Quizá demasiado alejado del centro pero es también lo que le hace especial. La habitación estaba un poco deteriorada por dentro pero muy limpio todo.

In the heart of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, you wake up to birds signing and beautiful flowers all around. The service was excellent and incredibly friendly. The food was great. The volcanic rock massage was very good!

The sauna and the turco seemed a bit old and underkept but they were working just fine.

The staff were fantastic and could not do enough to help. All the equipment and facilities worked perfectly. The room was very clean. Loved watching the humming birds come to feed. Very peaceful and relaxing 3 days in beautiful surroundings.

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las instalaciones del hotel, especialmente el sauna, baño turco, piscina, jacuzzi y el espacio para masajes. Además, cuenta con una linda vista desde distintos sectores y con áreas cómodas para descansar, lo que hace agradable la estadía.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue buena debido a una situación grave ocurrida durante la estadía. Presentamos una intoxicación que atribuimos a algún alimento o bebida consumida en el hotel. Al momento de necesitar ayuda, el citófono de la habitación no funcionaba y, durante la noche, solo había un nochero, por lo que fue muy difícil comunicarnos. Al informar lo ocurrido en recepción al día siguiente, la única ayuda que recibimos fue un número de teléfono de una farmacia. Considerando la situación, esperábamos una mayor preocupación por parte del hotel. Durante el resto de nuestra estadía nadie volvió a preguntarnos cómo nos encontrábamos, a pesar de que comentamos lo sucedido al menos a tres trabajadores. Al momento del check-out tampoco recibimos disculpas ni algún gesto de consideración por lo ocurrido. Se nos cobró la totalidad del consumo, incluidos los productos que presuntamente ocasionaron la intoxicación, sin que existiera algún tipo de seguimiento o atención hacia nuestra situación. Esto dejó una muy mala impresión sobre la forma en que el hotel gestionó un incidente de esta gravedad. Además, la conexión Wi-Fi fue muy deficiente. Prácticamente no tuvimos acceso a internet durante toda la estadía, lo que representó un inconveniente adicional. En definitiva, fue una muy mala experiencia. Por la falta de respuesta y de preocupación frente a una situación tan delicada, no recomendaría este hotel ni volvería a hospedarme allí.

Todo, un sitio increíble, perfecto para descansar. Las excursiones desde el hotel muy recomendables. Y el personal muy atento y simpático. Hotel ideal para parejas, desayuno, comida y trato excelentes.

This hotel is a slice of paradise! The rooms are large, peaceful, and inviting and each feels as though it is a cozy corner of the property. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly- we ended up watching world cup games together and talking a lot. Everywhere there are birds, flowers, and a sense of tranquility. I used Spa Colina as a base to explore the coffee region (Salento, Filandia, and the thermales) and it was easy to get to/from the airport and then drive around. It is advised to rent an SUV. Returning home to the steam/sauna then pool and a sunset cocktail with a delicious dinner was a dream.

Sometimes the wifi was spotty.

La atencion del personal, los masajes, el jacuzzi, el restaurant, la facilidad y comodidad para hacer tour privados desde el mismo hotel, los traslados hacia y desde el aeropuerto

La calidad de la atención de las personas que trabajan en el hotel es increible, preocupados de cada detalle siempre y nos sentimos muy acogidos todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y las piezas muy cómodas. El desayuno a la habitación se agradece y la cena romántica 100% recomendada.

Lamentablemente el sauna tenía un desperfecto técnico durante nuestra estadía, pero estaban reparandolo y se preocuparon de recompensarlo con un servicio extra. Como recomendación, quizás aumentar la oferta de postres. El hotel es tan bueno que nada de esto fue un impedimento para tener una muy feliz estancia

La atención es maravillosa. El hotel spa tiene muchos servicios y ventajas para desconectarse y descansar, pero la atención del personal es excepcional

Supervriendelijk personeel, altijd klaar om te helpen. toen er bv een dag een stortbui losbarstte en we niet dicht bij het gebouw aan het schuilen waren kwam iemand ons enkele heel grote paraplu's brengen. Ik waardeerde ook de gratis service om ons de laatste dag naar de luchthaven te brengen.

Echt een heel klein detail, maar hoe vriendelijk en behulpzaam het personeel ook was, tafelbediening was soms wat "onhandig": drank brengen zonder of met te weinig glazen bv. Het personeel was daar meer zelf slachtoffer van dan wij, omdat ze dan telkens dingen moesten bijhalen.

I absolutely loved the countryside vibe - fresh air, roosters in the distance in the morning and the beautiful nature. So relaxing and calming coming from London. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Una experiencia inolvidable en el eje cafetero. Un lugar 10 de 10. Su personal muy amable y atento a cada detalle. Comida y bebidas muy buenas y excelente presentación. Los perritos guía que te llevan hacia los miradores, son un encanto. La amabilidad y el buen servicio de Jordan, fue estupendo. Los chóferes 10 de 10... Me quedo sin palabras para describir vuestro excelente servicio y vuestro perfecto paraíso. Gracias por todo!

I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk was always ready if anything was needed (bilingual is a plus too!). The full spa package was exquisite and I really enjoyed my massage. 💆‍♂️ A special shout out to Alex who gave me a tour of the grounds of the property and also makes a mean cocktail!

I enjoyed the views from the top of the private hiking trail. However, it is a bit overgrown and could use some attention. It did make for a very special sunset and not a soul in sight! 🌅

Anna Maria, Lady and Dan were extraordinary. Very professional, kind and hospitable. They made our stay and comfort special. The location is breathtaking. Every morning to wake up with the songs of the birds, looking over the valley and the mountains, and to have encounters with the hummingbirds, patrons and other colorful birds, is out of this world. And the best companion for hiking of course was Miele, the most adorable dog. Excellent place, highly recommended ❤️

Es el mejor hotel del eje cafetero para una escapada de descanso en pareja. La habitación en que estuvimos alojados tiene una vista al valle y a las montañas increíble, donde disfrutamos el atardecer. El spa es espectacular y el masaje es el mejor que hemos recibido en buen tiempo. El personal es muy atento y la comida combina platos de la región y platos internacionales para todos los gustos.

No haberme podido quedar mas dias

Uno de los mejores regalos que le pude dar a mi esposo. Nuestro viaje al eje cafetero no hubiera sido ek mismo sin la colina. El servicio es extraordinario, la comida deliciosa y el spa es uno de los mejores que he visitado.

El agua a la entrada de la villa no estaba limpia y había varios materiales de construcción y desorden en varios lugares. Algunos platos deben mejorar de manera urgente porque reducen mucho la calidad de la experiencia.

There room we had was nice and comfortable, the view is nice, it has big windows and we could enjoy the breeze outside, the birds in the morning are beautiful. My prenatal massage was relaxing, she knew what she was doing and had great pressure. Overall the place is Nice. They offered complementary coffee and tea, also complementary transport to airport.

When we check in the guy at the front was very chatty with the other coworkers, he was doing everything at the same time, and we felt he was all over the place. The food is ok, they add tons of heavy cream and cheese to almost everything. My husband didn’t like his massage, since the girl was all over the place with no technique, and was not relaxing to hear her rubbing the hot stones in front of his ears.

Es un remanso de paz con unas vistas increíbles. El personal fue muy amable, se puede hacer un trekking desde el hotel, comimos en el hotel y estaba todo delicioso.

No descansamos bien debido a que había música y cantando de otra habitación y pedimos a recepción que les avisaran y no lo hicieron. Nos hemos despertado al día siguiente mi pareja y yo con picaduras de chinches por todo el cuerpo, suponemos que eran de la cama.

Hotel ubicado en un entorno natural espectacular. La atención brindada por el personal, muy amables. Desayuno y comidas tipicas de la.zona, muy buena calidad.

we basically was locked out when we got to the hotel at 2am… literally thank god that i have long arms and was was able to open the latch to get into the hotel we had to leave the car outside the wooden doors. the excuse was the security got hurt and didn’t come to work and they didn’t see us leave. poor excuse, had i been stranded outside i would have put a 1 score all around.
