Hampton Inn Chicago West Loop Fulton Market Area

The shower was great, bad and pillows so comfortable and the view was nice too

Location.

Limpa e confortável

The amenities were great - delicious breakfast, pool, and the little convenience store.

L’endroit proche de tout

Rien tout était bien

Comfortable beds Continental Breakfast Terrace

The empty bottles in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash

Very clean property, a nice location with plenty of food and beverage options in the vicinity.

La posizione, le camere, la colazione . Le camere vista skyline

Non c’era posto nel garage, ma collaborano con alcune strutture nelle vicinanze, garantendo il Prezzo

Location to our trip to museum

Out of soda pop

Clean, nice room. Well organized breakfast with items replenished.

The view was awesome. The staff was awesome. The security..awesome.

The room was smaller. No microwave. Paid 65.00 for parking which I thought it was included for first come first serve. Pool was small.

The view and the rooms were nice

Breakfast daily

Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable quite.

We did not like the breakfast.

Personnel agreable

The rooms were very clean and comfortable

Considering the cost of stay, the breakfast was sub par. The bananas were not fresh, and the choices were minimal. Again, considering the cost, paper plates were not appropriate. The staff can be trained better to make the guests feel welcome.

La posizione centrale.

Nulla

Very clean the room we were assigned was more than I anticipated exceptional views and comfort

I like the location of the property

I didn’t like that the room was not clean, the toilet had stains, the couch had crumbs, there was stains around the room.

El dsayunoo es variado y calientico, delicioso. La limpieza excelente

Location. Staff, breakfast

The entire atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone was friendly. The enviornment was also very clean overall

There could've been more options for the breakfast because it was only a few items. Also the only meat for breakfast was pork sausage in which everyone doesn't eat pork.

My view was beautiful, and the staff was very nice.

I wish the hotel had premium cable channels.

I was happy with the staff and that it was close enough to the highway with little to no traffic to load and unload luggage.

The breakfast was not good at all. Not enough food options and it all tasted pre cooked. The pool was not open, despite it being an indoor pool. The outside Terrance was non smoking and closed at 10pm.

Café da manhã muito bom.

A cortina não fechava completamente nos cantos, permitindo a entrada de bastante luz.

The room was comfortable and quiet. I slept well and that is unusual for me away from home.

The parking was very expensive.

Good 👍

Good 👍

it felt super fancy and we felt very safe

nothing! only thing is we were missing shampoo but for one night it was no big deal

I checked in late from travel AND couldn’t even enjoy relaxing nor sleep it was horrible loud music from the next door allllll night until 4am. I didn’t go to breakfast showered packed checked out before time.

Нам дуже сподобалося розташування готелю, метро дуже близько, також близько було до наших мість які ми запланували відвідати. Також персонал був привітний, сніданок дуже був смачний.

The property was very nice and clean

Staff was Super Friendly!

We enjoyed everything.

Location was good. Close to where I needed to be.

The pool was closed.

Excellent staff that consistently checked on us.

No issues with the property.

Close to parking and restaurants. Close, walking distance to Wilis tower and many attractions. Nice pool, outside lounge area, fitness facility, and dining area. Fitness equipment was new and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and changed a bit each day. Coffee available all day. Nice seating area for both small and large groups or families.

John (parking attendant) was outstanding in helping us with 2 malfunctioning room keys to get out of the parking garage and carried on conversations with us. He remembered us from a previous stay. The lady at check in was outstanding as well.

The parking garage is TERRIBLE! The pillars make it difficult to park as well as people parking taking up 2 spaces. Twice we had to drive to the top and turn around, which was in itself difficult, and with the parking attendant’s help directing us into a tight stall near the gate, were able to park.

Parking structure wasn't great, not enough spaces.

Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Frühstück inbegriffen und gut. Leider war der Pool geschlossen. Schöne Terasse. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

The pool was closed

my family feel comfortable super relaxing room

I enjoyed the view of the room.

Everything was good.

Everything is clean and just like we expected

The room was too small

Location to city amenities was good.

Online pre-check in vs. in person check in upon arrival was a little confusing

They were very nice and helpful

The pool was not working so it was closed, but they give us a solution so that was nice

I didn’t like the breakfast at all

I didn’t like the eggs and pancakes

Rooms were quiet. Service was great.

Breakfast have a few more items

Breakfast was pretty typical hotel breakfast but I appreciate having it. Coffee was good, our room was clean and I like the security of having to use your room key to use the elevators.

Parking is a bit tight and pretty expensive for an out of town visitor who has no choice but to have a cat in the city.

The room was clean and breakfast was great

Didn't know that the pool was closed and that was the biggest issue we had. If I would've known the pool was closed I would've gone somewhere else. My son needed the pool for his therapy. Not too pleased about that

Great stay from the start. Location was perfect. Bus stop right across the Street that took us to the tourist/Chicago River. Room was cozy. View was beautiful 😍 Room 2016. Bed was very comfortable, pillows too. Adequate towels. Great smelling soap and lotion. Shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was perfect. Everything under the sun: Pancakes, bacon, cheese scrambled eggs, fruits, bagels, toast, orange, apple, & kiwi juice, cereals, oatmeal, & waffle maker. Clean area also. I felt safe late at night given that security is posted there during the night. Wish I could've utilized the tap, the pool, or the rooftop but I'll absolutely return.

They did not acknowledge that I was a Hilton Member until the last day.

Very clean, great ambiance, good breakfast with attentive service. Nice front desk people. Wish onsite parking was a little more affordable. Loved early check in.

Onsite parking could be more affordable.

Pillows were stiff and uncomfortable

Downtown

Put do not disturb on door when leaving in came back in room been entered and searched. Things missing and front desk said they will get back with me no response 😕

There was no parking available and I chose this location for my electric vehicle

Breakfast was good. A nice amount of options.

One of the receptionists wasn’t pleasant when asking for rubber bands. City view wasn’t the best.

Great location, close to the train station and Fulton Market area

I like the views and the terrace.

When I went to go swimming there wasn’t anyone at the pool and I went in the morning but yet there water bottles in the pool and hair too. Felt like the pool and its area could have been cleaner especially since it was morning.
