L&H La Latina Selection

So convenient for most attractions, in a lively area. Hotel very clean and comfortable, lovely staff.

Nothing

L&H La Latina Selection hotel was great. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was perfect. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Madrid. The fact that the room had a small kitchenette was a plus. Would stay here again.

Bien ubicada y lindo estilo

Much bigger rooms than usual with a nice kitchette. There was also a huge wrap-around balcony! It was very comfortable and safe :) The staff was very friendly and cheerful The neighborhood was much quieter than the bustle of the main center part of town.

Nothing, it was grand

Air condition was directed to people on the beds without any possibility of changing the direction

Posizione centrale, pulizia e cortesia dello staff

The location was perfect for us.

Everything was good.

Clean and spacious room, smooth check in and very friendly staff!

Ohhh my Gosh it’s just amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Super completo. Excelente!

Spacious room with small balcony, nice bathroom, well functioning air condition and even blinds at the window to keep the heat out. Mostly quiet area but supermarket and restaurants in the vicinity. About 25 minutes walking distance to Plaza Major.

Kitchen is very basic equipped. The toaster grilled the fuse, took some time to get power back, the toaster could not be replaced unfortunately. Beds were too soft for me, and the usual mess with several layers of sheets below a scratchy cover (why isn't it possible to use wrapper style covers?)

Central position, easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment

Nothing

Good location, plenty of room in the room, comfortable bed.

I upgraded and paid extra for a balcony, but it wasn’t a balcony that you could sit out on so this is misleading.

Very clean rooms in a nice hotel in a very good location in the La Latina district, with lots of nice small restaurants nearby. It is in walking distance from Plaza del sol, the Palacio Real, etc. We as a family liked the double room option.

You have to expect some loud people on the street during the night if you like to keep the window opened but that’s part of Madrid’s lifestyle🙂

Pulita, accogliente

Modern aparthotel in a great location in La Latina. The room was modern, well equipped and very clean. There was a small kitchen area and a coffee machine and a nice bathroom.

There was some noise from the street outside in the evening but it quietened down fairly quickly. The air conditioning was positioned close to the bed and caused a bit of a draught.

The location is fantastic. Very short walks to the center of Madrid and many dining options nearby. The room was very quiet and the air conditioning a true blessing! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Location perfect. Room big and aircon great. Staff lovely. Good value

Check in 3pm and 20 quid charge for early check in even though rooms were ready.

The cleanliness, location and the staff was really perfect. They make me feel like home

Quiet, cozy and squeaky clean.

Staff were lovely and very helpful - really lovely welcome to the hotel! Facilities were great and withing walking distance to the metro and the sights!

Siempre dando propuestas, siendo amables y charlando. Muy limpias las instalaciones. Vovería sin duda.

Very comfortable bed, great shower

Location and art on the wall was unnecessarily sexualized/erotic. Room was clean but cleaner smell was strong and noxious.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was very efficient, especially in the 40 degree heat. Within 20 mins walk to most places and there is a metro station within a 5 minute walk.

It would have been helpful if I was able to prepay via booking.com

Rien

Location in old town was great. Restaurants great

Shuttle didn’t show and had to take a taxi. Traffic is miserable. Madrid airport is confusing and signage is very poor.

Clean rooms, good location and u derground carpark

Staff where terrible. Charged me £20 for an early check in which I wasn't aware of. Receptionist ( man) extremely rude, unprofessional and would not listen to anything. If I was to stay in madrid id stay elsewhere. Shame but the manager completely ruined my stay with his attitude

Perfect location for exploring Madrid. Great selection of very good restaurants very close to the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was perfect with cooking facilities, coffee machine, fridge etc.

The location in La Latina is superb. It near the heart of a vibrant part of the city and walking distance to many attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a small problem with a noisy air conditioner they upgraded us without hesitation.

The access to reception is up a few stairs, which is a little annoying, but manageable. And the tea towel was not up to much. Everything else was pretty good though.

Sentralt, store rom, rent, 24 timers resepsjon. Profesjonelle ansatte

The location was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed

Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good.

The location was perfect, walking distance to major attraction, public transportation and any other activity or needs.

TV needs to be updated, and Towels weren't enough

Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Could have used a dish towel in the kitchen
