Everything was nice room was nice and cleaned.

It the room had a microwave.

Staff was friendly and professional.

I was charged for a premium view room on 2nd floor. I would not rate it as premium. You could barely see the gulf because the roof blocked the view of the property.

Room was great! Some breakfasts weren't great others were great! There was plenty of food and a good selection. Still upset about the hot tub not working in the early evenings. Don't know why it seemed to run great in the mornings as I walked by. I really needed it after dinner after a day of walking.

In the evenings the hot tub did not work and was a bit dirty. I did soak in the hot water as that did help relax the muscles a bit.

We chose this Hyatt Place because our last stay at the Hyatt Place in Gary, Indiana and other cities were excellent. The room was very clean, so we expected the same here. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The first room was dirty and had no water because of plumbing man was working, which we were never told about. We were moved to another room and told it had been double-checked and inspected but also never told us about brown water after plumbing work. The bathroom floor behind the door was still dirty, the walls had stains, the wallpaper was peeling, missing floor trimming and missing side bed lamp and noticed, the hallway doors were all badly scuffed as you walk through to the room . Most of all, there were unknown splash stains on the walls and the bed headboard. Honestly, that really threw me off—I didn't even feel comfortable resting my head against the headboard. The receptionist did try to help, and I appreciate that. But honestly, is basic cleanliness not the standard here? After a 13-hour drive for our vacation, my husband didn't even shower the first night because the water was still brown after the plumbing work. We chose this hotel because of our previous great Hyatt Place experience, so this was especially disappointing. I hope management takes the cleanliness and housekeeping issues seriously. It was 2 nights 3 stays, but we left without second night stay.

Room was very comfortable. We had our grandchildren with us.

Well, when we checked in what I didn't like was to go to the bathroom and put the toilet lid down, and it had feces smeared all over the top, but I went and talked to the staff and the one gentleman that was getting off work came and cleaned it for us. He was very nice. And had taken care of it. Other than that problem, everything was okay.

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean hotel; excellent breakfast; very friendly staff. My only suggestion is to request a higher floor than 3 unless you don't mind looking out the window to the rooftop.

Sofa in our room was dirty and worn out. Shower head was not the best. Air conditioner was loud. Breakfast was a disappointment.potatoes were not done .grits had no taste whatsoever. French toast was not good. We had to leave and go buy breakfast.

Propreté limite, tâches apparentes moquette, murs, canapés. La chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, même après l’avoir demandé. On m’a dit que c’était d’usage à Biloxi. De mon côté, je n’ai pas trouvé cette information dans la politique d’Hyatt.

It’s a place to place your head for the night. It’s nothing extravagant. Cleanliness is ok. Staff was awesome and very friendly!

I booked a king room with a few and my view was the parking lot and the top of a roof. It definitely wasn't what I expected to have a view of and I was very disappointed.

Staff was top notch from front desk to housekeepimg. Our room was nice, the only issue was that the bathroom needs a little attention. Shower door wouldnt stay shut when showering, floor in shower was extra slippery, and some areas had mold present ( it happens ). The pool was nice but it was very odd to have such a beautiful area with what looks like 2 hot tubs with only one working and the other FULL of grass. Not flowers or plants litetarally grass. But overall it was a good stay and we would book again.

Honestly, the experience was far from great; everything about the room was wrong—the blinds were broken, there was no lamp, the floor was dirty, the AC was noisy, and the bathroom was in disrepair with a dirty light fixture. I’ve stayed in better hotels for $90, let alone $255.

Check-in and first day were excellent, eventhough the was a power outage in the evening; the front desk kept us informed and courteous when we inquired about the status.

However, when we were leaving the next day, my wife took some photos for good memories but was not received well by the people at the front desk.

This hotel is in a great location. Front Desk clerks was very friendly and nice. Breakfast is very nice and food is cooked well. Red apples and LACTOSE free milk would be a nice upgrade. The hotel has a nice lobby and looks in good shape. This hotel lacks in many areas. They put dogs on every floor and allow them to run around off the leash. Hyatt needs to go back to just service dogs and if allow pets keep them on certain floors. Parking was a problem due to some people taking up four spots with trailers. The housekeepers are very cold and outright nasty. Don’t dare ask for your sheets to be changed or requesting daily house keeping service. Housekeepers don’t rant and rave about another guest in front of guests. Housekeepers need to remember Seniors can have accidents and some of us have stomach issues. The towels are very rough and not the usual soft towels from other Hyatt properties. The shampoo, conditioners, and body wash aren’t full and run out before your stay is over. The ice machines were not working and appeared dirty. We got Diarrhea after our stay so those ice machines need some scrubbing. Trash at elevators was overflowing. The rooms are in dire need of deep cleaning and upgraded. The hallway elevator furniture is pathetic. Very nice laundry areas and cheap prices if you need them. Train runs continuous out of New Orleans so get South facing room if that bothers you.

Not a bad place to stay, especially for a Hyatt Place. However breakfast is typical bad Hyatt Place breakfast. Had to go out for breakfast.

It was across the street from the beach. Property very nice and clean. Out side of power being out on arrival the staff was super friendly and apologetic about the situation that was out of there control, they kept me informed and when power was restored they got everyone checked and other family that were already there situated in a timely fashion.

Destaco el trabajo de las chicas durante el desayuno, muy atentas a que no falte nada, a que todo permanezca limpio y en orden, además de ser muy atentas y cordiales. El desayuno es bueno, variado con cereales, frurtas, proteína, etc. La habitación era cómoda. El área de la piscina la usamo bastante porque la playa, si bien se encuentra cruzando la calle, no es lo que esperaba, apenas a 2 metros de la orilla el fondo ya no es de arena, es como de lodo negro (dejo una foto) y justo hubo tormenta los días anteriores por lo que la playa estaba un poco sucia, mencionando también que están con tareas de restauración de la costa, están dragando arena del mar para reponer arena a la playa, por lo que un sector está cerrado. Asi que fue exelente que el hotel contara con una pileta amplia. También me gustó el espacio con fogón que tiene al lado de la pileta, pudimos asar marshmallows en la noche. El personal en general es muy cordial. Tienen bar las 24hs

La heladera en la habitación no funciona bien, enfríaba muy poco y la perilla para regular la tempera estaba rota, tuvimos que llenar un tupperware con hielo y apoyar encima las cosas que teníamos para que se conserbaran bien dentro de la heladera. No funcionaba el lector de llave para ingresar al baño de la piscina, teníamos que ingresar por el gimnasio.

Awesome experience at this location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fresh and clean breakfast every morning. The pool was well maintained and stocked all day with fresh towels.

The AC wasn’t work properly the whole time we stayed, and it was super hot and uncomfortable, it wasn’t that clean and had a smell in the hallway of the hotel. The pillows in the room had a smell.

That the floor we stayed on the air in the hall way felt like we was still outside in the heat idk if the ac was messed up out there but it’s that and our shower pressure was so strong it was shooting out the shower and into the floor but overall stay was good

The property is near the beach.

The air conditioning system in my room made a lot of noise my family and I could not sleep. I did speak to someone at the front desk and the manager who was on duty about the situation. The young lady said that there is nothing she can do about it other than sign me up for rewards which doesn’t solve my problem.

We stayed multiple days with multiple rooms and our last room was not cleaned until after 3pm on the third day. We were quoted one price for one day and then the price increased to what the manager described as a "rack" rate. The room doors did not close completely when leaving. Be sure and pull them close IF you book this hotel. The exterior door had a keypad to enter, but the actual door was never securely locked at night. They squeezed us for an extra $98 per night over the weekend out of greed. We will never return to this hotel in the future.

The location. The hotel cleaner was the nicest and most helpful person we met at the property.

This property was very cheaply ran. Things were broken such as a light, a blind and not repaired. The TV had a 14 and over security lock. The mattress was not comfortable. We slept much better at a less valued motel. This room was not worth $260.00

Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean but needs a little updating. Breakfast was ok. Except for the inconveniences we had a good stay.

Room phone didn't work, Ice machine was broken on our floor, so had to go to another floor for ice, no housekeeping for our rooms the whole length of our stay, and had to take out our own trash. Trevor at front desk was rude and didn't want to give us towels for our rooms, as we had a couple of rooms.

I stay at the Hyatt in PCB and love it but Biloxi different story. The lobby was clean and the staff were very polite. The housekeeping staff not so much

The bed and the sofa bed we very uncomfortable. Definitely time for an upgrade. The pillows and blanket were paper thin. The shower sprayed everywhere but on me. I paid $675 for two nights only to not sleep well and have a shitty shower.

They totally had the booking wrong and was told I booked through a third party all rooms were over booked, once we were unpacked in our room our toilet didn’t work had to change rooms , went to another our fridge didn’t work , they were nice to place my left overs from dinner in their employee fridge. Multiple ppl had plumbing issues that had to change room for the cost this was crazy , I understand things happen.

The pool attendant didn’t bring clean towels until 12pm on the 4th of July when we were there at 7 am and so were others , bed was extremely uncomfortable, breakfast was fair ,

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and kept everything very cool, which made sleeping very comfortable. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of tasty options. The lobby was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again.

The TV in our room did not work at all during our stay, which was disappointing for the price we paid for the room. The area near the elevators on the second floor had a strong unpleasant odor, and the hallways were very hot, humid, and had a noticeable smell that made them uncomfortable to walk through. The pool area was enjoyable, but it could really benefit from more shaded seating options, as it was extremely hot and there wasn’t much relief from the sun.

Checkin was hostile. Sadly the staff is not familiar with hospitality. Hot breakfast was not available due to malfunction in the kitchen but no one from the staff informed us. It was offered at another hotel but again, staff didn’t inform us. It was through inquiring that we learned of this. I was treated like a criminal suspect bc I asked for more than two towels for my family of five. Early check-in request was met with severe assessments even though the person that made my reservation made absolutely no indication of this. Also, the room type I NEEDED and RESERVED was not available. The front desk agent’s attitude towards this was too bad… nothing she could do about it! Pool could be very nice. The deck had some debris…rusted hair pins, earring backs. The planter that was part of the pool was overgrown with weeds. There was only one decent umbrella. It could have used four to five. Also some regular chairs instead of just chaise lounges. There was a nice breeze coming off the sound and there is a delightful view.
