines. Comfy bed and basic amenities provided.

The room was clean but bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. Looked mostly ok though. Good spot for a couple nights with access to different public transport spots and walking distance to some places. Very limited toiletries/tea/coffee bar but overall a simple stay that was clean and fairly convenient for a couple nights stay
