Creo que en las habitaciones debería de haber disponibilidad de preparar café o aromáticas, pero no hay nada disponible. Ahora, sin ser una culpa directa del establecimiento, en las noches se escucha mucho y fuerte ruido proveniente de establecimientos que se encuentran a los alrededores. debo resaltar que el hotel atendió esta circunstancia y nos permitió dormir en una habitación que no estaba tan expuesta al ruido, pero no deja de ser bastante incómodo esto.

We were literally the only ones staying in the entire hotel, which felt very odd. Lighting in the suite was not properly designed; completely flat and without any sense of light design acumen. Other meals in the restaurant were adequate but without much sparkle. Service, and all employees were WONDERFUL. Pool was not heated, therefore unusable. Certain furniture/decoration choices need to be replaced, TV wires, etc., need some interior design attention. The suite, ultimately felt like a camp dormitory.

The food in the restaurant is a little pricey and not that great for the price. Also, the hotel only provides 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, which I thought could have been better for an expensive hotel.

Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.Rooms simple furnished but clean and comfortable. The hotel arranged a driver for us to explore the area.
Would have liked a kettle in the room.

La comida. Deberían mejorarla para lo que cobran por ella. El baño turco no funciona. En nuestro dormitorio Escuchábamos todo lo que hablaban los del cuarto de al lado.

Lleno de zancudos. Sales lleno de picadas incluso dentro de la la habitación. Oscuridad total en la noche, dicen que por cuestiones ecológica, parece que las demás fincas no cuidan el ecosistema, solo ellos porque ni siquiera en los pasillos dejan luces después de las 10 pm. No hay atención después de las 9 pm, si quieres así sea un café tienes que pedir domicilios.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025If you are looking for an amazing hotel out in the country, then this is it!! This has been a bucket list vacation for my wife for years and we were not disappointed! The view from the hotel is AWESOME! The photos do not do it justice. It is better in person! The room was excellent, we always had hot water for the shower. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The food was excellent as we ate breakfast there as well as some of our evening meals. The Staff was amazing; very friendly and cordial to our needs. Most importantly it was peaceful there. We constantly heard the birds chirping which gave a calming effect to the experience and other guests were quiet and respectful as well. As my wife said, this was like and extended honeymoon for us. This was an excellent choice. I highly recommend staying here.

The sauna was smelling bad inside. The room was clean but the bathroom could be cleaner. Beds in a double room were very small. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and not the best.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Structure and staff are simply awesome. Even though we live just 90 minutes away and are use to this kind of architecture, we found this hotel very beautiful. Every detail was thought. The staff is very nice and willing to serve you in the best way possible.
I’m not very fan of children shouting while you’re in the pool. It is a family hotel, so you may found in that sort of situation. Also, the bar closes early.

An English breakfast menu would have been nice. Although we enjoyed the food, it felt very ordinary with nothing exotic on the menu. In room tea or coffee should be considered. After long days sometimes it's not convenient to have to step out for a cup of tea or coffee.
