Personnels très sympas et très sociables toujours à l'écoute, hôtel très bien placé dans une petite ruelle très calme proche du tramway T1 et pas très loin du métro, je conseille cet hôtel pour les familles avec un budget modeste qui exigent l'essentiel pour un séjour.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms and common areas were clean

The only downside was that the hotel could benefit from a few minor cosmetic improvements, as some small details are noticeable. Other than that, everything was great.

Для завтрака норм , все хватало. Отель хороший спокойный. Доброжелательный коллектив. Хороший администратор Наталья. Можно обратиться по любому вопросу. Ехали в Рио 2 ой раз. В 2023 в августе, и 2025 ноябре. Цена хорошая. Номера небольшие и уютные. Рио спасибо! Собираемся еще приехать.

Die Bereitschaft eine Lösung zu finden, da sie nicht ein sauberes und geeignetes Zimmer hatten!

Das reservierte Zimmer war schmutziger, das Bett hatte nicht saubere und geeignete Bettwäsche. Der Besitzer, oder einer der Beamten, hat mich sofort zu anderen (für mich unbekannte) Hotel gebracht. Das Zimmer dort war etwas besser. Am folgenden Tag versuchte ich wieder zum reservierten Hotel kommen, aber dort hat sich nicht geändert, und bin ich wieder zur anderen Hotel gefahren. Ich fühlte mich so unsicher, das ich mich entschieden habe sofort zurück nach Wien zu fliegen und nie wieder zur solchen Hotels zu kommen! Traurige Situation, da ich Istanbul und seine Leute sehr gern habe!

Friendly staff and helpful. The location was perfect and close to everything such as shop, restaurant, public transport,... The breakfast was excellent. Thank you very much for the service. See next time.

The only thing was the size of the room and bathroom they were a bit small for 2 people especially if you stay a couple says . And that is not in their hand especially in a city like Istanbul as there is a high demand on the space.

Very nice staff! Reasonable English speaking, always available. I really liked the location, close to the main attractions of the golden horn, to tram and metro stops and to the Marmarail (connecting to the Sahiba airport). Although an individual traveller I rented the triple room to be sure of some extra space. The AC was working and it really made a difference.However, the room needs some repairs. A warning: the steeps are high, especially if you have heavyweight gear but the staff will help you if you need it.

I didn't like that the receptionist tried to give me a small individual room although I had reserved and paid for a triple (I value extra space). After a lengthy discussion they agreed on the triple, a top floor room, very hot and with a steeply access and needing some repairs. I didn't try the breakfast because the room was so hot and humid that it became unbearable: you would need a cold shower afterwards to begin your day again.

It's just a recommendation: adjusting the central heating system.. This hotel will have a very good potential with additional investment.

The location is perfect. Close to EVERYTHING, all amneties , banks, train, restaurants and clothing shops for business.The staff is very peaceful,friendly , helpful, they go the extra mile.The hotel is a peaceful environment.

The breakfast is not the usual English breakfast to expect, it is not something i looked forward to. The TV would not switch on no matter the many ways i tried.You only get free water in your room for the first night. The kettle code was so short that boiling tea water required me to support it with so many things so that it would reach the plug.

I love the location where the hotel is located and it is in the middle of down town where all the shops are and recommend the hotel for the budget travelers

They charge you for water, even though a purifier is available for use.

The hotel is decent; nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. It's situated in a strategic position close to all major means of transport. The hotel is small; the breakfast is fine. I stayed there for 5 day and it was okay.

Considering the price, the hotel was pleasant surprise. Cleaner than similar ones in area, polite and professional staff, also the breakfast varied enough and tasty.

Reception on the first floor and small rooms and bathrooms, which they cannot change. I missed an omlette and more fruit for breakfast.

Well located for the places I needed. Friendly staff. Had a very good coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker but the coffee was so enjoyable.

Would help to have a lift all the way down to the road floor. Breakfast was very basic, may help to have more variety.

This hotel is the wonderful place to stay in Istanbul! Perfect staff, deliscious breakfast, clean rooms and good everyday cleaning. Close to Marmaray, metro, tram. Çok teşekkürler!

The room had roaches. I was put in a room on the ground floor, next to the dinning room. Where people were talking and shouting outside my door after 22.:30 pm.

Overall, I love the location and the staff. Room is very small but I was there by myself so it was ok for me. However, the tv doesn’t have English channels and is not a smart tv for Netflix or YouTube so it was kind of boring when I was spending time one the hotel

personel was eager to earn couple bucks on each step. disgusting! in the evening the price for taxi was announced 500tly, in the morning - 50$. when I asked, why the price chnged overnight, the answer was “if you don’t like the price, go search taxi at the streat”. awfull.

The location is great. It is in the middle of the city.

The room was the smallest room that I have ever seen. It's like an aisle that pairly fits the bed only. It didn't have even space to put my suitcase. I was staying just couple of hours. When I was checking out, I asked the front staff that I need a taxi to the airport. The guy said that they will call a taxi for me. He asked me to pay him upfront instead of to the taxi driver which is unusual and tried to charge me double of the usual price. He was negotiating with me as he is the driver. I said no thanks and went out and got a regular taxi half of the price he was trying to charge me. The water in the bathroom was not running properly and stopped. I had to wait for little bit and started running again.

Rooms are very small, bed is moving with you seated.Small bathrooms and very dirty.There is only one light in the room.In total it was a disaster room and hotel.Poor breakfast and no tables available for all guest.

В нашем номере в общем все было отлично. Состояние за свою цену нормальное. Уборку делали каждый день, очень чисто. Обслуживание супер. Свежий завтрак и приветливый персонал. Расположение отличное для шоппинга.

Everything was great

The hotel represent very good service by the price they want. Perfect location. Actually parking is not exist. They using street parking spaces which is paid and hardly to find.
