This is a Gem in the right location close to lots of good things. The staff where exceptional where nothing was too difficult. Shout out to Oil a female staff member who went out of her way to assist. We took the blue line and green line trains for great experience. The food hall close by is out of this word. We will be back but my advise is to book early>

De locatie

Het stonk naar vocht en schimmel in het hele hotel. Na 4x kamer wisselen hadden we eindelijk een kamer die te doen was. Op de tweede verdieping

Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten auch mitten in der Nacht problemlos einchecken, nachdem unser Flug 12 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Große und bequeme Betten, großzügiges Familienzimmer, schöner Rooftop Bereich mit Pool, gutes Frühstück, liebevoll frisch zubereitete Pancakes für die Kinder, gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zur Shopping Mall Terminal 21, viele Massage Möglichkeiten und Wäschereien in der Umgebung.

Großer Minuspunkt ist das Thema Sauberkeit im Zimmer (viel Staub hinter Schiebetüre, z.T. fleckige Wände und starke Kalkablagerungen auf Glaswand der Dusche/Spiegel), als auch starker Geruch im Hotelflur (Schimnel?).

Absolutely 5 star staff and amazing place to stay. This one of my all time favorite hotels. I will definitely be coming back. The pool area was excellent. The location was 5 star amazing. Everyone was so kind. Excellent breakfast. Fast service. I can not say enough about how wonderful it is here. I will always stay here when in town. You will love it here.

Es war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Sauber, wunderschön, perfekte Lage ... mir fällt nichts negatives ein. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die netten Herren, die uns immer so freundlich die Tür geöffnet haben. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Das Frühstück ist wie überall in Bangkok oder Thailand nicht besonders für Europäer ausgerichtet. Es gab keinen Käse. Aber perfekte Omelettes, die frisch zubereitet werden. Der Cafe war in Ordnung.

Une très belle expérience Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, avec le BTS et Terminal 21 à seulement deux minutes à pied, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Les lieux sont très propres, les chambres confortables et la literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et permet de bien commencer la journée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la réception sans surcoût, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. Seul petit bémol : la liste des personnes ayant déjà payé le petit déjeuner ne semblait pas être correctement mise à jour. Chaque jour, on nous demandait de régler à nouveau alors que le petit déjeuner avait déjà été payé. C’était un peu gênant, même si le personnel est resté très agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

L'hotel et ses equipements sont très vieillissants. La climatisation des chambres voisines sont très bruyantes et empêchent de bien dormir la nuit. La rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon.

Prima locatie, veel rooftop bars en restaurants in de buurt. Vlotte verbinding met de metro (Sukhumvit). Shopping centra op de hoek van de straat. Hotel zelf: mooie grote kamers, netjes onderhouden, lekker ontbijt. Heel goede service, vnl van portiers en mensen in de bar en ontbijtzaal.

Late check-out werd al enkele maanden aangevraagd. Hierop kwam geen helder antwoord. Aangekomen bleek het mogelijk tot 16u (bijbetalen). Gezien onze vlucht om middernacht was, was dit geen hulp voor ons. Faciliteiten kunnen wel nog gebruikt worden en op de rooftop is er ook een mogelijkheid om te douchen.

Priporočam, odlično za ta denar. Dobra povezava, zelo prijazno osebje, čiste sobe. Tudi bazen je vredu.

La ubicación esta muy bien , ya que tienes acceso a dos líneas de metro y puedes moverte super rápido, todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre nos ayudaron cuando surgía algo , despues de hacer el check out cuidaron nuestro equipaje y aparte nos ofrecieron si queríamos ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto, excelente servicio, personal, ubicacion, lo recomendó 100%.

الغرف مريحه جدا وموقعه جيد قريب من ماك و7 /11 اول يوم راح علي بسبب تاخير الرحله وماقصرو رجعو لي المبلغ مع انه غير قابل للاسترداد

The room is spacious and the staffs are nice and always greet you with a smile which reflects a good customer service. Happy with them. The breakfast is also great.

I'm not sure about the value as I don't live in Bangkok but looks more like a 3-star hotel to me. Maybe because the hotel is old and not maintained properly. Mosquitoes in room so you have to use a repellant always.

Supertrevlig välkomnande personal, mycket hjälpsamma. Läget utmärkt, vi var mycket runt terminal 21. Mycket bra frukost

Die Größe der Zimmer ist positiv. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht und war sehr freundlich. Frühstück auch ok.

Die Bettwäsche fühlte sich in beiden Zimmern leider feucht an. Leider gab es auch einen unangehmen Geruch in den Zimmern. Diese negative Erfahrung wurde dann bestätigt durch Zigarettengeruch im 6. Stock wo wir die Zimmer hatten. Beim Öffnen der Fenster roch es nach Gras/Weed. Mam merkte ebenfalls dass das Hotel nicht mehr sorgfältig unterhalten wird. Schwimmbadfugen, Armaturen an den Spülbecken usw. Die Badetücher im Schwimmbad hatten teilweise eine Verfärbung. Es war eher eine Enttäuchung für das Geld, da es bereits das 4. Hotel in Bangkok war und wir somit vergleichen können was es gibt. Schade...

La literie un peu trop ferme

L’accueil, le dévouement du personnel, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire (il ne manque rien) le confort de la chambre ( peignoir chaussons, brosse à dents etc..) Même sur le parking, une personne nous accueille très gentiment.

Do try the boat noodle near 7-11! It’s super delicious! Property is clean, well kept and staffs were all super friendly and accommodating! We absolutely love this place.

O hotel tem quarto confortável, piscina com vista para a cidade e equipe muito simpática e prestativa. No nosso caso, o café não estava incluído, mas valeu muito pagar à parte. A localização é ótima: perto tanto do metrô quanto do trem de superfície. Também fica ao lado de um shopping com muitas opções de comida. Recomendo muito.

部屋がカビ臭いのとシャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。

Everything about my stay at Arte Hotel Bangkok was perfect. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sukhumvit, with easy access to everything. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Fint basseng, god frokost og perfekt beliggenhet med kort vei til både BTS og MRT. Rett nedi gaten ved BTS og MRT lå et kjøpesenter. Rolig område som føltes veldig trygt. Vi reiste med 3 barn og var veldig fornøyd med hotellet og beliggenheten. Kommer sannsynligvis tilbake hit! Sengene var noe hard, som var perfekt for meg med vond rygg. 10/10!
